Work Text:
Paulo sighed and frowned as he followed behind Sue. The girl ahead of him grumbled to herself as they walked, cursing their teacher. “Can’t believe… of all the people… anyone else, literally anyone else…”
“I can hear you, you know.” Paulo said from behind.
“Yeah? Well good!” Sue said. “I hope it sinks in!”
“You think I wanted this?” Paulo scoffed at her. “I would have picked Abbey before you!”
“Whatever.” Sue rolled her eyes and opened her bedroom door. “I know you don’t care, but I don’t want to fail this project so let’s just put our fighting aside for the sake of my grade.”
“Hey, I don’t wanna fail either!” Paulo replied, annoyed at her soap box as they entered her room. “This isn’t all about you!”
Sue turned around and put her hands on her hip. “Really? Because your abysmal grades say otherwise.” Paulo opened his mouth to fire back at her, but she put up a hand. “Stop! None of this is helping.” Sue closed her eyes and took a deep breath, held it for a few seconds, and then let go. “Okay. Let’s just try to focus on this report.”
Paulo held his tongue on the rather rude remark he was going to say and nodded. “The sooner we get this done, the sooner I can stop thinking about you.”
“Agreed.” Sue pursed her lips. At the very least, they agreed on this one thing. That would be a good motivator for the both of them to get this project done. Sue had considered the possibility of telling Paulo to just let her handle it, but there was no way she was going to let him be a slacker if she could help it. She would MAKE him earn this. “I’m going to go get us some drinks and snacks.”
Paulo’s gaze had already begun to drift around her room, taking in the shelves and posters hung up on the walls. Sue jabbed a finger in his chest, which made him jump a little, but brought his attention back to her. “Don’t even THINK about pilfering through my stuff. If you want to be helpful, get some notebooks and pencils out.”
“Whatever you say, Ms. Susan.” He said, voice dripping with sarcasm.
Sue gave him one last suspicious look before heading off down the hall and the stairs to the kitchen. Paulo groaned to himself and began pulling out the supplies she asked for from his backpack. School reports were boring at the best of times, and now he had to do one with Sue of all people. He wasn’t kidding when he said he’d have taken the abyssinian over her. At least Abbey wouldn’t hold him to any standard, Sue was such an arrogant know-it-all, and Paulo could see right through it. She was no smarter than he was, at least he was content with that.
It didn’t take long for him to set out their materials, and now all that was left was for him to wait. Normally, if he was in a girl’s room it was because they were going to be making out… or more if it was Rachel, but he hadn’t been with her for a while. Or any other girl, for that matter. This must be how Mike felt, with his imaginary girlfriend Sandy. Sandy… Paulo stood up, the name unlocking a memory. Sue had mentioned seeing some of her pinups in a magazine she read… and Paulo would bet his next paycheck on the fact those magazines were still in her room somewhere.
What other chance would he have to see them? It was doubtful he’d ever be in Sue’s room again, and there was no way she would just bring them to school so he could gawk at them with David. Paulo listened out for footsteps, but heard none. He’d have to be fast. Hastily, he looked over her shelves, in some drawers, on her desk, in her desk, and her closet, which he also turned up empty handed. Paulo stood in the center of the room, tapping his foot impatiently. Sue would be back any moment, and he was burning through his time. His eyes fell downward to her bed. There was a bedskirt that blocked the view underneath it. Yes, that must be it! They HAD to be under her bed.
Still not hearing her footsteps, Paulo dove under the bed. There were various forgotten items under there, and among them was an inconspicuous shoebox. Wait, Sue didn’t wear shoes… That HAD to be it. Well, that’s where he’d hide lewd pictures of Sandy if he had them. Paulo grinned and pulled the box out from under the bed, and opened the lid. He was so caught up in his victory he didn’t hear Sue’s footsteps coming back to her room.
Magazines he did not find, but he did find lewd cosplay pictures… of Sue. And it was a cosplay he hadn’t seen her wear before. Sue didn’t wear clothes normally like the rest of them, but there was something about this outfit that was far more revealing than any other time he’d seen her. It barely covered her breasts and crotch, and the way she was posing and looking at the camera… why did she take these? It couldn’t be for McCain… they were long broken up. Was this part of some roleplay thing she did with that geeky game she played? Did the OTHERS have pictures like these too? Paulo’s cheeks burned. Whatever the case was, he had to admit, Sue looked really alluring in the images.
There was a crash behind Paulo and the somali leapt out of his fur. Sue had dropped the snacks and drinks on the floor. Her eyes were wide, but not as wide as her mouth was in shock. Her cheeks were on fire too, just as bright red as Paulo’s had been when he was looking over the pictures. Sue’s eyes darted from the pictures of herself in Paulo’s hands to Paulo’s face, which was now ablaze with the embarrassment of being caught red handed. Then many things happened very quickly.
Sue rushed over to grab the pictures out his hand. “I T-TOLD YOU N-NOT TO- I TOLD YOU-” She sputtered, unable to get anything concrete out.
“I’m sorry, I’m sorry!” Paulo said, letting her take the pictures with no resistance. “I was just looking for those Sandy pinups!”
Sue wasn’t listening, she was too busy finding a new place to shove the saucy images of herself instead. She settled on shoving them deep in her closet, and then slammed the door shut. Paulo stood anxiously as she was still facing the closet, holding it closed as though if she let go the pictures would fly out and into his hands again. Her head turned slowly and her breathing became intense.
“Sue, I swear to you, I wasn’t trying to-” Paulo started but he was cut off by a very, VERY furious Sue.
“Not. A. WORD.” She said, taking a step closer to him with every word to punctuate her meaning. “To. ANYONE.” She grabbed his shoulders and stared daggers into his golden brown eyes. “Understand?”
“Yeah. I got it.” He said, pulling himself from her grasp. “I don’t see why you’re so damn worked up over them, they’re really hot.”
“I don’t care if you think they’re ug-” Sue started to defend herself, but stopped mid sentence as what he really said sunk in. “Wh- what did you just say?”
Paulo shrugged. “I just thought they were really hot. Y’know. For you.”
Sue turned around so Paulo couldn’t see the new blush forming on her face. She would need to contain herself. No one, not even McCain (if they were even still in a relationship) or Amaya, or anyone, were meant to see those pictures. She was self conscious about them, so she hid them away. But nobody had ever referred to her as hot before, let alone Paulo. And now… her deepest secret was out to him, and he LIKED it? Something new, even if for the briefest of moments, flashed across her face. A new idea, perhaps.
