A THRONE FOR TWO

Summary:

The King devoured every last drop from the servant boy's small lips, finding them so soft and irresistible against his own. He had his eyes closed, looking completely pleasured from the kiss he was giving with such passion. King LeBron had never felt this way, not even with Queen Solene. He loved her, of course, but most of it had been his duty as king.

But with Austin, it was hunger. It was the first time in his life he had ever wanted something for himself.

Chapter 1: YOU ARE MINE

Chapter Text

It was a very special feast, where everyone in the kingdom was present. It's the King's birthday, and there was music all night, and everyone merrily celebrated with wine and rich food. There were joyful laughter and dancing, with noblemen, merchants and beautiful maidens.

They all ate and drank part of the royal feast with great enthusiasm. It's poud and chaotic in the grand hall.

Now, it is past midnight. The servants have left, the candles have melted and the King is tired. He kept welcoming guests from distant lands until his voice grew hoarse.

There is a rumor that the King is looking for a lover. Since the Queen died, the King has not found a replacement yet. The Queen had passed away so suddenly in the cold winter of last year. Her memory lingered all over the castle walls and gardens, but no one dared to speak her name aloud.

People still believe in true love, that the King deserves another chance at happiness. But the King now wants something entirely unexpected, someone who will make his heart beat wildly again. Someone different, someone real and unpolished, not a noble. Many had presented to him beautiful young women from every kingdom across the seas, but the King showed no interest and sent them all away. He secretly wished would find him a simple soul instead.

Now, in his chamber, Austin stood in front of the large mirror, his fingers unconsciously moving along the collar of his clothes. He felt nervous. He still couldn't believe everything that had happened the whole night, the way the King had looked at him throughout the feast. And how one of the King's men pulled him in a corner and said, "The King wants you."

Being a servant boy, he was used to being invisible and ignored by everyone of high status. A lot could go wrong tonight but he hoped for a kind fate instead.

"What are you thinking about? Dites-moi." LeBron asked from behind him with a different sparkle in his eyes.

Austin turned around.

"I have just realized how lonely I was before this moment. I just never knew anyone could see me like this. So, merci, mon Roi," he whispered. "For… choosing me."

It is an absolutely great honor to even be chosen by the King, as everyone in the castle knows well. Many would give up everything they own to be acknowledged by him.

LeBron stepped closer and pulled Austin gently in a hug, with a gentle kiss on the servant boy's forehead.

"Of course," the King smiled and whispered against his hair softly. He held him tighter and breathed in his scent. "Nobody could resist someone like you."

Austin blushed deeply and leaned his head against the King's broad chest.

Then, holding his hand, LeBron walked over to the bed, inviting Austin.

The king gestured on his lap.

"Sit down," LeBron said. "Sit here."

Austin nodded silently. His heart was beating so hard it felt like it wanted to leap out of his chest.

He climbed into LeBron's lap, His legs slid to either side of the King's broad thighs, his knees resting on the soft bed. His hands naturally went to LeBron's shoulders.

"Good," LeBron said. "That's how my Prince should be."

Austin faced LeBron, looking up at him.

"I'm… not a prince," Austin whispered.

"Tonight, you are," LeBron replied. His hands began to move, one hand went to Austin's nape, stroking soft hair, the other slid down his back, slowly descending, until it rested on his buttocks. "Because this throne, is only for the King and his Prince."

Austin swallowed. The heat was slowly spreading through his body, from the points where LeBron's hands touched him to the very tips of his toes.

"And I am the King," LeBron admitted. "And you are mine, souviens-toi de ça."
