Avak had never done this before, but by the spirits he wasn’t going to let Reidak figure that out.
Black and brown armor was strewn all around them, barely a thought put into who was throwing what where. He was straddled over Reidak’s waist, the atmosphere thick and heavy, charged like a thunderstorm. The cool air barely made a difference to the temperature of their heated bodies, and Avak felt like he was going to explode if nothing was done about the tension growing between them.
Sure, he was a bundle of nerves about his inexperience, but he knew what made him feel good. That had to be something, right?
Avak’s fingers trailed down Reidak’s chest, fanning out on his pectorals. He could feel the muscles tense under his dark skin, anticipating what was to come.
They agreed to just get it done and over with, and to never speak of it again. But many events between them had once held that same promise…
The claw of his pinky caught on the long scar that ran across his broad chest, glinting with flecks of golden paint. He paused as he felt that jealous twinge again, for scars to be proud of, but it was barely a flicker compared to the fire it had once been, or to the burning desire that urged him onward.
His right hand moved in, but stopped just short of the other’s heartlight. He knew how sensitive and fragile the glass could be…The gouge in his own was proof enough of that.
He tried not to think about just how easy it could be to make the two of them match, but found himself tracing the bezel that held the thick pane in place. His claw skipped as it was dragged across the metal inset. There wasn't a single scratch or chip… He wouldn’t even need to press that hard…
“ Avak .” Reidak’s voice hissed through his teeth, making him jump and snap back to the present.
The earth skakdi was a mess. He was panting, his sturdy limbs twitching as he resisted the urge to squirm . His magmatic eyes glowed brightly, casting a crimson tinge across his face.
“Jus’…Jus’ get on with it …” Reidak’s voice carried a tremble.
Avak’s eyes grew a little wide.
Then he felt a great swell, growing absolutely giddy with pride. With such gentle caresses, he was making this powerful titan shake like a leaf.
A smile crept across his face, and he started to tease the outer ridge of the bezel again, his claw barely missing the glass protecting the pulsing red light.
He had no idea Reidak was this sensitive, the earth skakdi coming undone with the slightest of touches…Was it really this easy?
“Come on , quit teasin’ already!”
Finally Avak relents, his fingertips dipping in to run across the glass.
Reidak gasped thickly and whined , arching into his hand. Avak could feel the heat under his palm rising, temperature matching his own smug face.
“I didn’t think you’d be this receptive…”
Reidak suddenly lurched forward, grabbing hold of Avak’s arm. The stone skakdi yelped as he was yanked nearly chest-to-chest, their flickering heartlights hovering mere inches from each other.
“I’ll show you ‘receptive’…” he growled, sinking his teeth into his shoulder.
Avak tenses up at the sweet sting, his claws digging into the other skakdi. He felt a surge running down his arms and through his fingertips. There was a telltale crackle of energy, and a deep groan muffled by the flesh of his shoulder.
A pause hung between the two skakdi, both seized by the same question.
‘What was that? ’
Reidak’s teeth separated, releasing Avak’s shoulder with a slick noise.
As he slowly pulled back, he watched as the stone skakdi lifted a hand from his chest. Sharp fingers flexed again as orange eyes narrowed in concentration.
Suddenly, amber energy snapped from claw to claw, his elemental power made manifest.
Their eyes flitted from Avak’s sparking fingers, meeting each other’s gaze.
“Do tha’ again.”
Avak made no argument, placing his hands back on the broad chest.
Reidak’s skin tingled, anticipating the shock as energy built behind Avak’s palms.
The electric charge sent a wave of stinging hot ecstasy through his frame, ripping a gasp from his throat. And right as he’d gotten used to the feeling, it was over, leaving only a light prickling sensation behind.
The only comparison the giant could draw to the sensation was being struck by the weapon of a Vo-Toa, but that had been painful . This was different, leaving him exhilarated rather than sore.
Another pulse made his back arch, pressing into Avak’s hands. His moans echoed, and he bucked and thrashed as he tried to gain some purchase on the stone floor.
As the static on his skin subsided, he opened his eyes and looked up at his partner. Avak’s golden gaze was full of unabashed need, all for him .
“ Reidak… ”
“Y-Yeah, I've got it...”
He slid his hands up Avak's legs, making the muscles of his thighs twitch. His thick digits ran up past his hips, over the dips and bumps of crisscrossing scars, where his damaged amber heartlight flickered. Reidak squeezed the other’s sides and focused, relishing in his squeak.
