Chapter Text
To Jeongguk, Christmas was one of the most important parts of his entire life.
Watching the snow pile up with each that would fall onto the ground, while the air layers between were mellower and brisker at the same time. His childhood home was notorious for its natural holiday feel, which is why by the time the winter break hits, the entire province is lit up with all types of decorations.
He was lucky to come from a clan which took the holidays so seriously—if it was birthdays, Children’s day, Chuseok or Christmas, it meant that events were cancelled weeks before, and anything work-related was dealt with before, or would have to wait until the Holiday was finished. All of the focus was on their pups.
They’d gather around the Christmas tree in his Grandmother's living room, let the kids tear open their presents and leave all the wrapping on the floor until the ground was covered in peppermint stripes, or, for Jeongguk, specifically, bunny-themed wrapping.
They would thank the elders before following through with any other Christmas activities with their parents; his parents were keen on teaching him how to snowboard because of their shared admiration for the sport. Later, they’d take him out to whatever fancy restaurant they had booked that night before taking him out for a movie, or if he was lucky, taking him to the Christmas fair.
If they had time left, they would find themselves on the Ferris wheel, looking over the entirety of the province. The baby alpha felt like he was on top of the world.
Those times of gift-giving, cheering and love shaped his years as a pup and remained present
Now, Jeongguk was no longer the young, wide-eyed, cute pup. He was in college, far from his parents. He was busy with his university life and his degree, but still made time to come home and visit.
In the few moments he couldn’t, he found himself surrounded by his best friends, following those same traditions comfortably.
As for the University as a whole, Jeongguk liked it. It was the perfect time for him to explore all of the things that he wanted to do; music, athletics, photography and film-making, things he was better at than he expected. College also allowed him to explore himself as a person; his decision to get piercings and tattoos behind his parents’ backs was one supported by friends he was glad to have. Before he knew it, he sported piercings on his face and ears, and had a sleeve of tattoos that he was still adding to.
His parents weren’t too happy finding out, though. It didn’t matter because he liked them.
But, most importantly, it had brought another wonder into his life—Kim Namjoon.
From the very moment he laid eyes on him, those wedding bells started ringing.
He was truly beautiful. His skin looked smooth and had taken on an unmistakable honey glow. He couldn’t believe his eyes. His wide-set, sharp eyes were beautiful, and hard for the alpha to tear his own away from his; they were just so… unique. His plump, virtually heart-shaped lips wore a slight frown, and his cute button nose scrunched up every so often. Everything about him was so cute, yet alluring. Even his eyebrows were sexy.
As for his scent, God. It was the most addictive thing that he’d ever had the pleasure of smelling; sweeter than sweet, vanilla, peaches and cream.
When his eyes trailed down to his tight shorts, Jeongguk dropped the dumbbell, close to his foot, in pure and utter shock. Namjoon walked over to check on him, and he easily turned into a humongous stuttering mess.
All that mattered to him was that he’d made Namjoon smile, a perfect dimpled smile, with all of his fumbling.
He ended up leaving the gym, freaking out and sweating more than usual after they exchanged numbers. He was just a little awkward and introverted.
Jeongguk found himself staring at him during their joint study time because he felt like they weren’t close enough, so on a whim, he enrolled in a couple of his elective classes. He chuckled anytime Namjoon’s cheeks reddened and his scent spiked up from his gaze.
Becoming more than friends was something that was bound to happen.
Soon, autumn rolls around, and Jeongguk and Namjoon are walking around their college campus, holding hands with a cheesy, doughy look on their faces. Jeongguk had finally mustered up the courage to be more than his ‘court-mate.’ To nobody’s surprise, he said yes.
Taehyung practically burst into Namjoon’s dorm room, just after they shared their first kiss. He remembers it vividly—his face heated up when he found out he was dating his best friend’s younger brother. Technically, that meant he’d met half of his family already.
Jeongguk was more than ecstatic to bring Namjoon back home for the holidays so he could meet all of his family.
