author is alive!! i've been meaning to write a formula 1 AU for quite some time now, seeing as how i've started getting into f1.

this fic doesn't need excessive formula 1 knowledge, but i will put down a glossary of the terms used for referencing! the timeline of events may also seem a bit messy too, so sorry for any confusion (read at your own risk!)

Here are some Formula 1 related terms used in this fanfiction. This glossary serves as a reference for terms used in the fic, or for further understanding!

Formula 1- The highest class of international motorsport.

Formula 2 - The penultimate step for drivers to try and make it to Formula 1.

Motorhome - Hospitality suites to host guests, and for drivers to rest while on track.

Pit - An separate area of track where cars are brought for new tyres or fuel during a race.

Paddock - An enclosed area where the team's motorhomes are located.

Red Flag - Used to stop a practice session, qualifying session or race due to a serious accident or extreme weather.

Tifosi - Fans of the Scuderia Ferrari F1 team.
