Work Text:
Sei looked at herself in the mirror. She’d had her face covered for a while, but she’d soon be able to see it in full again. Doctor had told her no scars would be left behind, but the skin may look a bit different for a while due to the absolute lack of any exposure to light it had suffered for the recent past.
She wouldn’t have minded scars too much, and she had a fair bit of those around her body regardless, but she was thankful to have none. The less reminders around her body of those days at the bank the better.
A soft knocking at the door made her snap out of her thoughts. “Sei, is everything ok?”
“Yes, yes,” she lifted her bangs to see the place where her bandages had been stuck to her hairline, but she couldn’t quite get a good grip on them. It was hard, with only one hand. Her broken arm would have to stay as it was for a while now, so it was useless. “Uhm, Stella?”
“Yes? Are you done?” she asked, clearly eager.
“Not yet. Do you mind helping me?”
“Is it ok for me to enter?”
“Yes.”
Stella entered the bathroom, only to let out a little squeak. “You’re shirtless!”
Sei looked down. She’d forgotten she’d taken off her shirt, since she wanted to shower after taking off the bandages. “Yes? I’m wearing a bra though. You’ve seen me naked before, haven’t you?”
“That’s not… Oh, nevermind, sit down,” she pointed to the toilet.
Following the order, the blue-haired girl sat, looking up at her best friend. Stella leaned over her and lifted her bangs with a gentle touch. Then, with careful and almost tender movements, she started to pull off the bandage, making sure it didn’t hurt Sei. “I’d almost think you have medical training,” Sei smiled.
“I don’t wanna hurt you,” Stella said in a low voice, working.
Sei distracted herself by looking at the bathroom. It was massive, as most rooms in Stella’s three-story-apartment were, with a separate bathtub and Jacuzzi, a three-ways shower with a detachable head for easy access to all parts of the body, and an overwhelming number of settings that Sei always left at whatever the previous person had set for simplicity’s sake.
“Sei, don’t move your head,” Stella warned.
Sei looked ahead again. Stella was taking her sweet time, but Sei didn’t rush her. There were multiple bandages layered on top of her face, and taking each off without ripping out the ones beneath was a true test of skill. Sei would’ve just done it all in one go. It would’ve hurt, but it would only irritate her skin for a while and then it’d be fine.
The cat boomer’s eyes were focused. Her mechanical iris spun a bit faster than normal, shrinking with the concentration. Sei was somewhat mesmerized by the sight, though she wasn’t sure of why. Maybe it was just how impressive technology could be at times.
After a minute, she was finally done. She threw the last of the bandages in the trash and then stared at Sei’s face.
Sei winked at her to prove the eye still worked, though she refrained from mentioning her view was slightly blurry. It’d still take a bit for her eye to fully heal, but she was no longer in danger.
With a hesitant hand, Stella softly brushed the area where the bandages had been. Sei felt a bit ticklish in the area, the skin sensitive after so much time covered. “You’re ok,” Stella said.
“Yeah. The doctor said I’d be, right? Or is there a mark?” Sei asked.
Stella kept staring for a moment. “No, no marks or scars. Nothing obvious, at least,” she gently cupped Sei’s cheek, brushing her cheekbone with a thumb. “You’re… ok…” she said, and her biological eye got teary.
Surprised at the reaction, Sei wasn’t sure what to say. “Stella? What’s going on?” Sei had wanted to look her own face in the mirror, but the idea left her head as she watched her best friend slowly collapse on top of her, hugging her with care for her broken arm. She was sobbing quietly. “Why are you crying?”
“I was so scared,” Stella said, pressing her face against Sei’s shoulder. “You… You have no idea, Sei. I was so scared. I thought…”
Sei moved her good arm up, softly caressing Stella’s back. “Hey, hey, the doctors told us I was going to have no visible marks, remember?”
“I thought you could have died, Sei. Back at the bank,” Stella clarified, tightening her hug. “I was so scared of losing you. I…” she stopped to sob. “I never want to feel that again. I never want to be apart from you again.”