Imagine his surprise when he finds that the omega has never celebrated Christmas. Or any holiday for that fact.
He knew Taehyung wasn’t too keen on celebrating his birthday until they met in college, but he didn’t know it was a whole family thing.
It almost didn't register in his brain. How could somebody skip over such an important day? It wasn't for religious reasons either; they just never cared about it, and with the way Namjoon said it, he didn’t care about it either. Though his words had stunned Jeongguk completely, he was to respect his partner’s wishes and not force him into a situation that would make him uncomfortable.
They decided that Jeongguk would go back home to visit family, and they would spend New Year’s together, not to celebrate but to spend time with each other.
Jeongguk had gotten used to it by now and had never pressed further; it was hardly a problem after a week of quiet thinking and not bringing the subject up ever. The two followed this tradition for the last year and a half, until he stopped last.
That’s when he heard Namjoon talking to his mother about the holidays.
Jeongguk never meant to snoop or anything. He just ended up coming back from hanging out with his Hyungs earlier than he expected. He wasn’t used to being away from family, admittedly.
He couldn’t help but think back on the moment. Her words were brutal enough to leave Namjoon crying by the end of it; he sobbed harder than Jeongguk had ever seen.
It made him cry.
But, he had to keep himself grounded; He knew what he wanted—no, what he needed to do.
He needed to give Namjoon a proper, perfect and happy Christmas.
He had fourteen days left until Christmas; Jeongguk pushes up his glasses while he leans back on the library’s cushioned chairs.
Due to his serious expression and the strong scent he was emitting, most people would be under the impression that he was doing last-minute homework, or maybe working on a study plan for their next exams, but that wasn't even close to how serious this was to him.
Usually, on the last day before winter break, the alpha would be one of the first students to leave, but he couldn’t go back home just now. Namjoon was there recovering from post-heat sickness.
“Shit, he already has that,” Jeongguk deeply sighs as he crosses out a possible gift.
He’d already finished one of them—a beautifully drawn painting of Namjoon that he had been working on for the last 4 months. Aside from that, Jeongguk’s biggest present so far was a resort in Sapporo. It wasn’t any regular one, but it was one that his family owned with all types of amenities that you wouldn’t get anywhere else. And he’d made sure to book it way before any of the other members of his family could.
It was perfect; the omega had yet to travel outside of the country, and he loved Japan, but it wasn’t enough for him. He could splurge on as much money as he wanted to, but it had to carry the same rules his family followed; Christmas tree decorating, presents under the tree, baking cookies and whatnot.
“I should’ve planned for presents first,” He mumbled to himself. He would’ve, if he weren’t in between studying, midterms, his job and some family issues.
Presents were much harder than he thought. If Namjoon wanted something, before he could think about buying it, he would have already bought it. He wasn't going to snoop around either; he knew Namjoon like the back of his hand.
He exhales loudly again. The almost blank page mocked him. he had to close the journal up before shoving it into his bag. He wasn't planning on giving up yet. For now, Jeongguk was tired. He had spent the entire day at college.
“Namjoon probably misses me,” He mumbles to himself, a cheesy, small smile appearing on his pierced lips.
The alpha felt horrible for leaving him home alone. He missed Namjoon just as much as the omega likely missed him, so he was glad the only thing that was in the way of their time together tomorrow would be a shift later in the day at the shop.
He shakes his body, finally zipping up his coat and putting on the knitted gloves that Namjoon had made for him, along with the matching hat and scarf.
Finally, he leaves the library, a small yawn leaves his lips, and he stretches as he treks through the snowy path.
Unexpectedly, Jeongguk slips.
"Fuck!" He hisses as he makes contact. Lucky for him, he lands on the snow instead of the ice. He sits up and brushes the snow from his head.
"Oh, Jeongguk-ah? Is that you?" The younger snaps his head to see Taehyung, standing there with his hands in his pockets. His voice almost scared him - deep but warm, like a fireplace. He treks closer to him.
"Are you okay?" His eyes lit up.
