It was a heavenly festival and Fu Yao found himself in a bar with countless other junior officials .
He clutched his fists as he leaned over a wall ,watching his ex Nan fang.

Fu Yao himself was a exceedingly delightful sight to the eyes but that did not mean he did not feel jealous especially when he saw the lovey gaze of Nan fang, a gaze he used to look at him with, to the point Fu yao got nervous sometimes .
One month earlier
Ai Qin gasped when Fu Yao suddenly hugged her in the kitchen , his hands circling around her waist as he leaned his face near her ear.
His hand slowly slide up her back until he was stroking her hair .
A blush appeared on the girls face as she laughed nervously before speaking up “F - Fu Yao? What are yo..”she got interpreted by Fu Yao “ oh sweet Ai Qin ~ your so sweet and beautiful so I have a little advise for your pretty face “he said as his sweet voice kept getting replaced by venom with each word .
“If you know what’s good for you then you will stay away from Nan feng got it ?”he warned before pulling away and patting her head .

Fu Yao has no intention to harm her just wanted to scare her, which worked for a little while but it made things worst as Nan feng started to go after her when he felt like she avoided him .

“Fu Yao“ a voice called out from besides him , he felt his soul try to leave his body when he saw Xu Zhao , a close friend of Ai Qin .
He flinched as the other man wrapped his arm around his shoulders and pulled him closer before handing a cup of alcohol to fu Yao , watching as the other chugged it down in one go ,he snickered as he saw fu Yao shake his head and gag a little like a child , perhaps this was his first drink .
“so I heard you threatened Ai Qin ..” Xu Zhao started, watching as fu Yao pales a little and desperately tries to justify himself ,trying to tell the other he didn’t mean it .
“Oh sure you didn’t mean it ~ but what proof you have ?”Xu Zhao asked before continuing “she lost countless sleep because of you ,is afraid of every corner because of you ,afraid to run into you “ he snarled as his grip tightens “if it weren’t for Nan feng telling her he’ll keep her safe from you ,she would have gotten worst “.
Fu Yao felt his heart tighten “H he knows ?! I swear I wasn’t going to harm h..what was in that that drink ?”he suddenly asked as he held his now dizzy head , everything around him seem to be going on a odd pace ,he felt tired,hot , shaky and disoriented.

Xu Zhao leaned over and nuzzles the shorter males hair before sniffing them slightly and planting a kiss on Fu yaos pale temple “so so sweet and delicious ~ your just so tempting ~” Xu Zhao teases .

Fu yaos vision was starting to blur and he couldn’t think straight but he was still aware of what’s happening and where this might go ,he slightly prayed for this to end , not wanting to be in this situation anymore “y you bastard..get away from me !” He tries to raise his voice but his voice came out so frail and soft , his voice gave away his fear and vulnerability .
Fu Yao tries to reach for his sword but it was not there anymore .
A gasp left his lips as he was pushed against a wall and his attacker’s lips started to plant forceful kisses .
The drunk god tried Turning his head side ways or up and down in a attempt to atleast save his lips .
He used one hand to cover his lips and the other to try and push the heavier man off but his attempts of pushing Xu Zhao away were fruitless .
Xu Zhao stopped before pulling away and dragged fu Yao out the bar “ now I can’t have somebody seeing us “.
He then threw the barely conscious fu Yao behind a tree and was about to continue his assault when he suddenly froze , coughed out blood and fell to the side .
Fu Yao looked over and saw a man’s silhouette , strong arms circles around his waist and picked him up before putting him back down when he heard some voices yelling and coming in their direction.
“Tch! All this planing for nothing .. “ .
The figure leaned down and planted a kiss on Fu yaos cheek “don’t worry I’ll come and snatch you away soon “ .
The next morning
Fu Yao woke up in the sleeping quarters of the Xuan Zhen’s middle court gods .
His eyes travel to his side to see a rose laying beside him .