At a loss for words, Sei simply kept caressing, now in deeper understanding of what this was all about. “I promised you I’d come back, right? I never break my promises,” Sei said in a low voice.
“I know, I’m sorry for doubting you,” Stella slowly backed up, cleaning the tears from her face. “Excuse me for that. I got overwhelmed.”
“It’s alright, I understand. I… well, it was the thought of coming back to you that kept me strong, too.” Sei accepted Stella’s hand and stood. The rich girl still looked sad and almost scared. “I may have not found the strength to come back if it weren’t for you,” she explained, looking down and squeezing Stella’s hand.
“Sei…” Stella brushed the back of Sei’s hand with her thumb, and Sei looked up again. “I…” she paused, looking around. “Maybe we should step out of the bathroom.”
“Yes, we should,” Sei nodded. “But first…” she walked over to the mirror, a wide smile setting upon her face as she stared at both of her eyes at the same time. “Finally, I can see all of my face!” With some blurriness, anyways.
In the mirror, she could spot Stella smiling too. “Yes, indeed,” she nodded.
Sei turned, and together they walked out of the bathroom. Sei took her shirt on the way out, as it looked like Stella wanted to speak, and put it on. She’d shower later.
They stepped into Stella’s massive bedroom, and Stella stopped in the middle of the place. She turned, her face having gone red, her ears down. Why was she embarrassed?
“Sei, can we… talk, for a moment?”
“Sure,” Sei cocked her head, confused. “What is it?”
Stella took a deep breath, stepping forward. “I… care, about you. A lot.”
“I know. I care about you too,” Sei smiled.
“And when you disappeared, I… I just…” she paused, regaining her composure. When she stared Sei in the eyes again, there was newfound determination in them. It made Sei curious and warmer inside, somehow. “I realized just how important you were to me, Sei. You’re more than a friend. You’re more than a sister, you’re my everything.”
Sei stared, feeling something was different. They’d said stuff like this before, but the intensity with which Stella spoke was something… new. Completely, and her growing blush didn’t help dispel the notion.
“I didn’t want to burden you with this before. You had so much on your plate, and… It may still not be the best time. Your life has changed a lot, and you may not even be in the right mindset, and… Well, I…” Stella shook her head. “But I have to say it.”
Sei blinked. Would this be something bad? It almost sounded like it’d be some kind of scolding.
“Sei,” she stepped forward. Her blush receded, her port straightened, and she spoke with a clear and doubtless voice. “I love you.”
Sei nodded, replying automatically. “I know, I-”
“Not that way. I love you. Romantically,” Stella said, her stare drilling into Sei’s eyes. “I realized that… That I can’t keep being complacent. I can’t keep acting like being friends forever is going to work out. When I thought you disappeared, I realized I had so many regrets,” she stepped forward once again, and she was now right in front of Sei. She gently took Sei’s good hand, lifting it, pressing it against her cheek. She closed her eye, and her mechanical one went dark. “I regretted not holding your hands more, not hugging you more. I regretted not telling you how much you matter to me more, I regretted… I regretted not taking that extra step.”
Sei was becoming overwhelmed with the information, but not necessarily in a bad way. What little of it she managed to process, she realized, made her feel happy. “W-what extra step?” She asked, partly to make sure, but also simply because she was having some trouble understanding the concept of what Stella was saying.
Stella opened her eyes. There was a tender look in them, now. “I regretted not kissing you, Sei. Not telling you that I want you next to me both in friendship and in life as a whole. Not taking you to bed and being as loving as any other couple should.”
Sei’s brain short-circuited. The last sentence in particular made her hot, and a light dizziness overtook her as she stared at Stella’s eyes. “I… Stella, are you… wow, I don’t know how…”
Stella pressed herself harder against Sei’s hand. “I don’t need you to reply now. Take your time. I know how you work and think,” she let go of Sei’s hand with that smile still on her face. A smile Sei had seen so many times in her life, yet a smile that now had a completely different feel to it. “Regardless of what conclusions you reach, I want you to know nothing will change between us,” she reassured her.
