Work Text:
Ganondorf had never slept well in this castle. He’d lay awake for hours, listening to the clicking of constructs moving down the hallways, wondering if he had missed something in his daily sweep of his rooms to ensure that Rauru had not planted some strange device to spy on him, and finally falling into dreams that frequently featured him forced to his knees in the castle’s throne room, swearing away his country to the Zonai while his people laughed and jeered around him.
Then he had taken Zelda to his bed, and his nights quickly became the best thing that had happened to him since arriving to Hyrule.
It was reckless of them, he knew, for her to keep sneaking into his room like this. It seemed only a matter of time before Rauru found them out, but perhaps some part of Ganondorf relished the thought of the Zonai King knowing. You and Sonia did this by not listening to her. You pushed her away. Yes, he awaited the day eagerly where he could rub his and Zelda’s connection in the King of Hyrule’s face. Ideally just before overthrowing him.
In the meantime, he could not stay away, and spent his nights with Zelda wrapped up in his arms, or buried in the warmth of her body, or drinking from between her thighs, addicted to her light and to her power. He knew it would not be enough to have her only until they succeeded in changing her sorrow-filled future.
He wanted her always.
Now he woke after another night spent in her arms, only to find her warmth absent. He yawned, reaching for her, and –
His arm got stuck.
His eyes flew open and he twisted his head to see a golden shackle fastened around his wrist. Panic surging through him, he tried to sit up, only to find his other arm and legs similarly shackled. Rauru’s found us out, he thought, then, Zelda! Where was Zelda? If she’d been hurt, he’d –
He lifted his head as much as he could and saw her sitting at the edge of the bed, back to him. He noticed then that the shackles pinning him to his bed were not made of gold as he had assumed, but pure light.
“Zelda…” he said warily, and slowly she turned. She had thrown a robe over her body, though she was still unclothed beneath it; he could see the side of her breasts where it hung loosely around her chest, making for a rather distracting sight.
“Well?” she said. “What do you think?”
Ganondorf blinked. “What…”
“Would Rauru be able to escape these?” She tilted her head. “His stones are very powerful…”
“What,” Ganondorf repeated.
“I don’t think this will be needed,” Zelda said. “But I’ve been practicing. Just in case.”
Ganondorf had the sudden image in his mind of Zelda standing before a Rauru stuck in chains, awash in light and weapon in hand, and swallowed, feeling warm. He tugged again at the chains, but his arms remained firmly stuck. He was suddenly very aware that he was entirely unclothed, courtesy of the night before.
“And you are testing this on me because…?”
“Who else am I meant to test it on?” Zelda inched closer to him. “And perhaps I like the reminder.”
“What reminder?” rasped Ganondorf.
She leaned in to touch his cheek, light shining behind her eyes. Ganondorf swallowed again; his cock was rapidly stiffening.
“That I can still seal you away if I need to,” Zelda said, voice lowering. Her robe gaped further as she leaned in, allowing him to glimpse more of her breasts. He attempted to raise, wanting to kiss her, but was quickly restrained. He let out a strangled growl.
Zelda’s mouth quirked up into half a smile as she watched him. “It seems my calamity also likes the reminder.” Her eyes flicked down towards his cock.
“Zelda…”
“Would you like me to free you?”
“No,” said Ganondorf (No? The word had fallen from his lips with hardly a conscious thought). “I want…”
“What do you want, Ganondorf?” she said, voice lowering to a husk that sent another wave of heat through him.
He wanted to bathe in her power; he wanted to be entirely at her mercy; he wanted to help her become the queen she was meant to be, with him at her side. He wanted, he wanted, he wanted…
“You,” he said, the slightest hint of a whine in his voice. “Need you…”
She leaned in to brush her lips against his. “You have me,” she murmured, then kissed him again before pulling away. He tugged at his restraints, trying to chase her, and her eyes went bright with mirth.
“If you’re good,” she said, “Perhaps I’ll let you go.”
He bit back another whimper. He could be good – but he would not make it too easy for her.
“Is that why we spent a hundred years together?” he purred. “I was not good enough for you?”
She hummed, trailing her fingers down his abdomen; he pressed himself as much as he could into her touch.
“Not nearly as good,” she said. “And I certainly don’t remember the Calamity being so needy.”
“Let me make it up to you.” He was still straining at the bonds, fruitlessly trying to reach for her. “I may not have the use of my hands. But I still have my tongue.”
Her eyes darkened with arousal.
“And take that off,” Ganondorf ordered.
“You’re rather demanding, for someone in your position,” said Zelda, but she did shrug off the robe. She did, in fact, have nothing on underneath.
“Beautiful,” he breathed.
“You say that every time,” said Zelda, face slightly pink.
“It is always true,” said Ganondorf. “Now come here so I can worship you, my queen.”
She shivered.
“I will be good for you; I swear it.” He lifted his head as much as he could, willing her closer. “Just let me taste you…”
She touched her hand to his cheek; he nuzzled his face against it before turning his head to kiss her palm. Then he said, “Please,” and blissfully she moved to straddle his face.
Already she was becoming slick with want, and Ganondorf did not waste any time, immediately burying himself in her. He licked at her, and bit at her thighs in the exact place that always had her whimpering, and listened to the sounds she was making above him. Her labored breathing had him groaning in frustration, pulling against his restraints and wishing he had his hands so he could touch her properly. He would have gripped her hips, pressing her as tightly against him as he could. Or perhaps he would have pressed his fingers into her, stroking her in the way he knew she liked.
