"Have you ever... Truly loved someone?" He asked, crying.
Was he happy or sad, I don't know. What I do know is that he was feeling some type of emotion. Personally, I don't really know how I'm feeling right now. I wish I could know though, I really am trying. I don't know if he does, I mean, know that I'm trying to understand. I, right now, am standing in front of him on the grass.
"Have you ever even appreciated someone or even just something?" He continued. I think about it for a moment.
"I don't mind passing time with you." I decided to say. He looks at the ground looking like he's thinking about something.
"Is there a reason as to why you're asking me these questions?"I ask him. He looks up.
"Your mother just died and.. you didn't cry or even react. Were you ever upset about her death? Or did you just not care about it?" He answered me.
"I think I did. I just.. I don't really know how to show it because a situation like that has never happened to me before." I told him.
He looks at me frowning and then comes to hug me. He then tells me goodbye and leaves.
After that I never saw him again. I don't really know what happened to him, but now I realize that this was the last time I ever saw or talked to him. I'll also never know what was the real reason behind that first question.
