SJ: K have fun
JK: Oh I will 😏
SJ: …
Jungkook kept his phone on the side table as he watched some random guy who’s name he didn’t know walk back into his room. They’d met at the club when the guy pulled Jungkook in by his waist and sucked on his neck while Jungkook was grinding on him. “Wanna take this to my place?” He asked and all Jungkook did was throw his head back and smile. Then they were kissing and somehow managed to get in the car. Jungkook was surprised they’d reached safely as he was too busy giving the guy a cock sucking of his life. Now here they were and Jungkook meant it. He was going to have so much fun. “You’re a little cockslut aren’t you?” The guy asked Jungkook who blushed while fluttering his lashes, nodding his head as he licked his lips. “I’m going to have so much fun with you.” The guy said as he pushed Jungkook on his back climbing over him. Jungkook smirked as he felt the guy's hands gliding under his shirt. Closing his eyes and imagining someone else. “Yes…please…” he said, spreading his legs as the guy settled between them, smiling at him before their lips met.
At his apartment Seokjin was staring at his phone. Jungkook was in bed with some random guy. Why the hell was he still on his couch? It was a bit pathetic honestly. Seokjin was everything anyone could ask for. Tall, broad, handsome. His body was rock solid muscle, his shoulders were as wide as the Pacific Ocean. His face would make artists weep. But his heart? His heart was dumb.
Seokjin could get anyone he wanted. He could get multiple anyone’s but Seokjin years ago had fallen in love with the doe-eyes boy from next door. Years ago was an understatement. Seokjin had fallen in love when he was all of 5 years old. The apartment beside Seokjin's had new occupants and they had a new baby who would keep crying all night long. Seokjin’s mom was more concerned than bothered by that so she had gone over one evening when the child had cried for 3 hours straight. What surprised his mother was that it wasn’t a family that had moved in, it was just a man, Mr. Jeon with his newborn son, Jungkook. Turns out Mrs. Jeon had passed away during labor. Seokjin’s mom felt sorry for the man while Seokjin was too intrigued by the noisy little thing in the bassinet. When he looked at Jungkook he was struck by his eyes. So bright, so shiny, so sad. Seokjin had reached out to Jungkook, picking him up and cradling him close and all of a sudden Jungkook stopped crying. Instead he kept looking at Seokjin, blinking owlishly.
“Oh my God! He’s a miracle worker!” Mr. Jeon exclaimed before looking at Mrs. Kim, “I tried everything to make him stop.” From the bags under the man's eyes Mrs. Kim actually believed him. “We live in the apartment next door. How about I take him for the night?” Mrs. Kim asked. Mr. Jeon looked about ready to cry. That started a pattern with Jungkook spending everyday at the Kim residence eventually moving there permanently when his father got a job in the Middle East. It was normal to see Jungkook and Seokjin together. All the time no matter where they were. Seokjin was the only one who got Jungkook to stop being fussy. Jungkook’s first words were “ Jeeeee ”. His first steps were towards Seokjin’s open arms. Growing up too the pair were stuck together. Every morning when Seokjin would leave for school Jungkook would cry his eyes out. When Jungkook started school he cried when Seokjin dropped him off. As they got older they only got closer.
Jungkook was beautiful right from infancy. As he grew older he only got prettier. School was a wild time with all the boys and girls wanting to be alone with the boy but Jungkook never gave them any attention because he was too busy orbiting around Seokjin so that no one would capture his hyungs attention. Because Seokjin had been handsome right from infancy and as he grew older he just got handsom- er. Having a 5 year gap was a disadvantage for Jungkook. The moral society frowned on his closeness with an adult and to maintain pretenses Seokjin started keeping his distance too. It annoyed Jungkook when Seokjin introduced him to Yoongi a new friend from university. Yoongi seemed to not like Jungkook too much either. “Isn’t he like your brother?” Yoongi had asked Jungkook once and got the worst scowl known to man. “He’s not my brother.” Jungkook had said as Yoongi just smirked at him.
“Maybe they’re dating.” Hoseok Jungkook’s friend had stated a few months later when they spied on Seokjin and Yoongi sitting a bit too close, laughing their heads off at something Seokjin had said. That night Jungkook stayed out in the rain thus running a 102℃ fever the next day. “How did you get sick? You were fine yesterday!” Seokjin groused while putting a wet cloth on Jungkook’s forehead as instructed by his mother. Jungkook pouted at him. “If taking care of me is messing with your plans then you can leave.” he grumbled, turning around and showing Seokjin his back. He heard Seokjin sigh and then felt the bed dip. “Jungkookie…hey…look at me…I’m sorry.” Seokjin said tapping Jugnkook’s shoulder but the idea of not having Seokjin all to himself made Jungkook cry and when he sniffled he found himself manhandled right into Seokjin’s lap. “I’m so sorry baby, Hey look at me. I’m sorry! I have no plans. I’m all yours.” Seokjin said, panicking mildly as Jugnkook held him tight nuzzling into his neck. “Forever?” Jungkook asked and Seokjin laughed a little as he said “Yes forever.” “You promise?” Jungkook asked, pulling back and looking into Seokjin’s eyes. Those big, glossy, pools of stars managing to drown every rational thought from Seokjin’s mind. “Promise.” he said as Junkgook smiled, tucking his head under Seokjin’s chin and falling asleep.
