Chapter Text
Ever wonder what it's like to make love with a werewolf?
Vi still remembers what it was like to make love for the first time. She dreams about it often.
During one of their heated make out sessions when they practiced going farther and farther. When Caitlyn was the desperate animal pulling roughly at Vi’s shirt to get it off. Vi quickly yanked it off but not before reaching over and gently removing Caitlyn’s as well. Their sighs when their skins touched so heatedly and naturally were glorious songs for each other.
VI was nearly drooling as she sucked on Caitlyn’s neck while trailing her hands over the softest skin. Where hers was rough, thick, and scarred from over the years; Caitlyn’s was the exact opposite. Smooth. Fragile. And clear of any imperfections . Vi didn’t know how Caitlyn found her body beautiful when she was laying there looking like that . Panting, face flushed as Vi kissed down her chest. Nipping carefully and lovingly.
You are so beautiful.
Vi swallowed nervously before licking delicately at a pink nipple. Caitlyn’s eyes rolled back before squeezing tightly shut. “Vi!”
Her whispered and quiet gasps were the perfect encouragement for the wolf, who was fumbling in her eagerness to taste and to please. Vi excitedly took a handful of Caitlyn’s boob, fascinated by the sounds erupting from Caitlyn as Vi squeezed carefully while still licking and sucking at the other one. Vi didn’t think she was doing anything special, She was just happy to finally see Caitlyn without her barriers. Topless and slightly sweaty– and okay her boobs were fucking beautiful.
And there it was. That flood of aroma that made Vi see stars the first time she caught wind of it. She sucked harder, rolling the nipple hard with her tongue trying to get more of that scent. Vi kissed down from Caitlyn’s chest but kept one hand on her breast, still fondling, as she brought her lips over a cool and heaving stomach. She inhaled deeply and something in her mind almost snapped. Vi could get off on Caitlyn’s scent alone and that thought slightly terrified her.
She didn’t want to be an animal for their first time. She wanted–no–needed to be Vi.
“Oh my god, Caitlyn.” Still drunk on those sweet flavors, Vi lifted her head, pulling back slightly to lean on one of Caitlyn’s thighs. “I need a minute.”
She turned to kiss a clothed knee before pressing her forehead against it. She needed to cool down. Vi didn’t realize how much pent up energy she had, and even now staring at a gorgeous Caitlyn, breasts exposed were dancing with her deep breaths.
Vi smiled. Just, look at you.
Closing her eyes Vi inhaled again, feeling selfish in the moment. She kissed a clothed knee again. Then a thigh. Then a hip. Caitlyn giggled breathlessly when Vi kissed her bellybutton. But she stopped there. Thinking. Inhaling. Drinking. Vi’s teeth nipped at the waistband of Caitlyn’s pajamas. Tugging up before letting it snap against skin. She did this once or twice before a hand combed through her hair and gently urged her to look up.
Caitlyn's expression was that of amusement and slight confusion. “Violet? Are you okay?”
Vi shook her head, and grabbed the waistband again with her teeth before letting it drop. “I needed to cool down.”
Now Caitlyn was only confused and something else. “Cool down? What for? Do you not… is this not?”
The body moved from underneath Vi as Caitlyn now sat up, mumbling a quiet ‘ I suppose I thought wrong ’ under her breath. She grabbed a pillow to hug, suddenly feeling the need to hide.
Vi felt the coldness immediately and she couldn’t place where it came from. “Cupcake?” She sat up, shuffling closer when she saw Caitlyn dip her head to hide her flushed cheeks. “Did I say something wrong again?”
“No.” Cailyn answered immediately. “Now I need to cool down though. I just thought tonight we would… you know. And now I need to take a breather and control myself.”
Vi frowned at those words. She swallowed the lump down. “I want to. I thought we were? Are we stopping?”
Caitlyn hugged the pillow tighter, her flush still not going away. She looked more frustrated with herself than with Vi. “You’re the one who stopped. And that’s perfectly acceptable, Vi. I won’t rush you.”
Tilting her head, Vi was now confused. “Rush me? I don’t want to rush you , cupcake. Do you realize what you do to me when we kiss?”
Vi shuffled closer and grabbed Caitlyn's hand placing it over her heart which was thumping wildly in her chest. “I can’t slow down. I can’t calm down. And when we kiss, I don’t even want to go slow. I want to… I–oh I don’t want to say this but–I want to wreck you. Make you mine. Ugh, I’m not saying this right. I wish I could bite you again.”
“Vi…” Caitlyn’s breathing began to pick up again. She exhaled a shaky breath. But she was grinning now. “This is normal, Violet. Here.” She took Vi’s hand so she could feel her own wild heartbeat. “You do this to me as well.”
Vi felt a possessive tug. Roaming her hand down Caitlyn’s chest, over a stiff nipple, over quivering muscles. She stopped at her waist and wanted to squeeze tightly, to bruise that perfect skin.
Mark her.
To show the Governor her perfect daughter really is sleeping with the wolves. The Hunter and the hunted.
Vi swallowed thickly at her seemingly intrusive thoughts. “I don’t want to be a wild animal for our first time.”
