“... And remember, Hogsmeade weekend's starts today. I have even heard that madam Rosmertha has opened up a dance floor. But now I can see that you are getting hungry, so dig in!”
Dumbledore was finally finished with his speech. Bellatrix had been eyeing the chicken the whole time the headmaster had spoken. Yes she was a lady with manners, but when it came to that old fool, she could not care less.
“Mind passing me the stew Bella?” Ugh, not that idiot. Lucius bloody Malfoy. Just because he and Cissy are dating, doesn't mean he can act like family.
“Get it yourself Malfoy, and it's Black. We are not friends, so you can call me what everyone else calls me.”
“Calm down Bella. Can't you be a bit more respectful? I understand that you don't favor him, but he is my boyfriend. I do not appreciate that you talk to him like he is a griffindor.”
“Merlin Cissy. Can't you see that he's nothing more than an idiotic coward that is desperate for validation? I mean seriously, he is a Malfoy. We blacks are way better than a family who’s only talent is being dumb enough to think that they are important.”
At this, Malfoy's face turned red with anger. He stood up from his seat and stomped off to sit further down the table. Cissy, that naive little girl, follows after him like a bloody duckling while sending a stern look back at Bellatrix.
And did Bellatrix care? Oh Salzar no. The only things running through her mind was:
1.Lucius is a dramatic baby.
2.This chicken is bloody good.
