It was sunny when Genya woke up greeted by Gyomei pulling him in a hug as they normally did each morning while he prepared breakfast.
”Something’s been bothering you.” Gyomei said as he sipped at his tea Genya shrugged.
”Have… Have you ever been in love?”
Gyomei thought about for a moment and shook his head as he continued eating.
”I never made time for it though love is a truly beautiful thing that’s a wonderful feeling.”
”Oh. I think that’s a lot harder then you think.”
Muichiro had a day off from training and noticed Genya and Gyomei by the pond.
”Genya!-.” Gyomei held up a hand. Tanjiro also was with the mist hashira beaming.
”Give him a moment please.” Gyomei said after a few moments Genya exhaled through his mouth.
”Muichiro? Tanjiro? Why are you guys here?”
”I was just wondering if you wanted to skip stones with me and Tanjiro is hiding from Sanemi.”
”I am not! He’s just scary.” Tanjiro said. Genya noticed Muichiro’s hair looked really nice today.
He wanted to ran his hands through it.
Muichiro had a nice laugh too a very gentle one Genya’s eyes widened when he got closer.
”Why are you so red?” Genya yelped at how close he was to almost kissing him.
”U-Uh it’s the heat! The heat it’s s-so hot.” Gyomei nodded in agreement.
”It is a bit humid Genya. Come let’s go inside.”
”Yeah. S-See you.” He said running his fingers through Muichiro’s hair lightly.
”Okay.” Muichiro said softly feeling his cheeks grow warm.
Genya was weird.
