Work Header

The Bonuses of Coworkers

Summary:

Being a teacher seems to be working out well so far. It's not the same as hero work, but it's just as rewarding and just as difficult at times, so Toshinori can say he's pretty content with it so far

He just doesn't expect Aizawa's relationship with his coworkers to be so... risqué

He certainly doesn't expect to like it as much as he does

Notes:

Why? God asks as I open a new word document because I lack self control. Why would you start a new fic when you already have a wip you haven't updated in six months? And why would you make the first fic you post in a new fandom a smut fic?

The answer to that is very simple, my friends. I don't want to work on my other fic and I think Aizawa deserves to be a whore and get railed by his coworkers. Enjoy

Chapter Text

Toshinori really, truly, honestly, has no idea how he ends up in these situations. It must be some kind of curse. A horribly tricky piece of magic dooming him to have eternal bad luck when it comes to paperwork specifically.

Because Toshinori - although he doesn't know how - has somehow managed to leave his folder full of forms and students' schoolwork in class 1-B. Despite never even setting foot in class 1-B today.

The only bright side is the hallways are completely empty, devoid of both students and staff alike, so there's no one around to see him power walk to the classroom in his skeletal form. The school day ended hours ago, clubs wrapped up not long after, and even most of the teachers have gone home already. Toshinori himself had been preparing to head out when he noticed he didn't have his folder with him, and it was only Present Mic telling him he'd spotted it in 1-B earlier that prevented Toshinori from spending the whole night turning the entire school upside down to look for it. Or worse, begging Nezu to help track it down.

The classroom finally comes into view, and Toshinori sighs in relief, finally letting himself slow down to take a moment to breathe. His one lung does a wonderful job of keeping up as much as it can with his active lifestyle, but a full day of teaching combined with a less than ideal pain day means even this has left him more breathless than usual.

He's hoping Vlad King has stayed late tonight. Sure, he can always collect it tomorrow, but he doesn't like leaving any of his paperwork lying around for anyone to get their hands on. He'd rather have it at home, where he knows exactly where it is, even if it only sits there and taunts him. So he's had to rush to hopefully catch Vlad before he leaves, providing he hasn't left already and Toshinori hasn't been power walking through the hallways like a fool and running out of breath for nothing.

But with the classroom in sight, Toshinori can afford to take it a little easier.

With a final, still slightly wheezing gulp of air, Toshinori goes to knock on the door, hoping desperately it isn't locked and Vlad hasn't gone home yet because it feels wrong to enter a homeroom teacher's classroom without permission, but when his knuckles meet the wood, it slowly swings open slightly. Not by much, not enough to see inside, but just enough to show it's not locked. There's some kind of rustling going on inside, and a muffled swear that sounds like it came from Vlad. Toshinori's heart soars; he isn't too late to catch Vlad and grab his folder.

"Apologies for intruding," he says, pushing the door open the rest of the way, "but I believe I've left my-"

Toshinori takes exactly one step in and freezes in his tracks.

Vlad King is there all right. Standing by the podium, fists gripping the edges tightly, with his pants around his ankles and someone's legs wrapped loosely around his waist…

Oh. Oh that's Aizawa. That's Aizawa perched on the podium, naked from the waist down. With Vlad between his legs. And his hands on Vlad's shoulders. And he's… and they're…

Toshinori squeaks.

With a loud grunt, Vlad stops… stops moving. He cracks an eye open and glances at Toshinori, looking more than a little peeved. "Yeah?"

"I." Toshinori doesn't remember how to talk. He doesn't know where to look. Should he look Vlad in the eye and pretend nothing out of the ordinary is happening, or should he glance around the room to give them some privacy? "I. You. I just-"

"Spit it out," Aizawa says, his voice just as bored and drawling as it always is. Nothing even slightly out of the ordinary aside from the breathless quality to it. "We don't have all day."

"I think I left my folder in here," Toshinori spits out obediently. He tears his gaze away from his coworkers to stare at the incredibly fascinating crack in the wall. "Present Mic said he'd seen it here, I don't know if you-"

"It's on that desk," Vlad huffs impatiently.

Toshinori glances at the rows of desks, still trying desperately to avoid looking at his coworkers. Sure enough, his folder is sitting innocently on the desk closest to him, and really, how did it end up here? And why did it have to end up here?

He doesn't mean to, but he can't help but catch the little twitch of movement out of the corner of his eye, nor can he miss Aizawa's sharp inhale. He doesn't know how they can even think about continuing - he knows he would be put off for months if he got caught doing something like this by one of his coworkers - but he doesn't intend to be around while they do. He's already never going to be able to look them in the eyes ever again, he doesn't need to be unable to be in the same room as them entirely. That will make teaching very difficult.

"Thank you!" His voice is so hysterical it can almost be mistaken for chipper. As fast as he can without his quirk, Toshinori grabs the folder and definitely does not bolt for the exit. "Have a nicedayokaygoodbye!"

The door slams shut perhaps a little harder than necessary, and Toshinori leans on it, panting and face burning like he's just finished a marathon. Or what Aizawa and Vlad are-

Toshinori smacks himself with the folder. The thought only makes his cheeks heat even more, which he didn't think was possible.

He knows a job at UA isn't like other jobs. He knows the dynamic between Aizawa and the other teachers is atypical; Present Mic informed him when he first joined the staff that many of them like to spar with Aizawa at school - for training and keeping their skills sharp, Toshinori presumes - and even asked if he's okay with that, reassuring him he doesn't have to see anything he doesn't want to. It was a sweet gesture, and although Toshinori can't possibly fathom why he would care if the other teachers spontaneously spar with Aizawa in the teacher's lounge, he still appreciates the consideration for his comfort. Not that he's ever seen anyone so much as take a swing at Aizawa, but still. It's nice to be considered.

But he would've much preferred a warning for this, although he doesn't know how Mic could possibly predict a situation like this might need a warning. This is not what he expected when he thought about unusual coworker interactions.

What is he even supposed to do now? Does he report them? Pretend he never saw anything and let them go about their business however they like? Surely it must be inappropriate to do… that… on campus, and especially in a classroom, but then again, he doesn't want to tell anyone about this, ever.

