Diavolo had walked into Lucifer's office taking a deep breath, he just needed one more person, just one. Who better to ask than his right-hand man, his dearest friend, and of course his absolutely fabulous and amazing boyfriend? “Hey Luci” He walked over as Lucifer smiled and said, “Hello Dia, you're early what is it?” Diavolo had gotten to his side and started kissing him. “So, I have to go to the Celestial realm to discuss how the exchange program is going anddd I need a demon student representative.” Lucifer moved away and looked baffled “Absolutely not! No, I'm not doing it” Diavolo pulled Lucifer up and close to him.
"Please my love, I'm taking MC instead of Solomon and I'm bringing Simeon too. I won't leave your side, if we stay the night I'll sleep with you, annndd when we come back I'll let you have your way with me” Diavolo kissed Lucifer's cheek “Please Baby, I can trust you to not give any bias, if I bring Barbatos he's just going to be “My lord this” or “My lord that” If I bring your brothers that would be chaos on its own. Mephisto, oh god where would I begin with that mess.” Diavolo gave pleading eyes to his boyfriend who was contemplating now.
"Fine, I'll do it, but on a few conditions.” Diavolo nodded and listened, "When we get back you take me to an opera, and I get you to myself for an entire week.” Diavolo eagerly nodded and kissed him, "Oh thank you, my love, we leave the day after tomorrow.” Lucifer nodded and held Diavolos' face, "Of course, I'm sorry for being so quick to say no.” Diavolo kept kissing him. "But before we go we probably should discuss some things.” Diavolo tilted his head confused.

“Alright so” Lucifer started as he pulled in a chalkboard. Diavolo was sitting in his chair in the student body office with MC on his lap. Simeon was writing some things on the board. “The celestial realm is a lot more unforgiving than Devildom, and they are a lot more strict so Simeon and I have discussed what you two need to understand and quickly learn before going up. Simeon, would you like to start.” Simeon nodded and took the floor.
“One thing that I think is very important is the rankings, I've written from the highest to lowest. Seraphin being the highest which is what Lucifer and I used to be. To Archangel the lowest which is what I am now. The person we will be talking to the most is also an Arch just don't mention that he used to be a Seraphin he's sensitive about it.” Simeon opened his mouth to continue when Lucifer spit his tea out. "Are you talking about who I think you're talking about??” Lucifer looked at Simeon very upset. "Who, Michael? Yes, I'm talking about Michael.” Lucifer glared at Diavolo “What? Why is that a problem” Simeon sighed and looked at Lucifer “Care to explain to the class?”
Lucifer sighed and looked at the board. “Michael and I… Unfortunately dated for a while.” Mc looked confused “Wait I thought Angel's were all siblings!” Simeon looked at the confused sheep “Oh no dear MC, it's more of Sworn siblings. Lucifer and I used to but we decided not to anymore due to us trying to move on from that part of our life. While to the public Michael and Lucifer were sworn siblings, They really didn't see each other as that.” Lucifer was obviously upset, he looked at his D.D.D and pretended to get a message from his brothers. "I have to go something is going on at the house, Simeon or Diavolo can you bring MC home?” Simeon nodded “Yes I can, I was planning on staying over to spend the night with Lev before we left.” Lucifer nodded and left. Diavolo pulled out his D.D.D. and went to Lucifer's contact.
Diavolo - Baby? Are you mad at me?
Lucifer - not at you specifically, more the situation
Diavolo - Talk to me then. Please my love you know I don't like it when you try and handle things on your own.
Lucifer - Michael and I had… a bad relationship to say the least. It ended horribly, he didn't understand No, it was just horrible. If we see him can you just, not leave my side at all?
Diavolo - Of course my love. I'll make sure my hands are always on you too ;)
Lucifer - You can hold me and put your hand on my thigh, Nothing more.
Diavolo - And hold your hand?
Lucifer - I guess I can allow that.
Diavolo - Yay! I'll come sleep with you tonight, I've already packed in case of them having us stay longer so. You can have me tonight ;)
Lucifer - We aren't having sex, I'd rather not have the smell of Cinnamon lingering on me in the Celestial realm.
Diavolo - Fine, Simeons wrapping up now so we'll be there soon.

It was the next morning and Lucifer had been getting a small scarf that Asmo made for MC on them. “It won't be enough but it's something until we can get you a coat.” MC trotted over to the mirror in the room and admired it. Simeon was hugging Levi goodbye and kissing his head “It'll only be at most a month my love, I'll call and text you every day.” Levi nodded and gave Simeon a goodbye kiss. "Ok Love birds break it up” Lucifer walked over to talk to Levi.