“What if I want that?” Caitlyn whispered. “I want you. I want Violet, as you are. I fell in love with you, didn’t I? I’ve already seen your wild nature, and I love every aspect of it. Don’t hide from me, please.”
Vi almost growled, her fingers digging into Caitlyn’s hip. The other woman seemed to be fueled by it. Dark blues became darker if they could.
“When I’m around you,” Caitlyn pulled her closer, their noses rubbing sweetly. “I want you to take me however you want me.”
Vi could hear it, her heartbeat thumping loudly. Fighting for her life to stay calm.
“Sometimes, I feel as though I wouldn’t be able to control myself.” She breathed against Vi’s lips, kissing her gently. Softly. Lovingly.
Then Caitlyn pressed harder, cupping Vi’s jaw with a strength Vi didn’t know she had, but loved the way Caitlyn forced her head back so she could shove her tongue into her mouth. Vi accepted the gift and moaned loudly. Vi let Caitlyn push her onto the bed, her legs open for Caitlyn to lay between. They kissed and kissed, Caitlyn grabbed Vi’s hand bringing it back to her breast, giving an encouraging squeeze.
“Don’t stop touching me.” Caitlyn gasped, her breath shaky and labored. “Touch me…use your… your mouth. Oh my god!”
Vi had pulled her up so she was leveled with her nice perky breasts. No longer shy or timid about taking a nipple into her mouth and sucking hard. Caitlyn was sitting across her stomach now, leaning to enjoy being pleased by Vi’s curious tongue.
Caitlyn squealed when Vi flipped them over. She laughed when Vi groaned loudly while rubbing her face over Caitlyn’s nipples. “They feel so good.”
“What?” Still giggling, she combed her fingers through Vi’s hair.
“So soft.” The wolf had her eyes closed, enjoying the sensation of being so close to Cailtyn, to her skin. And to her heart.
“You feel good like this.”
Vi opened her eyes to look up, gray eyes watched deep blue as she trailed her lips lower. “I want to make you feel good.” Breath hot against skin. Her fingers played with the waistband, searching Caitlyn’s eyes for encouragement to break this final barrier.
Caitlyn was having trouble keeping her eyes focused. She licked her lips and nodded. “Make me feel good, Violet.” A breathless whisper escaped her.
Vi was doing her best to hide her eagerness and not rush something so intimate. Fingers slipping into the waistband, she began pulling down Caitlyn’s pants along with her underwear. Her mouth felt dry, and her arms weak as she pulled them all the way off.
“Caitlyn.” Vi couldn’t think properly, still so new at this. “Look at you.”
But Caitlyn was staring straight up at the ceiling, suddenly shy about being so exposed. No one has even seen her like this before.
Warm hands caressed her legs, pulling them more apart. Opening herself more for Vi. Those same hands gave an encouraging squeeze and caressed upwards towards her thighs and hips. She gasped when she felt lips kiss her inner thigh. Vi moaned quietly as though she were feeling the same pleasure Caitlyn was.
That same tightening pulled in her stomach, that flutter swarmed violently as Vi’s mouth got closer and closer to the apex of her legs.
Was she going to?
Caitlyn looked down her body, too overwhelmed to even try to lift herself for a better view. Vi met her gaze, and those eyes were no longer bright blue but nearly black with specks of yellow. Vi was panting so heavily, her breath hitting Caitlyn so beautifully where she needed it most. She squeezed her thighs around Vi’s head, but the wolf forced them open wide, shuffling closer to get a better angle.
Fuck. Fuck. Fuck.
Caitlyn tangled her fingers in Vi’s hair, fisting it in a tight grip. Her silent and final encouragement. “Oh my god.”
Her body was already vibrating, Caitlyn was afraid she wouldn’t last very long.
And When Vi finally leaned down again, eyes closed in her own pleasure, she pressed a slightly opened mouth kiss to Caitlyn’s lower lips. “F-f-ffffuuck.” She grunted loudly without meaning to.
Touching herself had no comparison to what Vi was doing to her down there. Wet kisses, and a strong tongue trying to gather up every fluid that was dripping out of her. It made her so dizzy. Vi was just making out with her lips at this point, and everything felt so so good.
And when Vi sucked curiously Caitlyn almost screamed at the sensation. “Ah!”
Her hips violently jerked up. Vi kept her hands on her thighs, forcing her to stay open while she worshiped and dined at Caitlyn’s juices. She whimpered and squirmed on the bed almost frantically, her hands going from Vi’s hair, the bedspread gripping and twisting it violently, to even fondling her own breasts.
Too much pleasure was happening and Caitlyn couldn’t take it anymore. She covered her face with her hands and with one final suckle on her most sensitive spot, Caitlyn came with a guttural groan. She reached down to hold onto Vi’s head, pulling her tighter against her. Her own legs spread wider on their own. Her back arched and she threw her head back. Tears formed as she rode the feeling, Vi’s tongue still eagerly gathering more of her. Dragging it out even longer.
Her skin was still tingling, her mind still floating when Vi crawled up her body. Kissing her gently. But Cailtyn didn’t want to be gentle, especially when she felt Vi had taken off the rest of her clothes and she could feel her naked body pressed against her for the first time. Vi seemed to be thinking the same things. Moaning loudly as she settled between Caitlyn’s legs, spreading her wetness over herself.
