when i realized it was going to be ngis day, i knew i had to post something on here for them. i tried writing, but nothing really came to mind. then i realized that i didn't necessarily need to write a one-shot. i could write something else about ngis. it's my first ngis day which im super excited about so i figured i would write an appreciation for them!!
i started shipping ngis around december last year. i got into blk around october of last year and ngis became one of the ships that quickly took over my life. ngis is my everything. i have their halloween ssr picture on my wall, my usernames on tiktok and twt are "ngis4ever", and i mention that i love ngis in my bio on insta, twt, tiktok, and bluesky.
i also made a ngis playlist! (if you want the link lmk!) which is being updated whenever i find a song for them. while writing this im listening to the playlist for them. i also have a story highlight on insta just for them. i've read so many ngis one-shots and fics and i even wrote my own one-shots. for that, i wanna thank my good friends melly, yuki, and another friend of mine!
melly, you were my first ngis friend and i've loved yapping about them with you! you've seen me overanalyze the smallest things and associate a bunch of songs with them. and thank you for giving me the title "nagisagi ceo", it means a lot to me. i've also really enjoyed sharing our lyric analyses of songs that are ngis coded! those times are super fun! i also adore your ngis edits! and thank you for being a beta reader!! 💗
my other friend, your one-shots and fics inspired me to publish my own writings. i've loved all your stories and how you being ngis to life. im really glad i ship ngis or else we wouldn't have met and i wouldn't be graced with your amazing stories. i love it when i get a notif from you and i see ngis art; all the art you find is amazing!! i also love talking to you about ngis and how adorable they are!! 💗

in the end, i just wanna say thank you to ngis. they've changed my life honestly (literally). i met a few new people and they've all impacted my life for the better. and i wanna say thank you to the creators of blk. without those two, nagisagi wouldn't exist. gosh, i can't even imagine my life without them. those two mean so much to me, more than you'll ever know.