Is there even a need to report it? Nezu knows everything that happens in this school. If he can keep track of so many things during the school day when it's busy and crowded, surely he can't have conveniently missed what two of his staff members are getting up to in an empty classroom after hours. If Toshinori informs him, will he even achieve anything aside from embarrassing himself?

He takes a moment to think about how he would even start that conversation and shudders.

No. He isn't familiar with the procedure for a situation like this in this school, but whatever it is, he has no interest in participating. He's going to walk away, grade these papers, fill out these forms, and take this humiliating moment to the grave with him. It's none of his business, and he doesn't care if he's supposed to make it his business or not.

He is, quite frankly, too old for this shit.

Even without his ear pressed against the door, the muffled moan from the other side still leaks through far too clear for comfort.

With frantic desperation Toshinori pushes away from the door, power walks out of the school, then sprints all the way home, one lung and less than ideal pain day be damned.

… He's never going to be able to enjoy those early mornings in the teacher's lounge ever again, is he?

The… incident passes without mention from anybody. Not from Vlad, not from Nezu, and certainly not from Aizawa. And, well, Toshinori isn't going to be the one to rock the boat, so he keeps quiet, too. The three of them never speak of it again, and Vlad and Aizawa act the same way they always do around him. And Toshinori has years of experience with acting normal and gleeful around people who have made him far more uncomfortable than an embarrassing situation with no one being the wiser, so between the three of them, none of the other teachers suspect a thing is up with them.

Surprisingly, Vlad and Aizawa's lack of awkwardness around him is what helps him move on from the little accident. He cautiously settles back into his usual routine, and the lack of uncomfortable side glances or stilted conversations make it easier to go back to talking to them and discussing lesson plans like nothing ever happened.

It did happen, of course, and Toshinori won't ever be able to forget it no matter how hard he tries. But it's easier than he thought to pretend it didn't, and that's all he cares about. He still can't quite look either of them in the eyes, but he no longer feels like he'll spontaneously combust if he's in the room with them for an extended period of time, and that's all he really needs.

Perhaps that's why the next little incident startles him so much.

Or maybe it's because it happens with no warning and a complete lack of shame of any kind.

Cementoss is helpfully giving Toshinori some much needed teaching advice in the teacher's lounge when it happens. The only other person in the room is Aizawa, who is hunched over his desk and lazily working his way through a stack of students' papers. Judging by how much red is on the paper he's currently grading, at least one student is going to be very, very unhappy when they get their work back.

It's a quiet afternoon, just after lunch, with only the three of them in the room. Toshinori is the only one with a class, but that's not until later, so he has plenty of time to socialize with his coworkers. Or, well, coworker, singular, because Aizawa is never one for socialization.

Personally, Toshinori is quite proud of the fact he hasn't even gotten mildly uncomfortable in Aizawa's presence yet. It's progress he wasn't sure he'd ever make when he first walked in on Aizawa and Vlad and discovered their intimate relationship.

Naturally, this observation almost immediately backfires on him.

Power Loader catches everyone's attention by slamming open the door so hard it bangs against the wall, then follows in its footsteps by crashing into the walls himself as he stumbles into the teacher's lounge, just barely remembering to kick the door shut. There's something wild and unhinged in his eyes, and Toshinori would worry he's drunk if he didn't know exactly who is in his class.

"Hatsume giving you hell again?" Cementoss asks sympathetically.

Power Loader groans. "I regret teaching. I never should've let Nezu get his paws on me. I'd resign tomorrow if he wouldn't hand my letter to my class and tell them to make blueprints on it."

"Welcome to my world," Aizawa says dryly, not once looking up from his stack of papers. "At least you only have one problem child."

"She makes up for being the only one by causing the biggest problems. At least you don't have to repair your classroom every two minutes."

"That's true," Cementoss says. "Your hell class at least keep their destruction to the training grounds. Your classroom is usually pretty intact."

"I can't even punish her for it," Power Loader moans. "She does amazing work, and I've never seen a student invent so many things in such a short time span like she has. I just want her to stop blowing everything up the second I turn my back."

Poor Power Loader. At times like this, Toshinori is glad he's just the Heroics teacher; at least things in his class are usually supposed to get destroyed.

"Is there anything we can do to help?" he asks.

"I can trade my exploding student for yours if you want," Aizawa offers. Toshinori can't tell if he's joking.

"No, but thanks." Power Loader sighs, then pauses as he considers something. "Actually, Aizawa, do you mind if I…?"

He doesn't finish his sentence, but apparently he doesn't need to, because Aizawa grunts and pushes himself up from his chair, rearranging his papers to the side so his desk is somewhat clear.

And then he pulls down his pants.

"Actually, this is a good example of why you should always keep some of your attention on all of your students," Cementoss says, turning back to Toshinori and continuing his advice-turned-lecture like their coworker isn't undressing right behind him. "I made that mistake once. I thought my students couldn't possibly cause too much trouble in my class since it's only modern literature, so I left the room for five minutes to get more coffee while they worked on group assignments. I've never seen a class in such chaos, and I've never left them unsupervised since."

Aizawa reaches behind himself, exhaling softly as he pulls a butt plug out of himself, then digs into his desk to retrieve a bottle of lube. Behind him, Power Loader pulls out a condom and pushes his own pants down to his thighs.

"It's easy to think they might be mature enough to handle themselves for a few minutes, especially since you teach hero students," Cementoss continues, apparently completely oblivious to the crinkle of the condom wrapper, "but you'll be surprised at what they may do the moment you turn your back. Just make sure to always keep an eye on them no matter what you're doing, and you'll be fine."

"I… I don't think that will be a problem with 1-A," Toshinori says weakly, trying desperately to keep his eyes on Cemetoss' face and not on Aizawa leaning his elbows on his desk and bending over. "Aizawa doesn't seem the type to keep students who misbehave like that."

"True, but it's better to be safe than sorry. You'll be surprised how many students, even hero students, think it's acceptable to act out once their homeroom teacher is no longer in sight."

"They don't - ah - last long in my class if they do," Aizawa adds, voice hitching on the last word as Power Loader pushes in.

"Fuck," Power Loader hisses, tightly gripping Aizawa's hips.

