But it is my first Modern AU. I hope I am doing it right

Not all Alpha females and Omega Males are dual sex. It is very rare for them to be.
Dual sex Alpha Females are also like dual sex omega males and can impregnate others but can rarely become pregnant themselves. Dual sex Omegan males can only be impregnated, the seed their balls produce is a clear slick like substance that contain no sperm.
Alpha Females have breasts but can't produce milk or lactate while omega males don't have prominent breast but they develop them during pregnancy. Omega males lactate as well as produce milk to feed their babes but their breasts fade after their young don't need to feed of them anymore, becoming flat chested again. Male Omegas don’t have any facial hair due to the high quantity of Estrogen in their systems
