Sukuna lives guided by his whims. If he wants to kill something, he kills it - an intrusive thought is reason enough. If he wants to eat something, he eats it - he can shrug his shoulders (all four of them) and eat a human being. Sukuna is the strongest, and as such, he is strong enough to do whatever he wishes at any given time. All he needs is interest.
The pleasures of the flesh had never interested him, and so he abandoned all ideas of family long ago.
He's found himself with family all the same. A nephew. His vessel.
The brat is boring, but the idea of family? HIS family? Now THAT'S interesting.

Yuji has never done anything that bad before.
Sure he sneaks extra snacks in the shopping cart, stays up too late, maybe ignores a text or two. But he’s never snuck out, never gone behind Sukuna’s back, and definitely never come home stumbling drunk at 2 in the morning with a grin on his face and not a care in the world about if his uncle was awake or not.
Unfortunately for him, first times come with consequences.
And Sukuna is very awake.