"1-B might, though," Cementoss says, "so it's better to learn now than wait for an incident to happen."

"I'm pretty sure - ah, shit - pretty sure All Might is capable of handling a few unruly tee-eens," Power Loader says. Despite himself, Toshinori's gaze drifts to him just as he starts moving, only to catch himself and snap his attention back to Cementoss, who still isn't acting like anything out of the ordinary is happening. "That's not helpful advice, Ishiyama."

Cementoss probably responds to that, most likely with even more advice, but Toshinori doesn't hear a word of it because Aizawa chooses that exact second to moan softly, and that steals every last scrap of his attention. It's difficult to focus on whatever extremely useful words he's being given when all his ears can focus on are the activities happening behind Cementoss' back. He keeps his eyes fixed firmly on Cementoss' face, but that doesn't stop him from hearing every last hitching breath from Aizawa, or Power Loader's groans and soft swears, and certainly not the slapping of skin or the creaking of the table as Aizawa is fucked on his own desk in the middle of the teacher's lounge in front of his coworkers.

Why is Power Loader even doing this with Aizawa? He thought Vlad was the one in an intimate relationship with Aizawa. Is he wrong? Is there some kind of friends with benefits thing going on between the three of them?

Toshinori doesn't want to think about it. He very desperately doesn't want to think about it. But unfortunately it's all he can think about.

How has Cementoss not noticed? His back is to them, sure, but they're not exactly being quiet. He must be fully aware of what they're doing, so why isn't he saying anything? Even if he doesn't want to call any attention to it out of sheer awkwardness, he should still have some kind of reaction. Any. Something that indicates he finds this as awkward as Toshinori does.

But he doesn't. He just continues talking, completely oblivious to the fact Toshinori is not hearing a word of what he says, like absolutely nothing unusual is going on.

He either has the world's best poker face, or he truly hasn't noticed what's going on, because there's no way he can know and be nonchalant about it.

The desk rocks a little too harshly, and a few papers from Aizawa's desk flutter to the floor. Hysterically, Toshinori contemplates picking them up and putting them back for Aizawa while he's… occupied.

This isn't like last time. There's no awkward getaway to be made. He's trapped by social norms and polite conversation, and he can't escape without alerting Cementoss to the situation behind him, which he is absolutely not going to do.

He glances at the clock, but there's still forty minutes left until his class. Not enough time to subtly retreat under the excuse of preparing for his lesson; not without drawing attention to Power Loader and Aizawa, at least.

So what is he supposed to do? Is he really supposed to stand here and listen to… to this and pretend nothing is happening? He can't do that. Every squeak of the furniture just makes his face burn even hotter than it already is, and he's not sure how much he can endure before he permanently bursts into flames and becomes identical to Endeavor.

But what else can he do without making things even more awkward? He doesn't know how anyone can miss the panting and groaning coming from his coworkers, but he's certainly not going to be the one to point out the elephant in the room. Toshinori may be able to fight the worst kinds of villains without breaking a sweat, but he's not brave enough to create an awkward situation like that, and he's certainly not brave enough to deal with it. He'd rather-

"Oh, fuck," Aizawa almost whimpers.

Against his wishes, Toshinori's eyes slide to him. Aizawa's face is flushed a deep red, eyes half lidded and lips parted as he pants. When his tongue darts out to wet his lips, Toshinori swears it's in slow motion.

"Fuck," Aizawa whispers again, pushing back eagerly against Power Loader. "There."

Despite himself, warmth pools in Toshinori's gut.

Oh no.

"-ll Might?"

Toshinori's eyes snap back to Cementoss.

"Are you alright?"

"Just fine," Toshinori croaks.

"Are you sure? You're looking a little red. Do you need to go see Shuzenji?"

Oh, Toshinori will drop dead before he lets Recovery Girl catch wind of this. "Nope! I'm dandy! Perfectly alright! Or perhaps you could say I'm all might, haha!"

He throws up a double thumbs up to show just how alright he is. Aizawa groans, but Toshinori can't tell if it's because of the pun or because Power Loader is reaching around him to stroke his…

"If you're sure," Cementoss says, although he doesn't look convinced. "Just make sure to drop by her office if it doesn't go away soon. She doesn't take it well when someone hides an illness from her, even though her quirk can't do anything about it. Why, I remember when I first started-"

For all his soft spokenness and seriousness, Cementoss, Toshinori is rapidly realising, is incredibly prone to anecdotal tangents.

It's a terrible thing to combine with someone who very desperately wants to leave as quickly as possible so they don't have to watch their coworkers finish.

"Shit," Power Loader swears again. "Oh shit, Aizawa, m'close…"

"Hah-harder, then," Aizawa pants. His eyes flutter, and seriously, how has Cementoss not noticed? "Come on, don't you fucking dare finish without-!"

His sentence breaks into a moan. Toshinori doesn't think his face can get any redder, and it's impossible to hear the story poor Cementoss is trying to tell when they're being so loud.

Power Loader groans brokenly as he speeds up. The muscles in his arm flex as he works his hand between Aizawa's legs, spurred on when Aizawa moans again.

"- and I refused the ambulance, which in hindsight was a big mistake, never refuse the ambulance-"

"Fuck, just like that-! F-fuck, you feel so… Aizawa-!"

Power Loader groans, knocking Aizawa into the edge of the desk with one last snap of his hips, and curls over Aizawa's back until he's pinning him against the wood. Aizawa swears softly under him, wriggling until he, too, stiffens, trembling beneath Power Loader's body as cute little whines slip out every time he pants. His face is almost as red as Toshinori's, and softer than he's ever seen it before.

Toshinori can't tear his eyes away.

"Hah…" Power Loader pushes himself up on shaky arms, holding Aizawa's hips still as he pulls out. Toshinori looks away in time to not see any private parts he shouldn't and just in time to watch a tied condom fly across the room and into the trash with startling accuracy. "Thanks, Aizawa. I really needed that."

"No problem," Aizawa huffs, although he takes a few more seconds to rest before he pushes himself up, his arms somehow trembling worse than Power Loader's. He adjusts his grip on the butt plug still clenched in his hand, then reaches behind himself to push it back in.

