Dark circles under the eyes, hair rumpled, his jacket in need of a good pressing. All the evidence is interior – the most damning exhibit is the sensation that his soul has exited his body, that he is now observing an exhausted and overworked doctoral candidate, but that the man in the mirror is not himself.
There is nothing on his face to suggest that last night he bashed Sheev Palpatine to death with a huge brass paperweight.
