Izzy is so tired those fuckers never do anywork so he has to do it he doesn't want hes so tired and all Edward wants is his prescious Stede Bonnet.
Izzy does everything for his captain but gets almost nothing in return except being told the work being done in the ship is NOT good enough.
The ship needs to be in better shape.
He had no trouble on the Queen Anne the crew listened and in returned he was allowed to relax and change from Israel Hands blackbeards first mate to Iz who was shit at poker and could just sit and listened to the crews stories and just be surrounded by their warmth.
Now Izzy is alone he never gets to be Iz, he is still Iz to Edward but he never gets to be Iz himself he's so tired he just wants to lay down in the middle of the Revenges Deck and just sleep.
The only members of the crew that seem to understand this are Buttons, well maybe understanding in Buttons case is too far but they have a mutual respect, and Olivia who just perches next to him on the railings and listens to him rant.
Olivia is his saving grace, the only one that allows him to still feel like himself just for a few hours in the day but otherwise Izzy is never Iz he is Israel or Jizzy or Izzy the Spewer never Iz.
He is so tired.
He just wants the warmth of the Anne but, he knows this is a fools' goal.
Olivia and Iz stand there at the bow of the ship looking out at the moons reflection whilst Buttons moonbathes at the stern.
Iz wonders if the revenge will ever be home he can only hope but his room is small, less of a room and more a repurposed storage room, nothing from his home is in his room it never feels warm, its cold and depressing he wants to sleep up on deck with the crew and listen to the bedtime story but he knows they will use that against him, he just wants a warm hug like Fang used to give him.
He can't ask Fang for a hug anymore, not since he told them about Izzy the spewer, will fang tell Lucius? will the crew use it against him? If he wants a hug he will be seen as weak.
Izzy just wants to melt into a soft puddle as someone hugs him.
Iz wants to feel loved.
Iz wants to be warm.
Olivia shuffels next to him and nudges him and looks behind him.
Izzy turns around into the arms of the strongest warmest hug.
Olivia flies off to join Buttons, and bask in the glow of the moonlight.
"Wee fecker its okay."
Izzy feels like Iz for the first time on the revenge.