Then both pairs of pants are pulled up, and just like that it's like nothing ever happened.

"Oh, look at the time," Cementoss says, startling Toshinori back to the conversation he should have been paying attention to. "I'm sorry, All Might, I didn't mean to keep you from preparing for your lesson."

Toshinori glances at the clock. Truthfully, on a normal day he wouldn't start preparing for his class for another twenty minutes, but if Cementoss is offering him an excuse to leave, he'll gladly take it.

"It's no trouble," he assures, gathering his things in a daze. "I still have plenty of time. I only need to set a few things up in Gym Gamma."

"Set it up properly this time," Aizawa says. His voice is rough. Toshinori swallows. "It was too easy for them last time."

"Didn't your class nearly get crushed three times last time?" Power Loader asks.

"As I said. Too easy."

"You're so hard on those poor kids."

"Maybe you wouldn't have as many problems with Hatsume if you weren't so soft."

"I'm not soft! You're just unfairly cruel in comparison!"

"And it saves me from the nonsense you have to put up with."

"Not enough to save you from your hell class, though."

Cementoss pats Power Loader on the back. "Would you like me to fix the damage to your classroom now?"

Power Loader slumps. "Yes please."

Toshinori doesn't watch as the two leave the teacher's lounge. He busies himself with reorganizing his things instead so he won't have to look Aizawa in the eyes.

And he just started to get comfortable around him again, too.

"Are you actually going to prepare for your lesson, or are you just going to stand there and pretend to be busy?"

Toshinori startles, nearly knocking his mug off the table. "I'm going! I'm going!"

"Mm. Get to it, then. If you're fast enough maybe you'll have enough time to prepare better and actually challenge my students. I won't have them fall behind because you didn't spend long enough preparing the training grounds."

Toshinori risks a glance at Aizawa and almost immediately wishes he didn't. Aizawa looks the same as he always does, leaning against the wall with his arms folded and a disapproving frown, but there's a redness to his cheeks and a few glistening drops of sweat that break the illusion of bored disinterest.

To anyone else, he might look like he's just come back from a workout.

But Toshinori knows the truth all too well, and it sends heat to his gut again.

No. Not the time or place.

Although it's not like that stopped Aizawa.

For a moment, Toshinori doesn't move, expecting Aizawa to say something. He must have something on his mind, right? This is the second time Toshinori has seen him in a compromising position during work, and Aizawa isn't one to let things slide by unaddressed. That's an irrational waste of time, in his mind, and his blunt nature has never failed to barge open a conversation anyone else would handle with delicacy, so surely this time shouldn't be any different.

But instead all he says is, "Well? Hurry up and go. I want a nap."

"I'm going," Toshinori mumbles, dropping his gaze back to the floor as he finally swings his bag over his shoulder.

Note to self: do not ask Power Loader for any kind of support or costume upgrades ever again for the rest of his life. And possibly in the next life, too.

Once again, the incident goes unmentioned by anyone involved. And once again, Toshinori has no interest in being the one to bring it up.

He just has bad luck. That's all it is. That's why he's caught Aizawa doing… things with his coworkers at work twice now. Surely it won't happen again. Aizawa may not have seemed embarrassed, but then again, he's never been one to wear his emotions openly. It's entirely possible he's beyond humiliated and very good at hiding it, which would explain why he's made no attempt to talk to Toshinori about it.

Then again, someone embarrassed about it wouldn't have pulled down their pants in the middle of the teacher's lounge when other people were already in there in the first place.

Either way, Toshinori is firmly going to stay out of it. Aizawa's sexual relationships are none of his business, and although one could argue they very much become his business when they happen right in front of him at work, he's not going to openly acknowledging that. Never mind that his shower last night was a little longer and a little colder than normal. Never mind that he's once again going to be unable to look Aizawa in the eyes. Never. Mind. It.

He's going to go to his desk, grade his papers, plan out some lessons, and keep his mouth shut.

Nodding firmly to himself, Toshinori enters the teacher's lounge armed with his plan of (in)action.

He closes the door behind him, takes four steps in, and stiffens at the sight that greets him out of sight from the door but perfectly visible from his desk.

Aizawa's on his hands and knees, grunting, as Hound Dog snarls and growls from on top of him as he…

Oh, Toshinori must be hallucinating, because there's no way this is happening again.

Frantic, he glances around the room. It's far from empty - Present Mic, Midnight, and Thirteen are the only teachers who use the teacher's lounge that aren't there - but no one is reacting. Everyone's just going about their normal business like nothing is going on. And unlike last time, no one has their backs to them, so there's no way they can't see.

But there's no way they are seeing it, because surely, surely someone would say something? Toshinori admittedly doesn't have much experience in normal office interactions, but he's pretty sure this isn't one of them.

"All Might?"

Toshinori startles and glances at Power Loader, who's staring at him with furrowed brows.

"Is everything okay?"

"Perfect," Toshinori says weakly. With nothing else to do other than bring everyone's attention to the thing they should already be noticing, Toshinori slumps into his chair at his desk and tries to focus on work.

Tries being the key word, because how is he supposed to focus when Aizawa and Hound Dog are making so much noise?

Hound Dog is the worst between the two. He's grunting and growling and snarling so loud he almost, almost, completely drowns out Aizawa's breathy moans. Every little movement is accompanied by some kind of noise, and it's a wonder the other teachers can even hear themselves think. And the few holding a conversation? They must have some kind of secondary quirk that blocks out background noise, because there's no way they can possibly focus on their conversation with all the commotion.

For a moment, Toshinori is concerned about Aizawa's hip bones. They took a lot of damage during the USJ incident if he remembers correctly, and Hound Dog isn't exactly being gentle. But when he risks a glance, Hound Dog isn't even gripping them tightly enough to bruise, much less hurt. That's good at least. He's sure no one wants to explain to the hospital - or worse, Recovery Girl - that Aizawa's hips broke because he got more than a little too frisky in the middle of the school day.

A whimper - he can't tell if it comes from Hound Dog or Aizawa - breaks Toshinori out of his shameful trance. Cheeks burning and with a frantic wish to just combust into flames and get it over with already, Toshinori turns back to his paperwork.