Sue turned back around to face him, putting back on her air of superiority. “It’s called cosplay, you know.”
“Yeah, I know. Daisy told me. I went to that nerd convention or whatever, remember?” Paulo said, thinking back to when he chaperoned Daisy… and then Abbey choked him. He frowned at the memory. “It was lame. And your costumes were ridiculous. Why didn’t you wear that!?” He gestured to her closet.
“Because I didn’t have it then!” Sue replied, annoyed at him calling the convention she had so much fun at lame. “And… even if I did, no one was supposed to know it existed! And now you know! And I bet you’re going to tell everyone!”
“I won’t, I promise!” Paulo raised his right hand to show he was serious. “I won’t even tell David about it.” Sue eyed him suspiciously. “Look, if it makes you feel better, how about I do one of those cosplay things? Then you’ll have dirt on me and we can both be losers in secret! Well, I’ll be anyway.”
Sue mulled it over, walking around the orange cat as she thought. “Maybe…” She said, checking him over, poking and prodding him, lifting his tail to inspect it.
“Hey! Watch it!” Paulo said, getting goosebumps. “Don’t you know better than to grab someone’s tail like that?” He snatched it away.
“Yes, I’m sure of it.” Sue said confidently. “You would make for a good Sire Vorgoth Loard cosplay.”
“Who?” Asked Paulo, totally bewildered.
“Sire Vorgoth Loard. He’s an NPC in Swordsvale.” Sue walked back in front of Paulo. “I think you would fit a cosplay of him well.”
Paulo sat down on Sue’s bed. “Fine. How do we do this, then?”
“We’ll have to take measurements, get the materials, make patterns, paint…” The burmese listed off on her fingers.
“Sounds like a lot of work.” Paulo groaned, their deal seeming more unobtainable by the second.
“But it’ll be worth it!” Sue said with a little too much gusto, and Paulo raised an eyebrow. Sue reigned her ambition in. “We’re only going to do this if you take it seriously.”
“Sure, whatever.” Paulo shrugged again. Sue just got too worked up over her nerdy stuff.
BUT!” She got in Paulo’s face with a strong finger. “No one must know we’re doing this! No one! Not David, or Daisy, or especially anyone in my guild, got it?”
“Why?” Paulo asked accusingly.
“Because I…” She faltered. “I want it to be a surprise! So keep it a secret! Understood?”
“That isn’t going to be a problem. Not like I want anyone to know about this dumb nerd thing anyway.” Paulo said.
“Good, then. Do this and I might forgive you for, you know, INVADING MY PRIVACY.” Sue said harshly. “First, however, we need to do this report.” Paulo rolled his eyes and fell back onto Sue’s bed. This was going to be a long afternoon.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
A long afternoon it was, but it wasn’t because of each other. They were distracted, but in their own very different ways. Paulo couldn’t get the spicy pictures of Sue off his mind, and it didn’t help that she was sitting right in front of him. He’d never really noticed her in that way before, though he had always thought she was kinda cute. But now? There was a newfound beauty about her and he found it hard to keep his eyes away. Sue, likewise, was thinking about how to make Paulo’s cosplay work. Her mind whirled, thinking of all the different materials and measurements she’d need. In her mind, she visualized what he’d look like wearing it once it was done, and it caused her cheeks to heat up. Sue was not a girl to fawn over a guy’s looks, it wasn’t like McCain was a Casanova, but Paulo had been gifted with natural charm. The primitive part of her brain that drove her hormones couldn’t help but desire him. Fortunately for her, Sue had enough sense to keep those thoughts at bay. There was far more to life than sex, kids, and dying.
They wrapped up their project with little resistance between them. Sue read and reread it to make sure all the ins and outs were taken care of, and even forced Paulo to read it too. Paulo was fine with it, and after some intense scouring, so was Sue. She checked the time. It was really too late to get started on the cosplay project, it was a school night and Sue always made sure she got her 8 hours. “You did good.” She said when they were both at her front door. “But don’t you forget!”
“I won’t tell a soul!” Paulo crossed his heart. “‘Sides, I wanna keep the image of those pictures all for me.” This earned him a sharp punch in the arm from Sue. “Alright, I’ll forget about those too.” He said, rubbing his arm.
“You’d better!” She scowled, and then lightened up. “I’ll see you at school tomorrow.”
“See ya at school!” Paulo waved as he walked off down the path to the sidewalk. Sue watched him until he was out of sight and then shut the front door. She hurried back to her room, fully able to embrace her thoughts now that he was gone. As she got into bed and laid down, she began forming the cosplay in earnest. She couldn’t help herself but go above and beyond with it, as she did in all aspects of her life. This cosplay, only to be seen by them, would be her magnum opus, a cosplay she would secretly try to live up to for years.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
Despite their afternoon together, the next day at school was no different between Paulo and Sue. They kept their distance from each other, ignoring the other’s existence, though Paulo did prod her once or twice as he normally did, granting him an annoyed look from her. Sue spent the better part of her downtime at school sketching out different pieces of the cosplay, being extra mindful to keep them out of sight of wandering eyes. Once or twice she thought Amaya might have spied what she was doing, but the drawings were nothing out of the ordinary. Also, Sue figured, it’s not like Amaya would tell anyone even if she could. Still, she kept her and Paulo’s project a secret.
At lunch, Sue took a seat in an unusual spot - right next to Paulo. She was sure to get there early before the rest of their friends got through the long lunch line, in fact she had packed her own lunch today for this express purpose. Paulo always brought food from home, so they had a few minutes before the others showed up.
“What is all this nerd stuff you’re showing me?” Paulo asked as Sue spread the sketches out before him.
“This ‘nerd stuff’,” She said as though it was blasphemous to refer to her art as such. “Is your cosplay. I more or less know how I want to pull it off, but before I buy anything I need to get your measurements.” Paulo stared at her blankly. Sue sighed. “Which means you’re going to have to come over to my house after school.”
“What? Again?!” Paulo asked, confused. “Can’t you just, like, eyeball it? I can give you my Burger-Tron uniform size, will that help?”
“No! This is much more precise than that!” Sue harrumphed, tapping her art. “Everything must be tailor made to fit you, this is a specialty made outfit. I need to measure everything about you.”
“Oh?” Paulo leaned in with a smug look on his face. “Everything everything?”
