Chapter Text
You've been one of Lord X's victims for a while, feeling trapped in the eternal torture, your past life taken away from you. You had no say in the matter, you couldn't even speak! X always said the cause was of a, 'glitch in the port', but, who knows? He probably muted you intentionally to amuse himself.
He always had an...interest in you, killing you in more experimental ways, like restraining you as the edges of gnarly thorns scratched the orbs you take sight with; blood trickling out of them until they're mutilated, hollow holes in place of your sockets.
Today was one of those days where X told you to...Run. As usual, you sprinted through the forest of deformed yellow palm trees, attempting to get the freak to lose your tracks, but of course, he knew exactly where you were. Always.
As you ran through the forest, the trees seeming to repeat themselves, you spotted a...café? That wasn't there before, right? You approach the small café booth, the outside of it having a table with a circular surface, and two simple chairs across from each other. You run a gloved hand along the blue surface, porcelain. Everything was porcelain.
Panting, you decided to take a break, sitting in one of the chairs. The trees continued to writhe, and, the grass continued to flow. The silence made you think...this café is out of place.
Ding!
Oh shit!
Recognizing that sound as Lord X's teleport, you flinch, looking around in fear, and as you suspected, there he was, X, standing on the cafe's stoned pathway, gloved hands behind his back. His hand absentmindedly pulled on the wrist part of his other hand's glove.
You didn't even have to scream to make the damn hedgehog recognize your fear in an instant. He sensed it.
"Ah, silent one," his piercing red eyes glance at the café booth behind you, before returning to your face, his eyebrow raising, "Hmm? It seems you found our next activity without my help. Good job," His praise, his voice taking a sarcastic tone.
You shivered in your fucking timbers as the demon approached you, his wrinkled gray shoes tapping against the stone pavement as he did so. He got closer...and closer...until he guts-Sat across from you....What?
Lord X slides onto the chair across from yours at the table you sat at, clasping his hands together, and placing them on the table's surface. Is he playing with you? There's an obvious answer to that. "Now, now, silent one. There is no need to cower. How about we...take a break? Drinks on the house."
Y'know what? You were already there (and were going to get murdered by X eventually), so, you nodded, trying to agree to the best of your abilities. He grinned, a single tear of blood running down his wrinkly cheek in glee.
"Good, good," he rotates his head 90 degrees to the café booth, calling out to the empty space, "One lung." The hell is he going to get a lung from? From one of his other tortured souls? You could only stare at him as he turned back to you, staring at you too.
"..."
"..."
The silence was unbearable. It was to the point where you two looked like you were having a staring contest.
"...Say, you see that blender over there," Lord X's ear twitched when he asked the sudden question. You turn your attention to the blender now present on the countertop of the empty booth. It was shiny, clean, and was filled halfway with ice cubes.
Before you could turn back to X, you felt two hands dig into your stomach. You hunched back in pain, convulsing. Your body felt like butter at how easily the hands ventured through your internal systems. As you were bleeding out, blood spurting down onto your legs, the hands grab onto your lung...and RIP it out by force.
Immediately, you start puking up blood, the table now stained with your liquids. Lord X holds your lung firmly, cackling, the sound raspy and deep, "Silent one, there's no time for dying. We have to drink, remember?"
The blender on the booth suddenly appears on the table, the ice clicking inside once said blender lands on the table. Gently, the old hedgehog demon places your lung into the blender, then closes the cup with a lid. He presses one of the buttons on the machine, and quickly, your OWN organ and some ice cubes get blended together.
As it happened, X gazed down at your form with a smug expression, noting how you were still trying to grasp onto life, gurgling, and your upper body now slumped over on the stained table. You looked like you had been in a blood bath.
He pours the concoction into a large glass on the center of the table, filling it up to the top. Two straws (and a tiny umbrella made out of finger bones for decor) were placed into the glass.
Lord X propped his head up on the table with his bloody hand as he jokes to you, "Come one now, dig in before I do, oh that's right, I already did that to you, you poor thing," he snickers, his eyes dropping down to the large opening in your stomach.
"Here, let me patch you up."
Before the life faded from your eyes, you blinked, and, you were okay! Your battered form was reverted back to normal, however the stains from your recent 'killing' remained on the table. It smelled like straight up metal.
Something told you to flee while you still can. You were able to, so, you attempted to leave him with his weird ass beverage, but before you could even leave the table, you felt a firm grip on your hand,
"Wait, now. I didn't dismiss you yet. You should be grateful I'm even giving you this break." Break? He literally just gouged your lung out!
With, of course, no say in the matter, you sat back down in your seat; and the hand X still held, was dragged up to your straw, "Go on," he encouraged you, making your hand wrap around it. Finally, he let go, holding onto his own straw.
Looking at the blood and chunks of your own organ in the glass made your stomach churn. You took a deep breath, before taking a swig of the cold metallic beverage with Lord X. It'd been a few solid seconds of you just staring at each other while you both drank, the unease settling in.
As soon as you swallowed the raw chunky bits, ice parts, and slimy blood of the beverage, you gagged, your head turning away from the table. You looked as if you were going to barf.
Lord X shook his head slowly in disapproval, though, he still showed that ominous sharp-toothed grin, "Don't be like that. Your lungs have the richest flavor out of the other souls. It's delicious."
As you recovered from your woozy state, you turn back to the table, taking sight of the demon drinking the beverage through his straw without you, a few blood tears of joy running down his face.
Hey, maybe this moment isn't so bad? No. What were you thinking?
