Work Text:

Violence had made her what she was and so Blackarachnia embraced it with open arms. Dancing with clawed digits ripping open living metal with practiced ease. After so long of fighting her own brutalistic nature it was a delight to embrace it in the way she was. Using claws and stingers had become a fantastic form of dance, her attacks landing with a now fluid motion more art than simplistic violence. Her foes were no match for the graceful elegance she wielded against them.

“Getting lost in nostalgia, Blackarachnia?” Slipstream’s melodic laughter burst through Blackarachnia’s thoughts. “I didn’t think you were one to dwell on the past when there are Autobot skid plates to kick!”

Blackarachnia grinned, baring fanged denta as she smashed into an Autobot she didn’t care to identify. “Maybe if this was a tougher fight I wouldn’t have the time!”

Another string of laughter broke the night silence, Slipstream open fired on an Autobot running at Blackarachnia. Energon glistened on Slipstream’s plating, glowing under the moonlight. The smattering of spilled blue energon seemed to shine against the purple of her chassis. She was so beautiful to Blackarachnia in the radiance of her violence. There was no order or reason to the violence they displayed, the Autobots were the enemy and thus they would fall.

Together, Blackarachnia and Slipstream were unstoppable. Their fighting flowed in sync with each other, landing punches and kicks with a practiced ease. Fighting with a partner had never been Blackarachnia’s favorite but with Slipstream it felt right. She ducked away from another attack as Slipstream opened fire.

They were perfect together, violence committed with each other melded into a form of affection for the two. A mutual urge to protect the other while also showing off their prowess. Blackarachnia trusted Slipstream, more than any other bot, and with that trust they would go far.

Blackarachnia watched as Slipstream brought a foe crashing to the ground, pressing her pede into their helm. She was beautiful like this, a paragon of the beauty that came through power, a power that they held together. She flashed her partner a wide grin as the Autobots called to retreat.

She almost forgot why they were fighting in the first place, a stockpile of energon sat untouched by the Autobots in the shipping container behind them. Slipstream took Blackarachnia’s servo in one of her own, wiping away grime on the techno-organic’s cheek with the other.

“Job well done. I think we deserve a nap and some energon for this.” Slipstream giggled as Blackarachnia pressed a kiss above the seeker’s optical ridge.

Blackarachnia hummed in thought. “I think that can easily be arranged.”

They sat with their helms tipped to the sky, watching the stars glimmer far above them. It was perfect as they relaxed, energon in servo and nestled against each other. Slipstream laid perpendicular to Blackarachnia, helm resting on the techno-organic’s chassis.

In the clarity of a post victorious battle, Blackarachnia stared down at Slipstream with an intense love and pride that filled her spark to the brim. She loved the duality of the seeker that laid her own spark bare for the techno-organic to witness in all its vivid technicolor intensity. The same bot that fought with a ferocious terror could love Blackarachnia with an all encompassing fervor. And Blackarachnia loved the seeker back with all the passion she could muster.

Slipstream removed her helm from Blackarachnia’s chassis, moving to be face to face and captured the techno-organic in a soft kiss. She pulled back to whisper to her partner: “This was fun, we should do it again soon.”

“Anything for you my dear.”