It took Sue a moment to register what he meant. Her face went red hot. “N-not that! You know what I mean!”
Paulo sat back up straight. “Are you sure? ‘Cause it’s pretty big, it might get in the way.”
“Shut up!” Sue hissed, getting even more red, and hastily pulled all the papers back to herself and put them away in a secret pocket in her binder. “Just come over after school.”
“Sure thing.” Paulo said with a wink.
“What are you guys talking about? What are you doing after school?” Daisy asked, sitting down. Both Paulo and Sue acted like they hadn’t been talking and got very interested in their lunch. “Susie? Paulo?” Daisy asked again.
Sue had filled her mouth with food as an excuse not to talk, but Paulo didn’t let a silly little thing like a mouthful of food get in the way of him opening his big mouth. “We’re working on a project.”
Anger and disbelief fell across Sue’s face and she aimed a hard kick at Paulo’s shin. “That school project.” He said quickly. “That’s what I meant.”
“But it was due today!” Daisy said, concerned. “You guys are going to lose points!”
Sue swallowed quickly so she could cut in before Paulo could speak. “Something came up last night and neither of us were able to work on it. The teacher is giving us an excused extension for the weekend, but it has to be a couple thousand words longer.”
“Well that’s nice of her.” Mike grumbled. “I busted my chops last night to get it done.”
“Oh please, don’t get me started.” Lucy rolled her eyes at him. “You act like you were the only one working on it.”
“Yeah, pretty much.” Mike shot back, and this led the two into another one of their trademark arguments.
“Gawd, they hate each other so much, they should just fuck and get it over with.” Paulo said offhandedly to Sue, who bit her lip and looked away. “What’s with that look?” He asked.
Sue’s head shot back around, and she did her best to look disapprovingly at his comment. “Nothing! That’s just barbaric!”
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
The end of the school day couldn't come faster for neither Paulo nor Sue. On her way out the door, Sue was sure to grab Paulo to make sure he didn’t slip away. “We have work to do.”
“I didn’t forget.” The somali said, annoyed as he was planning on just giving Sue the slip. It was Friday, and the last thing he wanted to do was spend it over at Sue’s house. He’d much rather go skateboarding with David and Amaya.
They rode the bus to Sue’s house as they’d done the previous day, and headed to her house and into her room. Her mother wasn’t home yet, which suited Sue just fine. The less people that knew about this, the better. Plus, her mom might get suspicious if she kept bringing the same boy home. Once they were in the privacy of Sue’s bedroom, she shut the door.
“So what do we do first?” Paulo asked, sitting on her bed.
“You IDIOT!” Sue let loose. She had been holding that in since lunchtime.
“What’s that for?” Paulo asked, offended.
“You told Daisy we were working on a project!” Sue hissed. “You promised me you were going to keep it a secret!”
“Oh yeah, like you spreading your art all over the table was really keeping things a secret.” Paulo pointed out.
“Yeah, but I wasn’t telling anyone about it!” Sue flopped on her bed across from the somali. “If you don’t keep your mouth shut about this, it’s going to end before it begins!”
“I’m sorry, okay?” Paulo turned his body so he was facing the girl. “It’s hard for me to lie to Daisy. I can lie to anyone else but Daisy.”
“Not telling her anything is not lying.” Sue sat up. “But that school project coverup was a good one.” She leaned forward, her holly necklace dangling off her neck. “Just don’t do it again!”
“I won’t. I promise.” Paulo held up his right hand like he’d done before. “My lips are sealed unless it’s you.”
Sue pulled his arm down. “I’ve heard that one before. I’ll be keeping my eyes on you.” She made a two finger gesture between her eyes and his.
“Okay, well now that we have that out of the way, what do you need measured?” He asked.
Sue got off her bead and went over to her desk to dig through her drawers. She prided herself in her organization, but when it came to her cosplay stuff, things tended to get jumbled up. “I need your height, your head measurements, the distance around your body, arm length, and so on. This is a pretty complex character, so we must leave no appendage left unmeasured.” Paulo inhaled with a smile, and Sue turned around quickly and held up a warning finger. “Don’t.” The somali shut his mouth and nodded.
She found what she was looking for, a tape measure. She pulled out a notebook and pencil. “Alright, now stand up, and step to the middle of the room.” Paulo did as he was told. “Now put your arms out like this.” Sue held her arms out as if they were wings in a T-pose stance.
Paulo did as he was told again. “This feels ridiculous.” He said.
Sue couldn’t help but smile a little. It was kind of funny to see Paulo standing like this in her bedroom. Out of context, it’d be downright hilarious. And improbable. It was just a shame no one would be able to know about it. “You look ridiculous. Now stand still.”
The girl got to work, stretching the tape up and down and all around him. Paulo did his best to stand still for her, trying not to let his tickle spots get the best of him as she hovered around his body, touching him all over. His thoughts wandered as she worked. There was something oddly therapeutic and relaxing to the process. The sound of the tape measure whipping around, Sue muttering to herself and she concentrated on her work, the pencil swiftly marking numbers across her notebook page.
Sue’s amused smile came across his mind too, and he found him smiling along with her. He looked down at her as she worked, noting the look of determination as she measured him. Sue wasn’t satisfied with just one go-over. This cosplay had to be perfect, so she checked and rechecked her numbers. And as she worked, Paulo began to almost understand her. She looked the same way he looked when working at Burger-Tron. Full of optimism and confidence.
Sue was taking a few liberties herself. Paulo had some muscle to him, and she semi used her checking and rechecking as an excuse to run her hands over them. And he had this… musk to him she didn’t notice before, but she couldn’t help but be drawn to it. It helped that Paulo wasn’t causing a fuss. She remembered how squirmy some of her other friends had been when she attempted similar measurements. Abbey felt weird about having another girl being all over his body when he was supposed to be with Daisy, and Mike had similar reservations. Stacy was very ticklish and moved around a lot too. Amaya hadn’t been too bad, though. But Paulo listened, stood at attention, and outside of his poor attempts at flirting earlier, didn’t make the situation weird.
Sue finally wrapped the tape around his head. “Let me guess.” Paulo said. “I’ve got a big head.”
“You have no idea.” Sue laughed slightly, removing the tape now that she got her number. “The biggest.”
“Can’t be any bigger than yours.” Paulo replied, and the two smiled at their little joke. They looked into each other’s eyes for a brief moment, and then Sue broke off to write down the numbers.