Honestly, if he wanted to know the things that he didn't know about his boyfriend, he might as well ask the person that he's been with for the longest.
"Hyung!" He stands up and slowly makes his way over to him before he grasps his wrists together while pulling him towards him. "Oh, this is perfect! I need help, please." Completely taken off guard, Taehyung cocks his head to the side.
"Jeongguk... you're scaring me a little bit," He chuckles awkwardly, and looks around, "What's the problem?"
"Christmas is coming up and-and I want to get something for-well, actually a lot of things for Namjoon, but I’ve only done a few things," His words came out as a puff of cold air.
The older gestures for the younger to take a deep breath, “Hyung, I’m completely plum out of ideas. I-I feel so blank,”
Taehyung blinks before looking up to think. His silence makes him anxious; with every second he waits, he can feel his heart pound.
He furrows his eyebrows, "You've been with Namjoon for two and a half years and you don't know what he likes?" The older alpha begins to laugh at the absurdity of it.
The alpha begins to panic and frantically shakes his head, "No! No, I just..." He sighs and hangs his head low, "If Namjoon wants something, he'd buy it for himself... I'm not looking for the things that I already know he likes. I just want something that will y’know… wow him.”
Taehyung nods along, “He’s already got everything I wanted to get him.” Jeongguk pouts.
He smiles. “Well, if you really want to get Namjoon something, just take him to the mall to do window-shopping; he’ll point out everything he wants.”
“Really?”
“Yeah!” He leans forward, “Anytime I wanna get him something specific, I let him take the lead.” He cocks his head to the side, “Namjoon is a sucker for window-shopping, but be careful, he’d probably give you the puppy eyes if he really wants something, and knowing you, you’d give in so easily.”
The two giggle, and Jeongguk nudges his shoulder, which makes him hiss. "Holy shit, what are you eating at home? Bricks?”
“Whatever,” Jeongguk looks away from him and shifts on his feet.
"I'm guessing you knew about some of that, huh?"
“Could you tell?” he sighs and looks down to play with his fingers. His face reddens in embarrassment and from the cold.
“You don’t have to know everything about your partner,” He looks up, “I mean, sometimes I feel like I know nothing about Hoseok-hyung, but that doesn’t mean I don’t love him any less. Also, you guys are still pretty early in your relationship. I bet he doesn’t know about the Iron Man underwear yet-” Jeongguk shoves his hand over Taehyung’s mouth to shut him up.
But, Taehyung, being Taehyung, bites his glove, which makes him grimace, and quickly wipes it.
He grimaces.
“You should be thanking me, loverboy, I basically just saved you, and if you need to know anything more, you could ask Seokjin-hyung; he might know something I don't know.” Jeongguk’s mouth forms an “o” shape, and he’d completely forgotten about their other older brother.
“Thank you so much, hyung!” Jeongguk giddily thanks him, bows twice, and the older man shoots him his signature boxy smile. “I’ll see you later,”
The older walks away from him, “Also, don’t slip!” He nods and puts his thumbs up as the alpha jogs away. To his displeasure, he almost does it again, but lands on his hands instead of his face.
Steadily, he makes his way over to the parking lot where his motorcycle and helmet sat; for him, the area around it was completely clear of any frosty residue. To be safe, he checks around it.
Once he replaces his glasses and fits his helmet on and readies the motorbike, Jeongguk makes his way out of the parking lot.
Jeongguk arrived much later than he expected because of his stop at one of the nearby marts to get some ingredients for Jjajangmyeon, as well as a tub of Neapolitan ice cream and some marshmallows. Other than that, he proceeded with his usual journey, trying to think about what else Namjoon might like.
Museum dates, and ice-skating/roller-blading were all he could think of; maybe he needed to call Seokjin much sooner than he thought.
Jeongguk leans on his bike, his finger lingering around his mouth as he waits for Seokjin to pick up. “Jeonggukie, Jeonggukie, what is it?” He perks up when the older’s groggy voice travels through.
“Hyung, I have something really important to ask.”
