Chapter Text
Being in a group with three alphas and a beta could sometimes be a little annoying but it really never caused problems. Being that there wasn't an omega in the group, there wasn't any problems with that. The three of them would go through their ruts by themselves. Beomgyu didn't really get a heat or a rut being that he's a beta. They were all pretty positive that Taehyun as well would present as an alpha. He was a pretty late bloomer considering Kai had already presented before him. Despite most alphas that are in groups together, the three of them didn't butt heads constantly, yeah sometimes they get into arguments or whatever it may be but nothing too crazy or anything that would cause them to not be friends or to be separated.
"Taehyunnie, let's cuddle." Beomgyu called from the living room. They were all relaxing before their new promotions started in a few weeks. Taehyun walked out of his room, heading over to the couch where Beomgyu was sprawled on. Taehyun laid down on top of Beomgyu, laying his head in Beomgyu's neck, Beomgyu's arms wrapped around Taehyun's waist, snuggling into him. Taehyun smiled at the boy. He loved making him happy and loved cuddling with him. Taehyun would definitely say that he would always have a soft spot for the boy. Beomgyu gently nuzzled Taehyun's neck, scenting him. Beomgyu liked scenting Taehyun even though Taehyun couldn't scent him back, Beomgyu never seemed to mind. Kai, Soobin and Yeonjun would never let him scent them, given their alpha dynamic or whatever they claimed. But Taehyun just knew even when he finally presents as an alpha, he's going to keep letting Beomgyu sent him and then he will finally be able to scent the beta back.
"What are you two losers doing?" Yeonjun asked, walking into the living room and sitting down on the other couch.
"Just cuddling." Beomgyu said, his hand coming up to play with Taehyun's hair.
"Where's Kai and Soobin?" Taehyun asked, looking at Yeonjun.
"Doing a live." Yeonjun answered, playing on his phone. Beomgyu watched the movie that was playing on the tv, Taehyun closed his eyes, relaxing.
Soon Kai and Soobin joined the three of them, Taehyun had his eyes still closed, he heard Kai and Soobin join Yeonjun on the couch.
"Does anyone else smell that?" Kai asked.
"Smell what?" Beomgyu asked.
"I don't know exactly, smells sweet." Kai said. "Don't you guys smell that?"
"Yeah now that you mention it." Soobin agreed.
"Well we know it isn't Beomgyu, he stinks." Yeonjun chuckled.
"Hey!" Taehyun didn't have to see Beomgyu to know he was pouting.
"Then is it Tae?" Kai mumbled. It was silent for a few moments before he felt Beomgyu shift.
"Guys... what are you doing?" Beomgyu asked, tightening his grip on Taehyun's waist. Taehyun's eyes opening, seeing the three alphas now standing above him. Beomgyu moved Taehyun behind him, keeping himself between the three alphas and Taehyun.
"What are you guys doing?" Taehyun asked. "Why are you staring at me like that?"
They looked... hungry? What was happening? Taehyun could feel his body starting to heat up, he pulled the collar away from his neck, hearing the three alphas growl.
"Don't try anything." Beomgyu growled, pushing his back against Taehyun's knees.
"Move." Yeonjun growled. When Beomgyu didn't move right away, Yeonjun and Soobin growled, grabbing Beomgyu's wrists and pulling him away from Taehyun, throwing Beomgyu onto the other couch. The three of them surrounded Taehyun.
"What the hell are you three doing??" Taehyun questioned. growing afraid of the three of them. He'd never seen them act like this before. Taehyun's skin grew hotter as he began to sweat, his stomach tensioning.
"Guys seriously." Beomgyu said, trying to push his way between them again only to be shoved by Kai.
"Back off!" Kai growled, shoving Beomgyu again. "He's mine!"
"Yeah fucking right." Soobin growled. "Taehyun is mine."
"I'm no one's!" Taehyun yelled. Despite the fact there was a voice in the back of his head, enjoying the two of them calling him theirs. What the fuck was going on?
"Not yet." Yeonjun smirked.
Taehyun gulped as the three of them turned their attention back to him, Soobin reached out to touch Taehyun when Yeonjun grabbing his wrist, glaring at the younger alpha.
"Back off Soobin." Yeonjun growled. "He's mine."
"No he's not." Soobin said, shoving Yeonjun away from him.
"G-Guys stop it." Taehyun stuttered, his body was heating up even more. He felt like he couldn't breathe, his stomach started to hurt worse than it was before. Taehyun's vision started to blur as he heard yelling and more growling before everything went black.
When Taehyun woke, he was alone in his room. He had a cold wash rag on his forehead and he was no longer in his clothes. He was in his boxers and a tank top. Beomgyu was sitting next to him on the bed, playing with his hair. He looked lost in his thoughts.
"Gyu?" Taehyun mumbled. "What happened? What's going on?"
