The virtual game “One Piece” is the meeting place for millions of people who want to feel like a pirate, a marine or a simple citizen in ancient times. People of many different ages come together on the same server to reach the last arc of the story, the “ One Piece ” a quest that contains a secret prize from the creator, Gol D. Roger.

“ Fuck,” the seventeen -year-old teenager whispered as she rubbed the bandage that peeked out from the collar of her shirt and leaned back on the living room couch. Bored, the only thing that amused her was trying to keep her bare feet from sticking to the cold ceramic tiles while she listened to the trash advertisements on television.
“…new pirate simulator video game on all platforms available now…”
Upon hearing the word 'pirates' she remembered when she and her brothers would run around the house with blankets on their shoulders and stuffed animals in their hands. He deeply wished he could see his brothers again and decided that it wouldn't be so bad to invest his weeks of rest in researching that video game, it was something that the old man couldn't forbid him.
Luffy , touching the bandage on his cheek, stood up and started towards his grandfather's room. The old man was at work and hardly remembered that computer. He opened his desk drawer and without delay took out that laptop.
One Piece seemed like a regular, laid-back video game, you lived your life based on what you wanted, nothing that took up too much time thinking, although it's not like it did. She quickly created her character and decided to make it masculine, there were many more pirate hat choices. He was a thin character, with dark hair, silly and simple clothes but with a straw hat over a big smile, under the nickname KOP -LUFFY . Short for King Of Pirates , what she wanted to achieve, of course. Thus began his story, and as the months passed and the missions were completed, Luffy acquired a crew of eight members. The collection of gold medals and perfect scores led them to be ranked number 3 in the annual awards, with merits recognized by a large part of the players.

“Come on Nami , only 1000 beries .” “I NEED FOOD OR I’M GOING TO DIE” Luffy shouted as his avatar spun around his navigator, $_N4MI_$, which manufactured items in the shopping cabinet
SANJI makes his appearance, sending 100 items of fruit to Luffy through the individual channel. “ Now be quiet and stop saturating the audio or I'll throw you into the sea.” He growls, without any new threat.
“ ShiShiShi ” Luffy laughed into the microphone of his headphones as he quickly clicked the “FEED” button so as not to starve.
On the deck of the Thousand Sunny , their ship, were Nico_robin_1, the archaeologist , ^^chopper^^, the doctor, SuuuperFranky , the carpenter , BR00KE, the musician , godussop , the shooter and zoro.3 , the swordsman. His entire crew resting after a long day accepting requests for duels against other players.
“ In a few days it will be two years since we met, ” Robin 's calm voice resonated through the headphones of the members of the group voice chat. " 15th of February"
“ Robin ,” Chopper screams, emphasizing the O, “ stop saying those things or I'm going to cry. ” His little reindeer avatar covers his face with his hands and begins to shed tears, performing the cry emote .
“ We should commemorate it in some way, a song on the radio or a post on Instagram,” Brooke proposed .
Ussop gets up and reveals his refusal. “ Or we could meet, this time ALL together. ” Luffy begins to chase Ussop 's character and throws a punch at him. “Luffy! “You took 200 life out of me”
" Meeting somewhere doesn't sound bad ," Zoro sighed as he laid his character on the ground, " but Luffy will be the one who organizes everything," he growls into the voice chat. .
“Yes” A celebration was immediate from the captain “I know the perfect place where we could go” a malicious idea filtered into his response.
“ Then, Luffy-bro will be in charge ,” Franky nodded as he danced and hammered the mast. “ I guess we all meet in NY.”
“Oh! How do you know those things Franky ?” Luffy 's character was AFK as he leaned back in the chair and scratched his stomach. "you'r boxing?” Luffy asked curiously.
“ Doxing” Ussop corrected.
"That's what I said"
"We talk on the Instagram chat that we invite you every day, you idiot" Nami mumbled in a low tone.
“Ohhh , I don't have instagram”
“WE KNOW, YOU SAY IT EVERY DAY!” Sanji shouted as he left for the kitchen.
