Do good

Summary:

Cheng Xiaoshi slides into Lu Guang's bed

Work Text:

Having a bunk bed saved space in the small, shared bedroom in the Time Photo Studio. One had the top mattress, and the other had the bottom, but it felt kind of pointless when the man on the bottom bunk got up in the middle of the night, climbed the ladder, and slid underneath the warm comforters with the other on the top bunk. Why not have a singular bed if they were going to sleep beside each other anyway?

Cheng Xiaoshi wiggled his way underneath, attempting to be stealthy. He raised the blanket with slow movement. Legs first, sliding in beside Lu Guang’s legs. His waist next. By the time he was trying to sneak his upper torso in, Lu Guang’s arm looped around him and guided Cheng Xiaoshi beside him. A tiny yelp of surprise came from Cheng Xiaoshi, but he allowed Lu Guang to tug him into the bed.

Lu Guang always came off as a little cold. His tendency for light blue colors gave an icy-blue atmosphere to him that didn’t help the chill. Cheng Xiaoshi defended Lu Guang’s innate nature. On the surface to people who saw him at a passing glance, Lu Guang looked cold, or mean, or heartless, or quiet, but when Lu Guang was comfortable, he was different. Once strangers interacted with him, they found that as long as he was engaged in conversation, he was quite knowledgeable. After getting to know him, he was even more different. He was different with Cheng Xiaoshi and Qiao Ling, and he was even more different when he was with Cheng Xiaoshi.

His tired hand picked up the edge of the blanket, gently pulling it over Cheng Xiaoshi. As the weight laid down on his back, Cheng Xiaoshi leaned into Lu Guang’s chest, taking a deep breath with a smile. He placed his hand on the front of Lu Guang’s shirt and tilted his head back, looking at Lu Guang's face. Even though he was awake, Lu Guang’s eyes weren’t open. He blindly did acts of service.

As much as Cheng Xiaoshi wanted to defend Lu Guang’s kindness, he couldn’t help but want to keep it for himself.

Cheng Xiaoshi had been pulled into Lu Guang’s chest, so he wiggled up on the bed a bit more. Enough to reach Lu Guang, place his hand on his shoulder, and press him to lie on his back. As Lu Guang fell back, the blue eyes cracked open. The curtains on both windows near the bed were drawn open, allowing the moon’s light to peer in, and the glass was pushed up, sending a cold night air into the room with them. When the night’s light struck Lu Guang’s eyes, the pupils seemed to glow, like how they did when Lu Guang’s ability manifested.

The main reason they kept their abilities a secret was that it was too crazy to believe. Travel back in time? Are you mad? At least they would be bunkmates again if they were transported to the nearest mental hospital. That was Lu Guang’s primary reason that he had given Cheng Xiaoshi and Qiao Ling. He had also mentioned that if people knew he and Cheng Xiaoshi could change the past and future, then everyone would want to do it. They would have people bombarding them like tomorrow was the last day on Earth. Even worse, they could have people who sought to harm them to get what they want.

Despite the few good points Lu Guang made, it wasn’t Cheng Xiaoshi’s primary reason for wanting to keep it secret. He knew he wasn’t crazy, and he guiltily always took advantage of the time travel ability—sometimes the food was too good to enjoy it only once. No, Cheng Xiaoshi wanted that look on Lu Guang’s face when he used his ability all to himself.

Cheng Xiaoshi slid his leg over Lu Guang’s hips. The room was silent, so it was impossible to miss the way Lu Guang let out a gentle groan as Cheng Xiaoshi’s weight came down on top of him. He sat up on his waist, his knees bent and hugging Lu Guang’s sides as he put his weight on his shins.

Lu Guang sat up. It forced Cheng Xiaoshi to slide back. He placed his hands on Lu Guang’s shoulders to make sure he didn’t fall off his lap backwards or something embarrassing; he was trying to be cute. The other’s arms wrapped around him completely. Lu Guang’s tired expression stared up at him as he put his chin on Cheng Xiaoshi’s chest and stared up at him.

Unable to help himself, Cheng Xiaoshi slid his fingers in the white hair, brushing back the slight bedhead mess on Lu Guang’s head. He petted it back continuously even though it was staying back without his help and leaned down to press his lips on his forehead.

A slight grumble came from Lu Guang.

Cheng Xiaoshi laughed. He placed his hands on Lu Guang’s forearms around his waist and squeezed, getting Lu Guang to release his tight hold a bit. The arms weakened, but they stayed wrapped around. Enough so that Cheng Xiaoshi wasn’t completely pressed up against his chest; enough so Cheng Xiaoshi could lean back and have a conversation face to face and not lip to lip.

“Do you want more than a forehead kiss?”

