Chapter Text
Okay so this isn't a chapter and you can skip this if you want but I wanted to state a couple things before we get into the fic
-This fic takes place a couple days before chapter 1
-This fic subscribes to Dess knight theory
-I think Kris is working with Carol to in some way restore The Knight to her former dess-ness because Kris had something to do with Dess becoming this in the first place
-I also believe that The Knight is to Dess is like how Flowey is to Asriel, they're not really the same person anymore, but also kinda are?
-The Knight is not on board with Carols plans, they have their own agenda, Idk what it is though, this isn't a theory but like the knight's goal can't just be the roaring right? If opening dark fountains is all it takes why not just do that? we know they can!
Anyway
-The Deltarune religion is as widespread as Christianity in our world, but people who aren't in o the conspiracy only know the broad strokes of the prophecy
-That's about it, I'm gonna include the egg rooms and secret bosses and stuff so don't worry about that
I'll go replay chapter 1 now I guess