It's hard. The… distractions in the room make it unnecessarily difficult to focus on his work, but everyone else seems to be managing it, so he will, too. It's not even difficult paperwork. Just fill out a few forms requesting access to specific machinery for his next lesson, access that will almost certainly be approved because Nezu doesn't really care what his plans are so long as they're effective and don't get anyone killed or hurt beyond what Recovery Girl can handle. Easy peasy! He's starting to get so used to these forms he'll soon be able to fill them out in his sleep.

Although right now what he needs is to be able to fill them out through other people "sleeping" together.

… Does it count as sleeping together if they're not in bed and are just going to go right back to work afterwards with no sleep involved?

Focus, Toshinori. Although Aizawa might nap anyway so maybe "sleeping together" is an appropriate term solely because of-

Focus! And not on Hound Dog and Aizawa! They are the exact opposite of what he needs to focus on!

Not that they're making it easy with all that noise. The squeaking desk may be absent this time, but if anything that makes the skin slapping even louder, with only Hound Dog's growls and snarls to drown it out. Even Aizawa, normally so reserved and quiet, is groaning and gasping and moaning so much Toshinori can't help but pay attention to it, and it fills his ears, ringing louder and louder until everything else becomes background instrumentals for Aizawa's lustful little melody-

Stop it! Robots, focus on the robots! Let's see, he'll need roughly fifty robots to ease them into the fight for the first five minutes, then thirty more robots with increased difficulty to throw them for the rest of the exercise. Four groups of five will be best for everyone to get a turn. Eighty robots times four, plus a variety in the programming to challenge different areas for improvement within each group and so the later groups can't rely on observation of the earlier groups alone to get them through the fight-

Toshinori manages to scrape up enough concentration to make it halfway through the second form when the door slams open and ruins all the hard work he put into focusing. And the form he's trying to fill out when his pen slices a line of ink across the paper when he jumps.

Oh, it is not his day.

"Good morning, everyone," Midnight practically purrs.

Everyone mumbles out some kind of greeting - aside from Hound Dog and Aizawa, who are still too preoccupied (and, in Aizawa's case, breathless) to reply - so, glaring down at his paperwork, Toshinori chokes out a greeting, too. Part of him expects her to approach him searching for conversation, because that's just his luck; he doesn't mind talking to his coworkers, quite enjoys it in fact, but right now is a terrible time, there's no way he's going to be able to string two sentences together.

Fortunately, she doesn't. She just heads straight for her desk.

Her desk, which is on the opposite side of the table. Where Aizawa and Hound Dog are…

Well. This isn't going to remain unacknowledged for long, is it?

Sure enough, Midnight pauses as soon as she catches sight of them. Toshinori sits up a little straighter, trying desperately to not look like he's eagerly awaiting her response. Because she must have one, right? This is Midnight, the R Rated Hero, and from what he's seen of her interactions with the other teachers so far, if anyone's going to point out the elephant in the room, awkwardness be damned, it's her.

He doesn't care if everyone else ignores her. He just wants someone to acknowledge what he's seeing.

Midnight cocks her head to the side, hand on her hip as she takes in the situation.

Toshinori holds his breath.

Then…

"Hi, Hound Dog. I didn't see you down there."

…. That's it?

Hound Dog grunts but doesn't otherwise respond. No one else even looks up from their work.

"That time of the year again, huh?" Midnight says sympathetically, nodding to herself. She leans forward, craning her neck so she can presumably see Aizawa. "You doing okay down there, hon? He's not being too rough, is he?"

For a moment, Toshinori doesn't think Aizawa's going to respond. He's panting for air so frantically, reaching behind himself to paw at Hound Dog's leg, and distracted as he is, it wouldn't be surprising if he can't even hear her-

"Fine," he gasps out eventually, slowly, shakily, giving Midnight a thumbs up.

"Good." Midnight gives Hound Dog a pat on the head. "I know you know this, but you take care of him, you hear? Don't break our favourite toy."

Hound Dog snarls, but nods.

"What time of year?" Toshinori blurts out against his will. He flushes when Midnight turns her gaze on him. "I, ah, you mentioned it being… that time of year again? What exactly is, um… that is, just so I know for the future, what does…"

Midnight stares at him, glancing at his burning cheeks, then breaks into a delighted, almost predatory grin.

"Oh, you're so sweet," she coos. "Don't worry, it's nothing you need to worry about. Aizawa takes care of everything."

"It's some kind of mating season thing," Ectoplasm says, like that's supposed to explain anything. "Aizawa helps out."

"I see," Toshinori says, even though he doesn't.

No one says anything more about it. Midnight sits at her desk without any further acknowledgement aside from ruffling Aizawa's hair, and everyone else goes straight back to work without a word.

Like they don't even care about what's happening right in front of them.

So… they've all known the whole time what Aizawa is up to? And it's, what, just normal to them?

… What the fuck?

"Fucking shit," Aizawa groans, clawing even more frantically for a part of Hound Dog to hold. "Hurry up-!"

Hound Dog lurches forward, pushing Aizawa's shoulders to the ground and pinning him there so he's lying face down with his ass in the air. One hand stays curled around his hip to hold him still, and the other is planted firmly between his shoulder blades to keep him pinned down.

Toshinori swallows, unable to tear his eyes away no matter how desperately he tries. He's just… making sure Hound Dog isn't being too rough with Aizawa. Yeah. It might be for the best if someone keeps an eye out for any signs of distress.

And it's definitely just a coincidence the room feels hotter than it did a minute ago.

"Fuck!" Aizawa shouts, but aside from a testing little wiggle, he doesn't actually squirm to get away or try to push Hound Dog off. "That's it, come on, just like that, fu-uck!"

Hound Dog borderline howls as he stiffens, digging his fingers into Aizawa's hip and curling his other hand into a fist as he presses Aizawa even further into the floor. Aizawa's still panting, but it stops with a shuddery gasp as he trembles under Hound Dog's hands.

The silence is piercing, but it doesn't last long. Hound Dog sits up, holding Aizawa's hips still, much gentler this time as he pulls away. Toshinori flicks his eyes back down to his ruined paperwork so they won't catch him staring.

"Thanks," Hound Dog says gruffly.

"Mm. You're… welcome."

