Chapter 1: Date Night

Chapter Text

Kamal woke up, painfully exhausted having to deal with another day in the Habitat. He sat up and rubbed his eyes. Everyday felt somhow more and more exhausting. It felt dragging when every night Dr. Habit would hype up this ‘big event’ coming up. Some days he wished he hadn’t stayed in the Habitat after separating with Boris.

Glancing over at his nightstand, Kamal spotted a letter. He furrowed his eyebrows and glanced around. He quickly grabbed it and read it over. It read:

“Good morning, Kmmal! 2nite i am going 2 leeve the door in the basmeant open 2 get too my office. I will b expecting U 2nite upstAirs. Hope 2 ‘see’ you there :-) Do not tell any1 ;-O <3 <3 <3 - B. Habit :-)”

Kamal felt his heart drop. Boris was requesting him specifically? Why? Kamal couldn’t help but feel suspicious.

Ever since their falling out, Boris has seemed.. different. He’s always been a bit eccentric, if that’s the right word, sure. But after he began running the Habitat on his own, he’s been acting off. Of course, only Kamal would notice this. And he had nobody to bring this up to. None of the other Habiticians knew Boris the same way Kamal does. Or.. did, rather.

Kamal sighed, he’s sure it’s nothing bad, whatever Boris needs him for. Boris would never intentionally physically harm Kamal.

He got up out of bed and stretched to the ceiling, going on his tippy toes. He threw on his usual outfit, a teal button up and teal and navy blue slacks. He sat on the edge of the bed and folded up the note, sticking it into his shirt pocket. He then quickly threw on and tied his shoes.

He stood up and left, going up to his spot on the roof. He sat down on his bench, bringing his knees and staring off towards Boris’s office. Wind softly blew through his hair as a sigh escaped his lips.

He pulled the note and looked it over a ton, rereading every line a trillion times. Kamal felt bad for being so hesitant but why would Boris request him specifically? And why was it so secretive? Kamal had so many questions and the more he thought, the more stressed he felt.

“Hey, Kamal,” Lulia’s voice from behind him caused him to jump. Kamal turned around and smiled at her.

“Hey.” He folded up the slip of paper again and put it back into his shirt pocket.

“You doing alright?” She asked, voice smooth. “You seem stressed.” Lulia moved closer, resting her chin against the ground by Kamal’s feet. From where she was sitting, it was easy to do so.

Kamal shrugged, “How could I not be in here?”

She laughed softly. “I mean more so than usual.” She changed the subject quickly. “You know, I heard some Habiticians were gonna hang out today and do some games down in the carnival, have some drinks. I think Jimothan would make some food too.” She shrugged. “Just something to change things up. I think you should go. Might help with whatever’s going on.” She smiled and turned away again, back to her magazine.

Kamal leaned back against the bench a bit, debating. He probably should do something other than sit in one spot and freak out over something that won’t even happen for another few hours. He stood up, looking down at the carnival. There were already a few people down there. Kamal headed down the steps and towards the door.

“Thanks, Lulia!” He called behind him.

As he went down the stairs, he heard Lulia call back, “Anytime!”

Kamal felt awkward heading to the bottom level. He never really went down here. He used to so he could talk to Wallus but.. They haven’t talked in awhile. Maybe he should visit him sometime.

Kamal stepped out into the carnival courtyard, awkwardly rubbing his arm. A decent amount of his Habiticians were hanging out. Some taking turns playing the games, some of the younger members playing make believe in some way, and some just standing around and talking. Kamal glanced around, looking for someone  to talk to. Everyone was already in their own little group, he’d feel nervous butting in. He looked up at Boris’s office building, sighing softly through his nose. This day couldn’t go any slower.

Kamal turned back and headed towards the lounge. The only people in here were Jimothan running the counter and Parsley sitting at one of the stools. Usually Tiff and Jerafina hang out here but they must be out in the carnival.

Kamal headed over, hopping up on the stool next to Parsley.

“Heyyy, Kamal,” He looked over, smiling. He very clearly had a bit too much to drink.

Kamal nodded his head towards him with a slight smile. “Hey.” He looked back at Jimothan. “Just get me a drink, I don’t care what kind.”

Jimothan nodded, “Coming up.” He turned to get Kamal’s drink ready.

“Y’know,” Parsley started, causing Kamal to look over. “I feel like we never see you anymore.” He slurred out.