“ ShiShiShi , but yes, I'm in New York right now”
“ We know, asshole. ” Nami reappeared and sat in the group. “ That is why we must repeat things to you a thousand times ”
“Anyway, wouldn't it be easier if Luffy created his own social networks?” The cook turned to Nami , since it was likely that she would not say something stupid to him.
“ Mmm.. no, I don't want to ” It's really not that Luffy didn't want to, his grandfather Garp didn't allow it. Being the daughter of two congressmen and the granddaughter of a great Marine could bring complications. It was enough with her two unruly brothers to be the third in contention.

“ This is the moment when Luffy is a 60-year-old old man and kidnaps us in his basement, ” Brooke speaks , sighing. “ But at least I will have met a famous pirate and sung some hits with him ” a peculiar laugh can be heard.
“ Luffy , you're the only member we haven't seen,” Nami complains as she shifts in her place.
"Yes you're right" Robin laughs. “ But having us all meet somewhere is a good start .”
“ Anyway, if someone didn't have money to travel, I'm sure Nami would pay for a plane ticket and a hotel stay for us .”
“WHAT ARE YOU SAYING ASSHOLE? STOP OFFERING MY MONEY AS IF IT WAS YOURS ” Ussop looks scared at Nami , who was getting closer and closer to him, while she hides behind Luffy who was laughing his heart out.
A small voice stood out in the fights “And would it be our anniversary? ”
“ This is so cheesy I'm crying .”
“What the fuck Franky?” Sanji goes up to the carpenter's avatar and kicks him.
Luffy interrupts everything resoundingly “The dinner! I have to go now, we'll talk later guys, don't fight too much without me” outside things were falling from what was probably his desk “now I have to go. Bye bye!" After a laugh he disconnects.
KOP-LUFFI went offline.
"If I'm a little scared that he's a predator, does anyone know who Luffy is?" Ussop looks at his nakamas .
“Luffy is more likely to be a damn preteen than a dirty old man,” Zoro exclaims while disconnecting.
zoro.3 went offline.
Brooke laughs in her own peculiar way and signs off.
BR00KE went offline.
“ Is he a dirty old man?” Sanji returns to his place and sits in front of Nami , “ or why did the skeleton laugh like that?”
Robin laughs, keeping a secret on his lips as he pets Chopper. Franky acts distracted and continues hammering the mast.
It was all banalities until Chopper gives the warning, “ Luffy has already sent the message.”

Luffy takes off his headphones and throws them on the desk once he logs out of the game. “I'M COMING, GRANDFATHER!” He pushes his chair and runs towards the hallway.
“All day inside that damn machine, Luffy ,” Garp shouts as he sits at the head of the table. “Why don't you go out with Coby or Helmeppo ? “They are good guys”
Luffy laughs as he sits to the side "Because they are both in the military institute being future marines." He makes a gesture accompanied by his fingers on his forehead imitating a military salute.
He takes two large roast meats and a good portion of rice from the plates served in the center of the table and places them on his own while his mouth is watering.
“Oh, right,” Garp gobbles down a good amount of meat before saying, “Then you should go to military school, you'd have good company.”
“I'll do whatever I want, but going to military school isn't in my plans.” Luffy throws his bangs back and eats while stabbing his grandfather with his gaze. “I don't know what you're complaining about, if Boa and Barto come every day,” the teenager narrows her eyes. When his grandfather found a piece of meat in his mouth big enough to respond, he spoke quickly "By the way, in two days I'll met my friends, you won't stop me " he chews the meat with the side of his teeth while searching in the plate one next to devour. The old man chokes on the food and his ears stun .
His grandfather was a very noisy person, he lived with him for as long as he could remember. She always took care of her along with her nannies Makino and Dadan , and rarely when her grandfather was not at home her parents, Dragon and Crocodrile , two congressional deputies in favor of the revolution, visited her. She enjoyed her life, but for a year it seemed quite lonely to her.
Her stepbrothers visited her more often last year, but Ace always got into trouble and Sabo spent his time studying at a distant university.
Luffy sighed.