From the other side of the. Phone, he hears the older person stretch his body and groan, “And you couldn’t ask me in the morning?”
Jeongguk looks up at the big clock in the garage; it’s hardly 7 PM, and he chuckles. “It’s not like you were sleeping anyway.”
“Ah, you’re right,” Seokjin scoffs and shuffles around to sit up. “What is it? Did you get lost in the woods or something?”
“Do you know what Namjoon likes? I wanna get him something for Christmas,”
The older stops.
“Hold on, Jeonggukie, why are you getting him a Christmas present? We’ve never celebrated. I thought you knew that?”
“Yeah, but…” Jeongguk runs his hands through his hair, “I just—I just wanted to do something for him,”
“I’m guessing you heard him and eomma talk then?”
“Uh-huh. I didn’t mean to snoop,”
Seokjin laughs, “Okay, Okay, uhm,” Jeongguk looks around as if Namjoon was about to pop down and greet him. “He loves bunnies and puppies. I’m guessing that’s why he’s dating you.”
He raises his eyebrows. “What else… He loves books, but I’m sure you know that, but he’s never gotten his book signed by any of the authors he likes, so maybe you can get him a signed book or something. He loves other animals too. Have you ever considered getting a cat or a dog?”
“Well, not yet,”
“Consider it then—oh right! He loves Super Mario, but he doesn’t have a gaming console. I would get him one, but I was honestly waiting for you to get one for him. If you’re gonna play it with him, you can pick every other character aside from Peach or Donkey Kong, I swear he’ll become uninterested if you do. Anytime I’d allow him to play when we were kids, he’d always throw a fit. From that moment, I just knew he was going to be an omega,”
“Isn’t that stereotyping?”
“Well—Jeongguk, I’m an omega myself, and I’m an omegatologist. I think I would know more about omegas than you would.”
“Yeah, okay, whatever,” He mumbles under his breath. “Oh, do you think he’d get sick on a plane?”
“He might, sometimes he gets car sick, but I don’t think that’s the same thing…” His voice gets a little quiet.
“Where are you planning on taking him?” He says with a little suspicion.
“Not telling.” Jeongguk steadies himself on his bike, “Anyways, uhm, thank you so much, Hyung.”
“No worries, Kookie-yah,” He smiles at the nickname, “If you need anything else from me, just call, okay?” He hums. “I’ll see you later, Jeonggukie,” He chuckles as he ends the call and shoves his phone into his pockets.
At least, he knows a little more about Namjoon; he twirls the bag in between his fingers as he enters the garage elevators and presses the 16th floor. He whistles as he waits for him to reach it.
Eventually, he finds himself in front of his door; He sways his body as he enters the PIN to his apartment, and the door unlocks.
He shivers while peeling off his outerwear, neatly folding the hat, gloves and scarf into his backpack.
He takes in the honeyed scent of his omega and observes the dimly lit hallways. Because the lights weren’t turned on and the windows hadn’t been opened, he doubts Namjoon had even left the bedroom. “He’s probably hungry.” He slips into his sliders and turns on the LED lights in the living room, as well as both the wall and lamps.
He adjusts them until the living room and surrounding areas give off a purple-blue hue. Anytime too bright would hurt both of their eyes. He leaves his helmet on his couch, next to the one that Namjoon wore anytime he wanted to join him on his motorcycle.
The living room did look a little messy, he hums as he picks up their rainbow, Hello Kitty plush from the floor, “Maybe he did get out of bed today,” He puts it down on the couch, walking to their bedroom.
With each step, his scent became even stronger, making his nose and fingers twitch. "Namjoonie-ah," He creaks their door open, careful not to let too much light in. Namjoon lets out a small groan, turning his body over and rubbing his eyes.
From what he could make out, he’s taken his pyjamas out of the hamper, worn the shirt and socks, but placed the pants by the edge of the bed. As for the nest, it’d been destroyed, but not completely stripped.
