Notes:

Hieqa is an oc who is a bearded vulture hybrid.
Her quirk and mutations are separate, leading to a mysterious background and doubt of wether she is an animal or human.

Her back is hunched slightly forward, and on it, two, large wings extend, with the wingspan of 5-6 meters.

Hieqa is naturally born smaller than average humans in both height and size, as her wings took most of it.
She is not muscular, instead she has a very skinny body, only her shoulders and back are actually incredible strong.

Her body hair has been replaced with feathers, giving her a mane of proud, silvery feathers instead of hair.

Her eyelashes are a black, thick plumage, that extends into a natural eyeliner which goes down the sides of her nose slightly to mimic a bearded vultures beard.

Her body is also covered in tiny tiny fluffy, white feathers that give her additional warmth.

Her wings are black or dark brown, while the rest of her feathered body is white with brown streaks.

Her legs are replaced with scaly, vulture legs, which give her excellent grip and climbing abilities for high altitude.
Her toenails are turned into large talons which can be used as a murder weapon.
Her hand is remotely normal if you don't count her sharp claws.

 

I'd like to add, english is not my first language and the story is going to symbolise noticing and appreciating the small details/actions, and trusting in love given to you.