“Well, that’s it.” Sue said, snapping her notebook shut. “Now’s just a matter of finding the materials, and since it’s the weekend, there’ll be plenty of time to do it.”
“See ya later then.” Paulo waved and went to leave her room, but was stopped when Sue grabbed his hand.
“Wait, we still have our homework to do!” She protested.
“That wasn’t part of the deal!” Paulo countered. “You said we were just doing measurements, not homework too! Besides, do I need to be here for that?”
Sue looked hurt by this and threw his hand away. “Fine then! Leave!”
Paulo’s attitude shifted at the look on her face. “Wait, wait, wait! I can stay.”
“No, go on, leave.” Sue shooed him away angrily.
“I’ll probably need help from someone smarter than me.” Paulo said, hiding his smugness from the clear manipulation. Sue would never turn down an opportunity to look smart, especially to him.
“Why don’t you go ask Daisy, then?” Sue sniffed, but stopped actively trying to get him to leave.
“Well, I’m already here, and besides…” Paulo grinned. “We’re supposed to be working on that report, remember?”
Sue nodded and smiled. “I guess you got me there. But just this one time! Don’t get used to it.”
“Get used to you? Never.” Paulo smiled back.
They got their homework out and sat on Sue’s bed to get it done. The tension that permeated between them just the night prior was gone, now replaced with something far more comfy. Neither could put their finger on it, but Paulo had to remind himself that it was just a circumstance of convenience, and blackmail. All of this was to get dirt on him so Sue could trust he wouldn’t tell anyone about her secret photos. And if truth be told, and Sue would never tell this truth, Sue wanted to get that cosplay done and on Paulo sooner than later. Sue stole glances at him, dressing him up in her mind’s eyes, and the more it materialized in her mind, the more confident she was that this was going to work.
The hour grew late, and they wrapped up their homework about the same time. Sue walked Paulo to her door. “If you’re not busy tomorrow…” She started, but Paulo jumped in quickly.
“I am.” He said, but this time instead of looking annoyed, Sue looked disappointed, and this felt even worse than earlier. “But I could probably free up my schedule. What do you need?”
“You have a car, right?” Sue asked, and Paulo nodded. “We need to go to some craft stores to get the materials we need for your cosplay, and I’d rather keep this a secret from my mom too if possible. I… don’t think she would approve of me taking pictures like that.”
“I’ll be over at noon, then.” Paulo turned around.
“No, ten.” Sue said. She liked to get things done early.
“It’s Saturday. I’m sleepin’ in. Noon.” Paulo was steadfast on this.
“Fine, noon then. But you better be early! I’ll be waiting.” She waved.
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
Paulo was true to his word, showing up just before noon on Saturday to pick Sue up. Sue’s mom was also there to see her off, embarrassing her in the way only she could. “He’s cute.” She said, looking at Paulo who was sitting in his car, waiting for Sue. “Don’t let him get away.”
“It’s not like that.” Sue said, blushing furiously. “This is strictly for business.”
“Try not to have too much fun, then.” Her mom smiled. “I may get called back into the office later this evening, so I may not be here when you get back. You can order a pizza or something if that’s the case.”
Sue sighed with relief internally. If her mom was out of the way, things would be even better. It would be hard to sneak all the materials into her room without her noticing. “Bye mom. Love you.”
“Love you too, sweetheart.” Sue’s mom waved her off. “Take good care of my darling Susan, okay?” She called to Paulo, who gave her finger guns out his car window and his trademark boyish charm smile.
“I’ll protect her with my life.” He called back cheekily, and this caused Sue’s face to light aflame. That was a very Sire Vorgoth Loard thing to say, and it only invigorated her motivation to get the cosplay done.
“Just shut up and drive.” She sputtered, hiding her blush from him by looking out the window.
“I was just messin’.” Paulo grinned at the back of her head. “Not that I wouldn’t protect you if I had to.”
“I know. You have before.” Sue said matter-of-factly.
“Oh yeah, I remember. Those asshat thugs in the alley.” Paulo said, nodding.
“Mhm.” Sue played with the peeling leather on the car door. “I never thanked you for that.” She looked at him. “So… thank you.”
“Don’t even mention it, like I told Lucy you don’t gotta thank me for nothin’.” He smiled at her. “You’da done the same for me. And you did. So thank you for that.”
“You’re welcome.” Sue replied, and then quickly changed the subject. There was a stirring inside her, one she refused to acknowledge. She knew what this project was, and there was no use in getting her feelings mixed up in it. “So first we need to go to Cloth N’ Things. We can pick up the foam we need there, along with a few other things. Oh, and then there’s Hobby Outlet, they’re going to have most of what we need. Paints, little plastic pieces, so on. We might possibly need to order some things online if they’re out… God, I hope they’re not out.” Sue didn’t want to order anything online, lest her mom notice her purchases. And it would take longer to boot.
“Sounds good.” Paulo said, keeping his focus on the road. “I hope my car can carry all of it.”
Sue looked at his back seat. It was quite messy, and she reckoned a guess that his trunk would show a similar scene. “It’ll probably be fine. The biggest thing is the foam, and that can be compressed easily.”
-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_-_
Their trip to the craft store was fruitful. It was like a playground for Sue, and she happily went up and down the aisles picking out the supplies they needed and putting them in the cart as Paulo pushed it for her. She jabbered on about different ideas she had for cosplays, how she could improve, and this turned to her talking about Swordsvale. Typically Paulo would find this behavior annoying, but there was something new there he didn’t feel before. Sue was so full of life and excitement, he took notice of the way she bounced around between the shelves going over all her ideas. It was… endearing. And it also helped that Paulo was dressing her up in her sexy cosplay, imagining how she would look bouncing around in that. He took a few deep breaths and tried to push the images of a scantily clad Sue dancing for him out of his mind. He wasn’t wearing pants, and he didn’t want to cause a scene in case his fantasies got him a little too excited.
They brought all their stuff to the front, and Sue paid for it all in cash (she didn’t want her mom to see the charges on her card) and they went out to Paulo’s car to shove it all in. With some elbow grease and a lot of pressing, it fit in his trunk, and now all that was left were some minor bits and bobs from the hobby store. Sue was confident as ever as they drove off to it. The closer they got, the more her doubts faded away, and her heart raced. She was doing this. She was really doing this! With him. She smiled out the window, this had been a good day so far.
