Work Text:
As he gently thumbed a warm washcloth along his painted cheeks, Guillermo tried his best to ignore the faint rosiness that still lingered behind it.
Truthfully, the night had been nothing like he’d imagined his first Pride would be. In his life, that wasn’t necessarily a surprise, considering he was no stranger to bearing witness to the most unhinged of events play out in front of him as just an average Wednesday night, but still. Tucked away in his bedroom of his mother’s small townhome in the Bronx, or under the stairs in the mansion, he’d spent years watching others celebrate their truth– his truth– from behind a screen. At first, the flurry of photos of bright floats and joyous faces were quickly hidden with a minimized browser window, but as he’d grown into himself, and into a home where he knew no one would bother to give such content a second thought, he would scroll through social media and news articles with a small smile on his face.
In the last year, he’d begun to imagine himself more fully immersed in the photos; maybe not on the incredibly extravagant floats or marching in the parade route in skimpy outfits, but as a face in the crowd. He wanted to experience that joy, and that freedom, and that community, and he always knew he would at some point. Having now come out to those that were important to him, and with some actual practice in the world of queer love under his belt– never mind the ending– it became less a matter of how could he partake, and more when could he partake.
Fate under the name of The Rinaldi’s struck, and with it, that when became immediately. Being thrown into an odd, mangled version of Pride on an entirely random night in the middle of the year was what he probably should have expected. He could have imagined all the sweet, warm summers he wanted with a boyfriend under his arm, and whatever pop hit was on the top of the charts blaring from every speaker, but that wasn’t his life. His life was always going to be his roommates somehow managing to morph their spirits into one body and performing a duet on a stage. His life was always going to be another roommate showing up with third-degree burns on his face from whatever horrible science-fiction-esque experiment he’d done earlier in the day. His life was always going to be his best friend falling from space in a fiery blast, leading to yet another round of mass hypnotism to make the crowd that witnessed it forget that, yes, that did just happen.
And sitting on the back of a makeshift float, watching his community dance and sing and be unashamedly proud of who they were just feet in front of him, he wouldn’t have had it any other way.
Perhaps less of the horrible body horror of his merged roommates, but that came with the territory.
Unfortunately, that also was a contributing cause to his flush, as from down the hall, he could hear the distant sounds of whatever terrors that orgy had turned into since his leaving. He was used to the constant presence of sex in the house, but combined with his established stomach flutter from enjoying his evening, he was already a bit lightheaded as is, and didn’t have any plans to let his thoughts linger on… that.
Especially since it was impossible to forget the Nandor of it all this evening.
As if he’d manifested the man himself from his thought, a familiar clearing of a throat had him turning his head, startled to meet Nandor’s eyes from the bathroom doorway for the second time that evening.
“Oh, um,” Guillermo stammered, resting the damp washcloth on the edge of the sink as he turned fully to look at the other. “Did you need something, master?” He hadn’t expected to see Nandor again until closer to dawn, when the group would inevitably retire from their post-parade… whatever that was.
Nandor seemed to hesitate, his hands stalled halfway from where they would normally be brought together in front of him. Guillermo’s gaze flicked between them and Nandor’s face curiously, the silence hanging unusually heavy between them as it carried on a little too long.
“I… would just like assistance dressing for my slumber,” Nandor finally spoke again, his words particularly sharp. Uncomfortable, even.
Guillermo’s brows raised in surprise. “Oh. Are you not joining… them?”
“No.” Nandor’s voice was flat again, but something still lingered on his face for a few moments. Before Guillermo could reply, the other raised his hand, gesturing vaguely towards the sink. “You may finish cleaning yourself up. I will be in my bedroom.” And with a soft swish of the flag still tucked around his waist, he disappeared back into the house, leaving Guillermo with his mouth still parted.
His eyes focused on the now-empty doorway for a few moments before he shook his head, turning back to face his reflection in the small mirror propped up on the sink. Curiosity flickered across his face before quickly fading as the tint to his cheeks notably darkened, and the fluttering in his chest from before felt like it now echoed through to his back. Ducking from his own stare, he gripped the washcloth yet again, memories from earlier in the evening flooding his mind again.
Right. The Nandor of it all.
Still rubbing his moisturizer into his face as he rounded the corner into Nandor’s bedroom, he’d taken a bit longer to wash his face than he would have liked, but had quickly learned just how much he desperately needed to avoid body glitter in the future. Nandor had grown increasingly more patient over the years, especially as of late, so he wasn’t too surprised to find the other relaxing comfortably on his couch as he waited. Guillermo was surprised, however, to find him looking like he’d just dunked his head in the pond, a sopping wet towel tucked haphazardly around the shoulders of his now-soaked top that he’d yet to change out of.
“Did you wash your hair?” Guillermo asked, his eyes wide as Nandor turned to look up at him, following his face as Guillermo moved to step in front of him.
“Yes. It was dry,” Nandor said flatly, his eyes still on Guillermo’s.
Guillermo stifled a chuckle, dropping his gaze as he smiled. “I bet,” he teased, noting the small upwards quirk of Nandor’s own lips as he leaned forward to grab the wet towel. Silence fell between them again, though more comfortable in the familiarity of Nandor’s room. Tossing the towel into the hall to be gathered (and mopped up after) later, Guillermo turned towards the small chest of drawers along the wall, bending to retrieve a fresh towel from one of the shelves he kept stocked. Turning back to Nandor, the other’s eyes had finally broken from his own, now notably seeming to look anywhere but Guillermo at all.
