Postponed

Summary:

Another date night postponed, Ray's too busy with work and Gabe has some other plans...

Notes:

All I'm going to warn is that I'm not the best at writing smut scenes AT ALL so it's definitely going to be a little awkward reading (or maybe not? Idk.) But just know the effort is there and please bear with me lol

Work Text:

Something came up. Sometimes always seemed to come up whenever Tango and Cash had some time to themselves. And when there was that time to themselves, Cash especially would always try to initiate some kind of date night.

“Cash I have to go work on this. Sorry.”

“Right now?”

Ray rubbed the bridge of his nose in frustration, “Yes.” He wasn’t pissed at Gabe, but more so the fact he had to cancel another one of their date nights right when they were about to walk out the door. Cash had actually dressed up nicely for this date, trying to make an impression on Tango. It was more of a surprise to Tango when he opened the door to Cash greeting him, shoving some cheap bouquet of flowers in his face, “We can grab some beer at the store later if you want.”

“Bummer.” Cash let out a defeated sigh. “Do you want me to hang out here or just head back home for the night?”

“You came all the way out here and the wardrobe change is really nice effort… I don’t really want that going to waste. Shouldn’t take me long anyways.” Ray gave a small reassuring smile to Gabe, patting him on the shoulder.

“Hopefully?”

“Hopefully.”

———

Cash was starting to feel like a rat trapped in a cage at this rate. On a normal occasion he absolutely loved Ray’s house. The way it was decorated and played out felt so welcoming and artsy. But currently, he was completely bored out of his mind, zoning out. What felt like hours had passed at this point with Tango still not reemerging from his work space. Shouldn’t take long huh? That’s when Gabe finally decided to take a short walk over to the work space and peeked into the room. Ray had his head in one hand staring down at the paper while writing with his other hand, the bright desk light shining on him and his work.

Cash frowned a little. He looked so stressed and tonight wasn’t a time either one of them was anticipating work. Cash knocked on the doorframe gently to announce his presence, “Almost done, Ray?”

Ray looked up, “Oh uh… yeah. I think.”

“You sure?”

“No. Look, I’m sorry again.”

“Don’t apologize.” Cash took a couple more steps into the room, standing on the opposite side of the desk. He was looking down at the paperwork, trying to see what was being worked on. “Think you could take a break for a little bit?”

“I don’t think so. I really need to get this done.”

“I mean… I’m sure they’ll give you some leeway. Considering.”

“I’m not really going to argue an excuse right now.”

Cash leaned forward, placing his hands on the edge of the desk, “You should take a break. This is stressing you out more than any other work I’ve seen you doing lately.”

“Cash. I can’t.”

“Maybe you can,” Cash said before slightly brushing a notepad off to the side that Ray had been writing on.

“Gabriel.”

Cash let himself smirk a little. He was really pushing Ray’s buttons now. “That must suck… putting a date night to waste since you’re too busy with work.” He teased before laying himself across the desk.

“It’s just going to be pushed back, Gabe.” Ray muttered to himself. He knew Gabe was right though, for once he should prioritize his relationships over work. Just for one night, just for a few hours.

“Aw.” Gabe gave an exaggerated frown as he looked at Ray, “Work’s more important than me?”

“With the way you’re acting, yes.”

“Ouch.” Cash playfully snapped back in mock offense. He adjusted on the desk, his body moving even more papers in the process. He rested on his side, his head in his hand as he took his other hand, slowly creeping it up Ray’s torso. “Would be a shame if… you waited until your date wasn’t aimlessly waiting to get some action… bet you really want to get me out of these clothes, don’t you?”

Tango considered it for a moment. Gabe would always try to initiate some kind of shenanigans before their actual dates occurred, this was a normal experience. But right now was just not the time. And Gabe knew that. He was defiantly trying to get a rise out of Ray. “You can hold off I think.”

“Me? Hold off? Come on.” Cash chuckled, hooking a finger between the buttons of Ray’s shirt, “I’m practically dying over here.”

