“GET DOWN!!!”
“NEVER!”
“LUZ, GETTING BIT BY A GRIFFIN DOES NOT MEAN YOU’LL BE ABLE TO FLY!”
Amity pinched the bridge of her nose at the frown Luz gave her from the roof of the Owl House.
“But- But Viney said-”
“I know what Viney said, Luz. But she only said that because you watched Spider Man with her. Of COURSE she was going to tell you that!!”
Luz’s raised arms slowly dropped to her sides, and she pouted. “…Fine, ill come down..”
Amity stared at her, before letting out an exasperated sigh. “No, no. Go ahead and jump.”
Luz spun back around, her giddy smile returning. “Really??”
“Just- hurry up and do it, before I change my mind!”
Luz ran backward, disappearing out of Amity’s sight. Confusion filled her eyes, before she heard Luz let out a loud yell, and ran full speed to the edge of the roof, practically throwing herself off.
Amity squeaked, summoning an abomination that caught her girlfriend before she hit the ground. She placed her hand over her chest and let out a sigh of relief, before Luz hopped down and giggled. “That. Was. SO MUCH FUN.”
Before Amity had time to say anything, the energetic human took off and began scaling the Owl House to get to the roof again.
Amity thought about telling her to get down, but seeing the big smile on her humans face, she shook her head and simply smiled, readying her abomination to catch her again.