Squinting slightly, Guillermo brushed the action off, instead stepping around the head of Nandor’s coffin to pull the small set of steps towards the couch. Nandor rose from his seat, moving in one swift motion to sit on the top step just as Guillermo settled it into place. They’d learned to naturally sync in their actions over the years, and on any other night Guillermo wouldn’t have thought twice about how easily they moved with each other, but there was still a small warmth in his chest, only worsened by whatever air this was that still seemed to be hanging off the other. Biting the inside of his lip gently out of sudden nerves, he moved to stand behind the vampire, getting to work on carefully– and properly– drying his hair.
He wasn’t stupid. He could tell Nandor had been clearly jealous that he’d been choosing to spend more time with Laszlo, even before the whole “going to space” thing. It wasn’t like Nandor to so blatantly show his true feelings with an open palm, especially with how emotionally dense the other could be. He was so used to the other being more reserved, more inwardly stubborn. Maybe it was because Nandor was still trying to make up for everything that had happened recently, or maybe those self-help books really were starting to help him– but either way, Guillermo couldn’t help but feel guilty for being the cause of this sudden shift in their relationship.
He hated lying to Nandor. He wanted nothing more than to confess everything he’d done and everything he felt, and his heart ached every time he was forced to give an excuse and watch Nandor’s face drop as he turned away. Part of him wondered if maybe, after everything, the other really would understand, and they could work through whatever would come of the truth. But, of course, that was a big maybe, and if lying to Nandor for the time being meant definitely keeping him from being hurt in such a drastic way, and apparently keeping them both alive, he would do it as long as he could manage.
But, god, was it hard to manage.
The back of Nandor’s head sat still as Guillermo gently wrung out the man’s hair, thick locks slowly curling into their natural waves. His hair was still slightly stiff, and likely would be as Guillermo inevitably spent the next few days making sure to condition and oil it, but Nandor had clearly taken the time to remember to shampoo it as the soft herbal scent began to fill the air around them. Guillermo sucked in a small, quiet breath, letting his shoulders relax after gingerly laying the towel across Nandor’s shoulders.
Instinctively, his hand reached for the brush Nandor had laid in waiting on top of his coffin, but hesitated, looking back at the back of the other’s head with scrunched brows. He dropped his arm, instead pushing his sweater sleeves up slightly.
“I don’t want to damage it any more with a brush,” Guillermo said plainly, gathering Nandor’s hair to spread along his shoulders. “I just need to separate it with my hand, if that’s okay.”
Nandor gave a small affirming noise, and an accompanying vague flick of his wrist. Gently, Guillermo began to run his fingers through Nandor’s hair. Beneath him, Nandor’s own shoulders relaxed; Guillermo surely imagined a quiet sigh that came with it.
“I can’t believe you actually went to space,” he said after a few moments, the statement coming out almost as a breathy laugh as disbelief of the night began to settle in.
There was an annoyed huff, and Nandor’s back rose as he straightened himself defiantly, Guillermo’s hand softly catching a loose knot as he did so. “Well, I did!” he said matter-of-factly, briefly shooting Guillermo a stern look over his shoulder before turning forward again. “And I told you I could too, didn’t I?”
Guillermo rolled his eyes at the back of his master’s head, happy to be able to hide his small smirk with it. “I know,” Guillermo said, his voice lilted slightly in amusement as he pulled his hand through the other’s hair once more. “It’s just funny.”
Nandor scoffed, muttering a small “funny” under his breath. Guillermo’s fingers slowly tugged at another small knot, pretending not to notice the way Nandor’s head was leaning into his touch.
His cheeks were warm once more with the implications of what the other had done, but his bewilderment for the situation once again beat out his fluster about the other genuinely eager to gain his approval. “I guess if you wanted to impress someone, that’s probably the most impressive thing you could do,” he mused.
“So you were impressed?” Nandor asked, his voice also light.
Guillermo let out a breath, shaking his head. “Are you kidding? It’s… incredible, actually,” he said in wonderment. The entire situation was unbelievable as is, but the reality that this man he was tending to had, just hours before, apparently been in the planet’s orbit was astonishing, even for his usual life standards. His hand slowed slightly in the other’s hair, briefly wondering about the technicalities of stardust. Stilling his brushing entirely, Guillermo held a lock in his hand, rolling it lightly between his fingers as he watched the soft light bounce off of it. “What was it like?”
Another pause from Nandor, accompanied by a sigh that Guillermo definitely didn’t imagine this time as the other’s shoulders relaxed in front of him. “It was wonderful,” Nandor said softly. Guillermo found himself holding his breath, his hands falling from Nandor’s hair to instead rest lightly on his shoulders. Quiet fell in the room as Guillermo watched the back of Nandor’s head, unable to even conceive what emotions the other could possibly be experiencing.
Naturally, the peace was broken after a few moments, Nandor sitting up slightly, causing Guillermo’s hands to instinctively pull away from where they had laid. “But, obviously, I have been there many times before, so it was nothing new to me,” Nandor said stiffly.
“Right,” Guillermo replied, giving Nandor’s hair a quick once over before stepping back. “Well, I’m glad you had fun.”
Nandor’s head turned to look over his shoulder, leading Guillermo to slip with it, moving to stand in front of the other once more. “And you had fun as well, at the parade?” Nandor asked, his eyes bright as they met his again.
Guillermo smiled, his hands loose at his sides. “I did.”
Nandor nodded, rising suddenly from his seat. “Good,” he said plainly, followed by another nod. “I am glad.”
Guillermo’s breath hung in his chest as the other stood in front of him. Despite the fact that they had just shared an intimate round of hair-brushing, Nandor standing nearly toe to toe, his master’s dark eyes baring stoically into his own, the bedroom suddenly felt entirely too small. It certainly didn’t help that the other was still in his pride getup, and though it wasn’t as if he hadn’t seen the other so exposed before (and quite literally fully exposed earlier in the night), the flash of skin from his midriff and exposed arms sent a familiar tingle through Guillermo’s body. And, christ, was his t-shirt wet.