Beomgyu sighed, continuing to play with Taehyun's hair. "You presented."
"But.. I didn't present as an alpha, did I?" Taehyun asked, already knowing the answer to his question.
"No, I'm sorry Tae." Beomgyu frowned.
"Fuck." Taehyun groaned. "This can't be happening."
Beomgyu pulled Taehyun in between his legs, holding the boy close to him. It gave Taehyun some comfort.
"What's going to happen now?" Taehyun asked, afraid of the answer.
"That's what they're discussing now." Beomgyu said. "Until your heat is over, you have to stay in here."
"What about the others?" Taehyun asked.
"They're not allowed to be here." Beomgyu said. "I'll be here to feed you and help you however I can."
Taehyun nodded, laying his head against Beomgyu's shoulder. So that meant he'd have to jerk off a shit ton to satisfy himself at least a little bit. "What do you think is going to happen?"
"I'm not sure Taehyunnie, I'm hoping they can figure something out. Something to keep the group together." Beomgyu said, kissing Taehyun's head. "They just have to not act on their alpha instincts like they did earlier."
"What happened after I passed out?" Taehyun asked, playing with Beomgyu's fingers.
"When they were arguing and shoving each other, I ran to get our staff to get them to stop. I didn't want to leave you with them but I wasn't going to be able to stop the three of them." Beomgyu frowned.
Taehyun turned around, taking Beomgyu's face in his hands. "Don't beat yourself up Gyu, I know you tried to stop them. Thank you for that."
"C-Can you scent me?" Beomgyu whispered. "Please?"
Taehyun smiled, leaning in to scent the boy. Beomgyu loved every second of it and Taehyun had to admit it felt good to be able to scent the boy, even if he is an omega and not an alpha like he thought he would be. If he wasn't an omega, the others wouldn't have fought and been mean to Beomgyu. Hopefully they can figure this out. They really need to figure it out.
Taehyun's heat continued on for a very frustrating and long week. He came countless times but it was never satisfying enough. Beomgyu cuddled him, fed him and just took care of him the whole time and Taehyun was very thankful for it. But a part of Taehyun did want an alpha to help him through his heat or maybe three? Taehyun wasn't sure, he had a lot on his mind with all of this happening out of nowhere.
After Taehyun's heat ended, the three boys were allowed to come back to the dorm. Their managers and staff followed. Immediately the three boys began apologizing to Taehyun.
"Tae, we're sorry for how we acted." Soobin said, crouching in front of the boy.
"We let our instincts take over, we should've had better control of ourselves." Yeonjun said.
"Can you forgive us?" Kai asked. "We promise to never let it happen again."
Taehyun looked at Beomgyu, who was sitting beside him. Beomgyu took Taehyun's hand, nodding in reassurance.
"Aren't you sorry for shoving Beomgyu and being mean to him?" Taehyun asked.
"They already apologized Tae." Beomgyu said, squeezing the omega's hand.
Taehyun nodded. "I forgive you three but never let it happen again. Just cause I'm an omega, doesn't mean I won't fuck you up."
"We wouldn't expect anything different." Yeonjun chuckled.
"So I guess this brings us to the problems this will bring." Their manager said. "We've talked it over and we've decided on the options you five can choose."
"What are they?" Taehyun asked, afraid to even ask.
"Other alphas are going to try to court you or might try worse since you've presented now. There's only a few ways to avoid that. We don't want to kick you out of the group but if the other options don't work or if they cause even more problems, we may have to either kick you or the group will have to disband." Their manager said. Taehyun gulped, his eyes widening as he looked at the other boys.
"No absolutely not. No one is getting kicked out and we aren't disbanding." Beomgyu argued. "What are the options?"
"It's not a safe option given that there's three alphas in the group but one of you can mate with Taehyun, that will stop any unwanted alphas trying to get with Taehyun or harming him. But that can cause jealousy and problems between the other alphas in the group. If say Soobin mated with Taehyun, most likely Yeonjun and Kai will get jealousy and angry and will try to take Taehyun away from Soobin." Their manager said. "So that leaves us with this option, you all mate with each other. Not just Taehyun but all of you. Meaning the alphas mate with each other and Beomgyu, Beomgyu mates and bites you guys back and you all mate and bite Taehyun. Creating a pack bond. And lastly which can still probably cause problems but maybe not as much, is you all separate dorms. You'll only see Beomgyu and Taehyun for music videos, interviews, dance practices but you'll have security around at all times, making sure that no one tries anything and no fights break out. But that does leave Taehyun unmated so when you're at music shows or wherever we need to be, Taehyun will have even more security."
"So we would literally just be coworkers?" Yeonjun asked. Their manager nodded. "Absolutely not."
"We have to try the pack mating then." Taehyun said. "I know it's not ideal but it's the safest option and really the only option where things will work out."
