(timeline is after the Chisaki raid, it's a Monday and Izuku went home for the weekend also Nighteye survived)
Izumi is in the bathroom cutting off her hair as her dad, Hisashi, is banging on the door telling her not to cut her hair. “Don’t dare, don't you even go there, cutting off your long hair.”
Flashback
Izumi woke up thanks to her mother waking her up saying “Wake up, go put on your makeup, this is just a phase you're gonna outgrow” since she knew Izumi wanted to be a boy. After Breakfast she excused herself to go to the bathroom.
End of flashback
After she finished cutting her hair she got ready to bolt out of the house. As she unlocked the bathroom door, she bolted past her father and mother and out the front door (where she had her backpack with her school uniform in it) she grabbed her backpack as she bolted towards UA. She slowed down halfway to UA when she was sure her parents weren’t following her. As she was walking she felt eyes on her, she looked around and saw people staring at her as she walked by. “ There’s something wrong with the village, they stare in the village”
As she got to UA she felt the rumors follow her all week. Since her parents are gone for a business trip she has one day shelter, then it’s Sunday hell to pay. As she walked around the city she met up with her one friend who knew about her parents and her wanting to be a boy, Hitoshi(who is in the same situation she’s in, except Hitoshi wants to be a girl.) “
He says “Well, I've been there, sitting in that same chair, whispering that same prayer half a million times.” Hitoshi says as Izumi starts to cry “It's a lie, though buried in disciples,one page of the Bible isn't worth a life.” Hitoshi finished saying. When Izumi heard that her best friend was trying to comfort her even though he had his own problems she started to break down “THERE’S SOMETHING WRONG WITH THE VILLAGE, THEY STARE IN THE VILLAGE” Izumi screamed and she finished she started sobbing her eyes out
As Izumi is having a breakdown Aizawa is walking past and heard the yelling and went to check it out only to hear what Izumi said, so he comes and stands near them “There's nothing wrong with you, it's true, you can ask anyone here and they’ll agree with me” he says to them both. Izumi and Hitoshi looked at him with shocked expressions “Y-you really think that there’s nothing wrong with us?” Izumi asks with wide eyes full of wonder and shock. “Let me put it this way, so you think there’s something wrong with Shinso for wanting to be a girl even though they’re a boy?” Aizawa asks Izumi “NO, of course not!” Izumi says offended. Aizawl smirks and says “If there’s nothing wrong with Shinso then, there’s nothing wrong with you” softly. “B-but my parents think it's just a phase I'm going to outgrow.” Izumi said sadly. “Well Izumi, I don't really care what your parents think, if they're like that.” Aizawa said firmly “Like what, Aizawa-Sensei?” Izumi said confused “Well from what you’ve told me and what i’ve overheard, then i have a pretty good reason to think your parents are transphobic” Aizawa said softly toward Izumi. As that is happening Hitoshi started to slowly walk away from them so they can have their own little moment, but then he heard the very familiar voice of All Might talking to somebody, he thought nothing of it until he heard All Might saying “Izumi is starting to get too weak to handle my quirk Mirai, i think you were right, and i should give it to Young Mirio instead, I’m sorry, I should’ve listened to you.” When Hitoshi heard that he saw red, he started recording after he heard that, when he heard All Might finish the call, he stopped recording and went to confront him until he had a better idea. Since he's sure that Nezu knew about All MIght’s quirk, he decided to head to Nezu’s office and show him the recording.

A few days later when Izuku got an email from principal Nezu, he was curious as to what the stoat wanted. So when he got to Nezu’s office and saw Hitoshi there along with All Might and saw they were in a yelling match of some sort, he decided to hang back a little and listen to what they are yelling about. What he heard was heartbreaking. All Might thought he’s getting weak, and wanted to give OFA to Mirio-Senpai. When he heard that she didn't stick around, she was going to warn Mirio about All Might.