Once at Hobby Outlet, Sue went over the things they needed as they walked down the aisles. It was mainly paints, but she mentioned maybe needing some custom printed parts too. “I hope to accomplish this with as much foam as possible, but we may need to order some three-d printed things from the store.”
“Three-d printing? There’s no way that’s a real thing.” Paulo scoffed.
“Oh, is it?” Sue grinned. “Follow me, then.” She pulled the basket along that Paulo was pushing and guided him to a massive machine that was whirring away. There was a small group of onlookers watching it as it worked. Inside, they could see via a window, was a large arm swiftly and precisely moving back and forth spewing out plastic like a large mechanical spider making a web.
Paulo couldn’t believe it, this was beyond anything he could have imagined. It was hypnotic the way it moved, almost like it was a dance. Slowly, the object it was printing became more defined. “That.” Sue said with pride, noticing the look of awe on Paulo’s face. “Is what three-d printing is.”
“That’s so rad!” Paulo pressed his face up against the glass like a child looking at candy on a display case. “Can this thing print anything?”
“Just about.” Sue said casually. “So long as it’s within a certain size. Hopefully we won’t need it, there’s a waitlist, you know.”
“We gotta use this thing, man!” Paulo said, truly excited for the first time that day. “We could make me look so tough!”
“Don’t get too worked up. We should have all the materials we need.” She smiled, walking away with the cart. “Besides, I want to keep your cosplay lightweight and soft.”
“Why?” Paulo asked, walking alongside her and taking the cart. “Wouldn’t it be better to-”
“No.” Sue said quickly, cheeks tinged ever so slightly red. “You just gotta trust me on this. It should stay soft and lightweight. You don’t want it to get too heavy.”
“But I won’t even really be wearing it except for like one time.” Paulo raised an eyebrow. “What does it matter if it’s a little heavier with plastic?”
“Moving on.” Sue said, pulling him to the paints. “We have more we need to get. Plus…” She put a hand on her stomach. “I’m getting hungry.”
Food. Now that was something Paulo could get behind. “Hey, the Burger-Tron I work at is nearby. I could get us lunch, since you’re buying all this stuff.”
Sue nodded along to his offer. “That sounds nice. I’d like that.”
They finished up their shopping and got back to Paulo’s car. They drove off to the fast food restaurant, but at Sue’s request they didn’t sit in. “I want to get home and get started right away!” Always letting her ambition take the wheel, Sue was. Paulo would have liked to stop by and say hi to James at least if he was there, but he just shrugged it off. He supposed the sooner they got this done, the faster they could forget about the whole thing. Sue seemed to be getting antsy about it too.
So they got their food at the drive through (James wasn’t working that day) and made it back to Sue’s place. Luck was further on her side - her mother’s car wasn’t there. She smiled in victory, now there’d be little resistance in getting the materials in. Paulo brought in the food to the dinner table while Sue rushed back and forth between Paulo’s car and her room, putting the foam and things away. Paulo brought in the last bits and locked up his car. With all the supplies and materials in order, the two sat down for a well deserved meal. Sue tried her best to avoid fast food, but she had to admit the burgers and fries were good.
Even though it was a fast food job, Paulo took pride in his work, and was happy to see Sue enjoying her food. “Shame I wasn’t working today, I woulda slid you some extra fries or somethin’.”
“That would have been nice.” She said before munching down on her fries. “As far as fast food goes, or food in general, they’re not bad.”
“Well stop in anytime. If I’m working I’ll try to sneak ya in an extra little treat.” Paulo beamed.
She gave him a concerned look. “I don’t want you to do anything to jeopardize your job.”
“Naww, they won’t mind.” Paulo waved the idea away. “Plus, I’m employee of the month so I could totally get away with it.”
“Employee of the month, huh?” Sue leaned forward and rested her head on her hands. “Never expected to hear you winning any awards.”
“Oh yeah, I’m the best at what I do.” Paulo pointed his thumb at himself. “They tell me if I keep it up, I’ll be a supervisor once I graduate.”
It was genuinely impressive to Sue. Setting aside the fact that Paulo worked in fast food, which was pretty much at the bottom of the career totem pole, hearing that he was excelling in something changed her perception on him. Sure, she felt he needed to put more energy in his schoolwork, but the fact he wasn’t just lazing about, that he could work hard, made her appreciate him a little more.
“Anyway, what’s this guy like?” Paulo said, having finished off his burger and now licking his fingers.
“Whu?” Sue snapped out of her deep thoughts. “What guy?”
“This guy I’m dressing up as. Sire Something-Or-Another. What’s he like?” He asked again.
“Erm…” Sue drew back within herself. She didn’t expect for Paulo to really care. “Well… he’s strong.”
Paulo looked at her from across the table. “That’s it? He’s just strong?”
“No…” She admitted. “He’s handsome… and chivalrous…”
“Chivalrous? Like Abbey?” Paulo laughed.
“Like Abbey TRIES to be.” Sue admitted out loud bitterly, though she didn’t mean to. It just sort of slipped out.
“Damn, okay.” Paulo looked at her with newfound respect.
“Ugh…” Sue sighed and rubbed her forehead as she regretted it immediately. “I didn’t mean that…”
“Didn’t you?” Paulo leaned in with a knowing look.
“I… may have meant it a little bit.” Sue relented. “But please don’t tell him I said that!”
“Not like he’d believe me anyway even if I did.” Paulo laughed. “So what else about this guy?”
Sue clicked her tongue as she thought of what else to say. “He is a hero. He gives quests and rewards to adventurers. He always protects his friends, and he always tries to help out when he can.” Sue blushed thinking about the character. “He’s perfect.”
Paulo gave her a strange look, and Sue caught herself. “In the game. He’s like the perfect NPC for questing and leveling. That’s all.”
“Uh huh…” Paulo grinned. “And you said I would make a good cosplay of him?”
This really set Sue’s face on fire. “Not like that!” She spouted quickly. “I mean you have the build for him! I just… God, why do you have to be so nosy! It doesn’t matter, you owe me for going through my stuff.”
“Relax, nerd.” Paulo leaned back in his chair. “I was just messin’ with ya. I know you don’t think any of those things about me.” Sue crossed her arms and huffed to herself. “Well I better get going.” He said looking at the clock.