And just like that they return to their desks, although Aizawa very pointedly doesn't sit down.

The rest of the morning before school begins passes in a blur Toshinori can't remember. He sits and stares at the request forms he's supposed to fill out blankly and makes no attempt to complete them. How can he when his mind is stuck on the events that just transpired? And, more importantly, the way the rest of his coworkers acted like it wasn't a big deal and a perfectly normal thing to do?

The shuffling of the teachers gathering their things is the only thing to alert Toshinori to the fact the bell is about to ring. Numbly, and not sure what else to do, Toshinori packs up his own things and heads out the door.

He needs to get a new form from Nezu anyway.

Okay, so maybe he needs to actually talk to someone about these little incidents, Toshinori realises that night as he's getting ready for bed. Clearly he's missing something since everyone except him seems to be in on the situation.

He honestly thought he'd be more disgusted. Sure, he's not felt any disgust so far, just endless humiliation and a burning desire to not talk about it, but he thought that was due to shock drowning it out, or his refusal to think about it not giving him time to feel disgusted.

But he's been letting himself think about it ever since he got home, and he doesn't feel disgusted or uncomfortable at all. He's more confused than anything. Aizawa doesn't seem like the type of person who'd want something so private broadcasted so openly to his coworkers. And, well, no one expects to watch their coworker get fucked by their peers in the middle of a school, so Toshinori can forgive himself for not seeing it coming.

But apparently Aizawa is that type of person, and apparently their coworkers not only don't care but are in on this… whatever this is.

More than anything, Toshinori just wants to understand.

It's not that he can't understand wanting a sexual relationship with Aizawa. He's a very handsome man, sharp and rough but somehow graceful in a way Toshinori's never seen before, like a panther prowling through its territory. They haven't always seen eye to eye, but even Toshinori knows it would be foolish to claim Aizawa isn't attractive. He can certainly see why multiple people are interested in him, and he'd be lying if he said his own thoughts haven't strayed once or twice even before they started working together at UA.

Besides, it's hard to not think of Aizawa like that when he's so willing to show it to anyone who dares walk into the teacher's lounge. Who could be faulted for having less than professional thoughts when they get to see the real thing up close, so close, achingly close? It's difficult to see Aizawa bent over his desk and not imagine what it would be like to be behind him, holding his hips steady, making him moan and whine so sweetly and openly under every little touch…

Ahem. The point is, Toshinori can see the appeal.

He mainly just doesn't understand why they choose to do it at school. It doesn't even come from a place of judgement; he just doesn't get it. Obviously they're all aware Aizawa has multiple partners, judging by the way neither Vlad nor Power Loader batted an eyelid when Hound Dog was on top of him, but Toshinori doesn't understand how, exactly, it works. Is there a schedule? First come, first serve? And wouldn't it make more sense to do it off school grounds so they can spend as long as they want together? Are they all so stretched for time that only the school day contains the minutes to spare for a quick coupling? His own hours for hero work are already reduced due to his time limit, so he has plenty of spare time outside of teaching - far too much time, actually - but he doesn't know if the other teachers also have some kind of arrangement going on to limit their patrolling hours so they don't overwork themselves.

Maybe he should double check that with Nezu. Just in case. If his staff truly don't have enough time in the day to spend personal time with another human being within their own homes, perhaps he should look into persuading their agencies to give them more time off.

Or maybe they have plenty of spare time and just do it anyway for fun. Maybe they like the risk of getting caught. Toshinori isn't very familiar with the details of kinks like this, but he is aware of their existence. Perhaps that's what's going on.

It's almost amusing, really, how this whole thing bothers him, but not the way it's supposed to bother him. If he could just get an explanation for what's going on so he doesn't get practically jumpscared by Aizawa every time he enters a room…

Although an explanation won't stop anything from happening in those rooms, so perhaps it won't make a difference.

Still, Toshinori just wants to know. If he knows, maybe he won't find it so distracting.

Tomorrow, he decides as he settles under the blankets ready to sleep. Tomorrow he'll find Aizawa and ask him what, exactly, is going on. Aizawa will give him a straight answer no matter what. Hopefully he can catch him before anyone else decides to have some fun with him. Embarrassment aside, Toshinori really doesn't want to stand around and awkwardly wait for him to finish just so he can talk to him. He doesn't know if he'll be able to remain calm and coherent while speaking to a freshly fucked Aizawa, with his hair still messy and his breath still heavy and that deep, drawling voice still so sex rough…

Toshinori shoots up, cheeks aflame.

On second thoughts, a nice cold shower before bed sounds wonderful.

Toshinori doesn't get a chance to speak to Aizawa until lunch. Through no fault of his own, he may add. He arrived nice and early in the morning, but Aizawa showed up late and only had enough time to dump his things at his desk before he had to rush off to get to his homeroom class on time. And since no one knows where Aizawa goes in those hours between homeroom and lunch, Toshinori had to spend the whole morning waiting for the next opportunity to talk to him.

The good news is he knows exactly where Aizawa will be during lunch. The other teachers vary, but Aizawa is always in the teacher's lounge during lunch, usually to nap, occasionally to work. Or get intimate with his coworkers, apparently.

Considering what he's there to speak to Aizawa about, and considering how he's slowly accepting what Aizawa gets up to during school hours, it really shouldn't fluster him so much when he enters the teacher's lounge and finds that, once again, Aizawa is partially undressed with someone between his legs - Present Mic, this time.

Flushing, Toshinori hurries to close the door as quickly and discreetly as he can. Fortunately, upon a second glance, it appears he's caught them just as they've finished. Aizawa's sitting on Mic's desk, his legs wrapped around his waist, and they're both panting with their foreheads pressed together, but neither of them are actually moving. They're sweating and exhausted, but satisfied. Good. Toshinori won't have to sit around and listen to Aizawa moan for goodness knows how long.

"Have I ever told you how cute you look like this?" Mic murmurs, nose brushing Aizawa's.

"A million times," Aizawa murmurs back. He makes no move to push Mic away.

Oh, all of a sudden this somehow feels much more intimate than every other incident he's witnessed.

"Then 'm gonna say it again. You're cute like this."

Aizawa snorts softly and gently shoves Mic's shoulder. "Sap."

