"Will you just stop, I'm doing my best! Get off my back!" I hear Chase yell from the lounge room.
Bree tries to calm him down as I walk down the hallway towards them. "Chase calm down, or you'll trig-"
She gets cut off by Chase growling. "No one tells me to calm down, little missy!" A smash is heard. "Leave me alone, now!" He gruffs out in a deep voice.
I jog down the stairs and pause as he turns to me huffing angrily. "Kaz, go back upstairs, now!" Bree calls out to me in worry. She runs in between us, putting her hands up to protect me. "Spike leave him alone. Yo-you're angry at me. Kaz run!"
I quickly turn and run up the stairs extremely confused. I hide behind the wall and listen to them.
"Move out the way, girly. Daddy needs someone to play with. And that was my plaything." He says in a hungrily amused voice.
I hear him aggressively stomp his foot causing Bree to squeak. And then steps coming up the stairs. I try to run as he rounds the corner but he grabs the back of my shirt.
"Where do you think you're going babe? Let's go somewhere a little easier for me to mess with you." He purrs, pulling me backwards.
"Chase! Please, let go. I didn't do anything. And if I did I'm sorry." I cry out, trying to stop myself from choking.
He chuckles out a dry laugh. "Sorry, no Chase here. Only Spike and he's not too happy."
He basically throws me down the stairs I stumble and fall to the ground at the bottom. I look at my hand which I landed on and then around the room. 'Where did Bree go?' A wave of fear washes over me before I look up at him. "Please stop!"
He crouches down smirking, he grabs my chin raising my face to be in line with his. "No can do. Look at you, you're just too much fun to- to..." He pauses, his face growing softer and stares at me. His hand slowly lowers.
I take this opportunity to back up as he stands and looks away. I quickly hide behind the couch and watch as he turns around slowly before slamming his fist into the wall with a pained scream. I watch him in confusion as to what just happened. 'He could have easily hurt me, so why did he stop?' I think to myself.
He paces around the room grumbling to himself. I take this time to get a good look at him. He definitely looks like Chase, but his shoulders are more squared, fists balled, muscles flexed. His face is in a permanent scowl, hazel eyes shining darkly and full of mixed emotions.
I blush. 'Now is not the time to find him incredibly attractive!' I scold myself.
He finally stops letting out a low growl that sends shivers down my spine, in more ways than one. "Where are you?!"
I squeak covering my mouth and try I make myself smaller. Suddenly he jumps onto the couch and peers over the back looking down at me. "There you are! Well, don't you just look so terrified?" He purrs again. He grabs my neck pulling me up and back over to the open area near the hyperlift. "Tell me what you did!" He threatens.
I look at him scared and confused. "I... I don't know what I did. I didn't do anything I... I promise." I say putting my hands up in defence.
"Then why do I feel the need not to rip your intestines out and use them as a bow?"
"I... What?" I start shaking.
He leans in closer to my face, I try my best not to blush. "You made me think like a man shouldn't, short stack! Fix it!" His breath, hot against my cheek.
"I don't know how to fix it? W-what kind of thoughts?" I say unsure of what's happening, his hand still pressed to my neck.
Before I know it I'm pressed against the wall. He sniffs up my neck and growls in my ear. I hold back a moan, I know my face is beet red by now. "You're weak, a scared little man. Ha, not even a man! You're not even gonna try to fight back?" He whispers lowly.
I pause in thought and then grab a hold of the wrist attached to the hand he's using to choke me. 'I just remembered I have powers.' I think embarrassed. I start to heat up my palm burning him causing him to pull back with a hiss.
He looks down at his wrist before looking at me with a smirk. "There it is!" He chuckles. "That was pretty hot! Pun intended. Let's see if we can turn up the intensity." He grabs my wrists pinning them above my head.
I gulp and close my eyes. I feel him pause. He groans frustrated. "How are you doing that?" He asks.
"M-my fire?" I say a mixture of scared and turned on.
"No!" He snarls. "Trust me, you do not want to be cute with me, hun. How... Are you... Putting... Those thoughts... into my head?!" He asks angrily.
"I don't know. I'm not doing anything. I swear!" I say as he tightens his grip on my wrists.
"It's not normal. Not natural for any man to have these thoughts. Especially me. So... Make... It... STOP!"
"Not natural?" I mumble in thought.
He moves my wrists into one hand and uses the other to lift my chin, so I'm looking into his eyes. "Speak up!"
I gasp and blush even further. "Chase- uh, I mean Spike! Are you having..." I pause and smirk. 'Probably not the best idea but someone should be coming to save me soon, right?' "Naughty thoughts about me?" I whisper teasingly, confidence coming out of nowhere.
He freezes an obvious blush crosses his cheeks. 'Jesus, how can he be so adorable and terrifying at the same time?'
He growls again. "Stop it!"
"Make me! You said it yourself. You don't want to hurt me." I lean back against the wall relaxing slightly in his grip.
"I'm gonna rip your face off!" He yells. I flinch as his hand moves to my face but he stops. With a huff, he pushes me into the wall further before walking off frustrated, letting me be free.
"H-hey, it's okay Spike! I know I'm pretty hot." I smirk lighting my hand on fire. "No need to be so angry about it."
"No! You listen to me!" He whips around to face me. My flame goes out. "I am not some sissy fag! You are implanting these thoughts into my head! And you will stop!" He says walking towards me.
I laugh awkwardly, crossing my arms. "I'm not doing it purposely. Your brain is the one creating them. I'm just being myself."