They kissed hard and sloppy. Tongues licked and teeth nipping and pulling lips. Vi began rocking her hips, trying to find some friction. Caitlyn broke the kiss, she had barely come down from the high from her finish and now Vi was trying to send her into another one. She dragged her nails roughly on Vi’s back, satisfied at the growl and Vi exposing her canines.
“Good.” Caitlyn encouraged her. Caressing Vi’s cheek as the woman grounded her hips harder and moved faster. “You feel so good.”
“I feel good.” Vi whispered, in a trance-like state. Her eyes still pitch black. She leaned down to kiss Cailtyn’s neck, before latching her teeth.
Barely breaking the skin, Caitlyn grunted at the sensation, feeling a wave a pleasure unlike anything she’s felt before. And even more so, Vi reached down between them, her fingers rubbing Caitlyn’s folds softly before slipping a finger inside.
Caitlyn held onto Vi’s shoulders, her mouth dropping open in surprise. “Violet!”
The intrusion burned so deliciously, when Vi added a second finger Caitlyn was seeing stars. She never wanted Vi to stop touching her. Vi used her body to pump into Caitlyn watching her carefully in case she was being too rough.
Harder.
Caitlyn wanted to yell out.
Harder.
Vi sucked at her neck again, carefully making love to Caitlyn. She ran her free hand down to Caitlyn’s leg bringing it up as leverage for deeper thrusts. Caitlyn was barely hanging on this round, her second orgasm was quickly approaching. And even after her ‘embarrassingly’ quick finish the first time.
“Look at me.” Vi whispered
Caitlyn instantly opened her eyes, Vi’s normal eye color returned. More herself.
Less animal .
Even so. Vi is her animal. Her werewolf.
My wolf.
She pulled Vi into a kiss to moan her release against her lips. Vi sighed, her hips still moving to drive herself towards her own finish. Which was quickly after. Vi’s barely there rhythm sped up and then slowed down, and she groaned loudly, eyes squeezing shut as she rode out her own.
Her head dropped onto Caitlyn’s shoulder, and she whimpered, emotionally spent. Caitlyn was caressing her back, letting Vi recover. Her muscles tensed and relaxed several times.
Looking at the exposed neck in front of her, Caitlyn may have wished she could bite her back as well. Instead she placed a kiss there. Overwhelmed by Vi and that special scent to her. Something she’d always been drawn to.
They stayed there for a few minutes longer, enjoying each other. Vi unintentionally tickled Caitlyn’s ribs when caressing the skin and caused her to giggle loudly. Her heart soared hearing it.
When Caitlyn threw her head to hide her ridiculously wide smile. Too in love and too smitten, enjoying every second of the new feeling and experience with Vi, she looked out the window and saw the full moon.
Stars above head watching her. Twinkling for her.
Her werewolf had claimed her on this magical night.
Click.
Skilled hands opened her weapon’s case. The hunter looked over everything, making mental notes. Caitlyn then grabbed the pieces and began to carefully assemble her weapon. There was a memory of her being timed for this task, her Weapon’s Master shadowing her every step of the way. It earned her the First Place trophy for the third consecutive year.
She was not a terrible shot.
Click.
The pieces snapped in perfectly and she set that one aside for now. She bent down and grabbed a much smaller case. A familiar one. The one she grabbed when there were intruders in her home. And Caitlyn was a foolish young hunter at the time, thinking she was being brave. Stubborn, more like. She placed it on the bench, her gloved hands roaming over the designs, custom just for her.
Hunter.
Not quite yet.
Click .
Not wanting to get lost in a precious memory, she quickly opened the case and smiled at the fully assembled rifle. Pulling it out, Caitlyn unfolded the weapon, locking it open and placed two bullets in the chamber before snapping it shut. She hesitated for a moment, making sure the safety was on before handing the rifle to Powder.
Just before the eager girl could grab the gun, Caitlyn pulled it back just slightly. Her eyes dark with warning. “You will wait and follow my command. Do you understand me?”
Powder eyes were wide with excitement. “Sure, sure. Oh my god, let me hold it!”
Caitlyn remained firm in her stance. “Do you understand me?” She spoke with a leader’s voice as though she were commanding a real cadet.
Powder sighed, straightened up and gave a mock salute. “Aye, aye. Princess.”
Rolling her eyes, Caitlyn handed the weapon over to the wolf. Powder took it eagerly, but Caitlyn could tell she did her best to hold it properly.
“Ease up here.” She grabbed small shoulders and adjusted Powder’s posture. “Rest it against your shoulder, not under your arm. Right here. Yes, perfect.”
She stood behind Powder, eyes squinting at the targets in the fields. Making a mental calculation for the number of spare ammo she brought, Caitlyn figured Powder could run plenty of targets before getting the promatic pigeon involved.
“Try aiming at the green ones first. And we’ll work our way back from there.”
“Roger that. '' Powder hesitated before aiming down the iron sights. “Um, am I colored blind or…”
“The first row.” Caitlyn stood behind Powder waiting for the young girl to make her first shot. She was nervous but she knew Powder was a quick and sharp learner just as she was.
Powder slowly looked over her shoulder. “Those are like, five feet away. Can I shoot something farther?”