He felt the elemental surge race through him, making Avak damn-near shriek as the sensation hit.
He muttered a curse under his breath. Did he use too much?
“You alright?”
Arcs of energy crackled between the curved spines of Avak’s tail, slowly dissipating as he caught his breath.
“Y-Yeah. Just…that was… new .”
Reidak squinted, suddenly suspicious.
“ ‘Ow much of this is new t’ you?”
Avak froze, his breath catching in his throat.
That told Reidak everything that he needed to know.
He grinned, leaning in again. His mouth opened, angular chin pressing against Avak’s sternum. A hot breath against the amber heartlight was the only warning Reidak gave before running his tongue against the pulsing light.
Avak looked like he’d wanted to say a hundred things, but all words completely died in his mouth, replaced by an indignant squeal.
He squirmed, but Reidak’s large hands held firmly as he kept lapping at him.
If Avak really hadn’t done this before, he was going to make it a damn good first.
The flat of his tongue snaked against the glass, not giving the gouge a second thought. He hummed in satisfaction as he felt tension building under the rough skinned form in his hands.
Small claws rested on Reidak’s shoulders, giving him a light push.
“Hah…H-Hang on..”
He complied, moving his large head away from the stone skakdi’s marred chest. A thick strand of saliva briefly connected them, but it collapsed before his back hit the ground.
Avak huffed as he leaned in.
“Let me try…and give me little pulses.”
Avak’s pointed crest dug into the underside of Reidak’s chin, but he hardly paid it any mind. It had been far too long since his heartlight was given any attention, and he was eager to try again with his elemental energy.
Just as he had in the beginning, Avak teased him. Heavy breath brushed against the flickering red glass as he traced the edges of the large bezel with the tip of his tongue, knowing full well the effect it had on the earth skakdi.
Sure enough, large rough hands found themselves back on his sides. A brief, intense shock shot through Avak’s system, and he choked back a shout.
Then another surge, less intense but just as intoxicating, finally got a moan out of him. A third made him almost reach climax, getting him so close…
But then it stopped. He whined, feeling the static on his skin dissipate.
Avak felt a hand press against the back of his head, his armored cheek making contact with Reidak’s large, soft chest.
“Come on, use tha’ tongue o’ yours.”
Said tongue hung loosely, but animated at the other’s words, squirming against his heartlight. Reidak’s moan rumbled, spurring Avak on, becoming more purposeful in his technique.
The hand was returned to Avak’s side, and he was rewarded with another pulse of elemental energy. It was even less intense than the ones previous, but was more than enough to keep him glued to Reidak’s heartlight.
He panted, drool dribbling down his chin and pooling onto the red-lit glass beneath him. Reidak was good at this. Even though the addition of elemental energy was new to him, he still kept Avak teetering at the edge. He could feel his insides winding up then relaxing, so close yet so teasingly far.
‘Clever…always so secretly clever…’
Avak shifts his position, dragging his tongue as he makes his way up to Reidak’s neck. The other skakdi shivered, a rumble echoing in his chest as he mouthed at the thick muscle.
‘But I can be clever too.’
He slowly eased their frames together, eyes locked on their heartlights. He hung just above Reidak, orange and red light overlapping into a firey glow.
As he was about to make contact, he was suddenly hit with another shock of elemental energy. His arm slipped, and his teeth sank into Reidak’s neck as their heartlights collided.
Neither were prepared for the jolt that shot through their systems, the sensations within one body reverberating and echoing within the other. The sticky wetness of Reidak’s heartlight, the elemental static lingering across Avak’s frame, and the climax that had built up finally crashed upon them like a wave.
Avak's name was ripped from Reidak’s chest, his strong arms wrapping tightly around the other skakdi to keep him from thrashing.
With bleary vision and ringing ears, the only thing Avak was able to process was Reidak. The warmth of their frames together, the lingering static on the other’s skin, his own cries muffled against his thick neck…
It felt like hours, or perhaps it was mere seconds, before they pulled each other away.
Avak was panting, Reidak could feel the cool puffs of air against his wet heartlight.
His arms slid off the stone skakdi, flopping to the floor and staying there. He could hardly bring himself to move, his exhausted body feeling so heavy.
Avak wasn’t much better, slumping off of Reidak to spawl at his side. His legs ached from staying in their position for so long, but he hardly took notice.
Nothing was spoken between them, as nothing needed to be said.
‘This is never, ever leaving this cave.’
