Nedzu: Yes, young Midoriya. Multiple times actually, but he is a recommendation student with an American heroes license, therefore, his expulsions do not count on his record.
Hagakure: i thought it was a joke that he had an American heroes license? He and Jirou mentioned it like once, and it seemed that they were joking around, not being serious
Aizawa: The two of them do have hero licenses, but I do not know what this story has to do with it either.
Shinso: You will just have to wait and see then.
Kaminari: Maybe you don’t know what a half-blood is because your life is normal and happy, but my life?