“Yeahh..” Kamal rubbed the back of his neck. “Shit happens, what can I say?” He shrugged, chuckling softly.

Jimothan passed Kamal the drink before leaving against the bar wall. “Everything okay for you to end up down here?”

“Hm?” Kamal hummed, taking a quick sip of his drink. “Oh, yeah. All good. Just needed a change in routine is all.”

Kamal ended up drinking another glass or two, talking with Parsley, Jimothan, and any Habitician that came in and out of the lounge. Kamal finished his last sip, setting down his glass. He felt a bit tipsy, but nothing horrible.

“Well, you two should probably head up to bed,” Jimothan said, cleaning out a cup.

“Really?? What time is it?” Kamal furrowed his eyebrows.

“Time for bed,” Jimothan laughed. “You’ve been talking all day. Time flies, huh?” He turned around, organizing the glasses behind him.

“Time flies,” Kamal repeated quietly to himself. He said his goodbyes to Parsley and Jimothan, heading out of the lounge and upstairs. He said goodnight to anyone he walked by, quickly hurrying into his room. He shut off the lights and anxiously sat at the edge of his bed. He waited for what felt like hours until the sounds of footsteps quieted.

Once it was completely silent in the Habitat, Kamal carefully stood up. Fighting his drowsiness, he changed out of his day clothes. He frantically searched through his laundry. He came across one of his old dentist’s outfit he’d wear when assisting Boris. Nothing special, an off white button up and navy blue slacks. It’ll do. Kamal changed into it and looked himself over in the reflection of his TV. He nodded a bit to himself and headed out.

Kamal practically tip-toed. He made sure to stay as silent as possible while also practically running downstairs. He carefully headed back down the stairs to where he just was not too long ago. He snuck down the hallway leading back towards where he needed to go.

Kamal passed Wallus’s hole in the wall, pausing briefly. He debating saying something, taking a small step towards it. Ultimately, he decided against it and turned back to the door.

Just like Boris promised, it was cracked open. Kamal swallowed thickly and hurried through and down the hallway. With the hallway being as long as it was, it gave Kamal even more time to overthink things.

He wondered what Boris needed him for, it really truly baffled him. Maybe he’d ask Kamal to work with him again, be his assistant. As much as he hated to admit it, he did miss working with Boris.

Or maybe this was all just wishful thinking.

Coming to the end of the hallway, Kamal finally reached the elevator. He stepped inside and let his hand linger over the button reading ‘up.’ Was he really doing this? His hand pressed the button before he could process it. Yes. Yes he was.

The elevator doors slowly shut before allowing the elevator to begin lifting. Kamal tapped his foot anxiously. No turning back now.

As the elevator inched closer and closer to the top, Kamal began to brace himself, readying himself for anything. The elevator stopped and Kamal held his breath. Subconsciously, he backed up against the wall of the elevator, staring at the door. He closed his eyes, turning his head away, as the doors opened. The elevator made a quiet ‘ding sound when the doors opened fully.

Kamal hesitantly opened his eyes. He stepped out into the waiting room, staring forwards baffled.

Huh.

Huh.

Was he really seeing what he thought he was?

Kamal blinked, staring forward. Hell, his jaw was probably hung open. Genuinely, he was utterly confused and bewildered. He must’ve been hallucinating.

In front of him in the middle of the room was a table covered in a fancy-looking tablecloth. Two chairs were set up on either side. They were just the waiting room chairs but Boris had put a cushion on either of them. In the middle of the table were three lit candles, all in different sizes and heights. And at each seat on the table was a wine glass, one for each of them. Each filled with possibly red wine.

Kamal’s face was most definitely beet red at this point. Did Boris seriously call him up here for.. a date ?

Cutting off his train of thought, the door to the back room slid open. There stood the tall dentist that Kamal knew so dearly at a point in his life. Kamal took a small step back, heart pounding in his ears.

“Dr. Habit, you wanted to se—“

“Kamal! Oh, Eye am so-o-o-o excitd U made it!” He lightly clapped his hands together. “And do not be sillie! Youe no me. Call me Boris! :-)”

Kamal stared at him, mouth agape. Boris’s hair was tied up into a ponytail. He wore a white button down, sleeves rolled up, with black slacks. His shirt had the first few buttons undid, showing off his bare chest. Kamal couldn’t help but stare. He shook his head slightly, snapping back to reality. He looked back at Boris’s face.

“Boris, did you call me up here for a date?”