This helped Sei breathe again, and she put her good hand to her chest. “Oh, thanks. I was… overwhelmed. Still am, I guess,” she said. But even as she said this, she smiled, feeling that warmth from earlier spreading. “Do you mind if I take a shower?”
Stella chuckled. “Of course not. Careful with your arm bandages.”
“Always,” Sei nodded, stepping back into the bathroom.
As soon as she was out of Stella’s line of sight, all the warmth in her body seemed to rush up to her face. For once, she decided to try some of the settings of the shower. She set the time to ‘long’ and just touched what she figured would be relaxing.
The shower ended up feeling weird and having the opposite effect, but even that couldn’t distract her from what Stella had just said.
She loved Sei.
She loved her romantically.
‘The next step’. Kissing, being an actual couple. Going to bed and being… as loving as any other couple. Sei may be dense, and dirty jokes often went over her head, but even she understood what that implied.
And as she closed her eyes and imagined it all, she… liked it. Her chest was filled with a strange pressure, almost guilt, as she imagined Stella. As she imagined her face up close, as she imagined how her lips would feel against hers. She imagined how her body would feel without clothes on. How it would look if they… did that. She’d seen Stella half-naked enough times to not even have to put much effort into imagining it.
Going out on dates as a couple. Watching movies at home as a couple. Having dinner with each other’s parents as a couple… well, that last one wouldn’t change much, in truth.
How would this affect her job, though? Would it affect it in any way? She was Stella’s bodyguard—well, not officially yet, for all the difference that made. Could she let herself be distracted with love? But she already loved Stella.
Was that love romantic?
Was kissing romantic? Was having sex romantic? What, really, was the difference? Was it simply a tag put on the relationship? If they took that ‘next step’, would it be impossible to go back? Would it feel like an obligation?
Sei looked up, at the three streams of water. One of them hit the left side of her face, and it felt glorious.
And, somehow, in the hot water hitting her face, she found clarity. She took a deep breath—and coughed, because some water got into her nose. She finished washing herself right as the water turned off on its own. She stepped out of the shower, dried herself, and went out.
Stella was sitting on the couch, trying to still her heart. Looking at Sei, seeing her pretty face finally full again, as beautiful as it had been before… She couldn’t stop herself. She’d had to confess.
As confident as she’d been, she did worry. Could this ruin their friendship? It was unlikely, but what if Sei now felt uncomfortable? Stella was sure she loved her too, but…
The bathroom door opened. Stella turned as she heard Sei come close, and her brain barely comprehended what she was looking at: Sei, naked save for a towel around her body. Her face burned as the blue haired girl came out, her hair a mess after drying herself but not bothering to fix it. “Sei?! Why are you…?”
Sei, now standing in front of her, flashed her a wide smile. She reached down with her good hand and took one of Stella’s, staring her in the eyes. “Let’s do it,” she said.
Stella’s shock made her eyes widen, her face burning even more at Sei’s boldness. Her muscles glistening, her face a beacon of radiance, Stella tried to find words to reply. “W-what?! Right now? I-I know I said I… I wanted to… but this is a bit…” she stared down, not quite believing this was the same Sei as a few minutes ago.
“Yes,” Sei nodded, determined. “Why wait? I… I love you too, Stella,” she said. Stella looked up again, to her earnest expression and smile. “I can’t really say if it’s ‘romantic’ love yet or not, but… what does it matter? I love you, and I want to be with you too. No harm will come from trying,” she asserted.
Her face was so pure, her smile almost childish. What happened in that shower? “Still, this…” Stella covered her eyes in embarrassment, not feeling quite ready for going that fast.
“Let’s go on a date,” Sei said.
Stella paused, her embarrassment vanishing in a single instant. She came out from behind her hand and deadpanned her best friend. “What,” she said, more of a statement than a question.
“Let’s go out, be real girlfriends,” Sei explained. “What better way to test the waters? We can…” she got held up, blushing a bit. “… k-kiss, and grab dinner! I want to do that. I want… I want to try dating you! If that’s ok.”