“No. Follow my command.”
When she heard the young wolf huff in defiance, Caitlyn met her gaze with a stoic expression. “Do as I say or I take the weapon away.” She ordered sternly.
Leaving no room for argument.
Powder’s eyes widened, but she grinned when she looked to her right where Vi was sitting behind a barrier. “Oh my god, I just fell in love with your girlfriend.”
Vi rolled her eyes and shook her head in annoyance. “This is stupid. Can you hurry it up already?”
Caitlyn did smile when she heard Vi’s bored tone. She wanted to look over but she’d be a terrible instructor if she took her attention off Powder for even just a moment. “You didn’t have to come, you know? I can handle Powder on my own. Besides, this was our activity I promised.”
Powder slowed her breathing and squeezed the trigger. Hitting the center of the target.
“Good, Powder. Now aim for the blue targets.” Caitlyn placed her hand on Powder’s left shoulder, a small encouragement before pulling back. “The third row.”
“That’s more like it.” Powder whispered while she aimed and pulled the trigger.
Caitlyn looked where she hit the target. “Very good. Now reload the weapon, just as I showed you.”
Fingers fumbled from lack of experience, but once Powder remembered or figured it out on her own, she unlocked the chamber with ease and slid the new bullets inside, snapping it shut. She looked to Caitlyn for approval.
“Good girl!” Caitlyn nodded her approval
Vi’s eye twitched at the praise Powder was getting. “Yay. A wolf with a gun. How special and amazing.” She dryly stated. “Completely natural .”
Powder steadied her arm, feeding off the encouragement from Caitlyn. “Jealousy looks ugly on you.”
“Fourth row.” Caitlyn fought back a chuckle. “Easy. Fire.”
Powder went against orders and shot the farthest target on the field. Caitlyn squinted, not following where the bullet hit. “Where did you shoot it, Powder?”
“Last row.”
Caitlyn sighed deeply but let it slide, for now. “Target status?”
“Bullseye.”
“Confirm?” Caitlyn called out to Vi, still keeping her attention on Powder.
Vi reluctantly looked up, clicking her tongue before nodding. “Hit.”
Caitlyn smiled proudly. “Excellent!” She gave a strong pat on Powder’s shoulder, keeping her hand there. “A sharp shooter on the rise!”
“Why are you doing this for her again?” Vi was now standing next to Caitlyn, all three of them wearing protective eye gear and ear protection.
Powder was sitting at the bench now, the heavier rifle in her hands as she shot at the clay pigeons, missing most of them, but hitting a few. Caitlyn was impressed, considering this was her first time handling this sort of weapon.
“I had to make up for missing her last birthday, because of my ‘live’ target practice Grayson signed me up for. And I couldn’t miss that. My mother would have your hide.”
Vi snorted at that. “Just mine huh?”
“Don’t tell her I told you this, but she thinks yours is the softest.” Catilyn still kept her attention on the young wolf in front of them.
“Cool.” Vi wasn’t sure what to do with the information. “You brushed me that one time too.”
Caitlyn laughed at the memory, Vi had sustained an injury and was too tired to shift back. So this giant wolf was laying on the gravel driveway when her and her mother pulled up. Cassandra was aghast and embarrassed. Saying Vi looked like a wild mutt, ruining her driveway. Caitlyn had sat with her while she healed. Huge wolf head on her lap and she brought a brush to detangle the matted fur, knowing it’d disappear after Vi shifted back, but loving the attention she could finally give Vi in her wolf form.
Caitlyn bit her lip, and smiled fondly. “When I saw how upset Powder was, I made a promise to her to take her anywhere, within my budget of course, or do whatever activity she wanted.”
Vi arched her brow. “Whatever she wanted? You know she could’ve asked for–”
“Calm down. That’s your sister.”
Vi sighed and watched Powder for a moment. “She’s what, like twelve, handling this stupid thing.”
“She’s fifteen, Vi.” Caitlyn laughed. “But I was much younger when my mother handed me my first rifle.”
Vi rubbed her neck in defeat. “Yeah, well, I was younger getting my first kill. So I get it, Iguess?”
“Precisely. We all have our shadows, and I know you still have your secrets.” Caitlyn stepped forward to tap Powder on the shoulder. “Hold it. We need to refill the pigeons.”
Powder nodded and placed the weapon down exactly how Caitlyn showed her. Safety on. And she bent down to refill the machine.
“I’ve told you practically all of them so far.” Vi didn’t know she felt the need to point this out.
Caitlyn never, never in her life has faulted her for keeping secrets about certain incidents that happen during their runs… or when she was a child. Who she was really running from that night. And Caitlyn never asked. Caitlyn has been more than honorable in that aspect.
Caitlyn nodded to Powder, “And I appreciate everything you share with me, love.”
“Ugh.” Powder looked over at them in disgust. “We should’ve left her at the house. She’s ruining our date.”
Vi flipped her off.
Vi was agitated.
They’d been running for hours now.
It was in the middle of the night but the two predators used the moonlight and their heightened senses to guide them around the woods. Normally she would’ve shed her clothes and shift for a fast run, but she had a young wolf by her side chatting up a fucking storm about some kid in her class. Caitlyn walked through the door and headed straight to her room for a quick nap and homework afterwards.