It becomes a fun mission to keep watch and silently run to the laundry room. There, she gets rid of her pajamas and inspects her outfit in the mirror. “Yes, probably” They both laugh in confidence imagining that disastrous future “By the way, you never said whose party it was” their eyebrows furrow as do their lips.
“Let's go to Bon-Chan's party!” Boa hands him his cell phone.
“BONCLAY!” Luffy dramatically shouts “I haven't seen him in so long!”
“Look,” Boa exclaims as he points to his cell phone on the dashboard of the car.
The Instagram app was open with previously seen Bonclay stories. Many of them were of him with his guests, others being dragged around the place and some singing while dancing.
“Yes, it was definitely a Bon-Chan party.”
“I told you” Boa shows a side smile, highlighting his beautiful profile.
Boa Hancock was an Instagram influencer , with a few followers, who attended the same university. Their friendship had been so intense within seconds of meeting you that they knew right away that they would be best friends. Boa was not affectionate with anyone, but behind her cold mask she was a very warm person. It was the same reason why she loved going out with Boa, no one ever bothered them with her imposing presence, but at the same time she was very fun to talk to for hours and hours, that was her best friend.
The party was in a large house full of people. The young people crowded into the corners and danced in the hallways. Boa and Luffy looked at each other, smiling like crazy, held hands and ran into the house.
“I'll be right back, entertain yourself with this.” Boa leaves a drink in his hand and Luffy celebrates by moving his arms. Boa kissed his cheek and fled towards the stairs.
Luffy, against his friend's instructions, moved towards the kitchen among the people while bobbing his head to the music and stealing a glass from someone as he passed by.
After greeting some acquaintances with smiles and about to open the door with his back because of his busy hands, it suddenly opened and a person collided with his back.
“Shit” The person exclaims with a tired voice, showing a tattooed hand holding his waist, preventing Luffy from falling with the cups.
Luffy turns his head up to the left where the boy's face was while smiling with amusement . When performing this action, his hat began to fall due to the lack of support, until the other tattooed hand held it on his head.
“Why do you have a hat at a party?” The boy frowned as Luffy examined his very light honey eyes and prominent dark circles, accompanied by a small beard and a half-crazed hairstyle as if he had passed his hand eighty times in any direction. She wanted to do it too.
“It's a costume party and hey, what nice tattoos!” She exclaims as she turns around facing him and walks past him to cross into the kitchen.
Luffy puts down the glasses as he opens the refrigerator door with one hand on his waist thinking about his next robbery. She smiles when she finds a half-full bucket of chicken wings.
“Why does Bonchan keep this if it's so good?” Celebrate while chewing “what a fool”
"Hey, what are you doing?" The boy remained in his place frowning.
“Mmm, eat.” Luffy watched him from his disheveled hair to his wrinkled jeans as he closed the refrigerator door with his hip.
“Shit, I'm too tired for this.” The young man sits on a stool at the counter, rubbing his temples and closing his eyes. "fuck You penguin"
“Here, eat this.” Luffy sat in front of him as he tilted the jar revealing three leftover wings. "Why are you so tired? “You should go home.”
“36 hour shift, and this IS my house” The young man lowered his forearms to look at her annoyed. “What the fuck are you doing in my kitchen?”
“Oh! I'm Luffy !” The girl smiles as her eyes narrow and she turns her head.
“That's not what -”
Luffy quickly went around the surface to stand behind her left, almost looking like a hug, her left arm went around his head and with cold fingers she grabbed the young man's marked jaw.
“You should really eat this, you look as if you have starvation” And without leaving any reply, with his left hand he opened his jaw and with his right he inserted a piece of boneless wings.
The boy, frowning and indignant, turned his head to look at her under the kitchen light and quickly felt nervous. Luffy 's straight hair fell to the side under his pirate hat as large brown eyes examined him closely. The subtle makeup highlighted her natural beauty, as well as that medium scar on her cheekbone or those small sun freckles.
“Hey, Trafalgar, where have you be-?” A burly boy in a bear costume entered through the secondary door with "-en" excitement but stopped when he saw his friend almost hugged by the girl.
“ Traffy, am I interrupting you about something?”