“Kook-ah,” He slips through the crack, moving over to turn on their bedside lamp. He sits by the bedside and runs his hands through his soft hair. "M’glad you're back,"
Jeongguk rubbed his nose against the omega’s. “Me too,” Namjoon kisses his nose, which makes him giggle.
The older sits up properly and flops his head; he flinched as he felt how warm his forehead is. He couldn't imagine having to be away from him while he was so vulnerable.
Jeongguk feels his chest and body, “You’re still sweaty.” Namjoon nods, leaning more into Jeongguk’s touch. “Did you shower today?” He shakes his head.
"Did you sleep all day?"
"Not really, I just—" He yawns again and rubs his face against his scent glands. His words came off as slurred as he spoke. "Spent most of my time in bed," Jeongguk rubs his back. He's a little sweaty and hot.
“What about eating? Did you eat anything besides the breakfast I made you?” Namjoon shakes his head again.
He hums as he pries off his shirt and tosses it onto the floor. Namjoon pulls himself onto Jeongguk’s lap, his arms wrapped around Jeongguk’s neck, the older kisses his cheek and rubs his nose against his glands.
Jeongguk almost forgot what he was about to say.
He only stops Namjoon when he’s about to kiss him, “Hyung, you’re sick right now.” The older groans, still clinging around him. “Sometimes, it feels like you’re still in heat.”
“I’m really hungry,”
“That’s why I bought jjanjangmyeon noodles and daikon,” Namjoon perks up, and he giggles at his reaction.
“Really?”
“It’s been a while since I’ve made it.”
He pushes the omega’s long, silver hair out of his face. "How about I make you something to eat, and then I'll run us both a bath." Namjoon nods his head slowly, "After, I'll rub your back with that oil that you like before I give you medicine so you feel so much better."
"Thank you, alpha." He lifts his head and weakly slobbers against his cheek, which makes him giggle before he returns the action. "You t-take such good care of me."
“Joon, it’s nothing,” He tucks his hair behind his ear. “We both take care of each other,” He says, kissing his forehead.
"I'll change the sheets and stuff.”
Jeongguk stands up, his eyes move down to his legs. “Are those my boxers?” Namjoon nods with a cheeky smile on his face.
Immediately after, the alpha starts washing Namjoon’s sweat from his hands. Then, he jogs over to the living room and unpacks the groceries.
Jeongguk works intensively, the wok was already out and he was letting the wok simmer for 10 minutes.
The jjajangmyeon recipe he was following was from his mother; it was Namjoon’s favourite, and anything else would probably upset his stomach.
It's a lot, but Jeongguk could eat an entire fridge and some. His stomach growls as the aroma intensifies, and he can hear Namjoon's footsteps, as well as his thick, sweet scent. Instead, the omega looks at the food from afar, not to bother him.
“You can look at it if you want,” Namjoon hurries over, laying his head on his shoulder. The alpha spoon feeds him a piece, “Tastes nice, doesn’t it?” He nods before wandering off.
After avoiding the oil splattering on his face, Jeongguk had finished cooking, adding sesame oil, and garnishing cucumbers on top.
Now, he could focus on the aesthetics.
"Ah, there," he says and uses the towel to wipe his face. He perks up when Namjoon’s head rests on his shoulder. “Does it smell good?” Jeongguk turns to look at him as he nods.
“Oh, where are the bedsheets?”
“Laundry room, I took most of the clothes from my nest and put them in,” Namjoon mumbles before heading over to the table as Jeongguk brings it over. “You made me tea too?”
“Of course,” He takes off his apron, hanging it up as he takes a cold drink from the fridge. He places the prepared for on the table.
When he turns to bring the tea over to the omega, he sees that he’d moved his meal onto his side. “Oh?”
"Jeongguk-ah, this smells amazing." He takes a whiff before snapping his chopsticks apart and digging in. “And it’s your mother’s, too. Did you put your own little spin on it? It tastes different,”
“Do you hate it?” Namjoon shakes his head, taking another deep bite and shuffling around. Jeongguk groans.