However, neither of them moved, and as Guillermo held the other’s gaze, the unrecognizable emotion from the bathroom just before was still holding with it. Guillermo’s lips parted as his brain fumbled for a return to any sort of coherent thought, and when Nandor’s eyes undeniably followed the motion, his butterflies didn’t miss it. Though, past the roaring thud of his suddenly racing heart, there was a distant, happy exclamation from deeper in the house, immediately bringing Guillermo back to the floor he felt as if he’d been slowly rising from.
Both their heads turned towards the doorway, the action fortunately breaking the tension Guillermo had been trapped by. At the unmistakable sound of whatever whip or crop Nadja had been wielding when the pair had found the group, Guillermo winced.
Nandor shifted awkwardly on his feet, and out of the corner of his eye, he could see the other’s head roll towards the ceiling slightly. “If you wanted to have more fun, we could always…” he said, his sentence trailing off uncharacteristically.
Guillermo did a double take. “What?” he asked, looking at Nandor who once again was looking anywhere but at him. The other’s words settled in his mind, and for the umpteenth time that night, Guillermo felt his face heat in embarrassment. “No, I don’t want… anything to do with what they’re doing,” he said quickly, shaking his head dismissively as his face scrunched in disgust back at the doorway. “No thanks.”
“Not with them,” Nandor said, his tone slightly annoyed, drawing Guillermo’s attention back. “With me.”
Guillermo froze. Nandor briefly glanced back at the doorway, a small quirk of his eyebrow and parted lips giving off just a momentary glimpse of worry before he turned to look at Guillermo again, his gaze solid. Baring.
“Sorry?” Guillermo said, disbelief heavy in his throat as Nandor’s eyes studied his face. “Are you… are you propositioning me?” Even saying the thought aloud had Guillermo feeling shaky at the knees. Surely he was misinterpreting, or imagined those words leaving his mouth, or had passed out in exhaustion after coming home earlier and was now dreaming, or--
He couldn’t tear his eyes away from Nandor’s.
“Would that interest you?”
This is happening, Guillermo thought to himself, his mind suddenly cluttered in a chaotic mess of thoughts and emotions. His feet were definitely his and were definitely on the ground. The smell of Nandor’s room and Nandor’s shampoo were filling his nose, and his hands were still cold and damp from where they’d just been in the other’s hair. His heart was beating wildly, which reminded him that he was still technically alive in some form, as he’d been for weeks now. Nothing had changed about the room, or his clothes, or Nandor’s eyes. His eyes, Guillermo noted. The ones looking at him expectantly, with something stirring behind them that he’d only really started to notice recently.
“I-” Guillermo started. He had a million answers, some embarrassing and some lies, but he desperately grasped at the first truth that landed among them, if only because deep down he knew he couldn’t stand to play along with another lie. “I’m not not interested.”
A flash of that something jumped across Nandor’s eyes, and Guillermo felt his own soul leap from behind his own. Neither of them moved, though Guillermo felt an incredible pull begin to work on him from deep within. “But why-” he added, quickly cutting himself off as his thoughts and emotions continued to spin inside his head.
Nandor paused, somehow looking slightly shocked despite him being the one to bring up the conversation. Slowly, Nandor took a single, small step forward, which only drew further on that pull Guillermo felt deep within his chest. “I did not join them, correct? Perhaps I had a reason as to why I didn’t,” Nandor said, his voice low and unusually soft. “Would you rather spend all night asking me questions instead?”
“No,” Guillermo answered quickly. Nandor raised a brow, which lit a flame in his body.
“Do you wish to retire to your own bedroom for the night?”
“No.” Guillermo couldn’t think of anything worse, actually.
“Good.” Nandor’s expression remained fiery, those his eyes continued to give away to the occasional lapse of something soft. Something soul-baring. The same something. Guillermo desperately avoided placing a word to it in his thoughts. He could handle calling it something. Not anything else. “I had hoped so.”
Nandor hadn’t moved any closer, but Guillermo felt like he’d fall if he didn’t make a move of his own. “You did?” he asked as he stepped forward, feeling like he was now the one who’d made it into orbit.
“Well, obviously.” It was said with an air of annoyance, but Nandor’s tease shone clearly on his face as Guillermo took a second step forward, their feet now barely apart. Guillermo had to crane his neck up to look at the other and watched as Nandor’s expression softened further, his gaze shining with as much disbelief at their sudden closeness and bold actions as Guillermo felt himself.
He would barely have to raise his arms for his fingers to brush along the flag the other still had around his waist, but even so close, and their faces so near, there was still an overwhelming sense of the forbidden clutching around his wrists, keeping them at his sides. Nandor’s gaze looked eager, and hungry , and Guillermo could tell that his own was likely a mirror of the other’s wanting. The desire he had for the other wasn’t something he was unfamiliar with, but as it was laid out in front of him, and reciprocated, the years-long burn of it suddenly threatened to overwhelm him.
But it was out in the open. Even still unspoken, only hanging between them in their silence and gaze, that something was real, and it couldn’t be returned to its hiding place. Guillermo could step away and return to his room, or Nandor could suddenly retreat in on himself, but this all still would have happened, and they would have to exist knowing that it did. Sure, Guillermo knew that his nature of being an opportunist hadn’t worked out quite so well for him as of late, but he was managing for now– what was one more potential mistake with everything to lose but everything to gain?
And, well. It was his first Pride. Perhaps it wasn’t quite in line with his fantasies, but the man standing in front of him offering sex did just fall from space, on his behalf nonetheless. He could stand to throw out his expectations, especially when the man looming over him was looking at him like that.