“Oh.. Hey, what a nice costume!” Luffy left his place and walked towards the new appearance with excitement. “You are a bear of One Piece ”
“A bear?” He pretended to cry “Im THE bear, Bepo by te way it's also My name”
“That's right, Bipo!” Luffy She laughed carelessly. "I'm Luffy , he's also my user."

“ Hancock , it seems like you dragged Luffy across the floor, look how he is” Bartolomeo makes his appearance sitting in front of them. Barto , as Luffy usually calls him, is a student in the same year of college who was immersed in the intense joy that is the owner of the straw hat. “ Ugh , silly” she makes an annoyed gesture and returns to the starting position to continue snoring.
Bartolomeo shakes his head as he watches them. “I don't regret not having i, do you know why?! I got a greeting from my greatest inspiration” He comments, about to shed tears.
“Mmm, I don't know what you did to get it but it's definitely not legal” Boa mocks. “Also, you sent me a thousand messages complaining about not being able to go to the party, you liar.”
“Silence Boa, my problems, my dramas” He narrows his eyes as he takes a sip from his water bottle “Do you want to see the greeting? It's so good I can't stop watching it, look” He whimpered as he took out his cell phone and handed it to Boa.
“ Iugh , who knows what kind of fluids this screen has?” Her acrylic nail clicks when she presses play .
“ Ehh … train to be the best -”
Luffy 's head had a spring he stood up straight with a smile stretching his scar and making it look tender.
“I know that voice!” He laughed as he looked at the screen and the abandoned food. “Let me see, I don't remember who it is.”
On the screen, a trained green-haired boy in a martial art suit saluted with a serious face.
“ Or and so you will stand out, greetings Bartolomeo ” His face remained imperturbable while he made a rock.
"It is so cool!" Luffy exclaimed as he chewed the potatoes on Bartolomeo 's tray and Boa helped place more on his own tray. “But I still don't remember who he is.”
"TRUE?!" Barto hugs himself and leans back excitedly on the back of the chair. “I would love to meet him in person and maybe see a little of his-”
“What are you doing this weekend? “There is a party at Johny 's house ,” Boa interrupts.
“On Saturday I'll go to game -con and meet my crew.” Luffy does a little victory dance as he finishes gobbling down the food.
"THAT!?" Boa covers one ear while looking at him with disgust. “Explain now, Luffy D. Monkey , are you sure it's not a kidnapping?” Bartolomeo grabs his face by the cheeks, Luffy in revenge opens his mouth and shows the chewed food while some crumbs fall out. The green hair lets go of his face as he wipes his hand on his pants.
"MMM I dont know." Luffy swallows the remaining food. “You know, in OP they seem like good people.” Both of the black-haired girl's friends look at her surprised. They had met Luffy 's crew and played together for some collaborative missions, but they didn't know who those people really were. Luffy laughs while making a carefree gesture. “Don't worry, they're my friends.” He picks at Boa's food. “Besides, they already met once, but stupid Garp didn't allow me to go.”
Luffy and Ace 's accident , his brother appeared about to die about five hours away from the city. Their problems involved some criminal gangs such as Whitebeard and Blackbeard over territory fights. Ace was left in the middle of the shooting.
Garp went in search of him, Luffy herself saw how her grandfather cried and cursed him. Although it didn't last long, after Ace was recovering, his grandfather banned Luffy from visiting the hospital. Taking her away from her brothers once again and locking her in her lonely house.
Garp started to freak out even more when his son started a demonstration on a large avenue and the opposition decided it was a good idea to carry out an oppression with weapons involved. Yes, that had not left Luffy very calm.
“That same day you called us before and after the visit, I don't want to find my friend dead in a congregation of nerds” Boa stares at her while pointing at her and Barto covered his mouth in fear and nodded. “Don't let Garp find out about this or you'll turn into Rapunzel .”

"HELLO, EVERYONE!"
“STOP SATURATING THE MICROPHONE LUFFY!” A laugh is transmitted through the black-haired girl's microphone when Nami answers her.
“ Luffy, it's five in the afternoon, it's a good afternoon, lazy man.” Sanji deposits food in his inventory.
