Silence is Golden
The crowd went wild, drowning out the sound of bones breaking brutally. The loud, sharp scream following the bones splintering was cut off brutally by a quick, equally loud crunching noise. Several spectators gasped audibly before cheering erupted again; many jumping to their feet, clapping wildly.
The Alpha in the middle of the fighting ring lifted his foot away from his opponent's neck and walked away without glancing back even once. He walked to the exit of the ring where the metal door automatically slid open to let him through.
"I can see why he's amongst the most successful fighters you have," Danzo murmured thoughtfully, leaning back in his chair.
"Never lost even once so far," Orochimaru smiled, resting his fingers around his glass of sake. "He does his family name proud."
His assistant, Kabuto, checked his phone when it buzzed. He adjusted his glasses with the push of his index finger and pursed his lips. "He's already giving the guards trouble, Orochimaru-sama."
Orochimaru didn't even glance at him, keeping his attention on the ring beneath them where the cleaners were getting rid of the body and preparing the field for a new match. "How bad is it?"
"He has already knocked one guard unconscious, Orochimaru-sama," Kabuto answered neutrally.
"Quite some energy left, hm?" Danzo commented faintly amused.
"Send the Fox to him; that'll calm him down," Orochimaru instructed disinterestedly.
It was basically a routine by now: the young Alpha, hailing from the prestigious Uchiha family, never seemed to run out of steam at all, no matter how many opponents he was put up against. The only one capable of calming him down and ensuring that they didn't need to hire new guards after each match was a blond Omega, nicknamed the Fox because of the place where he had been found: a fox sanctuary. The Omega's presence acted both as a way to calm down the irate Alpha and as a reward for his never ending streak of victories. Orochimaru wasn't cruel after all; if his fighters performed well, they were awarded appropriately.
"A common occurrence?" Danzo inquired, sipping from his own glass.
"Hm, nothing to be concerned about," Orochimaru said calmly. "The Fox will be able to calm him down; he always does."
"I thought you usually didn't send the same Omega on a regular basis to your fighters?" Danzo questioned interestedly. "Showing some preference after all?"
"Could I be blamed for having a preference?" Orochimaru chuckled while Kabuto texted the caretaker of the Omega. "No, it is not really showing preference, as much as wanting to keep the other Omega intact. You know just as well as I do that their type is in short supply as well."
"I didn't think he would be violent towards Omega," Danzo said bemused.
"Hm, he seems to have developed a liking towards the Fox," Orochimaru confirmed. "We have tried sending other Omega to him, but the last one nearly had her entire face shredded. We had to put her on stable duty because the horses are the only ones who can stand the look of her face nowadays."
"How is his brother?" Danzo inquired, crossing his legs. "That one is still alive as well, right?"
"He is, yes. You missed his match yesterday," Orochimaru told him. "He's calmer than his brother. Doesn't require us to keep an Omega reserved for him alone."
Danzo raised an eyebrow. "You keep the Fox specifically reserved for the youngest Uchiha? I have never known you to give such privileges to a fighter before."
"As you have mentioned earlier, he is one of my best fighters," Orochimaru reminded the other man of his earlier comment. "That does come with certain privileges. Keeping the Fox reserved for him makes everything easier for us to be honest. The one time he smelt another Alpha on the Fox, he actually broke out of his room and killed him. He was one of my top fighters back then," he sighed mournfully.
"Ah, so it's a way to keep your investment safe," Danzo said amused before frowning. "You're not worried about those two conspiring against you, though? It seems risky to have the same Omega attending to him; your Omega have quite the range to move around, don't they?" Danzo remarked, glancing at the fighting ring when the next match was announced. "He could be telling that Alpha things you would rather have him not know."
The snort which escaped Orochimaru was uncharacteristic, he acknowledged, he didn't need Kabuto's surprised look to tell him that. He couldn't help but be amused at Danzo's question, however, considering who the Fox was.
"That would be quite difficult, considering the Fox is mute and isn't even literate to start with," Orochimaru explained amused. "He's the one we have to worry about the least. It's honestly a good thing that the Alpha prefers him. There is no chance of the Omega running his mouth."
"I would assume it would grow boring eventually, fucking a silent Omega," Danzo commented, amused as well now.
"You'd think so," Orochimaru agreed, "but the Uchiha Alpha seems to prefer his silence, so who are we to judge?"
He gestured at the match that was currently taking place in the ring. "Care to place any bets this time?"
The soothing scent of jasmine, apple and orange flooded the room the second the door was opened. Sasuke barely had the chance to look up before the door was slammed shut again and the blinds of the only window were lowered instantly, cutting off the room from the rest of the world – or at least giving the illusion that it did.
Sasuke's lap and arms were immediately filled with a warm presence and his frayed nerves settled somewhat when he pressed his face into the other one's neck, inhaling deeply. The lack of any other foreign, suspicious scents on the younger man had him relaxing fully, making the blond chuckle quietly.
"Don't worry, bastard, you made sure that nobody ever tries to touch me again," Naruto murmured in his ear, looping his arms around his neck. "You put up quite the convincing show back then."
It hadn't exactly been a show; that other Alpha never left that room alive after their meeting, but there was no point in bringing that up.
"Heard you won again," Naruto went on. "The others can't shut up about it."
"Wasn't much of a fight," Sasuke scoffed and cast a quick inconspicuous look around the room.
As always there was one camera in the upper left corner, but as long as Naruto kept his back to that one, none of those arseholes behind the screen would be able to notice anything amiss. Nonetheless he dragged the blanket from the bed and wrapped it around Naruto's back when the Omega started undressing himself. The cockroaches running this place were already on his hitlist to start with; if they actually managed to get a glimpse of Naruto naked, Sasuke would throw their carefully crafted plan out of the window and just kill everyone now.