So the sisters went out for a run, dressed normally. But Vi wished it had been quiet. On a beautiful night such as this one, it basically called out to her to stretch her legs and explore the forest at night.
The leaves rustled underneath her shoes. The autumn air hit her burning skin like a frigid blanket. And she could hear the nighttime creatures out, from the owls, to the flying squirrels, and even the bats. Running on two legs felt constricting in her movements, but Vi brushed the feeling aside. There were too many campers this time of year, and she needed some fresh air.
Mine.
She clearly wanted to dive face-first into Caitlyn and her open arms.
With a growl she pushed harder trying to outrun the chatty sister. But Powder was growing up. And she ran next to Vi as though it were an effortless feat, still using her hands in her story-telling.
“...but clearly not as genius an idea as mine. She is cute though, from what zoom lets me see, anyway. And then there’s …”
Vi already zoned out. Like an hour ago. Vaguely catching snippets here and there of a conversation she didn’t want right now with her sister, when her body was burning a fuel less fire. And it only burned hotter the more she thought of Caitlyn.
An image of Caitlyn’s smiling face entered her thoughts.
Mine.
Caitlyn loading her rifle and firing a warning shot at straggler.
Mine.
Caitlyn holding a sleeping Powder and whispering a soft ‘Goodnight, dear’.
Mine.
Caitlyn learning how to properly slaughter a pig from her father.
Definitely mine.
Caitlyn wearing one of her shirts, too loose and hanging off her shoulder.
Fuck. Mine.
Caitlyn unbuttoning her school shirt, wearing nothing underneath…
Vi stumbled, she flailed her arms to stop herself from face planting but a thin hand with a deadly grip caught her before she could.
“Easy, whiskers. Ballet isn’t until tomorrow.” Powder arched a brow, panting almost as hard as Vi.
“Mine.”
Powder quickly let go of her arm in disgust. “What?
Vi shook her head and kept walking, she doesn’t want to be having these thoughts with her sister around. “Nothing.”
“Are you okay? Do you need water? I think we ran by a small water hole back there.”
“Don’t worry about it. I’m good. Just stuck in my head.” When Vi realized she was walking alone she turned around and stopped.
Powder was standing with an unreadable expression. “Did you hear a single word I said on our run?”
Vi frowned, and scratched her brow. “Yeah, you made some friends, classes, you’re still a genius, Zoom is a cute girl. I heard you.”
“Wow,” Powder dragged her shoes to catch up to her. “That’s really all you got? We’ve been running for three hours, Vi. I thought I was finally going to get some alone time with you.”
Wait, what?
“Alone time?”
“Yeah.”
“With me?”
“Um, sure?”
“You want alone time with me?”
“Vi.” Now Powder looked mildly annoyed. “We’re kinda sisters, you’re my pack leader, and I guess if I squint hard enough the ugly goes away and you’re kinda cool.”
“Oh.” Vi rubbed the back of her neck, not sure how to respond. “Thanks, Pow.”
“Why are you surprised?”
“I don’t know, you always toss me aside when Caitlyn’s around and I’m always around Caitlyn, so…”
“Caitlyn smells nice and your stink ruins that.”
“She does smell nice.” Vi breathed out dopily. “You think Caitlyn’s done with her homework by now?”
Powder dragged her shoe in the dirt, facing a particular direction. “Maybe, why?”
Vi may have noticed the subtle movement. She also angled herself. “Just asking.”
Powder appeared nonchalant, swirling one of her braids, and clicking her tongue. Vi didn’t even budge, only keeping her eyes on Powder.
The darkness seemed to move around them the longer they stood still.
Somewhere off in the night a twig snapped, and in an instant both sisters took off running.
Vi was a few feet ahead of Powder, and she could hear her sister quickly closing the distance. Vi shoved her trying to get her to slam into a tree, in spite of that, the younger wolf was too quick. Just a blur in the night. Vi growled and kicked the ground hard and harder, pushing herself to her human limit. They leaped over fallen logs, ran through thick brush and nearly stumbled through a clearing.
The house was in sight. Neatly lit up, embraced by a touch of darkness.
Vi could almost laugh when she knew she was going to make it first. She leaped effortless over the wooden fence, her excitement almost slowed her. She skidded when reaching the gravel road and lost all her balance when Powder shoved her hard from behind, causing Vi to trip over her own feet slamming face first into the ground.
The crazy maniac laughter that followed would haunt her dreams that night. Powder dashed up the porch and nearly splintered the front door open in her haste to get there first.
“Are you fucking kidding me?!”
Vi tried to take the short cut and heaved as she jumped onto the roof. Climbing the last ledge she rushed forwards and yanked the window open. Her sister had beat her there already. By the way the sheets were bunched towards the head of the bed, Powder must’ve dived onto it.
Powder winked, trying to hide her heavy breathing, showing how much effort they both made to get here.
Vi slowly stepped through and sat at the edge of the bed. Caitlyn sent Vi a quick “Hello” before returning her attention to the chatty wolf.