He grabs my shirt pulling me towards him, our chests basically touching, his hand creating the only space between us. He looks down at me as I try to lean back. I let out a short squeal.
I laugh again, still scared. "I-if you w-wanted to kiss me, all you had to do was ask." I say, looking away from him.
Suddenly something clicks in his head as he shoves me towards the couch, causing me to trip and fall onto it. I barely have time to register what's happening before I'm pinned down. Spike climbs on top of me, a knee on either side of my waist, his hands moving my own above my head.
He leans down and growls. "You think you're so cute!"
I smile at how close his face is before smirking. "No... You think I'm so cute." I say beaming up at him.
"Shut up!"
"Make me!"
"I will!" He mumbles looking down at my lips causing my heart to beat faster. Suddenly he smashes his lips to mine. His lips move hungrily, small growls escape them.
I try my best to keep up, unable to move. My brain, so full of noise but none of it is clear. Everything is moving so fast. I let out a small moan, egging him on more. He moves his lips down to my neck, nipping and sucking along my collarbone, pulling small sounds of pleasure from my throat.
He purrs and hums as he comes back to my lips with a pleased smirk. "Spikey-likey!" He whispers biting and pulling on my lip.
I breathe heavily when he pulls back and stares down at me. He licks his lips, eyes shining with a gleam of possession. He brings one of my hands up to his mouth, licking up my index finger before placing it in his mouth, sucking. I shiver at the sight and sensation, accidentally using my power.
He hisses pulling it out before smirking. "Mmm, kitten! Do that again!" He sticks his tongue out placing my finger against it.
I blush, looking up at him scared. 'I don't want to hurt him. He is still Chase after all... He's chase!' I blush even deeper looking away.
"Aww, was it an accident? What, you don't want to hurt me? Trust me, I like it!" He says letting go of my hand, grabbing my face making me look at him, and kissing me passionately once more.
I put my hand on his waist, kissing back, getting lost in the moment. My hand slips under his shirt, pressing against his soft, toned skin. I heat my hand tightening my grip. He chuckles deeply against my lips, licking and sucking, deepening our makeout session.
Eventually, his speed and furiosity slow. His growls turn to moans, and his hand frees the hand still above my head, moving to my neck. I relax and let him ride out his anger, until our kisses are soft and calm, slowly to small pecks before he moves back.
He stares down at me in disbelief, his hands pressed to my chest. "What...?" His eyes widen as he looks around with a blush. "Why am I on top of you?"
"Chase?" I ask, surprised. "Are you back?" I whisper.
"Back?" He mumbles and then gasps. "Spike?!" He asks worried.
I nod softly. "Yeah. Would have been nice to know about him." I say softly.
He looks at me guiltily before turning back to his original question. "Why am I on top of you? Were we kissing?" He blushes like crazy.
"Yeah, turns out Spike has a big thing for me. Much to his dismay." I smirk. "Quite aggressive. But hey, it calmed him down." I shrug.
He tries to move off but I grip tighter on his hips, where my hands still lay. "You don't have to move." I say softly.
He blushes deeply. "Kaz, I..."
"I wonder, since Spike has a thing for me, does that mean you do too? Or are you guys completely opposites?" I wonder out loud. "Because that was pretty hot once I realised he wasn't gonna hurt me." I mumble more to myself, zoning out slightly.
He shifts uncomfortably making me focus on him. He looks nervous. I quickly take my hands off him allowing him to move. "Ah, sorry dude! This is probably more weird for you than me. Considering you basically woke up kissing me." I say awkwardly.
"Well yeah, but... It's not the worst situation Spike has gotten me into." He rubs his neck looking away, but not climbing off.
"Worse than making out with me?" I joke.
"He put me in a football game against our school's team on my first day of school, the first real day of being in the real world. I had never watched football, I didn't even know how to play. I got tackled." He explains. "He started Perry's hatred of me."
I laugh. "Ouch."
"Yeah, but this... This is better. Much better." He says with a smile and a blush.
"Oh really?" I tease. "Perhaps you're not that different. After all, neither of you seem to be able to resist me." I smirk.
He shakes his head with a laugh. "Shut up." He smiles looking back down at me.
"Make me!" I whisper, moving my hands back to his hips.
He leans down and softly kisses me, so distinctly different to how Spike did. His hands cradle my face, slowly moving to the back of my head and intertwining with my short hair. I follow his rhythm kissing back, my hands wrapping around his waist pulling him closer.
He pulls back with a smile. "I guess I can finally thank Spike for something." He says surprised. I just laugh.
He looks around the room, suddenly remembering that we live with people. "Where is everyone?" He asks.
"I don't know. Bree triggered Spike and then left me to deal with him."
"They all left you here?" He asks concerned, checking his phone. He laughs typing something before turning it for me to read.
Bree: I've taken everyone to the park. Message me when Spike is gone.
Chase: Well obviously not everyone. You're lucky Kaz was able to deal with him.
Another text pops up.
Bree: Kaz is still there?! I thought he'd be smart enough to fly away.
"Rude!" I say reading the last message. He reads it as well and laughs again. He leans down and kisses my cheek.
He sits back up and looks down at me from above smiling happily. We just watch each other before he pulls a face, smacking his lips in thought.
"Kaz, why does my tongue feel burnt?" He asks.
I smirk and raise my finger to his lips. "Would you like me to show you?" I tease with a wink.