Sue agreed. It was getting late, time had really flown by. She had been hoping to do more than just buy the materials today, which is why she wanted to get started early, but Sunday would have to do. They walked to her door just as they had the night before. “Tomorrow then?” Sue asked.
“Gotta work.” Paulo said nonchalantly. “Besides, if we keep hanging out like this, people might think we’re dating.”
“Yeah, how horrible.” Sue shuddered. Their friends would make fun of them for sure. “Then we’ll take tomorrow off… but Monday after school! Right back here!”
Paulo sighed. He did want to just get it over with… but he was going to eat up all his free time doing it. “Can’t this wait?”
Sue knew how to navigate the hormonal somali. “If you do, I may consider showing you my cosplay.”
This perked him right up. “Monday after school it is!”
Sue rolled her eyes internally. He was so easy to predict. “Glad you can make it.” She said sarcastically. “Have a good day at work tomorrow.”
“Thanks!” Paulo said, walking to his car. “Goodnight!”
Sue watched him drive off. “Goodnight.” She said to the wind and closed the door. There wasn’t much for her to do now but hop on Swordsvale and take care of a few things. She talked to Sire Vorgoth Loard for her daily quests. This also served to refresh her memory of him, and Sue made sure she jotted down any small bits and details that needed to be constructed or painted that she may have forgotten about. After an hour or so, she logged out and crawled into bed.
It had been a good day, she hated to admit it. Paulo wasn’t so bad… He’d helped her with everything she needed. Bought her dinner. Was generally… nice. She couldn’t think of a genuinely mean thing he did to her all day. Maybe some light teasing, but he teased everyone. And… it was kind of sweet. So much so she even opened up about a gripe she had with Abbey, a good friend of hers. How could she let her guard down around him like that? She closed her eyes and imagined the cosplay in her mind.
Piece by piece her imagination put it together, down to the last buckle. Paulo all suited up, standing tall in gleaming armor made of foam. He beckoned for her to come by his side, and she did as she was asked. His confident grin, golden eyes, the way he made her feel… Sue inhaled sharply and felt a tingling between her nethers. She was dressed up too… in the cosplay she made, that no one but him knew about… her hand snaked between her legs, answering the call. Sire Paulo put his arms around her scantily clad body, pulling her in for a kiss. Her imaginary self replied in kind, with her hands rubbing all the muscles on his body. So strong, so tight… the real Sue let out a gasp that led into heaving breathing as she rubbed her moist lips. She wanted more… needed more… her mind was being overtaken by her teenage hormones that she always tried to keep in check. Her fingers played with her clit as her mind saw Sire Paulo undressing her, him pulling out his pride and her taking it for him. Sue moaned, but her fantasy was cut short by a knock at the door.
“Susan dear? Are you okay in there?” Her mom asked from the other side.
Sue was unpleasantly jolted back into her room. “Y-yeah mom… I, uh… I stubbed my toe earlier and it still hurts.”
“Alright… we have pain medicine if you need it.” Her mom said walking away.
Sue stared up at the ceiling in frustration. The moment was gone, and now she was left with her shame. In this moment of doubt, she wondered how she could think about Paulo that way. Well, it’s not like he hadn’t been thinking about her like that ever since he saw those pictures. The burmese could see it in his face during quieter moments between them. Sue shook off the thought. She needed to get some sleep, anyway. She could technically finish the cosplay without him, and then Monday she would… they could… She smiled. Yes, that would be her Sunday, getting it all ready for him.
Sue had been right in her thoughts about Paulo. He laid under his covers, touching himself to the thought of her bouncing around in her sultry outfit. Without the shame of being in public, he could let his imagination fly free. She would dance for him, let him run his hands over her soft curves, her small gasps and moans that begged him on. “F-fuck…” He whispered to himself, seeing how worked up she had gotten him. Even without the sexy display, he found himself just liking the idea of Sue a little bit more. Perhaps, he thought, she meant more to him than just the lewd photos and poses. This killed his session, now thinking about how Sue would kill him if she ever found out. He groaned, why did he have to suddenly get a heart now?
Both cats drifted into slumber, with the last thoughts on their mind being the other.

Sue was efficient at making cosplays. She had the experience of making her own, as well as helping the others with theirs. This helped her through Sunday, as the outfit required more finesse than the broad strokes of the others she made. The more it came together, the more proud she was of it. Armor pieces appeared finished one by one, taking up more and more space in her messy room. Foam, paints, scissors, sewing needles and threads, hot glue and cloth littered the area. She had some leftover materials from her previous work already refabricated, which helped a lot. In the forefront of her mind was the look on Paulo’s face she knew he’d have when he saw how it looked on him. And herself… the smug sense of pride and accomplishment. Paulo might even wear it to a convention if he liked it enough.
Now that was really reaching. One step at a time, she thought to herself, though the step she was about to take was far larger than getting him to another convention, let alone cosplaying at one. Sue continued on, thinking of what kind of pictures she’d have him take, she needed proof he wore it after all. Some strong poses, like Sire Vorgoth Loard did in the game. She licked her lips which were getting dry from all her working. It really all was coming together.
Paulo, on the other hand, spent his day behind a grill. He was fortunate in the fact James was also working that day. They talked about everything that had been going on since they last worked together, but Paulo held true to his promise of not mentioning his and Sue’s secret project. During their downtime between conversations, Paulo felt his mind drifting to her, and James took notice.
“Alright, who is she?” He asked as they cleaned dishes side by side.
“Who is who?” Paulo tried sounding innocent as he rubbed a sponge on a tray.
“The girl you’ve been thinking about all day.” James said. “And don’t try to deny it either, you get this look whenever you start thinking about girls.”
“I don’t have a look!” Paulo defended, putting a pause on what he was cleaning.
“Oh yes you do.” James replied. “It looks like this.” And the boy put on a dreamy face.
“I do not look like that.” Paulo went back to his tray.
“You sure do, buddy.” He clapped Paulo on his back. “And I can’t help but notice you haven’t denied thinking about someone. So tell me, who is she?”
Paulo grimaced and moved the sudsy tray to James’s side. “Just some girl in my friend group. We don’t get along.”
“So why you thinkin’ about her?” James grinned, raising an eyebrow.
Paulo looked down at the sink full of soapy water. “We’ve just been spending time together recently because…” He caught himself before he let something slip. “School stuff.” He lied.
“Aaaaannnnddd?” James leaned in.
“And… it’s made me think differently about her…” He admitted. “Like I… I don’t hate her anymore. I think she’s kinda cool.”