"You always say that," Naruto smiled crookedly and tugged at his bloodied shirt. "Off, come on."
"Picked up anything new?" Sasuke questioned, easily shrugging off his shirt and taking off his trousers when Naruto lifted himself up. His clothes were torn and bloodied; even without Naruto here, he would have got rid of them regardless.
Once their fully naked bodies touched, they simultaneously uttered a soft sigh, which was swallowed up by their lips. The simple brush of Naruto's mouth against his had him surging forwards, deepening their kiss as his hands dipped beneath the blanket, touching smooth, warm skin.
"Everything's slowly getting into place," Naruto replied, a tad breathless already when their mouths parted. He moaned softly when a finger circled his entrance, tracing the slick that was slowly trickling down already.
"Yeah? You got into contact with one of them?" Sasuke asked, kissing the hollow underneath Naruto's ear before pushing his fingertip inside.
Naruto's body easily relaxed around the intrusion, moulding itself around the digit and allowing the Alpha to press his finger even further inside. He briefly retracted his finger, smirking when he felt inner muscles tightening around it. Nails dug into his shoulders when he pressed the pads of two fingers against the Omega's wet entrance, teasing the rim.
"Hm, managed to talk to Gaara before I had to go back inside," Naruto confirmed and started to rock his hips, not so subtly pushing his arse into Sasuke's hand.
This might be the first time Sasuke was actually happy to hear the name of the red haired Alpha. "What could he tell you?" he asked and reclined against the bed, pulling the blanket higher around Naruto before fully pushing his two fingers inside of him, spreading them carefully.
By now the preparation probably wasn't really necessary anymore, considering Sasuke had matches nearly every two days and he made sure to put up enough of a fuss that the slimy bastard upstairs saw no other solution than to send Naruto down in order to tend to him. He liked the way the preparation made Naruto impatient, though, and loved seeing a blush steadily spreading down from his cheeks to his neck. Those blue eyes would darken, turning hooded, and those pupils would basically become blown if Sasuke started paying some extra attention to his chest as well. Naruto's body remained incredibly responsive even after all the time they had been together and Sasuke loved it.
"Said to hold on for two more weeks," Naruto murmured the words against Sasuke's cheek, making sure to keep his face angled away from the camera.
They had become a pro at that by this point: deceiving cameras no matter where they were stationed. Even if the ones behind the screen would see Sasuke talking, they wouldn't think anything of it. Which Alpha didn't grow chatty during fucking? Especially after being on a high from winning his match? No point in worrying about that, especially when the Omega in question was mute anyways, right?
Oh, if only they knew.
If only they knew that their precious mute Fox was instead the biggest and loudest chatterbox in existence, who had let himself be caught just so he could track down Sasuke and Itachi. The ones upstairs believed themselves to be powerful, invincible. They would soon come to find out that they were neither.
And all that because they hadn't been able to keep their hands to themselves and had to get their hands on an Omega; the rarest type of them all. Sasuke couldn't wait to show them just how big their mistake had been to go after him and his family.
"They've got almost everybody ready," Naruto continued and nipped at Sasuke's lower lip when the Alpha added a third digit. "Come on already, you know I won't break!"
"Tsk, always so impatient," Sasuke chided him and smirked, watching Naruto give a fully body shudder when his fingers pressed against the gland inside of him. "You're making everything messy," he remarked, referring to the slick and the pre come dripping down Naruto's cock.
"Whose fault is that?" Naruto snarked and apparently decided he had waited long enough. He rose up abruptly, causing Sasuke to pull his fingers back in surprise.
Before he could ask if something was wrong, Naruto reached behind him, closed his fingers around Sasuke's cock and held it steady while he lowered himself onto it. The wet heat surrounding him had Sasuke becoming nearly cross-eyed. He squeezed his eyes shut for a moment and grasped Naruto's hips firmly, helping him lower himself down until he fully bottomed out. Naruto's thighs trembled slightly on either side of Sasuke's and he hummed shakily before leaning backwards, lacing his fingers around the back of Sasuke's neck.
"Once we give them the signal, they'll be ready to move," Naruto went on, his voice cracking slightly on the last word when he started rocking his hips, slowly building up speed.
"They're sure we'll have enough weapons to take them down?" Sasuke questioned and feeling extra petty today, he drew the blanket up all the way to Naruto's shoulders now, completely shielding him from the camera.
No doubt those fucking Peeping Toms would be cursing up a storm by now, because it was no secret that they loved watching Omega visit the fighters. They could count themselves lucky if Sasuke wouldn't drag out their deaths once they got out of here.
"Deidara's in the team," was Naruto's simple, but very meaningful answer.
Sasuke had to hid his triumphant grin by pressing his face into Naruto's neck. Oh yes, they would definitely have enough weapons then. Deidara's hobby alone would ensure that they would be able to blow up this entire joint.
"I figured you'd like that," Naruto said lightly; his breathing shaky and wavering as he started to bounce up and down, his moves urgent and desperate almost, chasing after his high.
Sasuke grabbed him by his neck, pulling him down for a deep, messy kiss, swallowing his groan. "They won't know what will hit them," he said roughly when they briefly pulled away.
Blue eyes shone viciously and fingers treaded through his black locks. "They are going to regret making fighters out of you and Itachi," Naruto promised.
Two more weeks and this whole underground fighting business would blow up in those sons of bitches' faces. Sasuke couldn't wait.
When their lips met next, their kiss tasted of promises, of love, and of freedom. When their eyes met, they shared a secret smile.
Let the countdown begin.
The End