"I have no problem mating with you, it's them I have a problem with." Kai glared at the other two alphas.
"Yeah, why do we all have to mate?" Soobin asked. "What if we just mate with Taehyun?"
"That won't work, that will just cause jealously and fights. Like I said would happen if only one of you mated with Taehyun." Their manager said.
"We have to do this for Taehyun." Beomgyu said. "And really for each other. We can make this work, we have to make this work. If we don't we might as well just disband because we'll all just be miserable if we have to separate or if Taehyun got kicked out, plus it will keep Taehyun safe from other alphas."
The three alphas looked at each other, sighing and nodding their heads.
"We have to do it for Taehyun." Yeonjun said.
"Okay, everything should be okay now that Taehyun is no longer in his heat, so you all should be okay by yourselves. But Beomgyu if anything happens call right away and if Beomgyu can't call, Taehyun get into your room and lock the door and call us and we will be here right away." Their manager said. They all nodded their heads before the managers and staff left. Taehyun really hoped everything wouldn't go up in flames.
"So..." Beomgyu said. "We should probably talk about this, like how we're going to do it. Have a plan ya know."
"Obviously." Yeonjun said, rolling his eyes at the beta.
"What should we do? Should I kiss you guys all or something? I mean are we all even attracted to each other? This is too much." Taehyun groaned, putting his head in his hands.
"Maybe they shouldn't kiss you or anything in front of each other just yet." Beomgyu said.
"But we need to see it to help us get along so we aren't at each other's throats constantly." Soobin said.
"Then how about I try kissing you each?" Taehyun asked, sliding down onto the floor without another word, the others followed suit, sitting in a circle. The three alphas nodded at Taehyun's suggestion. "Soobin, come here."
Soobin scooted closer, a proud smirk on his face as he looked at the other two alphas before looking at the pretty omega in front of him. Taehyun leaned forward, kissing Soobin. Soobin's hand came up to cup the back of Taehyun's neck, immediately taking control of the kiss. Taehyun gasped as Soobin bit his lip, slipping his tongue into Taehyun's mouth. The two kissed a little longer, leaving Taehyun breathless. Soobin pulled back with a smirk before sitting back to let the omega, kiss the other two alphas.
Immediately Yeonjun pulled Taehyun into his lap and before Taehyun could say or do anything, Yeonjun was kissing him senseless. His hands gripping Taehyun's thighs, his tongue slowly working its way into Taehyun's mouth. Taehyun didn't stand a chance against Soobin or Yeonjun's dominance.
With Kai, Kai was a little less dominant with the boy. He kissed Taehyun passionately and slowly, not immediately taking control or shoving his tongue down Taehyun's throat. Taehyun was even more breathless after kissing all three of them.
"Wow." Taehyun muttered, he knew his face had to be tinted with his blushing. "That was.. really enjoyable."
The three alphas smirked at his words.
"Me next!" Beomgyu cheered. Taehyun smiled, leaning over and kissing him. Beomgyu was very enthusiastic in kissing just like he was in most things. And Taehyun loved it, he loved kissing all of them. It was a little overwhelming but it was very enjoyable and Taehyun wanted more. But they couldn't rush this, it just wouldn't be right. They need to make sure everyone can get along and make this work before anyone mates anyone.
"So now what?" Kai asked.
"Everyone should kiss." Beomgyu said. "So who wants to kiss me?"
Yeonjun laughed. "Yeah right."
"No thanks." Soobin chuckled. "It'll just be weird Gyu."
Taehyun noticed Beomgyu's face drop but he quickly masked it. "You guys can't handle kissing me an."
Beomgyu was interrupted by Kai leaning forward and softly pecking Beomgyu's lips. Beomgyu's eyes widened, not expecting the youngest alpha to kiss him even if it was just a peck.
"Hmm your lips are soft." Kai said, nodding to himself. Taehyun smiled at the younger boy, glad that he didn't follow suit in not wanting to kiss Beomgyu like Yeonjun and Soobin.
"Chapstick." Beomgyu chuckled.
"Well that wasn't a real kiss but it's a start." Taehyun said. "So who's next?"
"I don't think we should push our luck with trying to kiss yet." Soobin said. "We might end up ripping each other's heads off."
"Yeah, Soobin's right. One step at a time." Yeonjun nodded.
"Well I need food so let's eat." Taehyun said, standing up and walking into the kitchen. The others following closely behind him. Soobin made him sit down so they could cook and pamper him, since he's going to be their omega and should get used to it. It was going to take some time getting used to but hopefully things work out. Taehyun really fucking hopes things work out.
"Gyu sit your ass down, we don't need you burning the dorm down." Yeonjun said.
"Hey! It was one small fire, nothing happened!" Beomgyu argued.