“Tastes really good,” He sloppily slurps his food, gripping onto his thigh. “I love it,” Namjoon takes a moment to pinch his nose. Jeongguk takes a second to take a bite of his own food.
Immediately, he furrows his eyebrows hard and slaps his hands over his face, as if he hated the food, but it was quite the opposite—Jeongguk does get a little dramatic over food.
“Why’d you choose to sit on my lap?”
Namjoon wipes the corners of his mouth, “I thought it’d feel better, turns out, I don’t like it.” He stands up and pulls a chair from the other side of the table.
“Thank god,” Namjoon chuckles, sitting close to him, and the two continued to eat in silence.
The moment settles.
Jeongguk couldn't help but occasionally look up at him. Even when he was sick, having food around his face and redness coating his face, Namjoon was the most graceful, heavenly person he had ever seen. As if he were sitting in front of a real-life cherub.
He licks his pouty lips, eyes still planted on Namjoon as he chews on the noodles.
Namjoon’s face scrunches up narrowly when he sneezes; Jeongguk coos as he uses the sleeve of his jumper to wipe the snot. Gross. He was aware, but he couldn't help but chuckle and focus on the food in front of him.
Namjoon sneezes again, this time much louder and into the jumper, "Sorry, m’ dirtying up your jumper, baby."
"It's fine. I can always wash it later, Joon-hyung." Namjoon takes a sip from his ginger tea, grimacing as it scrapes against his raspy throat. "It doesn't hurt, does it?"
"Just a little, tastes weird with soup too." He puts the glass down and continues to dig through the dishes.
Soon, the two finish up, and Jeongguk takes the dishes to the sink while he tasks a groggy Namjoon with starting the bath. He rolls his sleeves up—the thought of Christmas pops into his head: “If we do get a pet,” He leans on the counter, “Which one should it be?”
Jeongguk shakes his head and begins on the dishes, “Hyung said Namjoon likes puppies, but Joon-hyung said he likes cats, what if I just got both?”
“What are you talking about?”
Jeongguk flinches and snaps his head to face Namjoon, “Nothing!” How the hell did he not smell his scent?
He coughs and rubs his chest. “Did you get the bath started?”
Namjoon nods, “I was just wondering when you’d join me.” He tucks his hair behind his ear before moving to the cabinet for medication. Jeongguk hands him a glass and fills it up with cold water, watching as the omega gulps everything down.
“Soon, gimmie a second,” The omega shrugs and walks back into the bathroom—that’s his sign to hurry his ass up to get everything done. He can think about it in his dreams or whatever.
He shakes his hands off, putting the last dish into the drying rack before heading over to the bathroom and taking off his shirt, pants and underwear, leaving them all in the hallway.
When opening the door, he smiles up seeing the omega sitting in their bathtub, with most of their body submerged within. He lifts his head and pushes his wet hair to reveal his forehead, “Are you just gonna stand there?”
Jeongguk dips his body into the tub and hisses at the feeling of the water. Namjoon moves to sit on his lap, then rests his head on his shoulders, cheeks puffed out: "The water's nice.”
“Joon-hyung, how am I supposed to clean myself up if you’re sitting on me like this?”
He clung to Jeongguk, resting on his chest, and he adjusted. “I don’t know,” Namjoon’s fingers trace down his chest before grabbing one of his pecs, “Are you going to the gym more often?”
“Yeah,” Jeongguk sniffles before sinking a little further down into the tub.
Silence overcomes them once again, until Jeongguk starts to make chicken noises. He covers his mouth quickly.
“I’m sorry.”
Namjoon laughs and runs his hands over his face. The alpha continues, just a little bit.
“How does the water feel? Does it make you feel less sick?”
"It does make me better," Jeongguk pats his shoulder to get him to get up. “But, I’m not sure if it’s from the bath, it might be your humongous boner-”
“Hyung!” Namjoon giggles and moves to the opposite side of the bathtub. “God, sometimes I feel like you’re still in heat.”
“Sure you do.”
