Summary:
A month after the alien imposters infected their ship, White clings to the last person she trusts. Black. But she soon realizes the man at her side is not the friend she knew.
It wears his face. It speaks with his voice. It even carries Black’s memories.
And yet, behind the heartbeat she feels when he holds her, White learns the truth. The real Black is dead. What remains is a monster who refuses to let her go.
Black's unconfessed love for White now belongs to his imposter.