"Now the chores have been distributed to up a month in advance just in case, Barbatos is coming every day to help make extra food for Beel. Satan and you are in charge, if Satan gets carried away then you take over. You and your brothers are still required to go to school every day, your teachers will inform me if you are absent. If something happens call or text and I'll see what I can do. Any questions?” Lucifer looked at Levi who was a bit overloaded. “Nope I don't think so, Will you be ok though?” Levi looked at Simeon and Lucifer worried. “It's been a while since you two have been up there what if-” Simeon held Levis's face and scratched the side of his head. “My love please don't worry, Lucifer and I can handle ourselves. We'll be back before you know it.” Levi relaxed and was less worried. "Alright just be careful, If you need me just tell MC to summon me” Simeon nodded and kissed his boyfriend's cheek.
Diavolo held Lucifer's hand joking, "So any other exes I should worry about?” Lucifer glared at Diavolo and picked up MC, "No just him.” Diavolo got a little nervous, "soo what is he like?” Lucifer thought for a moment, "Pretty much the opposite of me with a lot of things.” He didn't elaborate past that so Diavolo got worried. He was basically the opposite of Lucifer, He was outspoken, very all over the place without Lucifer, he was taller, stronger, and older than he was. Diavolo started getting nervous while they went to the gates to the Celestial realm, did Lucifer see him as another Michael, Did Lucifer date him because he was another version of the guy he once dated?
His mind was reeling with questions but they all quickly stopped when they made it to the celestial realm, hearing a semi-higher pitched voice of Lucifers yell out “LU!” Diavolo looked in that direction and was completely shocked. The man that Lucifer called his Ex was Shorter than Lucifer with white hair that had a blonde gradient, one pair of wings smaller than Lucifer, and grey eyes with a pop of orange. While Lucifer was very covered and showed little skin, Michael was barely wearing anything. He had a shirt that only covered his collarbone, his shorts were extremely short. Now Diavolo understood the opposite of his boyfriend.
Lucifer looked down Ignoring the angel running towards him to see MC shivering “WHY IS IT SO COLD!” The tiny sheep yelled trying to get warm. Simeon took them and held them close. “Angels have higher body temperatures than Demons this should help.” Mc melted immediately “Oooh, I see why Levi loves to cuddle you” Simeon giggled some and kept holding Mc. Diavolo was just standing there shocked. He whispered to Lucifer “I thought you said he was the opposite!” Lucifer looked at him confused. “He is the opposite Look at him Dia” “Ok that's not what I had in mind ok? I thought you meant like, Just another version of me? He's so short did he even hold you the way you love?” Lucifer sighed and held his hand “One he doesn't like being called short so try not to tell it to his face, and two, Dia do you think I would have dated you if I thought you were another version of him?”
Diavolo mentioned that that was a good point once Michael came over. “Lu! How long has it been? I've missed you” Michael tried to hug him but Diavolos instincts kicked in and he grabbed Lucifer by the waist “I'm sorry… Lu?” sure Diavolo came up with some creative nicknames for his lover but Lu? What kind of nickname was Lu? “Oh yeah, that's what I used to call Lucifer. And I'm sorry who are you?” Michael started getting defensive, Diavolos' smile, though forced at this point, never wavered. "I'm Prince Diavolo, I'm the one that you are having the meeting with.” Michael nodded half heartedly.
“Simeon nice to see you, Is this your pet? Where is your human representative?” MC cleared their throat aggressively, "Excuse me! I'll have you know that the human representative is me!” The one-foot-tall sheel pouted and grumbled causing Simeon to pet their head trying to calm them down. "You see Michael the transition to the Devildom does things to Humans' bodies and MC happens to turn into a sheep. We haven't figured out a way to fix it but they have stated they enjoy this form.”
Mc nodded very proudly while Michael just moved on. “So Lu you ready to see your old home?” Lucifer grew uncomfortable with how close Michael was to which Diavolo pulled him closer. “By that, you mean the castle? Yes, I am ready as I'll ever be” Michael smiled and showed them to the castle. Michael and Lucifer started talking, smiling, and laughing, making Diavolo more upset than he cared to admit. Simeon had noticed and walked over, “Diavolo if I may, something that I did that helped Levi with his jealousy was in your case pretend he's just trying to be civil to give you a good experience. It may help a little bit but I would also suggest talking to Lucifer about this.” Simeon gave a warm smile. Diavolo nodded and just watched Lucifer look back at him making sure they were still following. Diavolo was definitely going to talk about it, and even make it known that Lucifer was his.

