Lucifer didn’t really catch normal sicknesses. Angelic blood had its perks. He and Charlie would never get sick due to that fact.
Well, almost never. Once a year, Heaven would send down a virus to punish him for his actions before. It was highly contagious too. But luckily, it would happen at the same general time each year.
But then he moved into the hotel, and with everything going on, he had completely forgotten about the sickness until he woke up unable to breathe through his nose.

Summary
With the winter months in hell on the horizon, Alastor feels as though he's moving a bit slower than usual. When the Radio Demon is inevitably put out of commission for a long winter's rest, it is up to his fellow Hotel dwelling demons to see to his care. What the residents of the Hazbin Hotel are unaware of is that the next few months will put a test to their friendship, if you could even call it that, with the deer demon. As well as learning that the time following the ordeal is not any easier, and it will be the time for them to come through when he needs it the most
Or, Alastor is forced to trust and rely on the people around him, and he's not happy about it.
RadioDust is involved in this fic, so if you aren't into that, then don't read. It's not the primary focus, I just needed someone on Alastor's side. Also in this fic Alastor's soul is not owned by another person because that is not a story element I want to have to work with cause I'm lazy.