Well, he thought, he would make do with only his tongue to please her. He moved to take her swollen clit into his mouth.
“Ganon,” she gasped (it thrilled him when she called him this; a reminder that even before he had met her she had been his, and he had been hers).
He released her only long enough to rasp, “Am I being good enough for you?” Without waiting for a response, he returned his mouth to her, licking and sucking until she was writhing above him. He stroked her through her orgasm, then pressed a gentle kiss to her clit (he relished in how her thighs twitched against his face). Then he attempted to push his tongue inside of her, but too quickly, she slid off of him. He attempted to follow, only to be thwarted again by the chains, which he cursed inwardly.
“I think,” said Zelda breathlessly, “that you deserve a reward.”
“Will you free me?” Ganondorf asked, only somewhat embarrassed by how needily it came out. He longed to pull her into his arms.
Zelda hummed. “Not yet.”
She leaned over him, propping herself up with one arm. With the other she began to trail her fingers over his body, tracing shapes over the tattoos inked into his arms and the hard planes of his chest. She lay her palm over his heart, feeling its quickened beat.
“You like being like this,” she said. There was no judgement in her voice, only quiet curiosity. “Bound up and at my mercy.”
He did, he realized. Oh, how he did.
“Because it is you,” he said seriously. “I’ve told you, Zelda. I want your power; I want all of you.”
She gave him a long kiss. Then she continued her exploration down his body, over his chest and down his abdomen, until her fingers brushed against his hard cock. Unwillingly, he bucked his hips.
“Patience,” she teased, drawing her hand away. “I said I would reward you.”
“Zelda…”
She let out a little laugh before settling herself between his legs and gripping him in her hand. He held himself back from moving, allowing her to set the pace.
“That’s it,” she said, thumbing at the tip of his cock. “I’ll take care of you, my king.”
The words my king from her lips had him even further resisting the urge to thrust into her hand. This feeling was only exacerbated when she leaned down to lick up the length of him, and then take him into her mouth. He moaned, and was rewarded with her speeding up her movements.
She alternated hands and mouth, or both at the same time, gripping him in her fingers while she lavished the tip of his cock with attention from her tongue, or taking him as far as she could into the warmth of her mouth as she touched him elsewhere. Ganondorf closed his eyes so he could better focus on the sensations, well aware that he was entirely exposed and vulnerable.
She could kill him easily like this, and he would be able to do nothing to stop it. Was there something wrong with him, that he was taking pleasure in the thought? Ever since he had seen the power that lurked within her, he had wanted nothing more than to unleash it, even if he was destroyed in the process.
“Zelda,” he groaned. “My Zelda…”
She removed her lips from his cock (he nearly whined at the loss of contact), and pressed a kiss to his abdomen. Then she shifted, and he opened his eyes to see her moving to straddle his waist. As she lowered herself onto him, he thrashed at his restraints harder than ever.
They did not yield.
“Zelda,” he repeated. “I want to touch you…”
“Soon,” she promised. “Can you manage, just a bit longer?”
“Ye-es,” he gasped as she raised and lowered herself again onto him. Light shone from her hand.
“You’ve been so good, my king,” she cooed.
“Your king,” Ganondorf repeated with a groan.
“My king. My king, my monster, my calamity.”
With each declaration she moved on his cock, and Ganondorf moved his hips with her, wanting to bring her as much pleasure as he could, even with his limbs bound. Zelda had her eyes closed and her head tilted back; Ganondorf’s were wide open.
He could not take her eyes from her, could not miss a second of the sight of her: the movement of her breasts as she rode him, the point of connection between their bodies, the light, the power, shining from her. Her hand, with its three golden triangles, glowed brightest of all, and he watched as she moved it between her legs to pleasure herself as she moved.
Yes, he thought, someone with that power deserved to be queen. And he could not bear it if he let her slip through his fingers.
He wondered if he was in love with her.
“Ganondorf,” she moaned, touching herself as she clenched around his cock, crying out in pleasure.
Yes, something purred in him. You love her.
And with that thought he was spilling into her with a whine. When he came to his senses, he moved his arm – and found it free.
He immediately pulled her into his arms and kissed her thoroughly. Her face was rather red when he pulled away.
“This was… not my intention,” she said somewhat sheepishly. “When I –”
Ganondorf silenced her with another kiss. “Don’t care.” He kissed her again. “We should do it again.”
She touched his cheek. “You did seem to… rather enjoy yourself.”
He hummed, raising his hand to rest over hers. Then he said, “We should get married.”
Zelda blinked. “What.”
Ganondorf blinked as well, surprised by what had just come out of his mouth. Oh, he had thought it several times, almost as soon as they had agreed to ally against Rauru, and the thought had only become more frequent as he became more attached to her. This was not how he had wanted to have this conversation.
“Marry me,” he said. “We talk of who will take Hyrule once we depose of the Zonai – let it be us both. Hyrule and Gerudo, joined in alliance. A real one, not this joke that Rauru proposes. And,” he added quickly, for she seemed unconvinced, “You can keep an eye on me.”
“Keep an eye on you.”
“To ensure I’m not becoming your calamity. To make sure your future is safe.”
Zelda studied him, bemused.
“I’ll think about it,” she said, and it was all Ganondorf could do to not cry out in triumph.