Diavolos eye started twitching getting annoyed at how close Michael was getting to Lucifer. While sure he knew that Lucifer wasn't going to let him get too close, He still didn't like it. He was at his breaking point when they got to the bedroom arrangements. “So the Human and Simeons' room will be on this side, And the Princes and Lus room is on this side” Michael signaled to the two rooms on the left Diavolo was about to speak up but Lucifer got to it before he did, “Actually Diavolo and I will be sharing a room.” Michael looked at Lucifer confused “Wait what do you mean you two are sharing a room?” Mc started giggling while Simeon was fighting not to and trying to get MC to stop. “Michael, I mean what I said, Diavolo and I will be sharing a room.” Michael glared at Diavolo who, though was smiling, was definitely glaring back. “So you let this… Demon sleep with you but you didn't let meeee come on Lu,” Michael pouted but Diavolo immediately pulled Lucifer close. “Well maybe because I know what he loves and doesn't when I'm sleeping with him.”
They glared at each other for a solid minute when Lucifer squeezed Diavolos arm signaling to him to calm down. “Well Dia and I are going to start getting settled, and MC probably should to because this is a new place.” Simeon nodded and opened the door to MCs room closing it behind him. Lucifer said a quick good night and bye to Michael and pulled Diavolo into the room.

Diavolo was lying on their temporary bed reading texts from Barbatos while Lucifer showered. “Devil, how I've missed Celestial water temperature” Lucifer had been taking his sweet time in the shower enjoying it, Diavolo put his phone down and got up leaning against the doorframe admiring his lover. The shower had a glass door so it was easy to see Lucifer who had his back turned. “So can I join?” Diavolo said in a flirtatious tone watching his boyfriend look at him with a playful glare. “No Dia you can't, you know how you get when you shower with me” Diavolo rolled his eyes playfully, "Come on Love just once.” he didn't play back and forth often but when he did he always made sure to have a playful tone to let Lucifer know, "Im being playful right now, you said no and I'm respecting that Just trying to make you giggle.” it always made Lucifer a lot more willing to be playful back and actually relax.
“We'll see Dia, I'm almost done then we can talk about those daggers you've been giving Michael” Diavolo had completely forgotten about Michael, he had been enjoying the fact he and his boyfriend were finally alone to remember the glares he gave Michael. “Come on, can you blame me? He looked like he wanted to have his hands on you.” Diavolo looked at Lucifer as he turned the water off, "Pass me the towel, and yes I am aware of the look he was giving me I was ready to press myself against you.” Diavolo gave him his towel and leaned against the counter as Lucifer stepped out drying off. “Why didn't you? I would have been more than happy showing you off, we are public now."
Lucifer looked at diavolo “You know us becoming public was an accident, by the way, Luci stuck at the house and whenever I talk about you they tease about it.” they weren't expecting to become public anytime soon, but his brothers found out through some, very unfortunate circumstances, they decided there was no point in hiding it if his brothers knew.
He walked away and grabbed his pajamas, which were one of Diavolo's dress shirts he doesn't wear, and some pants. Diavolo walked over after he got dressed and put his hands on his waist, “At the meeting tomorrow do I have permission to have my hands on you?” Diavolo knew Lucifer's answer was most likely yes, but he wanted to make sure it was Yes. "Of course Dia, but just your hand on my thigh. And it must stay in the same spot, you can rub but gently grab if I get upset.” Diavolo hummed in agreement, "wanna head to bed and rest?” Lucifer turned around and leaned into him, "Not until we discuss your jealousy, what in the world is with you right now? Yeah, when other Demons talk to me you get a little jealous and it's cute but right now it's kinda worrisome.” Lucifer held Diavolos' face who leaned into his hands. “I don't know, just seeing him be so friendly with you, especially with Simeon and you saying how he treated you just pissed me off.”
Lucifer sighed, “I'm only playing nice to get you to have a good meeting, Michael doesn't take kindly to demons so I thought that-” Diavolo kissed Lucifer, "thank you my love but I'll be alright, let's get to bed, I can tell you've been cold” Lucifer rolled his eyes and got into bed. Diavolo took his shirt off and grabbed his pajama pants. "... Ok but seriously how did he hold you like, he's too short to-” Lucifer groaned “Diaaaaaa come to bedddddd stop talking about my ex right now,” Diavolo muttered a sorry and went over to the bed laying down next to him holding him close. “There now we can sleep and” He looked at Lucifer who was snagged against him already asleep. He smiled and kissed his head “Sleep well my love” Lucifer smiled a little snuggling closer.
Diavolo sighed, what did Michael have in him that made Lucifer get with him, it took Diavolo years to get anywhere with Lucifer and that was even after getting really close, it still took him years to have Lucifer consider even telling his brothers about them. Diavolo loved it all the same as long as he had Lucifer he did not care about anything else then making him happy.