Tearing his wrists away from the fear that bound them, Guillermo raised a hand to instead clutch at the damp shirt around Nandor’s chest, yanking the other’s upper half down to his level. Nandor put up very little resistance, a shared gasp escaping them both as their lips met. The impact was awkward, Guillermo having to step back slightly to allow Nandor to more comfortably bend to his height, but as they did so, Nandor’s hands slipped up to the crook on either side of his neck, his large hands pulling Guillermo closer still.
Despite the clenched fist on Nandor’s shirt, and the strong grip on Guillermo’s face, their kiss was soft, lips barely moving as their new reality settled on both their shoulders. His knees that previously felt like they’d buckle at any moment felt strong and sturdy, almost refusing to ever let him leave this moment again. The tips of Nandor’s fingers curled at the base of his hair, and he could feel a soft, cool breath against his cheek as the other quietly sighed through his nose. Their lips parted in unison for just a moment, the gentle tease of their tongues barely grazing sending a chill through Guillermo’s body before the kiss pressed closed again.
If Guillermo had any thoughts, he wasn’t processing them.
His body, however, suddenly burst to life. The flame that flickered brightly in his chest suddenly grew into a thunderous roaring blaze, his hand tugging further at Nandor’s shirt. Immediately, the grip Nandor had on his face notably strengthened, and the pair found themselves moving, Guillermo’s feet fumbling backwards until he was all but slammed against the wall, painting frames rattling from the impact. Their kiss ignited with the action, quickly dipping into a starved eagerness to be as close as possible to the other, mouths open and messy against one another. Any and all practice or preparedness Guillermo had for anything like this was either deeply ingrained in him beneath his conscious mind or had not been necessary at all as their lips worked with one another as if they’d always been this way.
Guillermo remembered to breathe, sucking in a short breath from his nose as Nandor made quick work of his tongue against his, seemingly wanting to explore every inch of his mouth. The fire within him was fueled further as Nandor let a soft moan escape his throat, and before he could process the action, Guillermo was slipping away from the wall, taking Nandor and their kiss with him. Turning them around, Guillermo blindly drew on his instincts of the room around them and pushed Nandor down into the couch, the force of his shove sending even more portraits and trinkets shaking throughout the room. Nandor hissed into his mouth as his head clattered against the wall behind him, his fangs clinking against Guillermo’s teeth sharply.
Guillermo barely winced at the impact, breathing out a small apology, but wasting no time at all in transitioning his hands to Nandor’s shoulders. Nandor followed suit, his own hands dropping to instead slide along Guillermo’s waist, helping guide him into his lap. Guillermo followed with ease, chasing Nandor’s tongue as his thighs slipped naturally around the other’s. Once again a small moan was spilled from Nandor’s mouth, this time drawing a matching whine from Guillermo’s own. Nandor’s fingers dug into his sides at that, pulling their hips closer together, quickly reminding Guillermo of what their immediate plans were.
Nandor rolled his hips up lightly into Guillermo, eliciting a gasp as the shift brought their groins together, offering a small reprieve to the worsening ache that had started to grow behind the fabric of his pants. He could feel Nandor’s smirk against his lips before he suddenly pulled away, instead moving to kiss along Guillermo’s jaw. Another hip roll drew a slightly louder, embarrassingly needy noise from him as his arousal grew, and as Nandor nuzzled further down his neck, Guillermo’s head cocked to the side, his eyes opening slightly to catch sight of the open door that led into the very open hallway. Should the others end their own escapades anytime soon, the two of them would be in their direct eyeline, and Guillermo already could tell he’d have enough thoughts to mull about with later without the added difficulty of pestering roommates. Granted, as Nandor worked his way slowly down Guillermo’s jaw and neck, peppering it with open-mouthed kisses and gentle sucking, his eyes had a hard time not fluttering shut, let alone finding the will to break any of what was happening right now just to close the door.
Giving it one last glance, he nearly jumped as the door suddenly closed on its own, just with enough force that the only sound it echoed into the room was the click of the latch. At his neck, Nandor’s mouth hesitated for a moment, his nose brushing against Guillermo’s throat as the man’s head turned slightly towards the noise. Desperate to distract him from any further questions, as well as ease his own excitement as he realized he was the one to do that, Guillermo slid his hands up to the back of Nandor’s neck, pulling the other man back to his previous duties.
Nandor didn’t seem to mind returning, but did let out a huff as his progress south was halted at the tight collar of Guillermo’s shirt and sweater combination. The hands around his waist disappeared as Nandor moved to pull at it, but before he could, Guillermo leaned back slightly, quickly and carefully tugging off his sweater before Nandor inevitably tore at it. He dropped it on the cushion beside them, the other’s hands already working to unbutton his revealed dress shirt. Guillermo watched Nandor’s face as he did so, his dark brows pulled together lightly in focus, the rest of his face otherwise notably soft. His tongue poked out lightly from his parted lips, and as he pulled open the top half of Guillermo’s shirt, Guillermo’s breath caught in his chest as Nandor’s eyes flicked up to his. For just a moment, his gaze was met with warm, wide eyes, before quickly disappearing as Nandor returned to reap the rewards of newly exposed skin.
Guillermo let his fingers lace in through Nandor’s still-damp hair, pulling the other man’s face closer to his chest. Nandor’s hands again returned to his waist, bringing their groins together once more, this time drawing a small moan from each of them in unison. Guillermo felt lightheaded, tugging softly at Nandor’s hair to give him some sort of grounding reference as their hips slowly moved together. Nandor’s journey continued down across his collarbone, towards the center of his chest.
“You have been on my mind recently.”