Lu Guang was straightforward: “Yes.” Of course, he wanted more. Lips. Mouth.

“Say ‘Please’,” Cheng Xiaoshi said with a teasing grin. After a few seconds of silence, the grin dropped to a frown. His posture slumped in Lu Guang’s eyes. “Guangguang.”

“Mm.”

“Say ‘Please’,” he repeated. “Say ‘Please, boyfriend, can I have a kiss on the lips?’ and I’ll give you one.”

Lu Guang’s white brow raised in question. “I have to say more now?”

“That’s what you get for being stubborn about it,” Cheng Xiaoshi hissed. He patiently waited. His fingertips on Lu Guang’s shoulders dribbled. He turned his head, humming a song under his breath, playing nonchalant.

“Please, boyfriend, can I have a kiss on the lips?” The tone was flat, but he still said it.

“You.” Cheng Xiaoshi’s words were caught in his throat.

“I think I’m owed,” Lu Guang said, a slight smile on his face.

Cheng Xiaoshi was flustered, but he smiled. With a wide grin, he leaned over, pulling his lips together to kiss Lu Guang. The lips were very warm. Lu Guang’s lips moved delicately against Cheng Xiaoshi’s mouth. He wondered if Lu Guang would kiss anyone else as sweetly.

“Lu Guang,” he muttered against his lips. Lu Guang pinched Cheng Xiaoshi’s lips with his teeth and leaned back to look at him. He asked him his thoughts.

Lu Guang blinked at him. “What?”

“Do you only kiss me as sweet as this, like if you were to kiss another, would it be as sweet?” Cheng Xiaoshi asked again.

“I don’t kiss anyone else.”

“But if you did.”

“I wouldn’t.”

“I’m being serious.”

“I’m being serious too.” Lu Guang leaned forward, tickling his lips on Cheng Xiaoshi’s jaw. “I’ve only kissed you, and I only ever will.”

There was always a firmness to Lu Guang’s words. The way he spoke was as if as long as it involved Cheng Xiaoshi, he would never tell a lie. His words were meant to go straight to Cheng Xiaoshi’s heart. He considered that Lu Guang was a romantic deep down, but the more he thought about it, the more the conclusion didn’t seem right. Lu Guang couldn’t swoop in on another person and act the same way. It was only with Cheng Xiaoshi that he behaved in such a way. Cheng Xiaoshi was the person whose soul was tied to Lu Guang, for life, the one after that, and the ones that continued to follow.

His words were only for Cheng Xiaoshi. They poured into Cheng Xiaoshi’s ears and smothered him. It was almost overwhelming as if Lu Guang had been waiting since he was young for Cheng Xiaoshi to be with him. He sure acted like it. Sometimes, Lu Guang had a hurt and devastated look in his eyes. Cheng Xiaoshi had to pick a new habit of smoothing the features on his face to get him to relax.

Lu Guang kissed him. A tiny pinch bit down on Cheng Xiaoshi’s lip, turning it red before a tongue smoothed over the bite and slid past. The cold, slim hand dragged up Cheng Xiaoshi’s back through the center, feeling underneath his shirt. Cheng Xiaoshi hissed from the chill, his front pushing into Lu Guang as he moved away from the hand.

Instead of apologizing, Lu Guang gave a low chuckle, but it was drowned out into Cheng Xiaoshi’s mouth as their tongues rubbed together. He pulled his hand out and reached for the bottom of Cheng Xiaoshi’s shirt, lifting it up and over. It was tossed over the edge of the top bunk’s railing. Cheng Xiaoshi felt a small draft in the room from the window; he shivered.

“You take your shirt off too.”

“No.”

“Why not?” Cheng Xiaoshi frowned.

“I don’t feel like it.”

“I’ll do it for you.” and Cheng Xiaoshi went for his shirt. He tugged on it, but Lu Guang didn’t move for a moment. Not until Cheng Xiaoshi gave him a devastated look. His frown deepened, and his posture dropped like a depressed puppy. Lu Guang leaned over for a quick kiss and raised his arms obediently.

Happily, Cheng Xiaoshi took off Lu Guang’s shirt, discarding it along with his. He placed both hands on Lu Guang’s face and fell, pushing the other onto his back to take control in kissing. At the waistband of his pants, Lu Guang’s fingers hooked in and held onto them.

Cheng Xiaoshi kissed him with more fervor in an attempt to rile Lu Guang up, which almost always worked. His fingers latched onto Lu Guang’s bottoms and gave them a tug down as Lu Guang’s tongue began pushing against Cheng Xiaoshi’s closed lips. Cheng Xiaoshi wanted control, so as much as he wanted to open his mouth and let Lu Guang inside, he kept them shut.