Stella didn’t sigh because she was aware it would make Sei overly self-conscious, but… well, of course. This was Sei, and this made far more sense than what Stella had interpreted. “Sei, what you’re saying makes me happy, but…” she started. It really did. Sei’s words made her hopeful. “Did you have to say all of it naked?”
“Huh?” Sei looked down, apparently just now realizing she hadn’t changed. “Oh.” A moment later, she grew red. “Oh! You thought I meant…” she fumbled for words. “S-sorry, I didn’t… I just… I’ll just go change,” she clarified, turning to leave.
But Stella kept a firm hold on her hand, and she stood after her. No. She wanted her friend- her girlfriend to really understand. “Come here, Sei,” she ordered in a monotone, determination now filling her. Sei turned slowly, her expression a wary one she often had when she thought she’d messed something up. It was cute. Before she finished turning, though, Stella threw her arms around her neck and pulled her into a kiss.
The first second was a mix of worry and glory. Glory, for her lips had never been so warm, so happy. Worry, in case this scared Sei off.
But instead, Sei seemed to get past her shock, and kissed back. Stella allowed herself to melt into the kiss, reveling in Sei’s warmth.
She was kissing Sei. After the fear, after the revelation, after everything that had happened, she was finally able to do it. Sei’s soft lips wrapped around hers with some hesitance at first, but they quickly eased into the rhythm. Why hadn’t they done it before? Even if just as friends, this felt so good. It felt right, it felt like something that had always been there.
The world around them started to fade as Stella’s senses focused only on the blue haired girl. On the smell of shampoo, on the humidity of her skin, on the strength with which she used her single arm to pull her close. An arm with muscles fruit of years of training. Muscles she’d used to protect her, and others. Which she’d trained for that specific purpose.
Feeling an invigorated wave of affection, Stella did what felt right. Stretching her tongue, not fully knowing how, she managed to break into Sei’s mouth. And Sei accepted her, their mouths opening together as what began as a simple kiss turned into an experience. Their tongues met and danced, and Sei suddenly got heavier, as if this new developed had sapped away her energy. Not that Stella could blame her, she was on the verge of falling too.
This was right. Despite never doing it before, despite this being their first time kissing like this, it felt as natural as breathing. The loud thumps against Stella’s chest could have been hers of Sei’s. More likely, both.
“I love you, Sei,” she muttered into the kiss, the need to say it too strong to ignore.
“I love you, too,” Sei mumbled back, only prompting Stella to take things further, deeper. Why hadn’t they done this before? Fire raged within her, what had for years been a candle of appreciation for her best friend turning into pure, unaltered passion.
Compelled by forces beyond reason, her body burning with desire, Stella slowly slid her arms until she could place her fingers on Sei’s towel. “Do you mind if I just…?” she asked, making sure to give Sei a chance to back down.
“No,” Sei whispered, instantly jumping back into the kiss with needy forcefulness. Stella understood; there were years to make up for.
She tugged gently, and the towel fell down. Yet Stella didn’t even look. She kept kissing Sei, now exploring her back with her hands, tracing her muscles with gentle fingers. Hard, solid. She could even feel some of the scars running along her back. “Sei,” she whispered. “I love you,” she repeated, and this time it was her who sounded needy.
“Me too,” Sei replied, and in a bit of a surprising move, she started guiding them towards Stella’s pink, king-sized bed. While Sei taking the initiative like that was surprising, Stella took it in stride, taking off her shoes.
However, feeling Sei about to push her down to bed, the Cat Boomer stopped her. “Oh no you don’t,” she said with a chastising voice. Stopping like this required every ounce of her willpower. “Your arm’s broken, remember?” She pointed at the bandaged offender. “You lay down carefully, and don’t you dare move too much,” she ordered.
Sei didn’t look convinced. She hated being treated differently because of injuries. “But-”
Stella did all she could do, shutting her up with a kiss. Gently, she turned them around and helped Sei lay down, her hands moving carefully as to not upset her arm. “Shut it and let me help you for once,” Stella explained, her harsh stare enough to keep Sei in place.
