When she was Naksu, she would never thought that one day she would become friends with the four seasons.
It wasn’t easy at first, to accept their friendship. Not with her father’s blood on their families hand. But after everything was revealed, that Jin Mu was the one behind that tragedy, she could finally made peace with them and accept their friendship as whole.
One thing for sure, she really hope this wedding of the century would went through without a hitch. For they need to have something good after all the tragedy that has happened.
“What are you doing here?” someone whisper in her ear, startling her.
“You know I could punt you from this bridge right?” she said as she mock glare at the culprit, the man she love the most in this world, Jang Uk.
“Oh, so fierce,” he teased her as he takes a step back avoiding her attempt to hit him.
She glared at him while he laugh.
“But really, what are you doing here, Mu Deok-ah? I’ve been looking for you all morning,” he smiled cheekily, “I thought you avoiding me,”
She frown, avoiding him? Why would she avoiding him? Wait, last night she- her eyes widened.
“A-avoiding you? W-why would i do that?”
If possible, he grin even wider and said “You remember don’t you?”
“Remember what?”she glowered. Well, she actually remember, but he doesn’t need to know that right?
“Remember what you do to me of course,” he cheekily said as he boldly gesturing to his body.
She scoffed, “I didn’t do anything. I just kiss- she closed her eyes and groan. Why would she said that?
“Are you sure you just kiss me?” he said, eyebrows wiggling scandalously, “Are you sure you don’t do anything else?” he bit his lips and blinked his eyes slowly.
Th-this man! She could feel her cheeks getting warmer.
“Whatever! You could choose to remember whatever you want! Even the thing that doesn't happen!” she fumed as she started to walk away.
“Wait!” he said as he moved and catch her hand, pulling her into his embrace, “Alright, alright, i won’t tease you again. Don’t go, Mu Deok-ah,” he smiled, eyes peered down at her.
“Fine” she bit out as she lightly slap his chest, “But, we better go to banquet now, I think the ceremony is about to start,” she said, ignoring his yelp, as she pulled him along and began walking to Songrim.
All the way there, flowers adorn every corner of the city. It's colourful petals catching her eyes. it’s all so beautiful.
“Do you like it?” he asked as he swaying their intertwined hand back and forth,
“Yes, it’s pretty,” she smiled softly, “In the past, I don’t even have time to just live, much less appreciating the beauty of flower. Yet now, I think I understand why people love it so much,” she mused, as she look at the flower petals blown by the wind.
“Do you want it?” he suddenly stop and take her other hand in his, “I mean a wedding like this, do you want it?” he asked, eyes staring seriously at hers,
“I don-” she hesitated, did she want a wedding like this? “I like the flowers and yes, I love how I feel when I wear that bridal attire,” she admit, “But I don’t like the hassle that come with it,” she chuckled lightly, "Seeing the preparation for this one already made me exhausted,"
“Then we let Kim Do Joo handle all of it, I bet she already had a plan on hand,” he said without missing a beat, “So what do you think?” he asked her again, his smile gentle and sweet.
“Well, I think, how about we attend Park Dang Gu and Jin Cho Yeon wedding first, then let us see from there, alright?” she smiled back at him.
“Alright, let’s do that,” he agreed as they continue their walk.
They walk in comfortable silence, intertwined hand still swaying back and forth.
“You know, You will make a beautiful bride,” he said out of the blue, eyes never straying away from her.
"Is that flattery I hear, Jang Uk? I thought it was my speciality," she laughed, as she playfully nudged his shoulder,
He stopped walking and facing her "Mu Deok-ah, it's not flattery. It's simply the truth. You will make a beautiful bride. Whether we get married at a grand wedding like this one or in the wilderness, or wherever we are, you will be the most beautiful bride I've ever seen," he said seriously, as he pulled her closer and raised their intertwined hand, "Just like this one of a kind ring, you are the only one for me, you will be my one and only bride, forever and always," he said, like a vow. Sincere and loyal.
"You are the only one for me too, forever and always," blushing hard, she replied simply, word seem to escape her. She said it like a vow, sincere and loyal, as she raise on her tiptoes and sealed it with a kiss.
When their lips met, under the blue sky, with flowers petals scattered in the wind, she vow, no matter what happen, no matter where they go, she will stay with him forever and always.
When they deepened the kiss, breath mingling with each other, a clash of lips and tongue, she vow, she will love him forever and always.
As they break apart, catching their breath, she look straight at his eyes and said, "l love you, Jang Uk-ah," smile bloomed on her face.
"I love you too, Mu Deok-ah," he said as the same smile mirrored on his face.
When they look at each other, smile on their face, she vow, he will forever and always be her one and only.
