“We’re going to have to move soon because for some reason we can’t afford to pay our bills anymore.” said Mrs. Machihashi suddenly while the whole household was eating dinner.
“Oh that sucks. But I can’t be bothered to go get a job.” replied Himeka while the rest of the Karins gasped in surprise.
“Of course I can’t expect any of you to go get full time jobs rather than go to school. This is a pain, but it’s our last resort if we don’t want to live on the streets.”
The next day Yuu was walking to school and was horrified to see his girlfriends getting a cardboard box ready when he went to their house to walk to school together with them.
“Oh, good morning, Yuu. We have to live in a box now because that charm forgot to give Mom and Dad money for the house expansions.” said Kumaka.
“Charm… I think you forgot something important.” Yuu said with a somewhat angry tone.
“Well if I just give them all the money they need, the Japanese version of the IRS will get suspicious. You can’t just say you got all your money from magic.”
“Figure it out or I’ll burn down the factory that manufactures your brothers. Don’t test me.” demanded Yuu.
The charm made a new version of Karins’ father and he was now a rich CEO like Biff Bates. (Not based on any real people.) Karins’ mother now has two husbands but that’s just the way things have got to be in this crazy story.
Karins’ house turned into a mega mansion with dozens to hundreds or maybe even thousands of rooms.
“That’s totally rad.” commented Galka.
“Remember kids, you can get whatever you want by threatening deities and you’ll look really cool doing it.” said Aika.
Yuu and the four Karins all drove their Bugattis with golden paintjobs to school.
It turns out later that day, Mr. Machihashi’s company went under for not being real but it’s fine because at least he can support four daughters now who he thinks he gave the same name to because he and his wife were both drunk when she gave birth to them. But that doesn’t make any sense because no sensible parent would drink on such an important day.
“Oh I see what you did, Charm. You created a supercar bubble.” said Yuu after selling some of the cars to a reliable dealer after school. “This should be enough cash to get them by for a while.”