And what a sight that was. Her body still had a bit of a post-shower glisten, and her muscles made Stella’s entire body go alert. How many times had she looked at them and though they looked good? The abs, the biceps, the thighs… She was getting so hot that she hurried to take her dress off, barely resisting the urge to rip it away.
“I know I’ve said this before,” Stella said, throwing the dress to the side. “But you’re gorgeous.”
She leaned over Sei, her eyes still exploring a body that was now shining in an entirely new light. It was a strange feeling to reconcile, but not unpleasant. The few scars around her body, the firmness of her bust, the straight lines everywhere. It was almost magical.
And her eyes. They looked at Stella with the same kind of intensity. With lust, something Stella wasn’t sure Sei could even feel. “I think you’re a lot prettier than me,” she replied.
“You think wrong,” Stella said without hesitation, softly going down on top of her and pressing her lips against Sei’s once again. But it was a peck, a light touch that she moved down, now placing a kiss on her jawline. Using one hand to prop herself up and make sure she didn’t disturb Sei’s body, she started using the other to explore Sei’s shoulder and good arm, her stomach and her abs. She enjoyed feeling Sei tensing under her, her eyes looking up as the blue haired girl held hers closed, reveling in the touches.
Her kisses kept going lower. She kissed Sei’s neck softly, making her twitch. She kissed her collarbone, earning a soft gasp. And the lower she went, the more Sei shuddered. And when she brushed the upper part of her breast, she let out a strange noise. “Stella…” she muttered in a strange whimper, though it wasn’t clear whether the name left her mouth on purpose or not.
Stella paused, the burning around her body invigorated. Her ears perked up in response to her curiosity. “Did you just… moan?” She asked, surprised.
Sei opened her eyes, looking down. There was slight embarrassment on her expression, but even more than that, there was a plea. “Don’t stop.” The words were barely audible. Sei bit her lip.
There was no need to tell her twice. Stella continued. She kissed the top of Sei’s breast again, letting her lips drift down, Sei’s body squirmed with anticipation. Was she really that sensitive? Almost as if in response, Sei’s good arm wrapped around her waist. A silent prompt; an obvious request.
“I love you,” Stella said before gently taking Sei’s nipple into her mouth. Instantly, another moan left Sei’s mouth.
Followed by a yelp. A pained yelp. Stella stopped instantly, looking up with worry. The wince in Sei’s face was more than obviously due to her arm. Before she could even ask, though, Sei answered the obvious question: “It’s ok, that wasn’t your fault.”
Stella felt a pang of worry. “Maybe we shouldn’t do this with your arm like-”
“Stella,” Sei interrupted and looked down with a strange look. “Keep going. Please,” she begged. And to double down on that, she placed her hand on the back of Stella’s head, insistently pushing it down towards her chest.
Her pleading eyes were worse than those of a puppy. Stella couldn’t say no to that, so leaving aside some of her worry, she softly pecked Sei’s nipple for a moment before taking it into her mouth again, using her free hand to softly squeeze the boob it and prop it up.
And the effect was instantaneous. While her body as a whole didn’t react as obviously as before—likely an effort to keep her arm from moving—her mouth sure did. Moans, little squeaks and yelps left her mouth as the cat boomer got creative with her tongue. All sorts of gasps and whines, whimpers and cries. Sounds Stella had never heard before from her. Sounds she found hard to believe left her mouth simply for playing with the nipple of her friend- No, far more than a friend. She’d always been far, far more.
She allowed her hand to run down to Sei’s belly. She almost wished she could just climb on Sei and grind herself against those abs, and the mere thought of it seemed to made her realize just how much of her body heat seemed to have focused in the lower part of her torso, near her crotch. But with Sei’s arm as it was, it’d be too dangerous.
When had she turned into such a lustful person?
Then again, she was having sex with the most beautiful woman in the world. “You’re so cute,” Stella said with a smile after Sei released another whimper. “I could just eat you,” she added, carefully and softly biting down on the boob.