Tango frustratedly pushed himself back in his chair and stood up. Cash smirked, not being able to form a second though before he felt Tango grab his leg, swinging Cash around in one swift motion so he was laying with his back against the desk. “I’ve been real patient with you, Gabe. You, of all people, should know how work gets sometimes.” Ray said, pushing Cash’s legs apart as he walked back up to the desk, “And you couldn’t just wait, just a little bit longer, before I fuck you until you don’t even know your own name?”

“Well, when you put it like that…” Cash said, brushing some hair out of his face, looking at Ray. Everything was falling into place and Cash absolutely loved when Ray got into a pissy mood. Pissy mood meant aggression from Ray. And an aggressive Ray meant a win-win for Cash.

“When you put it like that…” Ray mimicked with a sassy roll of the eye. The hand that was at Cash’s thigh creeped up to his waist, curling his finger into one of the belt loops. His hand was dangerously close to the actual belt. Cash watched him, letting it play out. He was absolutely eating the view up. Tango didn’t say much as he unbuckled the belt.

“Someone’s in a rush now it seems.”

“Someone wouldn’t leave me alone for a few goddamn minutes.” Ray shot back, looking at Cash for a moment.

Cash lifted his hips a little, nudging Tango a bit to undo his belt and pants. “Well I don’t have all night, Ray…” he whined.

“That makes two of us.” Ray muttered as he grabbed ahold of the belt, undoing it and pulling it out of the loops, tossing the belt off to the side. Cash let out an exaggerated groan as he heard it hit the floor. His mind was already feeling fuzzy from arousal and it didn’t help that Tango was in the middle of undoing his pants, “Jesus Christ, you’re already hard? Not even sporting a semi?” He let out a degrading laugh and Cash actually blushed from that.

“Shut up...” Cash mumbled, his hips bucking up again as his pants were discarded off to the side, somewhere on the floor.

Ray laughed at his reaction, undoing his own pants before licking his hand, slipping it into his boxers and stroking himself. He let off a soft groan in response

Cash felt his mouth go dry for a second from the noise Tango made, “You can pay with yourself later, come on. Gabe’s waiting here.” He pouted.

“God you sound stupid,” Tango said as he pulled out his cock, “Legs up.”

Gabe obeyed him a little more quickly than he would like to admit, trowing his legs onto Ray’s shoulders.

“Good boy.” Tango remarked, giving Gabe’s inner thigh a few pats. He brought his hand up to his mouth and spat in it, looking at Gabe as he did so. Gabe was biting his lip, watching in return.

“Hah-“ Gabe gasped out as he felt Ray’s spit covered fingers drag against his hole.

“Shit he’s not prepping me properly,” Cash thought as his face scrunched up from the pressure of Ray’s fingers pushing against him a bit, “Not going to give me some love and affection before you go to town on me?”

“Well…” Ray began, shifting his body so he was leaning over Cash. He had a hold on his cock, lining it up with Gabe’s hole, “I don’t have time for this shit. I needed to get this fucking work done and someone is just too worried about getting off before walking out this goddamn house. So no, we’re already wasting enough time as is.” Tango aggressively jabbed certain words here and there to really get his point across. Tango got one good last look at Cash to really make sure this was okay. Cash on the other hand was more than okay. He was looking at Ray with awe in his eyes, those “fuck me” kind of eyes he absolutely loved.

Cash let out a groan as Tango slowly pushed into him, “Jesus Christ, you’re going to tear me apart at this rate.”

“You’re the one who wanted it.”

Gabe let out a mixture of gasps and groans as Ray barely gave enough time to him to even adjust. The burning sensation was very very much so there and it was almost unbearable but at the same time, Tango was right. Cash wanted this in the first place and he was definitely getting it now. Again, he was getting a pissed off Ray Tango out of it and goddammit the burning sensation was feeling good.

Ray kept bucking his hips, bracing himself as he held one of Gabe’s thighs, making sure to hit that one angle that would drive him crazy. “You sound so whorish I swear.” He grunted out, “For someone who as just complaining about the lack of prep.”

Cash just let out a long whine in response, his head turned off to one side. With how rough Tango was being, he definitely wasn’t to last long at all.

“Aw, what’s that, cat’s got your tongue?”

“S-shut up, Ray…” He panted.

Ray just gave off a laugh at Cash’s expressions before he pulled out. He was going to fuck with him in more ways than one.