It was now 3am. Seokjin heard shouting from the front door. Had he fallen asleep on the couch? Was that Jungkook? Seokjin ran to the door, opening it up only to have Jungkook fall backwards into his chest. There was some guy standing there too “At least i let you fuck me you ungrateful dickhead! You weren’t even that good!” Jungkook shouted at the guy who seemed about ready to pop a vein. “You know what fuck you! I was right, you're nothing but a cheap cockslut!” the guy screamed back. “Hey!” Seokjin growled. “Stay the fuck out of this will you!” the guy said to Seokjin but before Seokjin could say anything Jungkook stepped forward. Seokjin saw how his hands were fisted he would likely punch the guy so he held Jungkook back while Jungkook shouted, “Don’t you dare fucking talk to him like that!” “Or what huh?” the guy goaded Jungkook. “Get out. Before I call security.” Seokjin said, trying to keep his voice neutral. “Who are you bro? Does he fuck you too? I hope he calls you by the right name and not…” whatever the guy said next was drowned out by Jungkook literally busting a lung screeching “GET OUT!!” “Jungkookie sshhh…” Seokjin said scared the neighbors would wake up and they did too. The door by the elevator opened and Yoongi’s head popped out and he looked pissed. “Have y’all seen the fucking time!” he grounded out as everyone just looked at him. The guy knew he had to go so he put his hands up in surrender and walked to the elevator that thankfully was still on the floor, just like that he was gone. “Sorry Yoongiah. Good night.” Seokjin said as he felt Jungkook slump. Yoongi glared at Jungkook, scowling at him before he grunted and slammed his door shut.
Seokjin sighed as Jugnkook walked past him into the apartment. “You hungry?” he asked but got no response when he went to check on Jungkook. After trying to find his phone he heard the water running in the washroom. It's not like Jungkook wasn’t ever not hungry and a sandwich hurts no one so Seokjin got started on preparing a simple sandwich. As he waited for the toaster to do its thing Seokjin thought about how he’d gone from a man with goals to travel the world to making a sandwich at 3am in the morning.
It wasn’t that Seokjin wasn’t successful. In fact he was very successful. He was a model for Pete’s sake. Scouted right off his college campus. He also had a degree in web design and worked part time with Yoongi who had a music production company which Seokjin would help by editing videos, etc. his apartment was pretty much paid for. He was set for life but he had no luck in love. He used to date around but nothing ever felt right. There was always something missing because he never wanted to let go of the elephant in the room. His feelings for Jungkook.
The longest time Jungkook and Seokjin were separated for was 2 years. The duo actually enlisted in the military to finish their mandatory duty to the county at the same time. Jungkook right at 18 and Seokjin at 23. They were however assigned to separate units that were technically in opposite directions. Seokjin was already an established model then but he wanted to get the requirement over with before traveling the world. Over the years Seokjin had moved to Seoul but still was super close to Jungkook being in the military was no different. The way they were staggered Seokjin went first, Jungkook went 6 months later so while Jungkook dropped him off Seokjin picked him up. It didn’t surprise Seokjin that the military didn’t change Jungkook. He was still the quintessential pretty boy who now was more flamboyant and even more endearing to Seokjin.
However tragedy struck, Mr. Jeon had a heart attack and passed away. Before he breathed his last he made Seokjin promise he would take care of Jungkook, a promise that Seokjin was still keeping. Jungkook moving to Seoul was Mrs. Kim’s idea. She was nervous about him wasting away in their small town. Seokjin was pretty much settled so it wouldn’t be a problem right? Wrong. Well not really. Jungkook moving in was a good thing. It gave Seokjin something to do and he enjoyed Jungkook’s company but Seoul changed Jungkook. His confidence level changed, his looks, his dressing, his adventures. Once he began university he was exceedingly famous. He was proudly gay and had a ravenous sexual appetite. Always spending nights away from the apartment. Always busy with another man. “You don’t date these men then what the hell are you doing?” Yoongi had asked Jungkook one day. “How is that any of your business?” Jungkook countered only to have Seokjin admonish him with a “Jungkookie behave” that only pissed Jungkook off more, “Why do you always take his side?” he had asked before running to the bedroom. Hoseok, who now was Yoongi’s boyfriend, excused himself to go pacify him while Yoongi just shook his head while Seokjin sighed.