There was a sharp intake of breath from Sei. It sounded almost painful, so Stella paused—but Sei’s hand instantly pushed down on her, insistent, her body trembling. Stella trailed across Sei’s chest, taking her other breast into her mouth as her hand slid down her body. She teased her navel for a second before continuing on her way.
Sei’s legs twitched with anticipation as Stella brushed softly over her mound, but it made her pause. Sei looked almost pained as Stella met her eyes. “If anything I do makes you or your arm uncomfortable, tell me, alright?”
The ex-Valkyrie nodded subtly, not managing to muster the ability to speak.
Stella let her hand go down, sliding into Sei’s slit. Warm wetness met her finger, and as she kept going down, she realized Sei was drenched. The mere idea of it made Stella’s body pulse with lust. Sei grabbed on to her hair, slightly painful but also incredibly satisfying. Stella started to kiss below her breast.
Sei’s body twitched and shuddered as her hand kept tracing the insides of her pussy, exploring, careful in her movements to let Sei stop her if she did anything wrong. Half-breaths and gasps were all the sounds Sei could make, mixed with some attempts at words that sounded like nothing but gibberish. Stella had to fight with all of her will not to reach down and touch herself—but Sei was more important. Now and ever.
With her middle finger, Stella started teasing Sei’s entrance. This, however, made Sei tense up in a way that didn’t feel right. “Don’t…” Sei mumbled, making her look up. “Don’t use your finger,” she said, looking slightly nervous. “Not inside.”
“Got it,” Stella nodded, kissing Sei’s midriff, her navel, and then just below her belly, her finger moving up to play a bit with Sei’s clit, making her pull even harder on Stella’s hair.
Finally, Stella’s head reached her objective. She slid both of her hands on Sei’s thighs, separating them as she placed herself right in front of her pussy, staring straight at it. It glistened with her wetness, and Sei twitched at the sudden stop. “Sei…” Stella’s chest swelled with affection and desire.
“Stella, please,” Sei was looking down, her eyes desperate, her legs opening even more, inviting her.
Stella went to work. She took a hold of Sei’s legs, keeping them apart, and kissed the inside of her thighs. Soft kisses, alternating between the legs, her lips barely brushing the skin, yet causing Sei to gasp and moan as if she were near a climax. “You’re beautiful,” Stella muttered after a kiss. “I love you,” after another. “I should’ve done this years ago,” as she gave the last kiss right next to Sei’s crotch. Every kiss produced a twitch of Sei’s legs. Stella wondered what would happen if she let Sei close them and threaten to crush her head with those rock solid thighs.
She was curiously turned on by the idea. She bit her lip, approaching Sei’s pussy, but paused a centimeter away.
“Stella…” Sei whispered.
Something had ignited in Stella earlier, and she looked up intensely. “Say you need me,” she ordered.
“Please…” Sei begged.
“Say it.”
“I need you,” Sei didn’t even hesitate that second time. The words made something inside Stella burst. Unable to hold back anymore, she pressed her mouth against Sei’s pussy and ran her tongue along its length.
The effect was instantaneous. Sei let out a pleasured yelp almost instantly, whimpering as Stella explored her with nothing but her tongue. She slid her hands up, taking Sei by the hips to be able to pull her closer, feeling like she could really eat her if she wanted and Sei would let her.
And oh how tasty she was. Stella was driven into a blank, instinctual state of being, answering instinctively to the things she thought Sei wanted. She teased her entrance, licking her insides. She reveled in the strength with which Sei pulled on her hair, pain long ago faded into nothing but pleasure. Sei grinded herself against her face, Stella’s hands only mitigating the blue-haired girl’s movements. Sei’s juices coated her chin and started to drip down to the floor.
Then, Stella pushed her tongue against Sei’s clit.
“Stella!” Sei cried, her entire body going tense for a second. Her legs closed around Stella’s head, but she kept pushing. She played with the button, keeping up her energy as every ounce of breath seemed to leave Sei’s body. Her entire body shuddered, her grip got tighter, she pushed herself against Stella in an almost painful way. “I love you!” Sei cried. “I love you so much!”