Jeongguk’s lips twitch into his signature bunny smile before letting out a yawn. “Let’s hurry it up, all that food is making me—” He yawns again, rubbing some water onto his face. “-tired.”
"Let me help you wash," He nods, handing him the scrub and his body wash for him to use.
“We should go swimming sometime soon.”
Namjoon furrows his eyebrows, “During the wintertime? It’s freezing,” The alpha nods and takes the scrub from him.
He was already beginning to nod off from Namjoon’s calming scent and the comfortable silence which enveloped them.
The couple ended up spending more time in the bathtub than they expected, as Namjoon wanted to wash his hair a little more than once. Jeongguk uses their hair dryer on his own hair after finishing Namjoon's. He lays his head on his lap while Jeongguk runs his hands through his hair.
“Are you still on those rut suppressants?”
Namjoon lifts his head, “Of course, why would I be off them?”
Jeongguk unplugs the hair dryer and puts it in the top drawer of their dresser, where all their hair products go.
Jeongguk tucks his hair behind his ear while the older takes his piercings out for him, "Thank you, baby." He kisses his nose, and he hums.
“You’ll be home tomorrow, right?”
“Yeah, of course,” Namjoon rubbed his legs while groaning. “Would you like a massage?” Namjoon purses his lip, and his face shifts, making him giggle.
“Come on, Hyung, I swear it’ll make you much better.” Jeongguk moves off the bed, sitting on the floor and taking his soft, but bony feet into his hands.
“It’s just that, isn't it weird for y’know… someone like you to be giving me a massage?”
“Not at all,” He chuckles, and tilts his head to the side, his hair follows too. “Just wanna make you feel better. That’s all.” Namjoon’s lips part once again as he rubs his feet, and a small sound leaves his throat.
He rips his eyes away from his face, down to his smooth, muscular, caramel legs.
Jeongguk’s perverted hands wander up his legs, subtly squeezing them with every move, and for the first time, Jeongguk was blessed with the sound of Namjoon’s small but sultry whimper, abreast with the vague cooing of the snow pittering against the windows.
Namjoon groans, “Are you sore?” He kneads his thighs, rubbing his hands upwards and downwards.
“Yeah, I’ve barely moved all day,” he sounded breathless: “Jus’ a little further up.” Jeongguk’s finger grazes over his panties, and he licks his lips when he comes into contact with his cunt.
Namjoon’s breath hitches—He looks up, his face is flushed differently. He lets out a small moan as he presses a little.
The alpha yawned before stretching his body. “Aren’t you tired, Kook-ah?” He wipes the tired tears from his eyes before nodding.
They both crawl into bed, and Jeongguk pulls his shorts down.
They decided to split their favourite pyjama since they both couldn't wear them, while he wore the shirt of the matching set. Jeongguk picked the shorts and a tank top, but knowing him, he'd kick it off during the night.
Yeah, they had their one separate pairs of loungewear, but they couldn't bring themselves to do so.
"Holidays have already started, but I've gotta go to work. It's only a little later in the afternoon, though." Namjoon hums, unbuttoning his shirt from the top, leaving almost nothing to the imagination.
“Hey, uhm, how would you feel if we went out for a little bit of window-shopping tomorrow?”
“Really?” Namjoon sneezes into his hands, grimaces before grabbing the baby wipes from the nightstand.
“Well, that’s if you’re feeling better.” His tattooed hands creep into his shirt, squeezing as he finds home on his supple breasts, and he turns over to lie on Jeongguk’s arms completely. He squeezes them.
“I’ll—I’ll be better,” Namjoon yawns, and Jeongguk kisses his face and his cheeks, which makes him giggle. Eventually, he shoves his face into his neck, rubbing his bulbous nose over his scent glands.
"Good night," He gets no response from the older, probably knocked out from his day.
Instead of going straight to sleep, Jeongguk’s eyes trail down to Namjoon’s bare neck—untouched, smooth and beautiful. Jeongguk’s nose twitched.
He’s gonna make sure this is memorable.