The toaster popped bringing Seokjin back to the present so he assembled the sandwich and as he began walking out of the kitchen Jungkook walked out of the bedroom wearing his clothes. On his neck Seokjin could see the love bites made by the other guy. “Sandwich?” Seokjin asked as Jungkook sat down, wincing a bit. He ate in silence as Seokjin scrolled through his phone. Seokjin had enough self awareness to admit he was in a self imposed slump. But to move out of it he’d have to move on from Jungkook. The same Jungkook who looked so sad and precious eating his sandwich right now. “Thank you. I’m sorry.” Jungkook said as he put the plate on the coffee table. “I guess it’s okay. You’ll have to apologize to Yoongiah tomorrow.” Seokjin said as Jungkook glared at the coffee table. “You always care about Yoongi hyung more than me.” Junkgook said all of a sudden standing up and stomping to Seokjin’s bedroom. Seokjin sighed. Apparently he couldn’t do anything right.
When he reached his bed Jungkook had curled to his side, back facing Seokjin. So Seokjin climbed in, spooning him gently. “I’m sorry Jungkookie. It’s not that I care about him more. But if it was anyone else you know they wouldn’t appreciate you screaming at 3am and likely call security.” Seokjin said, hoping Jungkook understood. He didn’t. “So I’m at fault like always.” he asked, stiffening a bit. Seokjin knew this could easily evolve into a long drawn out argument so he pulled Jungkook on his back and climbed over him using his weight to pin him down. “I’m sorry. No you’re not at fault.” Seokjin said, placing a kiss on his forehead. “Are you okay?” he asked. And Jungkook just nodded his head saying yes. “What happened with that guy?” Seokjin asked. “He wanted to see me again tomorrow. I said no. He got offended.” Jungkook said offhandedly before looking at Seokjin with terrible sadness in his eyes. “Why can’t I find a nice guy hyung? Why can’t I find someone like you?” he asked as tears fell onto his temples. Seokjin paused. This was a normal question but he didn’t think Jungkook understood the havoc this question caused in Seokjin’s heart every time he asked it. “You will. Someday. Now let's sleep okay?” Seokjin said attempting to move off but Jungkook wrapped his legs around Seokjin’s waist and hooked his arms around Seokjin’s back. “Stay please. Your weight over me feels just right.” Jungkook said pulling in closer than they already were, placing a kiss on Seokjin’s cheek before falling asleep.
Seokjin didn’t move for around 2 minutes till he felt Jungkook relax. He wouldn’t try moving off Jungkook tonight. He’d enjoy the small blessings like this. He placed another kiss on Jungkook’s forehead and then held him tighter before letting sleep take him away. As his body grew lax and a bit heavier Jungkook opened his eyes. He’d faked being asleep. He looked at his sleeping hyung. The man he’d been in love with for so long. The man he’d been obsessed with for so long. He slowly placed a kiss on Seokjin’s lips then another and then another. Swiping his tongue over Seokjin’s bottom lip. Feelings are complicated. Relationships are worse. Jungkook too had fallen in love with Seokjin as soon as they met. That feeling of being safe with Seokjin was what made him feel so at peace and that had only evolved. Jungkook always said “ What’s mine is mine & what’s yours is also mine. ” He'd eventually learned how to not be that selfish but he drew the line at Seokjin. His Jin hyung was his and only his. By the time he was in high school Seokjin was already a model with everyone drooling over him and Jungkook absolutely hated it. He too had joined the military to have that out of the way so that he could possibly marry Seokjin but then his father died and he realized as a parting gift he’d obligated Seokjin to be Jungkook’s person and never leave him.
When he moved to Seoul Jungkook still had plans to wrangle a ring on his finger but then Seoul also opened Jungkook’s eyes to other opportunities. Seokjin was always going to be there. Seokjin was the end goal. But Jungkook believed he should have fun too. It also didn’t help that Seokjin never showed any romantic interest in him. He was always sweet and loving and caring like he’d been since Jungkook could remember. There was no possessiveness or passion or fire. Jungkook wanted the drama, Seokjin was too passive for him but that didn’t mean he would let him go. Jungkook would have his cake and eat it too. At least for some time he’d have his fun fucking random men when he felt like because he knew he’d have Seokjin there to hold him at night, just like he was doing right now. “You’ll always be mine hyungie.” Junkgook whispered, placing a kiss on Seokjin's neck and one last long kiss on his lips before nuzzling in. He fell asleep happy with a satisfied smile on his face.