“Just tell her that, then!” James said excitedly.
Paulo shook his head. “Naww, our school project will be done tomorrow, or sometime this week. We'll just go back to hating each other. Thankfully. ‘Sides, there’s other girls out there.”
“Yeah, except you like this one.” James reminded him.
Paulo sighed. Yeah. He liked this one.

Monday rolled around, and all the staff and students entered Roseville High like a pack of zombies. Paulo gave David and Mike the slip and awkwardly made his way to Sue’s locker. “Hey.”
“Hey, Paulo.” Sue shut her locker and looked at him expectantly. “You're still coming after school, right?”
“Wouldn’t miss you in that outfit for anything!” He winked.
Sue covered his mouth and looked around so nobody could hear. “Hey, keep it down!”
“Geez, sorry miss prude.” Paulo grumbled. “I’m coming after school.”
“Good! Because the… report… is done!” Sue said brightly.
The bell for class rang, and Paulo blinked in surprise. “Really? That fast?”
“Yup! So I am counting on you being at my place after school to try it on.” She said as they walked to class.
“That’s good.” He said. “Because there is something I need to tell you.”
“Keep it to yourself.” Sue whispered as they walked into class. “We need to not talk to each other for the rest of the day so we don’t raise suspicion.”
“But this is really important.” Paulo protested.
Sue didn’t stick around to listen. “Just tell me after school.”
Paulo knew she wasn’t going to be persuaded. That was fine. Now, or after school, he wouldn’t change his mind. He figured it would be better to wait until after all was said and done before telling her in case it made things really awkward. Then again… this could be the dirt she needed on him and the cosplay wouldn’t be necessary. Imagine if their friends found out how he felt about Sue?
And so the day dragged on as Mondays did. Sue and Paulo kept their distance as they always did, and focused on their other friends. Interestingly, Mike and Lucy were much nicer to each other today. A lot nicer - they were holding hands, Lucy was giving him kisses, and Mike was carrying her stuff. “What happened with those two?” Paulo asked David.
“Oh, they, you know.” David made a circle with the fingers on one of his hands, and used his pointer finger on the other to insert and remove it from the circle.
“Really?” Paulo asked.
David shrugged. “Yeah. You would have known that too if you didn’t sneak away. Mike gave ALL the JUICY details.”
“Lucky him.” Paulo nodded, and his thoughts of Mike and Lucy doing it turned into him and Sue doing it. He shook the thought from his head.

The final bell rang, and Sue and Paulo’s hearts raced. They found each other quickly and got on the bus. They didn’t look at each other, but Paulo still found the words to talk to her. “How was your day?”
“It was fine…” Sue said anxiously. “Just school as normal. How was your day?”
“Same, pretty much.” He said, and he looked down at her hand, which was sitting beside her, close to him. Sue had taken the window side of the bench, and was watching the other students rush to their busses. Paulo looked up and away as he casually let his hand fall near hers, and gently brushed them against her fingers. Sue’s heart nearly jumped up her throat, but she calmed herself and pushed her fingers into his, bringing their hands together. Neither of them said anything about it to each other, but they remained intertwined until the bus made it to her stop. Neither wanted to let go, but they had to keep up appearances. Their hand holding would have to remain a secret between them, as would the rest of their afternoon.
Sue and Paulo walked along in silence up to her house. “Your mom is out again?” Paulo asked, seeing the car was gone.
“She works late. A lot.” Sue said, which was good for them. She wanted to be alone with Paulo that afternoon. They made their way up the stairs and to her room, where she closed the door behind them.
“Alright, let’s see it!” Paulo looked around. “What do you got for me? I bet I’m gonna look so cool, that guy sounds like a badass.”
“He is!” Sue smiled. “I can’t wait to see you in cosplay as well.”
Paulo looked over her shoulder as she dug through the closet and pulled it out one piece at a time. Paulo was impressed, it really looked awesome, and the paint job was immaculate. He didn’t know anything about cosplaying, but this looked like something special. Finally it was all laid out before him. “Now we just gotta put it on.” Sue smiled with pride.
“You must have busted your ass yesterday to get this all done.” Paulo whistled as Sue brought him the first piece.
“It’s not a hundred percent done.” Sue admitted. “But it’s close enough. Just some teeny tiny details missing but no one would really notice.
“It looks great.” The somali told her, and Sue blushed with more pride.
“Thanks. I’m glad you like it.” She said, putting on the next piece and one by one they went from the floor to being on him. She stood back and admired her handywork. It looked good, damn good. Her heart raced again.
“So what do you think?” Paulo flexed in the foamy armor. “Am I ready to rescue some damsels or what?” This was even better than what Sue had imagined. Her imagination had muddled some details, but now in person, fully realized, he really had become Sire Vorgoth Loard.
“I made you a promise that I would let you see me in my cosplay too…” Sue said shyly. “Let me… go put that on…”
“I didn’t actually think you were going to do that.” Paulo laughed a little. “But by all means, go ahead.”
Sue smiled at him and turned, swishing her tail and rear as she walked. Paulo couldn’t help but look, and she didn’t even need to see him to know what his face was like. Sue went back into her closet and closed the door. The anticipation was building so high, and Paulo’s mind was wandering to what they might do… No, Sue wouldn’t do anything like that. But she sure seemed like she was trying. After a minute of working himself up over how hot Sue was going to be, she slowly emerged from the closet.
Paulo’s mouth fell as she seductively walked over to him. She looked even better than in the pictures. The top barely covered her breasts, and gave enough slack so they bounced with each step. Her bottom half was barely but a string covering her most vulnerable area. “What do you think now?” She asked, walking around him, rubbing her tail against him. “Vorgoth.”
“Holy fuck, Sue-” But a finger on his lips from Sue cut him off.
“Call me Yearrug.” She winked.
“You got it.” Paulo took her in his arms, and Sue melted into his embrace. She bit her lip and guided his hand down from her hip to her plump rear. Paulo kissed her forehead, which made Sue look up. He went in for another kiss, this time meeting her lips.
Sue went in for it, too. They met tongues, and Paulo walked backwards, bringing them down to her bed. His kisses continued from her lips down her chin and to her neck. Somehow, he was able to hit every right spot, driving her wild. “Mmmph… Vorgoth…” Sue moaned.