Vi swallowed down her pride, and waited her turn, as usual. Though, she couldn’t help getting distracted. Vi loved the warmer months when Caitlyn would wear very little clothing around the house. She was still wearing her uniform button down, but replaced the skirt with the smallest pair of shorts.
How could Caitlyn casually go about her day, looking like an absolute meal on legs?
“Ekko? Oh, he sounds lovely, Powder. I remember you telling me about him. Don’t you have a class project coming up? You should bring him over sometime, if you two do meet up.”
Vi was glaring at her sister. Powder was sprawled over Caitlyn’s lap, her long braids tangled up from her rush. Caitlyn was petting her hair and listening to the young wolf share stories about her online classes and new friends.
Powder would look over at Vi a few times, reveling in that deadly look.
And she tested the young alpha when she grabbed Caitlyn’s hand, her lips puckered dramatically just before she could kiss the palm, Vi let out a warning growl. A Loud one too. Her sharp teeth bared. It startled both Caitlyn and Powder who immediately sat up, looking slightly worried.
All fun and games until the wolf bites back.
“Easy, Violet.” Caitlyn nudged her leg with her foot and looked between the two sisters, not completely certain what had happened. “Are you growling at Powder?”
Vi’s face felt hot.
She looked between Caitlyn and Powder a few times. “Um, what?”
“Did you growl at her?”
Vi heard her the first time.
“I… no.”
“She did.” Powder offered
“I didn’t.”
“It kinda scared me.” Powder fell into Caitlyn who wrapped a protective arm around her, pulling her in closer.
She’s mine.
Powder cozied up more to Caitlyn, and not even on purpose when she tilted her head a certain she brushed the side of Caitlyn’s breast ever so slightly.
That little fucking–
Vi stood up abruptly, sending Powder a warning glare. “You little shit.”
“Vi.” Caitlyn said in a calm warning tone. Staring incredulously at her. “What is going on with you?”
Oh, me?
Vi barely remembers why her skin was crawling from earlier before the run. But she knew what her sister was up to. She’s not some twelve year old anymore.
“Do you see what she’s doing?” Vi was waving wildly in her sister’s direction
Caitlyn frowned. “We’re just chatting.”
“No, I mean yes, you are.”
Even Powder looked curious where Vi was trying to take this.
“She’s doing this to get on my nerves.”
“No, I’m not!”
She was!
Powder wouldn’t stop teasing her about the bite, at first, now she does her best to see how tight Vi’s barely already existing patience can be pulled before she snaps.
“I really don’t have time for this.” Caitlyn was looking annoyed now. “I was doing homework when you both interrupted me, by the way. If you just give me a few more minutes to study then we can all head downstairs for dinner.”
Vi looked like a wounded dog. “I came home to spend some time with you. Alone!”
“We always have time for that, my love.”
“Well Powder fucking tripped me so I wouldn’t get here first!”
Her sister smirked, “You run slower than me now, don’t make excuses.”
“She’s telling me about her day, since you won’t listen to her.”
“Exactly! Thank you, Caitlyn.” Powder was now snuggling up to the hunter, her eyes twinkling with mischief.
“Since I don’t…?” Vi had to pause. “… oh okay. What!”
I remember her fucking Zoom chick crush!
Powder was grinning widely. Clearly she had won this round, but Vi was going down swinging. She leaned forward, a low growl on her lips.
She locked eyes with the pup. “I should’ve let Caitlyn shoot your ass up during our games.”
“Violet!” Caitlyn scolded while Powder gasped dramatically.
Ugh, cuddle time was postponed then.
“Yeah, yeah.” But Vi was already backing up, hands up in surrender. “I’ll be outside.”
Vi was very annoyed now.
She was sitting on the roof, head hanging low, while she had to listen to Caitlyn and Powder giggle and laugh loudly. Was homework that fucking hilarious or what?
Vi had to breathe again. Maybe she did need to cool down.
Clearly, Powder means well. And she loves her little sister with all her heart. Vi would do anything for her. Hell, she’s already bled for her, and carried her for miles when Powder fell off a cliff that one time breaking her leg in more than one place.
But fucking hell does she know exactly which buttons to press to launch Vi into a frenzy.
She doesn’t want to be alone. Caitlyn would tell her all the time.
Vi knows that. But still, and maybe it drives her crazy because they missed out on something vital to a relationship. They’ve never dated. They were always friends and only friends. Close friends, but friends. Maybe they were both in love at a young age, and they still never got the chance to explore all of that. And if Vi could’ve kept it in her pants then maybe they would’ve.
But seeing Caitlyn use her body, hearing those noises she was making, being drowned in the essence that was purely Caitlyn?
Mine.
She thought.
It didn’t help that when Caitlyn orgasmed she bit Vi’s shoulder hard enough to draw blood. And Vi’s excuse was that it was purely instinctual. But she knew she was just horny and her first experience with a gorgeous-as-fuck girl on her lap.
And Vi wasn’t used to sharing Caitlyn.
Especially now that they're well… connected. From Vi’s end anyway. She is devoted to Caitlyn. She marked her already. Poured her soul out there. And there was this need to be near Caitlyn or alone with her at all times.
But that was something she’d never force on her. Plus, Caitlyn was still very fond of Powder.
Ugh, that brat.
