Once upon a time, the world was born. This happened in less time than it takes to blink. Matter began; quarks and anti-quarks, protons, neutrons, and electrons. Stars and Nebulae.
Then Time slowed down.
Stars created new elements over hundreds, thousands, millions of years. Gravity pulled the cosmic dust together, building no more than specks in the ever-expanding false empty of space. Then more; a chunk of rock, an asteroid, planetoid, planet, pulling more and more making solar systems and Galaxies of individual wonders.
It was empty, dark, and yet Full of beautiful energy, the clashing of newborn worlds. Time gathered. Space filled.
But no optic observed this phenomenon, until - despite being quite far off from where this universe was born - a tiny nebula, which would not last more than some thousand years, that would never learn its name, shifted just right to create a Spark.

The spark of life centers itself within the center of the universe, and it's excess energy creates galaxies and rouge star clusters each growing and spreading out from their creator. One such spark forms a rouge planet, who rather than grows and distributes the power of the spark, clusters within the core, building a mind stronger than any other life yet made. This young core calls herself Quintessa, and hears and reaches to the sparks around her. She cannot at first find them. She cannot do more than hear their singing light together. Trapped in her planet she is alone.
Quintessa discovers and later creates technological and organic life on her own world. Said life chooses to go against her will. She creates more dangerous and more loyal creations until the fantastical conquering weapons she calls Primus and Unicron.
Primus and Unicron conquer for her, they hear the singing of the stars and sparks beyond their mother and they snuff those voices out on her order. Until they are far enough from her to voice their own sparks. They choose to turn against her. They chain her to her world and silence her core in eternal slumber.
Primus and Unicron disagree how to move forward. This results in an interplanetary conflict by these titans and they split to never again see eachother's faces.
Primus misses his brother and creates the primes, turning his tired form into a world on which they may play. The primes create other creatures of primus.
First Religious Revolution of Primus.
First Technological Revolution of Primus.
The great primes notice a lack of resources for the growing varieties of peoples on Primus' surface. They recruit the greatest warriors of all the clans to explore, colonize, and represent Primus in the rest of the universe.
Whilst the Primes and the Knights of Prima (named for the Prime who suggested this path) are away, the balance of Primus shifts. It is no longer bound by the laws of hunger and growth, the circle of life, but the people on the now-called Cybertron unite in cities of multicultural communities. The clans are no longer divided and an Arthurian leader creates defended fortresses for families and leads a united strike against the growing hunger of the Predacons.
First Cultural Revolution of Cybertron.
After the Primes return they cause a commotion. Most of the people don't want to return to the careless rule of the primes. Those who follow the primes and those who follow the Lord of the cities have general brawls. It takes a long time for the leaders to meet and create a council of rulers to meet regularly of each of the cities and colonies and primes.
With the technologies and the discoveries the Knights of Prima brought back to Cybertron a Second Technological Revolution began.

A great destabilization of the solar system Primus, now known as Cybertron by its people, settled in creates significant changes in the atmosphere and habitability of the planet. This causes a colonization increase. The other great cities sink under the earth to protect themselves from the radiation flares. The primes retreat to ask Primus for his guidance and create Vector Sigma to continue Cybertron's habitability and repopulate Cybertron after the danger passes. The Bascilla and Great Archive were created to house more life from the surface and protect the knowledge of the people of Cybertron.
In many of the efforts to protect the planet new technologies are created, making up a Third Technological Revolution of Cybertron.

After Cybertron survives the destabilization it and the colonies are isolated.
This later leads to tensions between the homeworld and the colonies, as well as between the many cities. After the restabilization of Cybertron, a new wartime eventually develops.