When Lu Guang wiggled a hand into his boxers and touched him, he let out an unexpected gasp. His legs went momentarily weak; Lu Guang had a moment to slide his tongue in. Cheng Xiaoshi’s head started swimming as the other licked around inside of his mouth, toyed with him down below with one hand, and even held his waist with a cold touch that burned against his hot skin.

He whined and buried his face into the other’s neck. “Lu Guang,” he muttered.

Lu Guang’s hands ceased teasing for a moment. They moved from the pants and palmed against Cheng Xiaoshi’s back. His hips moved forward into him. He licked his mouth. Anything to keep him tasting Cheng Xiaoshi as much as he could.

In the end, he always took control. Lu Guang wrapped his arms tightly around Cheng Xiaoshi and laid him on his back. His touch never left him. He trailed off his mouth to kiss his face, but they never stopped touching him. The pair of lips glided along the skin on Cheng Xiaoshi’s throat, hands caressing gently down his sides.

“You’re so unfair,” Cheng Xiaoshi whined. His hand came up to the back of Lu Guang’s hair, his fingers pushing in through it. He gave it a tug, pulling Lu Guang’s lips from attacking his throat. Lu Guang leveled his eyes with his.

“You climbed up here,” Lu Guang said, placing the blame on him.

Which was true. Cheng Xiaoshi was the one to climb into his bed.

“You started to grind on top of me.”

That… was also true. Cheng Xiaoshi was the one to hook his leg around Lu Guang.

“Okay, okay,” Cheng Xiaoshi quickly said. He tapped his palms on Lu Guang’s shoulders as he leaned over him. “I teased first. You’re right. Okay,” he added. He dribbled his fingers on his shoulders and trailed them down his chest, light touches. “But that doesn’t mean take control.”

“Really?” A grin stretched on Lu Guang’s face. “It sure sounded like that’s what you wanted.” He leaned closer, dragging his lips along Cheng Xiaoshi’s jaw. The bed dipped in from the weight, and Cheng Xiaoshi sank in with it. “Should we close the window? Either it’s too hot in here or everyone hears you.”

“Lu Guang,” Cheng Xiaoshi called out. He considered it. “Close the window.”

As teasing as Lu Guang was, he was very good at listening in some cases. He leaned forward to get the first window, shoving on the top part of it to allow it to slide down, and then he turned around and crawled to the other end of the bed to get the second window. If they weren’t on the second floor, he would have had to close the curtains, but no one would be able to see them anyhow. Which Lu Guang preferred, because Cheng Xiaoshi laying on his bed in the moonlight was something that got him worked up.

Before he could return to Cheng Xiaoshi, the other tugged him back first. Lu Guang felt a hand yank his wrist and toss him onto the bed. With a small huff of surprise, his back hit the mattress. Cheng Xiaoshi attacked, kissing Lu Guang’s lips. He nibbled, grinding the poor lip between his two teeth, reddening Lu Guang’s mouth.

Cheng Xiaoshi suddenly sat up straight. A smile pushed onto his face. He slid his hips back and went down again. His lips kissed along, heading down the center of Lu Guang’s chest, all the way until he reached down to his waistline. He pulled down the boxers.

Lu Guang knew that Cheng Xiaoshi loved praise. Which worked perfectly. He loved praising Cheng Xiaoshi. With a smile, he sat up, looked down at Cheng Xiaoshi between his legs, and said, “Do good.” His hand extended out to grab his face. He held his chin, running his thumb on his bottom lip.

His eyes seemed to light up from Lu Guang’s words. Cheng Xiaoshi sat on his knees between Lu Guang’s legs. He lowered his head.

Cheng Xiaoshi dropped his mouth open, taking the tip on his mouth to start. He looked up to see Lu Guang as he slid it further back on his tongue, not being able to help it as he let out a small hum from the back of his throat. His lips gently relaxed down around the cock in his mouth. Cheng Xiaoshi lowered his tongue to make more room.

A hand went to his hair. Lu Guang flicked back the black bangs out of the way, getting a clear look of his face.

“Good boy.”

Cheng Xiaoshi immediately pulled back, his salvia dripping from his lips. “Say that again,” he begged with a panting voice. Lu Guang grabbed his own cock and tapped it gently on Cheng Xiaoshi’s lips. So, Cheng Xiaoshi took it back into his mouth. He was filled with much more excitement at the small praise. Cheng Xiaoshi whined against the cock in his mouth as he slipped his hand inside of his own pants.

There wasn’t much room to jerk himself off. Cheng Xiaoshi slid on his knees and spread his legs, keeping his mouth wrapped around Lu Guang’s cock. His breathing shifted to his nose, slow inhaling and exhaling, as he kept Lu Guang’s cock warm while he struggled to reposition himself.

