Summary
It was after dinner that Tommy made his decision. “I should head home,” he said reluctantly.
“I’ll drive you,” Phil said, grabbing his keys off the end table.
Phil was quiet as they drove. Tommy fiddled with the radio for a moment before just letting it play.
He sighed and let his head fall against the window. There were so many things he wanted to say, starting with turn around and ending with please take me home with you.
Instead, he said, “Phil, I can… talk to you about anything, right?”
Phil’s response was immediate. “Of course. Anything.” He sent Tommy a look that Tommy could only classify as hopeful. “Big or small.”
“Okay.” Tommy nodded. He didn’t know why he suddenly felt like crying. “Okay.”
For a while, they just sat, stopped at a red light and listening to the blinker as it clicked away. Tommy tried to enjoy the heat of the car while it lasted.
As they turned onto Tommy’s street, Phil asked, hesitant: “Is there something you want to talk to me about, Tommy?”
For a moment, Tommy just chewed on the inside of his cheek, biting down until he tasted blood. “No,” he said finally. The lie tasted bitter on his tongue.

Summary
The time has come.
Wilbur has taken Tommy to his first therapy session with Puffy.
Unfortunately, the session isn't as successful as Wilbur had hoped.
In the end it takes time, and it'll take time before Tommy's completely ready to understand what happened. Until then, he's finally got people to back him up.

After his life-saving encounter with Ichor, newly-branded Theseus the Alchemist feels like he’s got a decent thing going. When he’s not outrunning heroes on his regular patrols, he’s sometimes fighting off crime, sometimes doing a lil bit of crime himself, and often stopping by Nikki's for delicious pastries.
But when Apollo—his pesky heroic nemesis—gets caught up in a hostage negotiation turned sour, Tommy finds that he's the only one who can save the hero before it's too late.
Or: Wilbur gets in a sticky situation. Tommy gets him out again. They are like brothers, even if they don't say it.

“I should go,” Tommy murmurs. He’s fidgeting with something on his wrist that Wilbur can’t see. “I should go.”
It sounds less like he wants to, and more like he’s trying to convince himself that he has to.
“You could,” Wilbur says. He tries to sound indifferent. “But it’s not like I’m gonna kick you out or anything if you want to stay.”
Tommy looks at him. His eyes are blue, bright blue, a blue brighter than the sky when the sun beams down at noon. “I can stay?” He’s quiet, and hesitant, and that hurts more than the words themselves.
Or: A kid keeps showing up at Wilbur's cafe. Against his better judgement, Wilbur gets attached.
