Hello and Welcome to the sequel of “Sadistic Tendencies”, this big-ass fanfic I somehow found myself getting into way too much! 🥲
We're about half-way in the story and I'm having a bit of trouble managing all the chapters in one place so I figured making a sequel at this point would be better for my sanity😅
Here's some things to keep in mind before going forward:
1) This is a continuation. The story WILL NOT make sense if you haven't read part one.
2) The fic is canon divergent after s01ep05 “The Harvest Moon Festival”, so unless it’s stated within the story, we no longer follow the events or exact characterization of Helluva Proper. Expect some parts but definitely not all.
3) I know sometimes people skim through the tags so I’ll point at this again. Please read and mind the tags! Both in part 1 as well as the ones here. The rating goes up to Explicit just to be safe and to cover some surprises and darker or more adult themes. If I feel like a specific thing needs more of a warning I'll add in the beginning of the chapter but overall I wanna tell this story as I originally intended to: a thriller of a toxic, dark romance. So y’all please be responsible with your media consumption.
4) Going forward I'd like and try to practice a bit more “death of the author" (for real this time😅) and let the story speak on its own. Essentially that's just me being a bit less present in A/N's and replies. Knowing me I'll probably be unable to keep this 100% but at least I'll try not to pop up in every single comment you guys leave me and risk spoilers and my own perspective getting over everything and just give y'all some space to speculate and just be. EVEN IF THEY GIVE ME THE BIGGEST SEROTONIN RUSH, HOLY SHIT PRAISE THE LORD AND YOUR SOULS!! (ahem..yeah. they are so precious to my heart! thank you!💖)
5) Finally I know there's plot in this thing but it should go without saying the main focus here is indeed still heavily on Striker and Moxxie and their very wrapped and complex relationship. "Caught" will delve deeper into that and it's gonna be anything but clean ~💀🖤

As a side note, it's been amazing having all of you with me so far and I might be running out of ways to express my profound gratitude for your feedback but truly always and forever it is the most amazing fuel! I will continue to get extremely giddy seeing each comment you throw my way even if I don't answer all of them anymore. I don’t think I would have been motivated to write as much without them!
And also I'm ever so humbled and freaking grateful by every wonderful creation this story inspired and shared with me 🥰! So from the bottom of my heart thank you again!💖
No matter how long you stay from now on, I hope you enjoy this fic as much as I enjoy writing it!