The sudden comment stunned Guillermo, his eyes wide as he stared at the wall in front of him. “What?” he asked incredulously, almost wondering if he’d even heard the other at all. He hadn’t expected much conversation to be had during this, as Nandor seemed to be all business and he himself wasn’t necessarily working at a hundred-percent brain power– and he especially wasn’t expecting such an honest confession. Not ever, really, but really not while the man he admired took his sweet time mouthing along the bare skin of his chest.
“It is very distracting,” Nandor continued, his voice low and rough as his beard tickled against Guillermo’s skin. “To think of you.”
Thankful for his earlier decision, Guillermo’s fingers curled against the back of Nandor’s head. “Oh,” was all he could manage, his face heating. How long had Nandor been thinking about him? And was it just thinking about his presence, or was it… about this?
Guillermo’s head began to spin again, his heart pounding in his ears as Nandor placed a slow, open kiss right where it was thudding in his chest. The man’s lips lingered for a moment, certainly able to hear– and feel – how loudly his heart was beating. His beard began to feel scratchy against where Guillermo’s chest had started to flush, and as Nandor moved his way back up to his jaw, it dragged along his skin, leaving a burning tinge on its way up. Nandor’s mouth again landed on his pulse point, pressing a deep kiss against it before moving to just under his jaw, where he nipped at a particularly soft spot near his ear. The gentle scrape of fangs against his skin, seeming as much a tease as it did Nandor’s own resistance, sent a shiver down his spine, his hips bucking in response. “ Fuck. ”
Nandor growled, low and heavy. Before he knew what was happening, the man’s grip on his hips tightened, his mouth parting from Guillermo’s neck as his entire world was suddenly spinning around him. Nandor flipped him with ease, moving in almost a blur as their positions swapped, Nandor now hovering with his knees on either side of Guillermo’s thighs.
The quick motion sent his head rolling, an audible soft ‘bonk’ ringing through both his skull and the room as the back of his head hit against the chair rail that lined the wall.“Ow.”
Nandor visibly winced, grimacing. “Sorry.”
“It’s okay.”
“Are you sure?”
Blinking up at where Nandor was hovering over him, he was once again surprised to find a genuine look of concern on the other’s face. He was starting to think that maybe the lack of oxygen from his space journey had somehow affected the vampire’s brain, because the plausibility of this all happening while Nandor also spoke openly about his thoughts and stared at him with his large, puppy-dog eyes had seemed next to none just a few months ago. Perhaps Guillermo would have to look into whatever book it was that Nandor had grown so attached to lately. However, as the something began to encroach his thoughts once more, Guillermo brushed away and reasoning, noting that the other was still looking at him for an answer. Nodding quickly, he moved his hands back to Nandor’s shoulders, tugging the other back down to his level. “Yes,” he said quietly, hopefully convincing Nandor with the deep kiss he drew the other back into.
Nandor, more naturally him, seemed to quickly move past the minor injury, his tongue slipping back into Guillermo’s mouth with ease. As Guillermo parted their lips again for air, the other took the opportunity to shift from where he was awkwardly hovering over him to instead slip to kneel in front of him on the floor. Swallowing, the implication of the new position sending sparks up and down his body, he readjusted himself on the cushion as Nandor fell between his knees.
The other man raised a brow enticingly, only worsening what Guillermo assumed was a hearty pink on his cheeks as Nandor rested his hands on the tops of Guillermo’s thighs. Before he could slide them further up, Guillermo caught another pair of eyes staring up at him from below Nandor’s, and let out an uncomfortable laugh.
“Wait,” Guillermo chuckled, reaching his hands out to pull lightly at the top of Nandor’s top. “Take this… stupid thing off.”
Nandor barely glanced down at his chest before doing as he was told, pulling the shirt over his head. “You don’t like it?” he said, flinging it out of sight somewhere beside him.
“It’s awful.” The reply was breathless as he was met with a clear view of Nandor’s bare chest. It wasn’t anything he hadn’t seen before, and wasn’t even anything he hadn’t already seen tonight, but as the vampire looked up at him with dark eyes, his chest flexing as his arms moved to return his hands to Guillermo’s legs, Guillermo knew he could melt right there. He wanted nothing more than to run his fingers along the man’s chest, letting his nails scratch along the skin that was deliciously peppered with thick, dark hair. However, doing so at the moment stop Nandor from his immediate task, which he was already making progress on as Guillermo’s fly was pulled open, his large fingers brushing tantalizingly close to his waiting erection.
“God … ” he groaned, a small burn catching uncomfortably in his throat as Nandor hissed in discomfort before him.
“Ay,” Nandor warned, his face scrunched as he looked up at him. Guillermo opened his mouth to apologize, but what came out was an embarrassing yelp as his pants were suddenly roughly pulled down his thighs. The fabric caught at his knees awkwardly, then at his boots, but Nandor was moving with such determination to remove them entirely that Guillermo could only manage a small wince as he heard the undeniable sound of some seam popping in the act. His worries were quickly wiped away, however, as Nandor’s hands returned to his legs, the new skin-to-skin contact sending another chill through him, and to his groin.
Nandor’s brows pulled together, his fingers lightly grazing Guillermo’s tan skin as they met with the dark leather of the shirt stays he had on. Guillermo watched on as the other picked at them curiously, his head cocking as he brought a hand to inspect the clasps attached to the hem of his shirt.
Guillermo bent forward slightly, his hands moving to reach for the small clasps on the side of the straps to undo them. “Here, I can-”
“No,” Nandor said quickly, his hand brushing away Guillermo’s in a light, swift motion. His eyes remained focused on the garters, but Guillermo watched as the man’s fangs poked out slightly from behind a flirtatious smile. “I like them.”