"Only for you." Mic cups Aizawa's cheek, still making no move to remove himself from between Aizawa's legs, and presses a kiss to his lips. "Love you."

"Love you, too."

Oh. Oh. Well, that's certainly not present in any of Aizawa's other relationships.

For a single, terrifying second, Toshinori fears he's stumbled across some kind of cheating secret; he can't recall Mic ever being present during any of Aizawa's vigorous activities with the other teachers. But his brain kicks in a second later to soothe him. Midnight is close friends with Mic, and she saw Aizawa and Hound Dog in the teacher's lounge the day before. She didn't even seem surprised, and talked like it was a regular occurrence. If Aizawa was truly cheating on Mic, Midnight would have already told him, and they wouldn't be sharing the soft, sweet kisses they are now.

Whatever's going on, at least it seems consensual for all parties.

Unsure what else to do, Toshinori clears his throat, and Mic and Aizawa look up at him.

"Yo, All Might!" Mic grins, far too bright and sunny and casual for what he's just been up to, and finally untangles himself from Aizawa. "Sorry bro, didn't see you there. What's shaking?"

"Oh, um. I need to speak to Aizawa. That's what's… shaking." Goodness, he's getting old. Mic's slang always throws him every time they speak.

Mic hums, pulling up his pants and helping Aizawa off the desk. "Man, you look like you're gonna pass out. Is it serious? Do you need me to leave?"

A yes is on the tip of his tongue, but Toshinori pauses. If Mic is Aizawa's romantic partner, there really isn't a need for him to leave, is there? This involves him just as much as it does Aizawa if they're together.

"Ah, no, it's fine," he says. "You can stay if you'd like. I just need to ask him about-"

… Ah, fuck. He hasn't planned out how he's going to open this conversation.

"About…" damn it, say something- "something I didn't really expect to see, and I just wanted to ask-"

"Stop trying to ease into it," Aizawa says, tone bordering on a snap. His pants are already back on. "It's a waste of time. Just say it."

That's right, it's Aizawa. Directness is best.

"I just wanted to know why you have sex with the other teachers at school in front of other people," Toshinori says, and immediately wishes lightning would just strike him down already.

Aizawa and Mic stare at him blankly. It's unnerving. Why are they looking at him like he's speaking in a completely different language? What part of his question isn't a reasonable thing to ask in these circumstances?

"I'm not judging!" he frantically tries to explain. Has it always been this hot in the teacher's lounge? Why is he sweating? "I just didn't expect it, so it came as a surprise, and I thought it was an accident the first time but it kept happening and so I realized I must be missing something-"

"I thought you said you told him," Aizawa demands, whirling to face Mic, who puts his hands up defensively.

"I did!"

"Well clearly not, since he's asking us about it."

"But I did! Right at the start of the year when he joined us, just like I always do! I don't know why he doesn't know!"

"So you think, what, he just forgot? This isn't the kind of thing someone just forgets about, Hizashi."

"Um." Toshinori swallows. "What was he supposed to tell me, exactly?"

Aizawa sighs, running a still trembling hand through his hair. "You might as well sit down if we're talking about this."

How long does Aizawa expect them to be talking? "Is it really nece-"

"Sit."

Toshinori sits. In Aizawa's chair, but Aizawa doesn't protest.

"Hizashi," Aizawa says, "was supposed to tell you we have a sexual arrangement of sorts with some of the other teachers, so that this wouldn't happen. Evidently, he did not do that."

"I did!" Mic whines. "I swear I did! You know I wouldn't forget to do something that important!"

"My memory isn't perfect, but I must admit I think I'd remember a conversation like that," Toshinori says. He can't help but feel a little guilty at the betrayed look Mic shoots him.

"Tell me what you said," Aizawa says to Mic. "Word for word, what did you say when you told him?"

"Man, I've slept since then," Mic huffs. "How'm I supposed to remember what I said exactly?"

"Hizashi."

"Just what I always say! I told him yo, just a heads up, sometimes the others like to bang you at school, and if he wasn't cool with that we could make sure no one does it in front of him!"

Bang…?

Oh.

Oh!

"Oh," Toshinori says.

Mic turns to him pleadingly. "Yeah, see! You remember now, right All Might? I totally told you!"

Yes, he remembers. He remembers quite vividly, because he thought it was a strange thing to inform him about.

Well. Toshinori did not think this would be the embarrassing part of the conversation.

"I… recall the conversation, now that you mention it," he says slowly, giving the ground plenty of time to swallow him whole if it so desires, "but I see now I didn't actually… understand what you meant."

"What did you think he meant, then?" Aizawa says, looking more and more exhausted the longer they keep talking.

Is it too late to switch careers? Become a farmer, perhaps? Probably. He wouldn't put it past Aizawa to hunt him down until he gets answers.

"You see, when he said they bang you, I thought… I thought he meant they hit you."

"Hit me." It's almost impressive how such a flat voice can make Toshinori feel like such a moron.

"I just-! That's what it meant when I was young. I forget that's not how people use it these days. So when he said - or at least, when I thought he said the other teachers hit you, I thought he was talking about some kind of spontaneous sparring as a training method, and was worried I would get the wrong idea if I saw someone hit you out of the blue for no reason. So I didn't question it. I didn't think he meant this."

Aizawa sighs. It's a long, weary sigh, weighted with every ounce of the disappointment he must feel. He puts his head in his hands, rubbing his face like that will scrub away the conversation he's been dragged into.

"I told you to stop using your stupid slang words for this," he mutters to Mic. "I told you for exactly this reason. For fucks sake, Hizashi."

"In my defense, it's never been a problem before. How was I supposed to know All Might misunderstood?"

Aizawa glares at Mic half heartedly from between his fingers, then drops his hand, glancing longingly at the sleeping bag tucked away in the corner of the room before turning his attention back to Toshinori. "Alright. Let's get this over with."

"We can do this another time if that's easier for you," Toshinori says hesitantly. Aizawa has limited patience for anything he considers ridiculous nonsense, and it wouldn't be surprising if this is already all he can take for the day.

And okay, maybe a small part of him wants to bail from the conversation entirely. But no one needs to know that.