“What the fuck, Ray?! God…” Cash cried out, bucking his hips up at the loss.

“My god you sure do love to complain.” Tango smirked before pressing back in and Gabe clenched around Ray with his head tilting back.

“Fuck…” Cash panted out.

Tango stated thrusting again and kept a rhythm going for a bit. He could tell Cash was getting close with the way he was whimpering and was unable to keep himself from moving around, his hands running up and down all over his body. He didn’t say much, just took note and made sure to keep thrusting rough and hard.

It wasn’t long before Cash manned out, coming untouched. It felt like a fright train hitting him with the way he bucked his hips and his moans sounding oh so pornographic.

“Shit...” Ray laughed as he saw the state of Cash, putting out and jerking himself off until he finished. Cash’s legs felt off his shoulders and Ray leaned down close to Cash as he quickly ran his hand up and down, coming onto Cash’s stomach.

Cash stared up at the ceiling, panting. “Fuck Ray…” He laughed softly to himself before sitting up on his elbows. Tango was still leaning close to him so Cash leaned in and kissed the top of his head, “You had a lot of steam to let off, babe.” He whispered to him and ran a hand into his hair. And Tango actually let him. For as upset as he was a few minutes ago, this just seemed so different. “Love you.” Cash added on and Tango stood up, still in between Cash’s legs. They just looked at each other and didn’t say anything else. Cash took Tango’s hand and kissed it, “I’m going to go clean up… and I’ll leave you be, okay?”

Tango nodded. “Sounds good,” He said, backing off from the desk a bit so Cash could get up.
——

An hour or so passed and Tango was still working. Christ, what were they having him work on outside of the office in the first place? Cash peeked his head into the room like did before but just walked in instead of knocking, “Hey.”

“Hi.”

“I uh… went to go grab some Chinese food from down the road,” Cash said, holding up a bag. “Hopefully I got your order right.”

“Oh you didn’t have to do that…” Tango sighed as Cash placed a takeout container on the desk, making sure not to set it down on any papers.

“I saw you were still working. The shit they pull last minute, huh?” Cash chuckled a little and he saw Ray give a small smile in response. He could tell he was tired of working and he felt bad.

“Yeah…” Ray nodded, opening the container, his heart swelling at the fact Cash went out and got food for them. It was a small gesture but it still was really sweet of him.

“I um… I could stay in here and eat with you if you want or I can stay out of your hair. Not sure what you want.”

“I want you to stay here. Pull up the chair.”

“Really?”

“Yeah.”

They sat in silence for a little bit, Ray switching back and forth between taking bites of his food and continuing his work. Cash was the first to chime in, “Look I’m sorry.”

“Sorry? About what?”

“For pissing you off, getting you mad. I know how important work is to you.”

“You don’t have to apologize for that. I mean… yeah, I really just want this to be done with so I don’t get in trouble for not having it done but… you know. And besides, it was hot.” Ray chuckled and looked at Cash, whose face turned a little red. “I wasn’t being too rough was I?”

“Not at all… I deserved it anyways.” Cash chuckled, leaning back into his seat.

“No, it was a little out of line for me.”

“Ray, it wasn’t-“

“It was. I know you actually like getting rough but…” he shrugged, picking at his food. “I was just in autopilot. I’m the one who should be apologizing. I just wanted to get this done. I'm just annoyed they gave me this last minute.”

“Ray…”

“Gabe, please. Let me take the blame for this one. I mean…. even though you’re the one that initiated it, I gave into it. I’m sorry our date nights haven’t been going as planned lately. We barely have date nights at this point because work keeps getting in the way for us. I guess my pent up frustration took over.”

“Sometimes it’s fun to have things not go as planned, don’t ya think?” Gabe smiled. “I enjoy spending the time with you nonetheless.”

“As much as you piss me off sometimes, you know I love you a lot.” Ray said and it felt so sincere.

“Likewise,” Cash said, getting up and going around the desk, pulling Tango into a side hug. “You’re a hard worker. Don’t you ever forget that. My big, strong, hard worker.”

Ray laughed and looked up at Gabe, “Oh shut up.”

Gabe looked back at Ray and smiled, leaning down into a kiss.
