Rosaria is patrolling around the mountain for any suspicious behavior. She stumbles upon Albedo who seems to be experimenting on a tree branch.
"Albedo." Rosaria taps her fingers on a table to alert him that she is there. "Ah, Rosaria. What brings you here?" "Nothing, just patrolling around as usual." "I see. Oh, also, I have a favor to ask." Rosaria sighs, "What is it again?" she frowned. "Can you find where Sucrose is?" "Isn't that your job, she's your apprentice after all." "I'm a bit busy at the moment so I can't do it." "Can't you just stop working on that for a moment?" "No, now please just find her."
Rosaria hesitantly obliges to his request. "Fine, you can't really be bothered huh." Albedo stayed silent.
Rosaria walks away from his camp, now on a different task to find Sucrose. "Now, where would I find her…" Rosaria eliminates the list of places she could be at. "Timaeus' alchemy table, the tavern, or the Knights of Favonius HQ."
"She could be at Timaeus' for obvious reasons, at the tavern getting a drink, or maybe talking to The Acting Grandmaster? Any of these could possibly be where she is.."
Rosaria walks around Mondstadt asking the salespeople if they have seen her. Nothing, absolutely no one has seen her lately, not even Timaeus. She checked the places she eliminated and nothing as well. Sucrose is nowhere to be found.
Until Rosaria had the bright idea to check outside the city. I mean, she could be defeating enemies in hopes that she could research them, right?
Seems like Rosaria was right. She found Sucrose fighting a mitachurl and some slimes. Rosaria was waiting in a bush for Sucrose to finish, till she got hit by an attack. Rosaria came out of the bush and attacked the mitachurl before it hurt the green-haired girl any further. That one last stab successfully killed it.
"A-ah!" Sucrose whined in shock. "Are you okay?" "Yes, I'm fine.." "That's good, did you bruise yourself anywhere though?" "Y-yeah just scratched my knee." "Oh, that can't be good." "It's just a scratch, it shouldn't be that bad!!" "If you insist so."
Rosaria sighed, she went all over the place just to find her here. Sucrose was collecting the drops of the enemies while Rosaria helped her gather them. "So, Rosaria, why did you happen to find me here?" "Albedo told me to find you, I think he needs something from you." "Ah, Mister Albedo?" "Yes," "Why would he send you of all people?" "I just happened to be there." "Ah, I see."
They have a chat while walking towards Dragonspine. Sucrose seems more chatty this time, last time she saw her she could barely crack a sound from her. It seems as though Sucrose was too shy to talk to her the first times she met her. Though, it's quite obvious Sucrose is quite fond of Rosaria's personality by the way she talks. "Bye, Rosaria!" "Goodbye, Sucrose"
Sucrose leaves with a smile on her face. She gets to Albedo's camp and he's nowhere to be seen. "Sigh, probably just painting the scenery somewhere outside.."
She places the collected specimens by the microscope to study them, and it turns out she already has these types of specimens.
Being disappointed, she needs to defeat more monsters with a certain person in mind.