"Oh yeah. “I had some matters to attend to.” Luffy opens the planning of the last few months and begins to make arrangements.
“Oh yes, what a scoundrel, planning our murder in front of our faces” Ussop whimpers alongside Zoro .
Luffy laughed evilly.
“DON'T JUST LAUGH YOU ASSHOLE!” Ussop shouted “YOU CONFIRM MY THEORIES!”
“Hey, anyone wants to join, # BearBepo, do you know him? ” Zoro speaks while sharpening his katanas .
“Your ship is very small but your stats are very good,” Sanji mocks. “ Someone bought skills.”
“Accepted” Luffy exclaims as an unknown player teleports to the ship “ I met him at a party, his crew is so cool !” ”
" Luffy, if we get banned because of you, I'll pull out every damn hair on your head with tweezers." Nami sighs as she reappears through the armory.
"Why it takes so long?" Luffy exclaims happily as he swings around the ship “ Oh no! It says cooking error”
“Connection,” Robin corrects.
"That's what I said"
“ Ha! Fate is on my side” Nami exclaims “ No more people, no more waste of resources” Nami's character punches Luffy's “ Your child, what's important, how will we communicate if you only talk to us by the in-game chat?”
“ You're the only one we've never seen, Luffy , you don't even have social media!” Ussop runs around Luffy .
“ I know,” the black-haired woman snorts, lengthening the e, “ but I could give you my phone number,” she adds in a low voice.
“ But you were the one who refused to pass it on ” Zoro jokes “ You won't even answer the messages anyway”
“ SANJI, do you hear the same thing as me? " Nami stands still in front of the green-haired boy. " Is Zoro jealous?"
Luffy laughs " Don't worry, you'll always be the first to answer messages." His avatar approaches Zoro and extends his arms for a hug gesture.
“ Ugh , stop saying stupid things and do your homework.” Zoro runs to Luffy 's other side, making the others laugh. “ Today I want to finish the preliminary missions.”
The preparations were made carefully, the Sunny improved its reserves to 210% and its protection went up two notches from what it had previously. Everything was carefully planned, since no one wanted to spoil anything, and if everything went as it should with the three clues collected along the way in the New World they would unlock the mission of the One Piece .
A peaceful day, in the vast world of video games.
Until the quiet talks were interrupted by a background noise. Specifically from Luffy 's microphone . "Boa!" The player's voice sounded distant, on the other side of the room.
"Boa?" Ussop , surprised, turns the camera towards Luffy who was in AFK, but with the microphone on.
“And Barto ?” asks the one with the straw hat. A somewhat diffuse response from Boa is heard. “ Ugh , you're a bitch, you promised me food.”
“What ways are that to treat a woman?!” Sanji complains listening to the conversation.
“He's stupid, he always leaves the microphone on,” Nami says unconcerned .
Luffy 's voice approaches the microphone and sounds are heard from his chair. The voice of the supposed Boa begins to become clearer. “You know, collaborating with some shit, being Boa Hancock isn't easy at all.” He sneers.
“HANCOCK?!” Surprisingly Nami saturates the microphone. “Fucking Boa Hancock ?!” His voice sounded like he was about to collapse.
“Then you will come crawling so we can get drunk” Luffy spoke with his mouth together. “You will have to reward him somehow”
“What the fuck is Luffy talking about ?” Zoro reappears on the ship surprised by the information he heard. Most of the nakamas widened their eyes in surprise.
“Well, it seems that Luffy is a hunk and mistreats Boa Hancock ,” Ussop replies .
“Oh, Barto just sent me a message. He is on his way with food from Baratie ” Boa exclaims “Don't be angry, okay?”
“I think I love you” Both young men laugh as the chair resonates.
“End your game if you want, I'll stay right here.”
Finally the microphone picks up sounds of movement on the desk and Luffy returns from his hiatus .
"I'm back!" He shouts and then blows directly into the microphone, stunning everyone.
“Are you with Boa Hancock ?!” Nami shouts, surprising Luffy .
"Yeah!" Luffy laughs “How do you know her?” he asks, sorting out his inventory. “Do you also doxa ?”