But Aizawa just shakes his head and pulls out Mic's chair, wincing as he sits down. "No. We should do it now and get it out the way."

Mic runs a hand through Aizawa's hair, kissing the top of his head as his hand trails down to cup the back of his neck. "Want me to get you some water?"

"Not right now," Aizawa murmurs, leaning into the touch and sighing softly. The moment is sweet but fleeting, vanishing as soon as he straightens, all traces of fondness gone as he stares at Toshinori like he's marching into a deadly mission.

Actually, a deadly mission might be easier for all of them.

"It's a bit pointless telling you, since you've already noticed," Aizawa starts, "but I have casual sex with some of the teachers here. It's strictly sexual and only happens on school grounds. It has nothing to do with my hero work or personal life. There is nothing romantic about my relationship with anyone here, and there never will be."

Mic coughs.

"Except for Hizashi. He's my husband."

"It's a kink thing," Mic adds. "Sho likes the idea of other people fucking him at work, and I like watching him get fucked by other people. Or knowing he's been fucked by someone. So we have a kinda arrangement with some of the teachers, y'see, so they can fuck him whenever they want."

"Within the boundaries we've set, of course."

"I see." That makes sense. Toshinori figured it might be kink related, but it's nice to know for sure exactly why these situations keep happening. "If you don't mind me asking, how does this… arrangement work?"

"I don't fuck anyone Hizashi doesn't want me to fuck," Aizawa says, "and I obviously don't fuck anyone I don't want to fuck."

"We talk that out before we even think about approaching anyone and letting them know Sho's on the table. There's no point bringing it up with them if we're not both on board."

"I also don't care who sees as long as they're a member of staff. I don't do anything with anyone if there's a reasonable risk a student might see."

That also makes sense. There's a strict rule in place that students have to wait for permission to enter the teacher's lounge, and the doors won't open for anyone without permission or the appropriate ID card, so the likelihood of a student walking in and seeing something they shouldn't is low. And the one time he saw Aizawa with Vlad in a classroom, it was hours after the students had left.

"Basically, anyone who works here can watch, but only certain people can touch," Mic says, "and we work out the full details and boundaries with them once we both decide we're comfortable with them having sex with him. So long as they want to, of course."

"And that is why Hizashi was supposed to be perfectly clear when he told you about it when Nezu hired you," Aizawa says, shooting Mic another dirty look. "We're well aware not everyone is comfortable seeing something like this at work, and we would never want to compromise someone's comfort for the sake of our kink. He was supposed to inform you of the situation and make it perfectly clear you don't have to see anything you don't want to, so we could take steps to make sure I don't do anything in front of you without your consent."

"That's what Sho's got going on with Thirteen," Mic says. "They told us they aren't comfortable seeing this kinda stuff, so they've got a system going with him so he only does stuff when they're not gonna walk in and see it, and the others know not to touch him like that if they're around."

Toshinori nods. "I see."

Well, now he knows what's going on, he feels much better. That's really all he wanted; an explanation for why he keeps witnessing Aizawa in such compromising positions without anyone acting like it's strange or making a big deal out of it. Now he has that, he sees no reason to keep Aizawa and Mic from their lunch any longer.

"Thank you for answering my question," he says, standing up. "And for, ah, handling it so… so well."

Feeling much less tense and awkward than when he first walked in, Toshinori steps towards the door.

"All Might."

Toshinori freezes.

It seems while he is quite happy to be done with the conversation, Aizawa is not.

"All Might," Aizawa says again, "do you want me to stop?"

Huh?

"Stop?" Toshinori repeats, turning back to Aizawa. "I don't see how I could make you stop having sex with the other teachers even if I wanted to-"

"Not that," Aizawa says, glaring at him like he's being deliberately difficult, but there's a worried tension in his shoulders that betrays the fact he's not really annoyed. "Do you want me to stop having sex around you?"

Toshinori blinks dumbly at him. "You already have. Had sex around me, that is. I don't see why stopping now would really make a difference."

"I'm aware I've already done it. But that was before I knew you were not fully informed of the situation. You didn't properly consent to any of those previous instances, and I apologise for that. I never would have done anything in front of you if I knew you didn't understand what was going on. So I'll ask again: do you want me to stop?"

"It's totally fine if you do," Mic says, squeezing Aizawa's shoulder. "We're not gonna be annoyed or anything, or make you feel like you have to be cool with this. We just want you to let us know so we don't make you feel uncomfortable, ya dig?"

Huh. Toshinori… didn't consider this possibility, to be honest.

Does he want them to stop? Is it weird to say no? He's agreeing to get to watch Aizawa have sex at work if he says no, isn't that too personal a thing to agree to? But Aizawa doesn't seem to find it personal or he wouldn't do it at school in the first place; he's fiercely protective of his privacy, and no one can make him share something personal if he doesn't want to. And Aizawa must be fine with Toshinori watching, or he wouldn't allow him to have the chance to do so in the first place.

So does Toshinori want to avoid seeing it? Does he just want this teaching thing to be as normal a job as possible? Will it make him uncomfortable or disgusted if he sees Aizawa have sex with his coworkers for the rest of the year?

He thinks of the cold shower he took last night.

Fuck it.

"I don't mind," Toshinori says. "You can continue. It won't bother me."

"Are you sure?"

"Very sure."

Aizawa exhales. "Okay. If you ever change your mind, just let me know. I can tell the others you're not comfortable with this anymore at any time."

"Thank you." Not that Toshinori thinks he'll change his mind, but it's good to know he has an out if he wants it.

Well, this has been productive. He's had far worse conversations that have ended much less favourably, and he finally won't be so shocked every time he walks in on  someone having sex with Aizawa, so all things considered, today is a success.

Aizawa slowly stands up, wincing again, and glances at the clock. "Mic. You have three minutes until class."

"Huh? Shit!"

Mic bolts out of the door with a quick kiss to Aizawa's cheek and a frantic goodbye that's half English, half Japanese. Toshinori can't help but chuckle as he nearly skids and falls when he tries to turn the corner in the hallway.

"You too, All Might."

"Huh?"

"Heroics class. 1-B. Two minutes."

"... Shit."

Not as successful a day in other areas, then.