“Oh,” Guillermo said, his hands stalled over his lap. Nandor’s fingers slipped under the straps attached to the bottom of his shirt, rubbing them lightly between his fingers as he looked between them, and slightly upwards to Guillermo’s briefs. Guillermo caught the flash of attention, the flutter in his chest again echoing through to his back as Nandor’s face shifted into that of newfound determination. He could see the other’s thoughts begin to spin as he presumably realized his new infatuation with the garters had distracted him from the task at hand.
“Well, you can’t-” Guillermo started in an effort to assist the situation, but Nandor quickly found a solution to his dilemma. Both of the vampire’s hands slipped below the lighter straps, and in one motion, the clips were torn from the shirt, some taking part of the fabric with them. “Or, I guess that works.”
Nandor looked up at Guillermo, looking as full of himself as Guillermo was used to– and as always, Guillermo’s returned glare was a mixture of annoyance and irritating infatuation.
“Anything else?” Nandor asked, his voice in the irritating sing-song of a man who was too proud for his own good. Guillermo didn’t bother to give a response, instead simply shaking his head as he did his best to hold back a roll of his eyes. Nandor seemed to accept that, his lips curling in a devilish smile as his hands moved upwards, fingers dipping below Guillermo’s shirt and around the waistband of his underwear. “Great.”
Guillermo sucked in a sharp breath as Nandor pulled down the last layer, eyes focused as his goal fell into sight. The friction of the fabric against his cock did nothing but bring attention to Guillermo at just how painfully hard he’d become these last few minutes, his arousal only blooming further as Nandor’s chest heaved below him, the other man’s mouth practically parted in waiting as he fumbled to remove the underwear fully from around his legs.
As the garment disappeared into the room, Nandor’s eyes met his cock again before glancing upwards to meet his own. His eyes were darker than Guillermo had ever seen them, his nearly fully blown pupils visible even in the dim light of the bedroom. He couldn’t help but let out a whimper, his pulse throbbing through his body as his hands sought out something to grab beside him.
Nandor’s own hands reached out as well, his fingers curling under the thick strap of his thigh garters before tugging roughly, bringing Guillermo’s hips forward onto the couch. Guillermo let out another surprised yelp, his arms moving back to catch at the back of the couch as Nandor held his gaze, his mouth quickly lowering to capture the head of his cock between his lips.
“Oh, fuck,” Guillermo groaned, his hips bucking slightly as the sensation of the vampire’s mouth around him shot through his body. He barely had time to process the new feeling before Nandor’s mouth slipped farther down, taking in more of him. Guillermo’s hands continued to fumble for a grasp on anything on the couch, eventually curling awkwardly around the edge of the cushion as Nandor pulled back up, lips coming together as they rolled off the tip. The man was looking up at him through dark lashes, and thank god they hadn’t been actively grinding on each other for long, otherwise Guillermo would have lost himself right there.
Nandor, however, did not seem to have much care for taking his time, as the insatiable look in his eyes returned, and his mouth sunk once again onto him. Guillermo could feel the other slowly working his tongue along his length as he bobbed, and he had to restrain himself from squirming against the other as his breathing began to grow ragged, coming in long gasps.
The skin of his thighs pinched where Nandor’s fingers were still wrapped around his garters, but as the other continued to pull Guillermo’s hips closer, Guillermo wasn’t about to stop him. Nandor’s eyes had finally dropped from his, having fluttered closed as he continued to dip his head. On sheer instinct, Guillermo pulled one of his hands from the couch, running it gently through the hair at Nandor’s temples. The touch brought the other’s eyes open once more, and as their eyes met again, a wave of blissful intimacy coursed through his veins, leaving an ache in his chest so overwhelming he thought it might burst from him.
Behind the hunger and surprise, the something returned to Nandor’s eyes, and his lids softened slightly as he leaned his head into Guillermo’s touch.
Sudden unwelcome tears burned a warning, still hidden just barely beneath his eyes. Sucking in a breath, his fingers tightened in Nandor’s hair, eliciting a moan from the other that reverberated through Guillermo’s body. The rumbling sensation drew out a low moan from his own throat, and his hips rolled ever so slightly into Nandor’s mouth. “So good. So…” he muttered, his words trailing off as Nandor picked up his pace slightly, pulling another groan of ecstasy from him.
He was quickly losing control of himself, the heat of an orgasm building below as Nandor continued to lick and suck in earnest. His master continued to pull at the leather straps on his thighs to the point where Guillermo was worried they might suddenly snap– though considering how clear it was Nandor wanted him as close as possible, he wasn’t about to complain.
As his release grew closer, Nandor showed no signs of slowing, causing Guillermo to practically vibrate where he sat. “Please, mas- Nan-” he stammered, brain fumbling for some sort of appropriate warning. “I’m so-”
Again, Nandor let out a guttural growl, his entire mouth rumbling around Guillermo’s cock. Guillermo’s mouth fell open, letting out a loud whine. His breath was coming fast, short whines getting caught in his throat as Nandor moved faster still. The other man’s hands slid along Guillermo’s garters, his knuckles digging into the flesh as he moved to hold under his thighs, lifting Guillermo’s legs to bring his hips closer to his mouth. The sudden shift had Guillermo falling forward, the hand in Nandor’s hair tightening as the other gripped desperately on his wide shoulders.
His moans were loud and high as Nandor moved, and even knowing the others in the house could very well be hearing him, the only thing Guillermo could and wanted to focus on was Nandor’s mouth. All at once, the pressure that was building within him became too much as he felt his orgasm overtake him. With one final choked gasp, Guillermo was coming into the other’s throat, his hips bucking as Nandor continued to hold him up, taking in all of him with continued bobs.
Even with his eyes screwed shut, Guillermo’s vision was full of stars as he rode out his release, Nandor’s pace eventually slowing before he felt him slip off, a wet pop breaking through the roar of his pounding heart. As he opened his eyes, his head lulled back for a moment, his peripherals pulsing in his vision. Dropping his chin he looked back down at Nandor, a hand still curled in the other’s dark hair.
