It was hard on her, being away from her brother for so long...
When he left for West Africa, she told herself, and him, that she'd be fine... but she was missing him sorely, and worried about what he was doing while over there.
They were never anything official. They couldn't be. So they just had fun. Lots of fun. And even if things got emotional at times, they never crossed that line. Never said how they truly felt, how they wanted each other in more ways than just physically...
And she wondered if, while he was across the world... He was getting lonely, and he would find company. Better company than her.
She was a mess, to put it lightly. She fell into a deep depression, and hardly got up, from a horrible mix of missing him so badly, and worrying so heavily that he might get with someone over there...
Of course, her mother noticed her state, and even managed to figure out why she was in that state... Well, sort of. Her mother knew that she was missing her brother, but she didn't know exactly in what way. And she wasn't about to tell her mom what way, either.
Still, she eagerly accepted the solace her mother offered, delving into her mother's arms and clinging to her, while she was held so gently, her hair caressed so lovingly... It truly did mend her aching heart. Gave her something to think about, something to focus on aside from her brother...
So it became a bit of a routine. Lots of hugs and comfort between mother and daughter... It was nice.
Too nice.
One day, she found herself practically cuddling with her mom in her bed, and she looked up into her eyes, and a switch just flipped in her head.
She wanted to kiss her mother. Maybe even more than she wanted to kiss her brother.
She wanted to do all the things with her mother that she could, before her mother left like her brother did for some reason...
And she knew that her mother was taken, and she really didn't want to hurt her father in any way, but she just couldn't help herself as she closed the gap, and worse yet, her mother reciprocated, in such a gentle, comforting, but hesitant way, and it just sent her heart soaring.
She couldn't stop herself, and her mother couldn't stop herself, and they soon found themselves tangled beneath the covers, a mother and daughter exploring each other inside and out, bringing each other to the peaks of pleasure again and again, until her mother passed out in her own daughter's bed, and said daughter used the last of her energy to wrap her mother up tight and hold her close as they slept...
Their Folgers coffee together the following morning was rather awkward, to say the least... but as they gazed into each other's eyes, they both knew that wouldn't be the last time they "sought solace" in each other's arms...