Boris’s face flushed bright red. “Well, wee will ‘also’ b discussing thingz.” He stammered. He hurried over to Kamal’s chair and pulled it out. “Sit, I will get the fud.”

Kamal sat, hung up on the fact that Boris did not deny this was a date. He yelped softly when Boris pushed in his chair with ease.

As promised, he hurried back out of the room. Very quickly, he returned with two plates of food. He set one down in front of Kamal, the other going to his spot. Boris sat down and looked at Kamal, like he was anticipating a reaction.

Kamal thanked him quietly, looking down at his plate. On it was chicken breasts with some veggies as a side. It looked like Boris tried very hard to make it look nice. “Looks good.” He looked back at Boris.

Boris grinned, pleased with this. “Good! Eet up!” He grabbed a knife and fork, cutting into his chicken.

Kamal did the same, a bit more hesitant. The two began to eat in honestly uncomfortable silence. The food was surprisingly good. Kamal smiled a bit. It had been awhile since he’s had some good food. No offense to Jimothan, but the ingredients he’s given to work with aren’t the best. He glanced up at Boris. “So,” he cleared his throat. “What did you need to discuss?”

“That is 4 after hour eating!” Boris grinned, revealing his rows of teeth.

Kamal shifted, nodding a bit. He continued to take decent sized bites. “The food is very good.”

Boris smiled. “Thanck U :-)” He took a small bite. “You look very nice.” Boris softly said, just above a whisper. His cheeks flushed a warm hue.

Kamal blushed. “Thank you. You as well, Boris.”

Boris squirmed. He seemed almost giddy as he finished his meal. He rested his chin in the palms of his hands on the table, staring at Kamal still eating.

Kamal couldn’t help but laugh softly. He ate quicker, finishing his meal a minute after. He set his utensils down and grabbed his wine glass, taking a sip. He did not think he’d be drinking this much alcohol today.

He set the glass down. “Is it time to talk?” He chuckled.

“Rite.” Boris shifted. “Kamal,” he began, adjusting his posture with his hands now in his lap. So professional all of a sudden, Kamal smiled a tiny bit at that. “I’ve been thinking.. I r-ee-lly miss U.” He said. In an instant, his eyes widened, “L-Like professionaly! ” He exclaimed.

Kamal laughed. “I got it, don’t worry.”

Boris nodded, he seemed nervous. “Bokay. Well, 2 rlly start, I’d like to say sorry 4 being mean 2 U back the-en. And saying Ur teeth were gross.”

“Thank you. I.. appreciate that.”

Boris hummed. “Of corse :-) I rearlly mean it. I messed up and that waz rong.”

Kamal nodded. “Right. It was.” He wasn’t going to deny it. Boris did hurt him.

“So.. I waz doing sum thinking. May-B with some ‘work’, U and I could work togther againe!”

Kamal took a metaphorical step back. “Boris, I don’t know..” Kamal wanted to work together again, don’t get him wrong. But this felt like a lot. Boris and Kamal have both changed so much since they’ve last worked together, would they still be good together? Hoping Boris asked him this was probably just idealistic. He wasn’t sure if he’d be ready to jump back in.

“Think about iT!” Boris stood up. “We made a grate team, no?”

Kamal watched him for a second before looking away. He didn’t say anything.

Boris stepped closer. “I promise it will be d-iff-rent thiz time, Kamal.” He grabbed Kamal’s chair, turning it to face him. Kamal made a quiet noise of surprise, looking up at the Russian doctor looming over him. Boris held a hand under Kamal’s chin, tilting his head up further. Kamal’s lips parted, at a loss for words.

Boris leaned down until their faces were just barely an inch apart. “Pleaze, Kamal? Even-even if it’z just smthing.. more bee-tween us.” He had the most pleading look in his eyes but he still waited for Kamal to do something.

Kamal stared into Boris’s eyes, his own wider than ever before. He felt his stomach doing backflips as he went back and forth on what to do. He couldn’t believe he was doing this. His heart beated a million miles a minute. He couldn’t believe that he was doing this. Finally, he took a deep breath, shakily bringing his hands up to cup Boris’s face. He slowly connected his lips with Boris’s.

Boris immediately moved his hands to Kamal’s waist, kissing back eagerly and pinning Kamal against the chair. Kamal fell back further into his chair, pulling Boris with him. Boris moved a knee up onto Kamal’s chain, pushing his legs apart. Kamal hummed into the kiss, moving his hands to tangle his fingers in Boris’s hair as best he could with it being in a ponytail.