Nandor tilted his head up, meeting his gaze. He knew the vampire didn’t need to breathe, yet so clearly could both see and feel as the other’s chest rose and fell with heavy pants. Nandor’s mouth was parted, his lips slick and shiny, looking even more irresistible than Guillermo already found him. Guillermo’s shoulders fell with a weak moan, and he rolled his hips forward slightly, sliding off the couch.
Nandor shifted back, allowing Guillermo space to fall to his knees in front of him, but not enough to separate them entirely. The hand Guillermo had in his master’s hair slipped to his shoulder, steadying himself on his knees as he pulled the other into a sloppy, languid kiss. Nandor’s lips were as wet as they looked, the slight salty taste that lingered in his mouth not going unnoticed, but that ultimately Guillermo ignored. The taller man’s hands fell back naturally to Guillermo’s waist, pulling their bodies closer as he deepend the kiss.
Guillermo took the opportunity to do as he’d wanted to before, and let his hands slide along Nandor’s broad shoulders before slipping down across his chest. He spread his fingers as he did so, the course hair of the man’s chest catching on the way down, eventually curling his fingers so the edge of his nails scraped lightly at the skin. Nandor whined into his mouth, pulling at Guillermo’s waist so their hips met flush against one another.
It was then that Guillermo felt Nandor’s own cock, hard and heavy against his thigh as it remained behind his makeshift skirt. Guillermo gasped softly, Nandor’s hips slowly rolling again as his fingers pressed firmly into Guillermo’s flesh. Another rush of heat filled him, and his hands drew further down along the other’s chest and stomach, taking as much time with the touch as he could manage while Nandor shivered beneath it. Nandor’s needy kiss pressed further, Guillermo cocking his head to allow the other more access to his mouth as he moved his hands blindly to where he’d first secured the flag around the other’s waist. As Nandor continued to moan into his mouth, Guillermo quickly found the knot, slipping it undone and letting the cheap fabric fall from around the other.
Breaking the kiss, much to Nandor’s audible dismay, Guillermo dropped his head slightly, just enough to catch a glimpse of what he wanted to see. The room was dim, but having been adjusted to the dark over all these years, Guillermo’s mouth parted as Nandor’s own arousal stood between them.
Again, it wasn’t anything new. Try as he might, it was impossible to be so close to the vampire for over a decade and not catch a glimpse every now and then, as much as he did try not to. This house was particularly free about exposing themselves in just about every way, and Guillermo had quickly lost track of how often he’d been accidentally flashed by his master, dressing him or otherwise.
But this? This was different.
This was for him.
Looking back up at Nandor, the vampire’s look of desire briefly flashed with surprise. Guillermo obviously couldn’t see his own gaze, but the shift in expression told him that his emotions shown clear on it. Leaning forward, he captured Nandor’s mouth again, and with it, pressed a palm against Nandor’s cock.
Nandor’s hips rolled into the touch, another moan spilling from him and into Guillermo’s mouth. He felt heavy in Guillermo’s hands, and unusually warm for his state of being, and so deliciously slick already from the precum that had been slowly working from it. It was disgusting how hot and bothered Guillermo was becoming again just at the simple touch, but his every thought began to echo that desire as he wrapped his hand around the other’s member.
The vampire let out a pleased hiss, followed by an eager hum as Guillermo slowly began to roll his wrist. Nandor’s mouth pulled away from his own, instead resting his forehead against the top of Guillermo’s head.
“Fuck, Guillermo,” Nandor groaned, his hips bucking into Guillermo’s grip. If it weren’t for the fact that they were already kneeling, Guillermo felt like he would have buckled to the floor.
“Yeah?” He kept his pace, trying to keep the nervous shake he felt in his hand to a minimum.
“ Yes ,” Nandor moaned, earning a matching one from Guillermo. “More.”
Guillermo didn’t need to be told anything twice, and certainly not when the man in his grip was unraveling before him. His entire body heating, he paused his hand for only a moment to wipe across Nandor’s tip, sending a shudder through the taller man’s body as he slicked his hand further, then sped up his pumps ever so slightly. He couldn’t believe how thick the other was, despite having been there to practically design it himself, and all the thoughts of what else he could do with it began to spill into the back of Guillermo’s mind.
“Keep going,” Nandor all but begged, and Guillermo obliged, whimpering as he watched the other’s hips continue to roll into the motions.
“Guillermo…” his name came, all low and drawn out on Nandor’s lips like a prayer.
Guillermo gave an affirming noise, he thinks. He flexed his arm, allowing all his energy to shift to doing anything to help give Nandor the release he so clearly needed. Anything for a chance to hear his name uttered like that again.
Nandor’s hips jerked. “Yes, yes!” he gasped, his unnecessary breaths falling onto Guillermo’s face. “Fuck, Guillermo–!”
As his name rang through the room, Guillermo let out a whine as he watched Nandor come from his touch, the thick ropes covering his hand, as well as both of their thighs. Nandor shook through it, sharp moans flowing through his lips as Guillermo stroked him through his orgasm. Seconds continued to tick by, the bedroom’s silence stirred by only their mutual heavy breathing while Guillermo’s hand continued to slide, almost in a daze. As his fingers rose to close around the head, Nandor hissed under his breath.
Instantly, Guillermo was brought back to reality, his grip loosening in worry that he’d hurt the other. “Too much?” he asked, apologetically.
Nandor shook his head slightly from where it still lay on Guillermo’s. “No,” he answered flatly, sounding out of breath.
