Bum ass Nagi

Summary:

Nagi is forced to get a job, sad!!

Work Text:

Nagi was flat broke. He always imagined life after school to be freeing, finally finding something interesting, something that he truly cared about. So far he had failed in that endeavor. The fuckass banks did not care about his personal growth and character arc however, so he was forced to get employed. Sad!! Well there are other character arcs. Due to the high employment rates in the city due to the leftist mayor, there were no openings in the city. No job opening for one, a window washer. Shudder shudder.

The job meant long days, looking into the skyscraper’s offices and realizing the company could definitely afford to pay him more. One office in particular always stuck out to him, the whole room housed only one man, around his age. His hair was purple, worn in a pony-tail. Misery was woven into his face, the same misery Nagi wore. Maybe he was delusional, but he could swear everyday the desk got closer and closer to the window. The window washer had a window watcher.

Reo never wanted to work for his dad’s company, he never wanted to inherit his birthright. The suit he wore was too large and the work he did wasn’t meaningful. He knew he wasn’t changing the world, he was still water, a breeding ground for disease. The highlight of his day was the new window washer, stark white hair and eyes that seemed to change colour in the light. He didn’t even notice at first, that he had shifted closer to the window. When he did become aware of it, he decided not to hold back, he placed his desk facing the window and bought a new desk to place behind where he worked, so he could swivel if god forbid he had a meeting. A blend of his own whims and his fathers expectations.

The next day Reo watched the window washer as he worked, taking in all of his features. Admiring the man before him. To his surprise, the man stared back. Leaving them as they were, two men, observing each other. The windows could be opened, technically speaking. They were locked and it went against company policy, but Reo had some wiggle room. There was little action that could be taken against him, even less that anyone would be willing to actually do. Reo broke the blue lock on the window with relative ease, and slid the window open.

“Would you like to come in?” Reo asked, extending a hand. Nagi only nodded in response, hauling himself in and taking a seat in Reo’s chair. He hadn’t expected things to go this far, to get this close. “I’m Reo!” He said with a shaky smile.

“I don’t give a shit.” Nagi responded. He grabbed Reo by the tie and kissed him sloppy stylez. He was then promoted from window washer to trophy husband, even though he never told Reo his name. He just hung around the office and would give Reo a cute glance every once and a while. Everyone in the office hated him, except for Reo, who loved him dearly.