“ Doxeas “ Luffy ”
“That's it”
“How would you not know her? It sets the benchmark fashion, it has hundreds of followers” She responds in surprise. “I always see their stories”
“Ah, yes, that” He responds, earning indignant comments from his friends.
"Is your girlfriend?" Zoro asks , calmly leaning against a wall.
“Mmm, no” Luffy responds , meditating.
Sanji mocks.
“But sometimes he likes to joke that he does” Luffy responds distractedly “It's funny when they respond to his stories thinking we're a couple.”
“Mm, yeah, very funny,” Sanji whispers enviously.
“Upload stories with you?” Nami asks confused. “How do you look? I don't think I saw you.”
“Every time we go to a party he makes me upload photos to his account,” he complains.
The situation was strange, very, strange. Luffy , who they knew very little information about, turns out to be a friend of an Instagram celebrity. Amazing. It turned out that he wasn't a lonely old man of 50, but rather he looked like a teenager with friends and apparently a love interest.
“I have to disconnect now, but tomorrow at the usual time” He laughs one last time and disconnects.
“What the fuck just happened?” Ussop whispers .

“THIS DAMN KID!” Garp was walking quickly down the hallway. Luffy continued to lie down while the big TV played Container. Wars . “WHERE THE FUCK DID I LEAVE-!” Garp stops his steps near the stairs. “LUFFY!”
The young woman rolled her eyes as she lazily got up and leaned against the backrest with her head on her arms while yawning.
“Your damn her -” Garp held onto the table as he threw the keys on the table. “Your damn— ” The old man began breathing heavily as he stumbled over the chairs. “Y-your mmm.”
Luffy quickly got up from the couch, the dream quickly erased as he approached. “Grandpa?”
Garp fell to the ground while holding his chest.
"GRANDFATHER!" Luffy ran to his side to assist him. Garp was breathing but with his eyes closed tightly. “Shit, grandpa, please resist.” The young woman took her grandfather's cell phone and called the emergency services.
The ambulance arrived quickly and transported the man and his granddaughter. Luffy had never been so scared, if it was true that her grandfather was already old and his strong attitudes were not good for her heart, but she did not expect all this to escalate so quickly.
Since her grandfather was born he had shared space and moments with her, he was her constant in her little bubble. She wanted to go out into the outside world, she needed contact with people her grandfather didn't know, people who really lived life. Because once her grandfather couldn't make it she would only have herself.
“Oh, Luffy !” Bepo had left with two other doctors from the two large doors where his grandfather had been taken.
“ Bepo , tell me what's good news?” Luffy jumped up and harassed the doctors.
“ Emmm …” Bepo looked at the others and then gave them a dismissal gesture. “The patient suffered cardiac arrest due to coronary arteries, but Dr Law managed to perform an emergency bypass. Garp is stable.
“Yes, he is fine! When can I see him?”
“Probably in the morning, visiting hours ended.” Bepo looked at her with pity. “But it will start again from 10.”
"It's fine I understand it." Luffy sighed. “I'm sure he'll wake up soon.”
Bepo gave him a smile as he disappeared back into the hallways.
“Shit, now what am I going to do?” The girl stretched as she slid down the chair, almost falling. His phone had been left at home and the hospital was nowhere near. “ Ugh , I'm hungry.” Luffy closed his eyes with his head hanging off the chair.
He might have gotten some sleep if it weren't for the sharp blow he felt on his calves.
“Shit, that hurt!” Luffy cringed rubbing the silver part.
“You could have sat correctly and there wouldn't be any cho- ” Some shoes stop in front of her “Oh, Luffy , I didn't know it was you” Luffy looked towards the person and managed to recognize the boy from the party.

“ Torao !” Luffy smiled as he settled into the chair.
“Actually it's Tra -“
“I'll forgive you if you give me something to eat, you blew my leg.” Luffy stood up and started walking towards the cafeteria area. He stretched out an arm to grab it but only fumbled in the air. Luffy turned her head and saw Torao standing still, looking at her with a serious face. "Come on, I can't wait for my food." Luffy went back on his way until she grabbed his arm holding his bicep and forced him to walk with her.