They broke the kiss slightly when Kamal spoke. “Oh, Boris,” He sighed, holding him close. God, how he missed this man. This didn’t feel real. Maybe this all way just some elaborate wet dream. He’d wake up the next day and none of this would’ve happened, right?

Boris pulled away to kiss down his neck. He mumbled quiet ‘thank you’s against the warm skin of his throat. He pushed his knee futher against Kamal’s bulge. Kamal whimpered and grinded his hips forwards. Suddenly nothing matter and he couldn’t care about anything they were talking about before. Kamal missed Boris so much, how could he not realize?

Fuck, Boris, thank you, Boris, god,” he rambled in a whisper. Their voices had become so hushed, as if someone would hear them.

Boris reached further down, hands shaking as he undid Kamal’s slacks. He stood up again to pull them off of Kamal, along with his boxers. Boris leaned back down again. His larger hand wrapped around Kamal’s cock, which was growing harder by the second, and began stroking it slowly.

“Good boy,” Boris whispered, merely inches away from Kamal’s face.

Kamal gasped and whined, thrusting his hips up into Boris’s hand. “Please, please, more.” He whimpered.

Boris ignored his request, continuing what he was doing. He watched Kamal tilt his head back against the chair, lips parted with moans and sighs falling from them.

After a few minutes of Boris stroking Kamal’s cock, he pulled Kamal to his feet. Kamal, startled by the sudden change in position, tripped and fell against Boris’s chest. Boris caught him with a smile before helping him get his slacks off completely. He took Kamal to the nearest wall and bent him over.

Kamal placed his arms against the wall as support. He waited a second, all contact gone from him. He assumed Boris was removing his own pants. Suddenly, two large hands gripped his hips and pulled his ass out further.

Kamal gasped softly. He wiggled his hips a bit.

Suddenly, something large prodded at Kamal’s entrance. His eyes widened at just the size of the head. Boris was going to break him. Kamal was going to be ripped in half on Boris’s cock. No, no, maybe he’s just.. overreacting. Surely it wouldn’t be too bad. Right?

Boris gripped his hips, his claw-like finger tips digging into the flesh, as he slowly pushed in.

Fuck, it was so much thicker than he thought. With no preparation beforehand, it burned. But in a good way? Boris kept forcing his cock in, even when Kamal’s body resisted. Kamal let his head hang down, staring at the bulge against his stomach. Kamal sobbed, his thighs shaking intensely.

“Boris, please, y-you’re too biiig— oh my god— “ Kamal cried out when Boris ignored him, starting to thrust in and out of his tight hole at a more medium pace. Even at a medium pace, it felt so intense.

Boris panted and whimpered, fucking into the smaller man relentlessly; even if he was holding himself back. He wanted to make Kamal feel so good. God, he needed to make him feel good.

Kamal felt like his knees were going to give out. Tears swelled in his eyes, threatening to fall down his cheeks. He felt amazing. He’d never realized this was exactly what he needed. He felt so full.

”Faster, h-harder—“ he gasped out. Boris subtly perked up. He wrapped one hand around Kamal around his throat, making Kamal aware of how much smaller he was, and began fucking him at the most brutal pace possible. He fucked him as fast and as hard as he could.

Kamal let out a choked sob, body shaking violently. He reached a hand behind him, spreading one side of his open in attempts to lessen the burn. But it was no use, his ass burned so good. Boris’s grip around his throat tightened a bit, making his sobs and moans more muted.

”Kamal, youe feel so-o-o..—“ he cut himself off with a groan. He rested his head in the crook of his neck, his thrusts not slowing down or stopping in the slightest.

Tears spilled down Kamal’s face. It burned but he wanted this. God, he wanted this so bad. He loved having Boris back and he loved how his huge cock felt inside of him, splitting him open.

Pleasure shot through his spine as he felt a knot begin to form in his stomach. He gasped, reaching down to weakly stroke off his neglected cock. “Please, pl-ease, Boris,” he begged, voice breaking.

”Youe want to cum? U poor thingg,” Boris cooed. He picked up the pace somehow. “Come onn,” he encouraged. “Youere so good, Kamal, such a good good boye—“ he rambled, biting at Kamal’s neck with his many teeth.

Kamal stroked his cock faster and faster until he came spurts of white against the wall across from him. He cried out as loud as he could while behping half choked.

