Ej’s second-year audition flew by alongside their debut album, and now they finally get a vacation which got him an opportunity to familiarize himself with Japanese culture.
During that, he remembered one of their members’ Jo birthday is coming up.
The member who got placed with him in the back of their group, helped him out during their audition with the language barrier and openly cried in front of him waiting for the judge's result.
Ej wanted to get something special that says the foreign leader pays attention to him off their career too, even tho he doesn’t know him too well.
So, that’s why Ej in one of those drama predicaments he saw a clip of passing through tv channels. The thing where someone sleeps on your shoulder.
Tho, both being introverts Ej felt stuck in their van and imagined Jo will feel embarrassed later waking up to being on his leader’s shoulder.
Ej couldn’t move his hands to reach his phone, unfortunately, he looks out the window of the building passing by.
“Could move him, he’ll feel grateful for it and not freak out.” Koga whispers with a chuckle at the far left of them, he’s also getting a ride home.
Ej looks at the younger member asleep again before moving his falling head back upward since it looked uncomfortable. “On the next stop.”
A few stops later, Jo woke up abruptly to Koga closed the van door.
Jo’s eyes flew open to Ej’s side profile looking out the window in thought.
He quickly scooted to far left not noticing the Korean’s face whipped to his in the darkness.
Both profusely apologized to one another, tho Ej’s laughing voice masked his body got used to the missing warmth on his side.