Guillermo hesitated for a second, unsure if he was reading the situation clearly, when Nandor’s hips then pressed back against Guillermo’s palm. Letting out a small huff of amusement, his own return to arousal piquing further, Guillermo watched again as he slowly brought Nandor to a second release, still ending with a messy hand, and, though much softer, moan of his name.
Not wanting to push either of their luck, Guillermo eventually pulled his hand away, reaching for the discarded flag to wipe it clean. Instinctively, he took the opportunity to wipe their respective thighs as well, careful to avoid brushing against himself as his former heat had made a weak but constant return. Nandor remained unmoving for a few more moments, his head still resting against his own, before eventually the grip on Guillermo’s waist lightened to a soft graze, and he found himself being guided sideways.
Before the pair hit the floor, Nandor drew one hand to reach across Guillermo, pulling one of his various thick fur throw blankets to the floor between them, holding Guillermo in place for a few moments as he situated it. Eventually satisfied, he laid back against it, his hands slipping from Guillermo’s waist and instead beckoning him with a single gesture.
“Come,” he said softly, his eyes half-lidded, and a small smile playing at the corners of his lips. Guillermo hadn’t seen many instances of post-orgasm glow, but the soft, blissful expression on the other’s face was enough to blind him if he stared too long.
Guillermo’s heart ached.
Still, he followed the other down, settling into the crook of his arm. Despite this level of intimacy being so foreign between them, it felt like second nature. He tried not to notice too much.
He ignored the way Nandor’s arm slipped so easily around his waist, under the shirt that had managed to last as the last remaining garment worn in the room, and allowed himself to be pulled closer, tucking his head against Nandor’s chest. As Nandor shifted them closer together still, his hips shifted to get comfortable, leading to a noticeable press of his returning hardon against Nandor’s thigh. Nandor made a small noise of interest, furthering his own long-embedded shame that was deciding to return despite all previous events.
“Sorry,” Guillermo quickly apologized, adjusting his legs so his hips rolled away from the other.
“Wh- you are choosing now to be modest?” Nandor’s voice teased, the arm from around his waist slipping away, instead resting a hand hesitantly on Guillermo’s hip. “May I?” he added, the barely-there graze of his master’s fingertips on his skin shortcircuiting his brain for what felt like the hundredth time that night.
Despite his returning embarrassed blush, Guillermo managed to mutter a small “yes” against the other’s chest. As Nandor’s hand found its way down, it didn’t take long at all for Guillermo to give in to the other’s slow, steady movements, languidly rolling his hips into Nandor’s grip. As his breathing became ragged again, a small string of “yes” and “please”s gasped out as a large hand deftly pumped, Guillermo was coming again, his entire body shaking as his hands grasped for any sort of hold on Nandor’s chest. He couldn’t even be bothered by the lingering stickiness as he came down from his high, choosing instead to allow Nandor to pull him close again, their legs tangling loosely together.
His face nuzzled into Nandor’s chest, Guillermo was again treated to the smell of shampoo from Nandor’s hair, a distant reminder of the era of his life just before whatever this now was. Granted, he didn’t want to worry about what this now was, but it wasn’t un-happening. His stomach turned, so he brushed the thought away, and instead focused on whatever pattern it was Nandor was lightly tracing into his lower back.
“I wouldn’t have pegged you as a cuddler,” Guillermo said, eventually breaking the silence.
“No?” Nandor questioned, and Guillermo wasn’t sure why he sounded surprised, given their track record of physical intimacy between them. Nandor’s hand stilled. “Are you not?”
Guillermo sucked in his breath, not liking the loss of contact. “No, no, I am,” he said softly, reassuring his statement by moving to lay his own arm lightly around Nandor’s waist as well. “I definitely am. You’re just…”
Nandor remained motionless, and worry began to build in Guillermo’s gut. “Just what?”
Guillermo tightened his embrace, half expecting the other to suddenly pull away, just as he always had before. “It’s different,” he said, pressing his nose into Nandor’s chest. “But I like this.”
Nandor’s hand didn’t move again for a few moments, but eventually, the small circular patterns from a gentle finger graze returned to Guillermo’s waist. Smiling softly, he let out a quiet, thankful sigh.
They laid together quietly for a couple of minutes, Nandor occasionally shifting between his idle hand tracings, and Guillermo attempting to replicate them on Nandor’s own back. Eventually, Nandor seemed to pick up on this, his hand stilling from where he had been aimlessly creating triangles. Guillermo’s hand came to a stop as well, only for Nandor to press twice against his back, following with what was very clearly a curved smile. Guillermo’s hand repeated the gesture, fighting back a grin as he traced the smiley face into Nandor’s skin, and from above him, Nandor let out an amused huff. Guillermo lightly shook his head, then a few moments later, let out a quiet chuckle.
“Hm?” Nandor hummed in interest.
“I just… I can’t believe you were jealous.”
Another huff, this time noticeably sharper, even though the soft hand on Guillermo’s back remained unchanged. “I was not jealous ,” Nandor emphasized, giving Guillermo a firm poke. “You simply doubted my strength.”
“No, I didn’t say anything,” Guillermo corrected him. “ You decided to fly to space on your own.”
“Eugh.” Nandor’s signature noise of disapproval brought a more familiar warmth to Guillermo. Even with his buttons pushed, his arm did not move from Guillermo’s waist, his hand still lightly brushing the skin there. Guillermo kept his eyes closed, but could see his master’s slightly annoyed face from his memory alone. “Whatever.”
The lack of desire to part remained unchanged, and Guillermo began to wonder if they would simply lay like this forever. He didn’t want to think about what came after, so maybe, for a little bit, he could pretend that this was it.
Another huff from Nandor. “‘Jealous’,” he mocked, his voice low.
Guillermo smiled.
Back to the usual, yet not at all– and never again.