Boris didn’t stop. He moved both of his hands back down to Kamal’s waist and bit down harder on his neck. He bit in a few different spot. He pounded into the smaller man, whimpering and groaning against the skin.

Kamal keened at the feeling of overstimulation overtaking him. He breathed heavily through gritted teeth, shaking violently as he was unable to get away from the pleasure. “Bo— Boris— P-p-ple-eaase—“ Kamal panted, unable to form any other thoughts. He wanted to make Boris feel good. He’d do whatever he asked, be his assistant again, he didn’t care. As long as Boris could use him like this whenever, he’d be a happy man.

Boris gave one final aggressive thrust into his ex-assistant, spilling inside of him. Kamal’s eyes widened, legs shaking. He felt so full, it was insane. He gasped and moaned softly at the feeling of being filled.

Boris panted heavily. He stayed inside Kamal for another minute or two before he finally pulled out and spun Kamal around. Kamal looked up Boris, lips parted as he panted. His eyes were half closed, clearly dazed. Cum dripped down his inner thigh, whether it was his own or Boris’s was a different story. His hair was a mess and his neck was covered in noticeable bite marks.

Boris smiled and pulled Kamal into his arms, puling them both to sit on the floor. “Oh, Kamal, youe did so good. Ur amzing, my sweet flowerr.”

Kamal sighed deeply, allowing himself to be held against Boris’s chest. He listened to a mix of Boris’s praise and the sound of his heartbeat. It had been going at a million miles a minute; he must be nervous. Kamal lightly pressed his lips against the part of Boris’s chest that had been exposed.

”Oh-! :-o” Boris let out a quiet noise of surprise, watching Kamal. They both stayed quiet for a minute.

Kamal cuddled closer into Boris, closing his eyes. He hummed quietly and next thing he knew, he was drifting off into sleep.

Boris sat there, holding Kamal in his arms and softly running his fingers through his hair. He listened to him softly snore, debating on what he was going to do. Finally, he carefully laid him down on the floor before getting up. He fixed his own pants and then went to grab Kamal’s pants and boxers. Sitting back down next to Kamal’s sleeping body, he carefully dressed the man. He smiled and stood up, scooping Kamal into his arms bridal style.

Boris paused. He glanced at the elevator and bit his lip. Surely it’d be fine, right? Everyone was asleep. He just had to be quick and quiet. He headed into the elevator and his the down button.

Trevor laid in his makeshift bed in the boiler room, eyes open. He couldn’t fall asleep, as much as he tried. He’d been up for hours. And it didn’t help that he saw Kamal run past and upstairs.

He jumped slightly as he heard footsteps approaching, those these ones sounded different from Kamal’s. They sounded larger. Trevor curled up under his blanket but kept his eyes peeked open to see.

Out stepped a larger figure of a man. It almost looked like Dr. Habit. Trevor quinted to get a better look.

Holy shit, he thought. It was Dr. Habit. And he was carrying Kamal who was passed out! Trevor’s eyes widened a bit, mind wandering to what Dr. Habit could’ve possibly done to Kamal.

Dr. Habit paused in front of Trevor, so he closed his eyes. He could feel the seven foot doctor staring at him for a minute before his footsteps departed. Trevor opened his eyes again, heart pounding and breathing heavily. He hadn’t realized he was holding his breath.

Boris carefully brought Kamal back up to his room. He stepped in quietly, shutting the door behind him for a minute. He laid Kamal down in his bed and sat next to him. He carefully helped remove is shoes, tossing them aside, before removing his shirt and slacks. He got up and brought them to his closet. He found Kamal’s usual outfit and headed back over. He changed Kamal into that as carefully as possible without trying to wake him.

After he pit on Kamal’s pants, he started eith the shirt. As he put the shirt on Kamal, a note slid out of the shirt pocket. Boris tilted his head and unfolded it. He quickly smiled, seeing his own handwriting on the piece of paper. He grabbed a pen from Kamal’s nightstand, writing something new on the other side of the paper. He set both back on the nightstand.

He tucked Kamal into the blanket and kissed his forehead. Kamal grumbled softly and curled up. Boris smiled and stood up. He quietly stepped back out into the hallway, shutting the door. He sighed deeply and headed back downstairs. Back in the boiler room, he glanced at Trevor sleeping again. He could’ve sworn he saw him awake earlier. Boris shrugged; must’ve been imagining things. He went back upstairs to his office.