“Xiaoshi,” Lu Guang breathed heavily. He played with Cheng Xiaoshi’s hair, twirling it around his fingers. When he called out his name, Cheng Xiaoshi looked up at him. One hand held himself up, the other jerked himself off, and his mouth was wrapped around his cock—Lu Guang nearly lost himself at the sight.

Cheng Xiaoshi came off his cock again. That time, he licked the tip a few times before he dragged his tongue along the side. His built up spit made a mess of his mouth, but he never seemed to care, using it as a lubricant. He switched hands. Cheng Xiaoshi brought his hand covered in salvia for his own cock. He shuddered, his breath hitting Lu Guang’s tip.

“Ah, Lu Guang, I’d much rather have you touch me,” he whined. “Tell me how good I’m doing?” He raised his head again, brushing his nose against the side of Lu Guang’s cock.

“Good,” Lu Guang immediately praised. He continued to brush back Cheng Xiaoshi’s hair and said, “You always do good, and you always look pretty.”

Cheng Xiaoshi smiled with a hum and took the cock in his mouth again, shoving him all the way down his throat. He swallowed with him in his mouth, squeezing his own cock at the base as he did, whimpering with Lu Guang shaking against his tongue.

A hand shoved into the black hair. Cheng Xiaoshi choked a bit. But Lu Guang held his head down.

“Stay there,” he whispered. His voice had a groveled tone to it. He was close. His fingers pressed down into the hair and twisted. “Don’t move.”

Cheng Xiaoshi breathed carefully through his nose, feeling the asphyxiation choke him, but he stayed calm and relaxed. His eyes closed; his senses heightened. The twitching in his throat tickled; the heat shot down. He felt it in his chest. His body felt hotter.

With the hold on his hair, Lu Guang slowly pulled Cheng Xiaoshi’s head back. From the tip of his cock, a trail of come leaked along his tongue as he took himself from his mouth.

He breathed heavily when he could. Panting. Cheng Xiaoshi sat up on his knees and wiped his mouth with the back of his hand. He could hardly pull himself back together when Lu Guang tugged him back on top of him.

Cheng Xiaoshi yelped as he fell forward. He was about to apologize for landing on Lu Guang so hard, but a surprised noise forced from his mouth when a hand grabbed his cock made him stop. His hands grabbed Lu Guang’s forearms, fingernails pressing in.

“Ah—Lu Guang—”

“You wanted me to touch you,” Lu Guang muttered beside his ear. He had a hand on Cheng Xiaoshi’s cock, jerking him off, teasing his tip with his thumb whenever he would reach the top again. Cheng Xiaoshi laid on his chest, but his hips were raised enough, subconsciously giving Lu Guang room to play with him. He whined and buried his face in Lu Guang’s neck. Sucking Lu Guang off always got him worked up too. He was so close already.

“Lu Guang, please,” he began to plead. Unnecessarily. Lu Guang wouldn’t have stopped. He listened carefully to Cheng Xiaoshi’s muttering words that fell from his mouth. The whines and the noises. “Lu Guang, don’t stop. Please. Guangguang, ah.” His hips dropped down against Lu Guang, searching for friction. Lu Guang had to use his other hand to push back on his waist.

“Don’t rut.”

“Lu Guang.”

“Behave.”

“Ah,” Cheng Xiaoshi’s words were lost. He could only keep his head down and whine. The build up reached him. Cheng Xiaoshi soon coated Lu Guang’s hand with a warm thickness. His body relaxed completely on top of Lu Guang, letting even his hips fall.

Lu Guang pulled him off him, laying him on the side. He disappeared for a moment. Cheng Xiaoshi laid on his side, eyes closed as he listened.

The bed creaked as Lu Guang climbed down the ladder. From above his head, he heard the window there open, and then moments later after some footsteps, by his feet, the other window slid open. A cool breeze from the night strode in, chilling Cheng Xiaoshi’s skin with bumps. Soon, the bedframe creaked again upon Lu Guang’s return.

He carefully cleaned up the mess with a warm, damp cloth, his movements ever-so gentle. Kissing the corner of Cheng Xiaoshi’s lips, he ushered him to sit up.

When Cheng Xiaoshi sat upright, Lu Guang put a sweater over his head. A warm sweater that smelled like him. He grabbed Cheng Xiaoshi’s face in his hands and kissed him sweetly. “Let’s sleep,” he whispered.

“Mm,” Cheng Xiaoshi hummed. “I want to cuddle.”

“Come cuddle then,” Lu Guang obediently answered. He laid down and pulled Cheng Xiaoshi in his arms.
