Nesaea "Nessa" was born in the forests of Morrowind to a sea nymph mother and an Imperial father. She didn’t know either of them, for after her birth, (on the edge of the inner sea) her mother had left her to lure more unsuspecting men to their deaths. Her natural abilities didn’t allow her to care for a child. Not even her own, and her father was an important Imperial man.
She remained on the island of Vvardenfell for a while, growing well into her early 20’s, learning about who and what she was through harvesting, befriending the fauna, and attracting the other creatures, before using her nymph abilities to sway a ship full of Imperial men which she’d used to travel to Cyrodiil.
She’d been sexually harassed a few times during her short time upon the ship, however, upon their arrival, she’d killed many of the men and used the power of illusion on the survivors.
Nesaea is the only hybrid nymph in Tamriel.

🌱 eye color: swamp-green or forest-green with white sclera (due to her father)
🌱 hair color: cocoa-brown, but changes to dark-crimson when wet (due to her father)
🌱 height: 4'1 (due to her mother, despite her only being 5’0)
🌱 body size: petite & athletic/toned
🌱 skin complexion: pale-cream (due to her father) with freckles
🌱 respects: Modryn Oreyn, Martin Septim, Maglir, Glarthir, Erthor, Vicente Valtieri (complicated), Baurus, Tar-Meena, Ocheeva, and the Jemane brothers (however, Reynald can be a handful, more than herself)...the Adoring Fan (??? she is very concerned about him)
🌱 personality: very kind/puts others below her first, but is also very explosive, especially when she or her friends/those she cares about are disrespected in any way (she has a lot of the same traits as her mother)

She is a master at illusion, regarding her nymph biology, and her surprising strength (due to her father) allows her to hold two-handed weapons, but she prefers using the bow and her enchanted cutlass.
She uses magick more than anything.
In spite of her unusual size, Nesaea is quite strong and can put up a damn good fight when needed.
Her size makes her a natural at thievery, plus she is an avid climber, and she knows all there is to know about many alchemic herbs. She can also live for a very long time. Longer than elves.
She has the ability to sense the arousal of others by touch & smell, and with just a touch, depending on her mood, Nesaea can sway them into sleeping with her or turning them into a "touch-starved" being for her to play with. She has aphrodisiac abilities. She is a nymph after all, and she loves to play with her “victims”.
Despite being a nymph, Nesaea has never had sex w/anyone, but most nymph/fae creatures only tease their prey, not have sex w/them.
Her ears are pointed from a birth defect, for her mother’s are webbed and her father’s are round.
She looks more human than nymph, however her unusual height is a concern for many folks in Cyrodiil.
Despite her being half-sea nymph, Nesaea doesn’t need water to survive, but she loves to live around the water/sea. Any amount, even a pond, will make her very happy. Considering this, she is an excellent swimmer and she can breathe under water, but not as long as an Argonian.
Her mother has the ability to shape-shift, but Nesaea doesn’t. The best she can do is change the size of her body parts not her body as a whole.
Nymphs, being exclusively female, have reproductive systems, however they don't normally reproduce w/humans or any other race that isn't another similar male fae creature, like satyrs, or trolls.
Nesaea is very promiscuous, however, having penetrative sex w/a male can be tricky in regards to her size, so she still has her "maidenhead".
In regards to her promiscuity, Nesaea has enjoyed playing and sucking the cocks of a few men, but she enjoys the "teasing" aspect a whole lot more. Plus it's a lot easier for her to do and easily get away before an assault.
She has been intimate w/other females, but only ever w/Khajiit and Argonian women, plus w/other nymphs.
She loves wearing corsets, or any blouse that allows her to pull tight around the waist and ribs. She doesn’t mind wearing skirts, but she prefers cotton pants. She also loves jewelry and can easily make her own, but she loves supporting the shops and traveling caravans that she comes across on her adventures through Cyrodiil. She sees wealth as a means to hurt people, and she highly respects beggars and those who don’t have much.
She knows Lucien Lachance from her time working alongside him, but she finds him very intimidating. He’s got a vendetta against her and often comes to her at night to threaten and warn her about what’s to come. Honestly, Lucien just likes to toy with her, however he isn't against hurting her.
Yeah...she kind of messed up w/them.