For now Vi would have to share Caitlyn, until Powder grows up and realizes how boring they actually are.
Caitlyn was in the kitchen helping her father prepare dinner.
Powder was sitting on the table while Cassandra peaked inside her open mouth. Powder had eaten something earlier, too hungry to wait for dinner and it made her feel ill, Mrs. Kiramman mothered up right away to assess any damages. She shined a thin flashlight in the young pup's mouth and reached inside with tweezers.
“Owww.” Powder remained completely still as Cassandra pulled away with a long piece of bone that was lodged in her mouth. “Oh, that's what I couldn’t swallow.”
Cassandra wrapped it up in a napkin to toss. “What did you eat, exactly?”
Powder just shrugged.
Vi snorted from the living room. “Geez, Powder. You really are an animal.”
“Fuck you.”
Cassandra grabbed her chin, a stern look on her face. “Watch your language in my house. But yes, you do need to be more careful with what you’re eating. Now, get off my table.”
“Yessir.” Powder hopped off
Vi sat at the head of the table now, Powder and Caitlyn on either side of her, and she was nibbling at a salad Caitlyn made for her. An assorted meat salad, of course, but Caitlyn put a few pieces of raw spinach and called it such. Vi gratefully accepted the meal, even indulging in the plants for Caitlyn.
Powder was frowning at her cooked meat. Picking at it with her finger, sniffing it in mild interest, before eventually eating it.
“Would you like some ‘juice’ with your meat, Powder?” Tobias was watching her in amusement.
“Oh my god, please.”
“There’s a fresh cup in the fridge downstairs.”
Powder was already out of her seat at the mention of juice. It was a process to get Powder to change her diet now that she was older, her body reacted to the raw meat slightly different now. It wasn’t a bad thing, though it did cause her to be… not so level-headed.
The Frenzy, Cassandra would call it.
Powder returned with half of the liquid in the cup already gone. The ‘juice’ dripped down her chin.
Caitlyn motioned for her to wipe it off, which Power did.
Vi was shaking her head. “Werewolf not enough, huh. Trying to be a vampire now?”
Powder ignored the remark. Angling the cup in Vi’s direction. “I got the blood for us, fat hands. You want some or not?”
Vi answered by reaching over and dipping one of her fajitas into the cup. “Oh so good.” She spoke with a mouthful and looked at Caitlyn. “So good.”
Caitlyn chuckled softly. “Oh, I’m sure.”
After dinner Vi and Powder had to clean up while Caitlyn and her mother prepared for some exercises.
Now Caitlyn was leaning against the railing of the porch, two nearly full grown wolves stood next to her mother while she gave them instructions. They’ve been doing this for some time now. Cassandra and Tobias would hide markers around the property, and show its exact location on the map. The map trackers and hunters use. Getting them used to the technology and lingo. Cassandra time them of course, what overseer wouldn’t?
Vi was standing proudly, listening to whatever orders Cassandra gave, while Powder was sitting and standing and shuffling around her tail wagging uncontrollably.
Then Cassandra did the thing.
Caitlyn wasn’t sure how to react at first. It was too adorable to not coo when Vi allowed Cassandra to put a vest on her, especially made for her wolf form. Cassandra struggled the first time. Caitlyn was returning home from classes to see her mother nearly wrestling her werewolf girlfriend. Vi would just shrug it off ‘She wants to record our runs now’.
With her own tactical wolf vest strapped around her, Vi barked and took off towards the marker Cassandra had assigned them to. Powder was just there for the adventure.
“How far is this one?” Caitlyn asked when her mother turned to see if she was still there.
“Just shy of two kilometers. Should keep them busy for a while. Your father hid this one very well.”
“Hmmm, I wouldn’t be so sure about that.” Caitlyn straightened up, looking down at her watch to gauge the time. “Powder has an excellent sense of smell.”
“If we used something of yours, then so would Violet.”
Caitlyn's eyes widened. “Mother!”
Cassandra only hummed in amusement. And kept her attention on the screen before her. She was always interested in werewolf movements and speed. And she has her chance to really study. She was so fascinated at how well Powder and Vi, along with their brothers when they stayed here for a few days, communicated with one another. Body language is different from that of regular wolves, since they have human-like behavior.
“Look at them go.”
Caitlyn quietly approached her mother to look at the screen. From the camera attached to Vi’s vest, they could see her head bobbing as she ran over the snowy terrain. Powder was far off in front of her. She really was the faster runner. Lithe and quick wolf, but Vi was nearly twice her size as well.
“That should give them plenty of time.” Cassandra said
The unspoken orders were understood. Caitlyn immediately began gathering her equipment from the porch.
“On your mark, Hunter.”
Caitlyn buckled in her own vest, tightened her hair, and readied her airsoft rifle. Rubber pellets as usual. Cassandra grabbed her arm looking down at her watch, making sure the small screen was working properly and their times matched perfectly.
“You have one hour.”
Caitlyn adjusted her gloves one last time before running after the wolves. This round, they were the prey. Simple games they’ve played for years, but it sharpened all of them.
Retrieve the marker and return home within the provided time limit.
“At least, I don’t cheat.” Caitlyn mumbled, still clearly bothered by that round she could’ve easily won all those years ago.