The words only made Stella push further, fueled by said love, and then something changed. The shuddering stopped, Sei’s back arched. A high-pitched moan left her mouth unlike any before, and her grip just kept Stella where she was, her tongue steadily keeping up its job.
And when Stella stopped, Sei dropped down.
Figuring Sei had just had her first orgasm, Stella took a step back. She cleaned her mouth with the back of her hand and looked at the bed, where Sei was panting, head dropped to the side, legs open. Stella was tempted to go back in, but she understood Sei needed a little break.
Her own pussy still ached with need, but seeing Sei like that helped somewhat. It fulfilled her in a different way, and as she stood, she wondered if she should even touch the girl, scared of ruining the moment.
“Stella?” Sei finally recovered her breath, looking up. “Come here?” she patted her side. Stella smiled, crawling on her side, hugging her waist as Sei threw her arm around her. Then, Sei looked at her, and started to pull her closer.
Something gave Stella pause. She had just eaten her out, after all. “You sure you want to?”
Sei simply smiled, pulling her with more energy, and Stella allowed her to kiss her. A soft kiss, tender and kind. It made Stella’s chest warm in a different way to the burning feeling from before. “I love you,” Sei said, kissing her again.
“I love you too,” Stella replied, and for the next short while, they kissed. Until Sei slowly fell asleep, anyways.
When Sei came back to her senses, Stella had snuggled up to her, and her good arm was wrapped around the cat boomer. “Ah, you came back,” Stella said, smiling. Her naked body was as warm as her mouth had been, and just looking at it almost reignited what Sei had felt earlier.
“I think we may have taken that ‘next step’ thing a bit too fast,” she confessed, not sure how to felt about how quickly things had happened now that she’d had time to mull over them.
Stella just squeezed her a bit. “So? We’ve been waiting for too long. I didn’t plan for this to happen this way, but… fearing I’m going to sound like a broken record, I love you, Sei. Plus, come on, you came naked out of the bathroom, what’d you expect would happen?”
Sei chuckled. “I love you too, no matter how much like a broken record I am too. And, well, I didn’t really think this through, I guess. I didn’t even realize I wasn’t wearing my clothes earlier,” she leaned, and placed a kiss on Stella’s forehead. “Not that I mind too much. That was amazing. I don’t even think you need to tell me that you loved me, I could feel it with every fiber of my body. And… well, I think I can I love you back romantically, too.”
Stella’s ears perked up as she smiled. “You have no idea how happy those words make me,” she said, moving to place a proper kiss on Sei’s lips. “How’s your arm?”
“I think I twisted it a bit at the end there, it feels a bit heavy, but otherwise fine,” Sei admitted. “Nothing to worry about.”
Stella didn’t look convinced. “Maybe we should stay in bed the rest of the day, make sure your arm rests well,” she said with a worried frown.
“Aren’t you busy today, though? You have a couple meetings.”
“I’ll fix them later,” Stella said, shrugging. “You come first, today at least.”
The words made Sei happier than she thought possible. “It feels nice to hear that,” she said with a dumb smile.
“It feels nice to know that,” Stella smiled back. “So… Do you want to go for another round?”
Sei bit her lip for a moment. “I wanna try doing you, though,” she admitted. “It feels unfair if it’s only me having a good time.”
Stella chuckled, kissing Sei’s lips and flipping over to be on top. “Hush. You’ll pay me back when you’re healed. Plus, you’re delicious, Sei. I may get addicted to eating you out,” Stella said, her face growing as red as her hair.
The heat in Sei’s face told her she likely looked the same. Not to mention that, at some point, Stella had gotten rid of her underwear too, so her body now was in full view of the blue-haired girl. “That’s… uhm…” she simply smiled as one of Stella’s hands ran up her abs and slowly circled one of her nipples. “You’re not going to give me a choice, are you?”
“Not today, no,” Stella said, lowering herself to kiss Sei again.
Something told Sei that today would be a good day.
