Chapter Text
Eclipse sat in the mindscape, it was suns head, the head moon forced him into. eclipse still hated sun and moon hell he despised lunar for betraying him but there was a nagging feeling of guilt gnawing at him and he hated it. He needed to get the star to rule the world once and for all all he needed was a plan. but whenever he made a plan it was quickly shut down by the guilt that was growing, no infecting him. He wanted to make those stupid celestial family to suffer, to burn, to rot in hell and yet he couldn't bring himself to go through with it. No matter how badly he wanted to, he couldn't. He could almost hear suns voice mocking him. In fact he did hear his stupid voice!
"uh eclipse i-um I just want to talk"
eclipse looked back at the nervous wreck of a sun. He glared at sun towing over him despite being the same height.
"talk."
eclipse commanded. sun fidgeted, trying to find the right words
"well I understand what um moon did to you and I'm sorry I really am b-but um I was wondering if you wanted to give it another shot"
"another shot?"
"y-yeah you know like to be good and uh be a family?"
sun offered looking at eclipse with hopeful eyes. eclipse looked back at sun he didn't think about redeeming himself not once but he could feel the guilt infecting him once again. so eclipse despite himself agreed.
"fine I accept your offer"
eclipse crossed his arms glaring at sun who looked quite estatic.
"I oh um! omg! I have to tell moon! lunar and maybe earth omg! this is amazing-"
"earth?"
sun paused looking at eclipse He suddenly remembered earth was new and didn't see when eclipse would take over his body.
"yeah shes our new sister"
"our?"
sun nods and walks off, going back to regain consciousness of his own body and tell his family the amazing news. leaving eclipse with his own thoughts
5 years later...
a house stood in the middle of the forest. It was quite comfortable. It was something moon and Monty made as a house, considering animatronics didn't have rights yet since well how were humans supposed to know they could think and act on their own. eclipse and lunar were separated from sun and moon and got their own body along with room. Monty had moved in with them after he and earth got married they shared a room. sun and moon were the owners of the house, something they decided to do together. They both got their own rooms as well but they were right by each other. sun has a cat named Pluto giving that name due to the cat being way smaller than usual. Everything was well in the celestial family. Everyone was amazing except for lunar. Lunar thought he got over the trauma with eclipse I mean its been 5 whole years he should've healed. but one day it all came back to him he was insanely depressed and still he didn't know what cause it. his family was constantly worried about him and he couldn't even entertain kids anymore at the daycare. it was pathetic and he knew everyone tried to help except for eclipse he just avoided lunar maybe it was for the better anyways. lunar didn't want to see him anyways. lunar
his room staring down at his striped socks/legging Pluto was behind lunar using his star shaped tail as a cat toy which it was to some extent. lunar just started blasting sad music mostly to piss eclipse off which was easy considering his door was right in front of his. eclipse sat on his bed tinkering with a broken project he could hear lunar annoying music.
"LUNAR TURN IT OFF!"
eclipse yelled, lunar turned it up even higher just to spite him. Eclipse was pissed off but didn't do anything more it wasn't necessary anyways. eclipse contained to tinker away at the broken project hearing lunar "sad" music. eclipse continued but he suddenly got an unpleasant feeling... like he was being watched. eclipse quickly looked around the room for any sign of Pluto or any of his family playing a stupid prank. but he found nothing and that disturbed him even more.