The graduation hour was near.
Caitlyn was turning twenty-one when her mother drove her towards the unmarked territories for her graduating hunt. Finished with actual courses from her “civilian school”, Cassandra greeted her at the door with a black duffle bag and nodded for her daughter to follow her. Vi was confused when she wasn’t allowed to say a good-bye or anything. Powder, the dramatic child, cried when they pulled out of the driveway. The two sisters standing like orphans on their porch.
Cassandra did eventually tell them what was going on.
She only wanted Caitlyn to focus,
And neither of the Kiramman women had said a single word during the two hour drive. Caitlyn’s knee was bouncing as she stared out the window, watching the trees thin out to an opening near a valley, then thicken again the farther North they drove.
Her mother pulled onto an unmarked dirt road, so thick and unused some branches scraped the side of the vehicle.
When they arrived at their destination Caitlyn quickly got out of her mother’s SUV, she was already dressed in her appropriate tactical gear. Her vest was snug, boots shined and laced tightly, and her hair was pulled into a tight ponytail. She slugged her backpack over her shoulders and walked to the small gathering of parents with their children.
Only one of them seemed worthy enough to catch her attention.
It seemed to go both ways as well.
The young woman stood under her mother’s massive shadow. General Medarda put her hand on daughter’s shoulder, keeping her planted as though she would run off. Caitlyn nodded once to the General before approaching the girl. Green hazel eyes were just as stoic and hard as her own. She stood straighter, if possible, as Caitlyn swiftly drew near.
Caitlyn held out her hand. “Kiramman.” Was all she said as an introduction.
Caitlyn felt the burning gaze of the General trying to melt her on the spot. Her mother more than prepared her for a moment such as this.
The young woman, thoroughly impressed by Caitlyn’s reserve, gave a strong and firm handshake. “Medarda.”
Names of royals in this organization.
“There you are, young Kiramman.” That familiar voice brought warmth to Caitlyn. Grayson greeted her by giving her shoulder a strong pat. “You’ll do well out there.”
The Weapon’s Master shook Medarda’s hand, offering the young woman her own words of encouragement. Caitlyn remained by the young Medarda’s side, feeling a small amount of comfort when her mother came to stand next to her.
They weren’t allowed to choose their own teams, but Caitlyn wasn’t about to let this cearly over-trained girl escape her grasp. She needed someone with equal skill and drive as her. The proud and eager look in the younger Medarda’s expression let her know, she wasn’t alone in this selfish conclusion. Where Caitlyn excelled at shooting, Mel (as she learned later) was an admiral tracker and predicted movements better than she.
With their mother’s as General and Governor, they may have gotten their way. Some would say it was sheer coincidence, when the teams were announced and the two girls stood proudly next to one another, prepared for the hunt games.
A respectable friendship was formed.
A graduate.
A real hunter now.
Caitlyn drove herself home after spending a week and half tracking real stragglers. Caitlyn pulled into her long winding driveway, the crunch of snow was familiar and soothing, she could see her mother wasn’t home yet. She briefly wondered if there was a certain hot-headed woman sitting on her bed waiting for her to pass the time.
As she got out of the car, boots disappearing in several inches of snow, Caitlyn saw her a ways off near the tree line. A brown wolf stood tall and massive. A speck in the distance, but she knew better. The wolf seemed to have lazy yet calculated movements, a silent signal without words in this form. Caitlyn recognized the question right away, being somewhat of a hunter herself, she ran towards the wolf who’s tail may have wagged before disappearing into the forest.
The hunter and the hunted.
It fits both of them just fine for the moment.
A wolf howl called out to her. Caitlyn tracked Vi’s prints further into the woods. Hunting her down. She gasped when an arm reached out, and pressed her against a tree. “Caught you.”
Vi now had her pinned against that tree, kissing her for all she was worth and so much more. Caitlyn moaned and sighed, her hands roaming over hot skin. The chilly winter midday did nothing to deter Caitlyn from getting what she or Vi wanted. Vi’s body was hot pressed against her, keeping her warm. In others ways as well since Vi had her hand down Caitlyn’s pants rubbing her softly and carefully.
Caitlyn broke away from the kiss with a gasp. Head leaning against bark as Vi trailed kisses down to her neck, licking and sucking at her scar there. “Cait.” Her name was growled loudly in her ear.
She gripped Vi’s arm tightly when she felt a finger enter her slowly. “Unnngh Vi.” She breathed
Vi added a second finger, kissing her lips again. “That’s it baby.” She kept a steady pace at first, but when she felt Caitlyn squeeze her fingers she picked up the pace.
“Fuck!” Her reaction was immediate. Caitlyn held onto Vi tightly. Vi lifted her leg to get better access to pump a little faster. “Oh my… neunngh Vi!” Her body clenched tighter around Vi’s fingers, peaking, making Caitlyn feel full and heavy.
“Hmmm.” She sighed when Vi sucked on her lower lip before kissing her deep and thorough.
Vi was wearing Caitlyn’s winter coat on their way back to the house. They were bumping shoulders and laughing at the teases thrown at each other.
“Shut up!” Caitlyn giggled in embarrassment and slapped Vi hard on the shoulder at something she said, causing the woman to laugh harder.
