Cronus stood next to Charlie, listening to his boyfriend debate these people, and speak about his beliefs. Cronus adored the man, and Charlie loved him back. They were a surprisingly healthy couple, if you ignored the fact that Cronus was a homewrecker, causing Charlie and Erika's divorce.
That didn't matter though, what was important was the fact that they were both so happy with each other. It was like they were just meant to be! Both of them hated minority groups, which gave them so much in common.
Today was going great, and Cronus knew that nothing could go wrong. Just him, his lover, and a crowd of people with varying opinions, most of which he believed were objectively wrong because transgender woke liberals sucked ass.
Charlie was talking to one of the many audience members, asking a question in response to their words, "Counting or not counting gang violence?"
Suddenly, Cronus noticed something, a bullet, headed right towards his little Kirky! Cronus had no time to think, he had to do this, for Charlie.
Cronus jumped in front of his boyfriend, just in time to stop the bullet from killing Kirk, but instead, making a hole in Cronus's chest.
The troll screamed in agony, coughing and thrashing on the floor, while Charlie watched on in horror. Despite how much he loved Cronus, Charlie loved gun violence even more, so he let Cronus bleed out on the podium, while he silently cried for his lost lover.
