Maybe it was the senioritis that teachers joked about, or maybe it was your impending 18th birthday, but either way, you realized that maybe you didn’t like the life you’d been living anymore. So, you decide to change it. You just didn’t factor in Eddie Munson being part of that equation.

It's the start of junior year, and I can’t believe Gareth Emerson and my best friend Barbara Holland are dating.
If I wasn’t blindsighted enough, now Barb wants to set me up with his best friend Eddie Munson and drag me to this club called Hellfire or the band practice for Corroded Coffin. What's more, there's a new kid who moved here from California and I might actually know him.
Some things haven't changed though; Barb and Nancy still hate each other, my parents are still six feet under, and I'll never find the amazing mystery boy I met last year since he probably already graduated by now.
All the while, I just wish I had my mom and dad here. There’s so many things I wish I could tell them. Sometimes, I even wish mystery boy was here too, and I wouldn’t have to go through all this alone.

But your life aboard the Moby Dick takes a dive into treacherous waters when feelings begin to bloom for a man who can rarely stay awake while eating his food.