“You’ve been busy, Yearrug.” Paulo said in his deepest voice, trying to emulate how he imagined Sire Vorgoth Loard might sound. His hands adventured around Sue’s form, squeezing and rubbing, teasing her breasts and nether regions. “I think you’ve earned a reward.” He cooed in her ear.
Sue shuddered. This is exactly what Sire Vorgoth would say. “Please.” She gasped. “I’ve been so lonely adventuring.” One of her hands gave Paulo a little surprise as well, rubbing his crotch to get him excited, though he already was.
“Some-someone as hot as you?” Paulo grinned, rubbing her moistened lips. Sue was going wild. “All alone?”
“Mmmmph… yeah…” Sue put a free hand behind his head and held it close as she gave his jaw and neck kisses as well. “S-so lonely…”
Paulo’s eyes rolled up a little. He would have never expected anything this good out of Sue. He would have laughed at you if you told him. Hell, he was doing this and he wasn’t sure it was really her. “Take what you want, Yearrug. Anything that’s mine is yours.”
Paulo was at full mast right now, and he hadn’t been kidding the other day. The cosplay was holding tight, but with his size, just barely. Sue rubbed Paulo’s tip, eliciting a moan from him. “Give me your Sword of Penetration…”
Paulo nearly laughed at this, but held himself together. “I am yours to command…” He held her in his arms and laid her on her back. Their cosplays were holding steady, but they were starting to press against them. Sue’s breasts were slipping out her top, but it didn’t matter. Paulo hovered over her as she looked hungrily into his eyes. He moved her outfit bottom to the side to give himself access to his prize. Sue braced herself as he fully thrust in for the first time.
As big as it was on the outside, it felt even bigger once it was in her. Sue gasped and moaned. “Oh… Vorgoth… so b-big!” Paulo began thrusting in and out, both cats falling into their own moans for each other. Sue was so tight, so plush, it felt incredible. After a few more thrusts he surprised her by pulling her onto his lap, letting her take control by riding on top. He kissed her neck and sucked on her breasts, teasing her nipples with his tongue.
“Ah! Ah! Oh..!” Sue moaned. She dug her claws into Paulo’s back, feeling a tightness in her stomach, like a spring. The tighter the spring got, the better the pleasure was. Paulo could feel it too, pushing past the pain of Sue’s claws to give her a little more.
“You’re so ffffucking beautiful, Yearrug.” Paulo moaned. “I love you!”
The spring was ready to bounce. “I-I love you too, Paulo!” Sue cried, and her pussy tightened and throbbed around Paulo’s member, her juices making a mess on both of them.
Paulo couldn’t hold back after that. “Sue, I-”
“Just do it!” She cried, still high off her orgasming.
Paulo let loose inside her. His seed quickly filled up what little space was there, and exploded out below them. Paulo shuddered himself, and then it was over. The two sat in their own mess, Paulo still buried inside Sue, but softening. There was a great deal of heavy breathing from the two as they embraced each other in the afterglow. Sue rested her head on the pauldrons Paulo was wearing as Paulo rubbed little circles on her back.
After a few minutes, Sue spoke up. “Wow… I… I wasn’t expecting...”
“Neither was I.” Paulo broke their embrace. “Not that I hadn't thought about it.”
Sue pulled herself off Paulo and he slipped out of her. “You… were thinking about this?”
“After seeing those pictures?” Paulo said as though there was no way that could be a secret. “Who wouldn’t have thought about it?”
Sue stripped off the rest of her cosplay. “I have a confession to make too, then.” She said bashfully. “I… may have had these thoughts imagining you in your cosplay.”
“What can I say, I’m a total babe magnet.” Paulo said as he stripped from his gear too, being mindful to keep it away from their mess. “Guess we better clean ourselves up before your mom gets home.”
Sue went red and nodded in agreement. Her mom would KILL her if she found them like this. Then Paulo brought something else up that made it even more awkward. “So, I did just… you know… inside you?”
Sue waved him off. “Ah, yeah… I uh… I have some birth control pills…”
“For what? It’s not like you had a boyfr- oh hey, check it out!” Paulo said, looking at Sue’s floor. In the mess of her room yesterday, she had missed out on some important items she meant to put away. “It’s those magazines!”
“Wait, no, Paulo, don’t!” Sue cried, but it was too late. Paulo had already grabbed one and was looking through the pages. “Give that back! Put it down!” Sue tried grabbing it from him, but Paulo was taller and stronger. Sue considered just ripping it away, but she couldn’t stand to destroy her beloved collection. She backed away.
“Wait a minute…” Paulo said slowly as he now had landed on an article about Swordsvale. There was a well built looking somali character wearing the same armor Paulo had just been. “This is that Vorgoth guy…” He looked up from the magazine to Sue who looked like she was about to die from shame. “He looks just like me!”
“I… uh…” Sue stuttered, not able to confess to anything.
Paulo thought back to the time they spent together, from Sue’s sudden change in attitude, to her wanting total secrecy especially from her guild, wanting the cosplay to be light and soft… and having birth control pills despite not having a boyfriend. Or any other sexual partner for that matter. A sly grin came across his face and Sue panicked, but knew the cat was out of the bag.
“I… I have a huge crush on him okay?! I know it’s stupid because he’s not real!” She said quickly. “But you are and you look just like him and I didn’t even think about it until the other night when you found those pictures...” Paulo began slowly walking over to her, which made her even more flustered. “And I admit I may have manipulated you a little bit but I really did start to like you maybe and I just thought-”
“Sue. Susan. Yearrug.” Paulo placed a hand on the burmese’s trembling shoulder and gave a cocky grin. Sue shut up immediately. “If you wanted to have sex with me, all ya had to do was ask.” Sue wanted to retreat inside herself and never come out.
“But, would you have… you know…” She looked at the Sire Vorgoth Loard cosplay on the floor.
“Oh god, no. We woulda just done it.” Paulo laughed. “But I have to admit, it was really fucking hot.” Sue nodded in agreement. It was all worth it. “We should do this again sometime.”
Sue liked that idea a lot. “We better clean ourselves…” She looked at the mixture of their fluids that was caked onto their fur. “And all this…” She looked at the mess that was her bed. “Up. Wanna get a shower together before my mom gets home?”
“Hell yeah, babe.” Paulo took her hand.
“Oh, by the way, what is it you wanted to tell me?” Sue asked as she led him to the bathroom.
“Don’t worry about it.” Paulo replied. “I think you got my point.”
